This is a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the valet parking experience, the check-in, the rooftop bar and the check-out. Our room had very modern and cool interior - we loved it.
The only downside is that the hotel restaurant (Moriki) charged us DOUBLE for our dinner. We signed a bill for 140.50 Euro and charged it to the room. When we checked out, the restaurant had charged 281 Euro to our room! The girl at the reception checked the paper receipt I had signed and was really embarrassed and apologetic about the mistake. I don't blame her or the hotel, but shockingly bad by the restaurant.

Trendy hotel but it wasn't our style. The hotel is dog-friendly and it seems they allow dogs in all rooms. Ours smelled terribly like wet dog and there was dog hair all over the fabric furniture. We were in a corner suite (as booked, not upgraded by the property) and there were only lower level rooms available. The evening shift desk team were very nice the day shift desk woman was rude. When I asked about getting our room cleaned due to the smell, she was accusatory asking why I didn't say something the day before (we arrived late and I knew housekeeping would not be available). She then made some offhand comment about there being no other rooms (not what I asked). In the end they just sprayed some lemon scent to try and cover up the smell but it was too strong.

We stayed at Roomers from Monday to Wednesday , it was the 2nd time.
We really love the ambiance and modernity of this hotel.
Leon from the reception is always smiling and he was amazing with us and very professional thank you again , you made our stay fantastic !
I want to thanks as well Jana the breakfast Supervisor how was exceptional and friendly with us and our little princess ☺️.
The only negative words will be for Moriki restaurant : food super good but service not…

This is the best Autograph Collection hotels I have ever stayed in. Hotel is immaculate, service is top notch and the decor is stunning. Gym, sauna, spa are amazing, clothing not allowed for us Americans in the sauna (typical in this area). There is a rooftop hotel bar that’s enclosed next to the pool, serves drinks and some bar snacks. Rooms are immaculate, but they did lack a Bluetooth stereo which is strange for such a modern hotel. Will make this stay a goal every year! Cio!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G experience. The hotel is perfectly designed with lots of art collections.
The rooms...OMG...so so beautiful with a huge tub in the middle of the room. Very comfortable king size bed.
Staff were very helpful and kind.
The only small bad thing I have to say is that it is not located in the heart of Baden Baden.

I just love this hotel. It has a check in with bubbels, big rooms/ beds and a super nice sauna with pool etc. When you enter the spa you get a nice ginger shot, you can have a vodka shot and fresh fruit. Further if you need anything in the room they come and take care of it. The service is very good and the whole hotel is nice and clean. It was our third time and for sure not the last one.

I wish I could leave a better review. Because honestly, we had the trip of a lifetime considering the amenities, including the amazing spa, jacuzzi, sauna, breakfast, and room. Our trip would have been perfect, had it not fallen apart after the last day.
We left a small wallet containing the ID, personal cash, and credit cards inside of the safe of our room after checking out. Later that day, we figured that housekeeping could recover the leftover item and have it returned/shipped. However, when we called the front desk, there was no record of a missing wallet from the room.
We tried to escalate the issue to housekeeping directly. We were promised a return call from reception on three different occasions, and all three times there was no return call. An e-mail to reception later that day was also ignored.
It wasn't until a day later, after a fradulent transaction was made on one of the cards, that we realized that the wallet had been stolen.
I'm not here to place the blame on reception, housekeeping, or the guest occupying the room after us. However, it is very unfortunate that we were not able to recover a simple item from the room due to lack of communcaition and transparency on behalf of the service staff.
I would seriously urge others to reconsider the safety of this location before staying themselves.

If you are choosing between Roomers and another 4 or 5 star hotel in Baden-Baden, Look elsewhere.
The top line: I cannot recommend Roomers Baden-Baden to anyone based on customer service and poor management. It is a beautifully designed property with comfortable beds, delicious food and drinks (when available), but the execution was horrible. We couldn’t sleep because the rooftop bar was open until 4:00 am with music so loud our room shook, Covid protocols were thrown out the window, our spa treatments were not as we had scheduled, the "infinity pool" isn't an infinity pool, and unfortunately the rooms weren't cleaned and we found cleaning supplies in our room.
We were incorrectly charged, and a month later they are still "working it out" with Marriott.

For the basic room, this is a well-appointed room. The bed is comfortable and the shower absolutely wonderful. We wasn't prepared to shell out for the hugely overpriced breakfast, so cannot comment on that. What stops this from getting 5 stars is the woeful check-in/check-out. The lovely lady offered us a vodka shot, beer, etc., which is unusual but nice but queues form quickly and are slow to clear. We had to wait over 15m simply to checkout, knowing everything was paid.
