Stayed 4 nights as solo travel. Had a single room. The room was spacious. It had a fridge, kettle and safe. Bed would be tight for a taller individual. It was cleaned daily. WiFi works well on the phone but was a little weak on the laptop. At least from my room on the 3rd floor.
The location is very near the town center and bus Links.
Breakfast was very good. With some daily variety in the warm food. Go for an earlier sitting though so you can enjoy full variety.
The reception was very helpful. Really went above and beyond.
The hotel offers a visitors card that gives you discounts at many events, excursions and entry to attractions. Take your swimming things if you do want to make use of the thermal baths.
The only reason for not giving 5/5 was the work happening on floor 2 which made one of my mornings noisy from about 10 am. Otherwise I would recommend and happily return.

I booked a single room, I was checked in to a single room. Plenty comfortable, quiet and located along the Sophienstraße, it is close to shopping and restaurants and the bus stop is not far away.
The single bed was comfortable, there is a work desk with power outlets, a small shower (fully enclosed!) and enough room to repack my huge suitcase as I begin a ten day journey across Germany, France and Switzerland.
Wifi worked well and there is a hot water kettle with tea/coffee items and a small refrigerator.
I did not take a meal here and did not need to use their parking. For a base to explore Baden-Baden, it's five stars.

Great location with a wonderful view! An amazing complimentary breakfast spread. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. They let us leave our luggage with them after check-out to do some activities before leaving the city - very much appreciated. Rooms were spacious and had their older charm. Only qualm was that there was the smallest bit of mold/mildew in our shower, but what can you do, you know? :)

Quaint and lovely place to stay. The rooms were nice, clean and affordable. The bathrooms are small and kind of tight though. Also, the larger beds are set up with two mattresses pushed together, which is mostly standard over here, but still annoying and uncomfortable if you like to sleep next to someone. The air conditioning in the room was a nice touch that worked great! The small elevator is a tight fit for two people with luggage as well.
The owners were nice and personable. The front desk closes at 9pm however, which makes taking advantage of their pool table impossible later at night. Breakfast service was standard fare, coffee and juices along with breads, cheeses and deli meats, as well as scrambled eggs. The people working here were all helpful and polite, and just overall very nice.
It's in a great spot, right on the edge of the Baden Baden pedestrian zone, so you turn a corner and you're in the downtown walking area. Greta restaurants and all the stores are literally within 5-7 minutes of walking from this hotel. So close to the Caracelle Thermal Spa as well.
The Vincenti parkhaus is the closest parking garage for this hotel, and will cost you about 20 Euro for a night of parking. It's about a 3 minute walk to the hotel from this garage. Seems pretty typical that most of the hotels didn't seem to have a parking garage on site.

We stayed one night in one of the air-conditioned rooms, which was a hit, because it was quite hot outside. The hotel was a bit outdated, but clean. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a paid, covered parking a couple of minutes away by foot (Vincenti) but you can park in front of the hotel to load/unload your bags. The Caracalla spa is just around the corner. It's also very well located to visit the other main spots of Baden-Baden.

Not worth it! Can get much better places just around the corner the breakfast staff and the director are rude and unpleasant making the experience poor. The hotel itself is a bit out dated and not really pleasant and nice to stay in.

Very good hotel, good reception, good price/quality ratio.
Very well located in the centre of Baden-Baden, which is ideal to go to the thermal baths and the Christmas market.
The staff speaks English and Russian.
