Really lovely hotel, close to the station so easy access to the city. The noise on the streets might be a problem when it's hot, since there is not fan.

Icy cold 🥶, no heating at 6C outside, not cleaned up room, bed 🛌 and only superficially in bathroom. And overall pricy given that even (good) breakfast is not included

Somewhat clean rooms, although few sockets were broken and the bathroom smelled of piss. But it's right next to the train line to city centre, which is a big plus. Also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast service. This place is good if you're just looking for a simple place to rest after long day of touring the Berlin.

I was really pleasantly surprised when i arrived at the hotel since it was bigger, cleaner and much nicer than i expected for the price. My parents even got a room with a bathtub! Breakfast was decent enough and the location is also good

The hotel was ok. It was very hot on the room and there was no air conditioning neither a fan. The people at the restaurant were not very friendly

We stayed there during the abnormal cold weather (the beast from teh east, march 2018) and we got totally frozen. Even if the heating was at max, the windows were poorly isolated, so we had to buy an electric warmer. As for the rest, a very standard room, located exactlty in the station. The trains don-t bother very much, but the proximity to the station is very nice.

Triple bedroom ensuite is spacious and clean. Clean bathroom equipped with toiletries and hair dryer. Located next to Berlin-Wannsee railway station, just 18 minutes from Berlin central station by train. This hotel was good value of money, since room rate was lower than other hotel in Berlin city.

The location is Wannsee super directly next to the s train station and if you have a room with a view on the lake, you ignored like to the Track sounds of the S and Regio tracks which Yes is totally normal but in the evening, but times may interfere when one is sensitive to noise. In October and now in February we have stayed at the Hotel Bonverde. The rooms are well decorated and clean. The price performance ratio is very good! The Restaurant in the house has us very well fallen. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food tasted good and the portions very ample. Also the price performance ratio was right here. Bathrooms require renovation - had issues with water. Room was clean, but could use a refresh. Good breakfast, helpful service. The setup is a bit weird - if i understand correctly, upper floors are regular apartaments. It's okay as a place to sleep for a night or two.

We only had one issue as we booked a private room with a double bed as my partner cannot stand sleeping on two separate beds. Other than that the room was clean and sunny. A basic hotel with no shine. Tiny beds, tiny rooms good enough for a small trip. Don't expect the best comforts. Had to sleep with windows open because of the hot summer so roadside sides rooms are loud with all the cars. Decent breakfast. Great connection to public transport though. A bit costly for the kind of rooms and service although breakfast is included. The rooms are very old and waals are too thin to hear voices from the other side of the wall. If you don't expect too much, it will probably suit your needs. It's a rather cheap hotel in good location, close to or even in the city centre. Breakfast was good, rooms have no soundproofing at all (my biggest complaint), but they are clean.

It is ok for price they charged me...euro 75 per single per nite inclusive of breakfast. Room was big...nothing home to write about. This htl has no elevator so in case you have heavy baggage be prepared to carry it up yourself...

I was there with my mum because she had to do her new passport in berlin. We were quite surprised that the phillipines embacy was only like 5 minutes away. Also is the subway near which made it easy to go to the city in only a few minutes. The hotel is small but you can get everything what you need. Simple but fair accomodation in western Berlin. Location is great: very green cozy quiet neighborhood with plenty of small cafes, bakeries and grocery shops nearby. Beautiful historical building. Rooms and furniture are a bit outdated and might need renovation, but all the issues are mostly cosmetic. Be aware: officially parking on the street costs 13 euro a day (not 8 as hotel's website says)

A beautiful building located near the heart of downtown Berlin. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everything from high price shopping to romantic restaurants all less than a block away. Parking is tricky you'll need the parking pass from the concierge but never had an issue finding a spot near the main entrance. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are firm. The floors are very creaky, so you're probably bound to wake up one another in your room. Breakfast is served here, but not with a lot of variety (there still us plenty to choose from though). It lies nicely in the middle of the city with a metro station closely available. All in all, price quality is very good.

3 friends and I stayed in room 5 for a school exchange trip. The hotel was pretty nice and supplied a nice breakfast. The rooms are odd, but comfortable. Room 5 had a tiny bathroom, but it was enjoyable. Great stay.

We are a family of three and have spent in Berlin on a short vacation. The small Hotel is very centrally located, close to the Kurfürstendamm, and yet there is absolute silence... The room was small, but fine.. Very clean and very nice. The staff very friendly. The hotel is in the other building than reception (lol). Intensive vanilla smell all over the corridors. Really comfortable bed. Enough for 3-day stay.

Perfect location in Prenzlauer Berg, good basic hostel (with dorms and apartments) and a kitchen. Staff has been running this for over 20 years and will gladly help with any questions you night have.

I stayed for 7 days during the start of the summer. I really enjoyed my stay here and it wasnt too loud. We stayed in a small apartment that had its own small kitchen and the only thing that could have made it better would have been if the kitchen had a kettle. We ended up boiling water in a pan for tea which wasnt the worst outcome but it would have been better if the kitchen gad a kettle

Okay location.. Or it is far away from the city centre (not walking distance), but it is one of the nearest hotels despite this. The beds are large and comfortable. Are you looking for cleanliness this is not the place. The toilets are very dirty, there is soil in the shower and there is no Soap in the sink.

The lift is small but that's how most of these old buildings are. Overall we got okay service and is good for day or two stay. Breakfast option was good. Reception doesnot stay after evening and bathrooms are not attached.

The area around the hotel is also quite intimidating. We could hear a lot of noise from people coming back to the hotel at night, as well as a load of noise from the street. Really near U6 station, less than 1 minute walk. Struggled to find it as is top floor of an apartment building but some guys at the nearby tattoo parlour helped. Room good and guys who run it nice. Will return to Berlin, hopefully lots of times and would be happy to stay here again.

The room was very big and after every night the workers from Hotel de Ela cleaned our room. Even with new towels and bedsheets. The bathroom had everything we needed except for the heat. Good stay and i recommendend it. Especially for the price you pay for it.

Very nice staff and clean. They clean the room every day. 5 min walk from Viktoria-Luise underground, and 15 min walk to the main shopping street Tauentzien. Good strong WiFi throughout and some of the staff speak English very well. Breakfast is extra (7-8 euros) but worth it given how much food costs in some parts of town. Nice and quiet neighborhood with several places to eat. We will come again

The place is OK. People kind and helpful, but not speaking English well. Could be cleaner and more modern. Breakfast is good but boring after few days. Parking allowance card for free. Rooms are comfy but dark. Kitchens not modern and lack kitchenware etc.

The ladies at the reception were friendly, but when I got back to the hotel in the evening the bathroom was dirty, I was very disappointed, it's really bad in a place in a modern and efficient city as Berlin. The room was small but nice, also the position is good enough.

This is an old B&B that is not worth staying in. The elevator is very small and only one person can go up to the second floor with luggage. The registration reception is in a very small room on the second floor. The mattress in the room has collapsed and it is very unfriendly. It is not close to the train station. When you arrive at Berlin Railway Station, you should stay at the Ibis Hotel opposite...

Nice old style gasthouse. What I mean is there are Rooms up above the eating area and back behind. It all had a very homey appeal. Just watch out for those hidden steps. The breakfasts are quite extraordinary.

A charming, very special hotel in a building with quite a heritage in Berlin. Very helpful and friendly staff as well and great breakfast was included in the price. The street noise might be a bit loud but we were also unlucky with some roadwork just outside.

Reception is closed from 7 pm to 7 am. We couldn't check in cause We arrived at 9 pm, só We had to find another place. And We had a reservation. Not well located. The internet connection is terrible.

The hotel is near the famous Alexanderplatz; unfortunately near the bridge of the U-Bahn. The smell of pee outside is off putting to say the least. The hotel is near Alexanderplatz, super location! Very well organized with breakfast and nice place where enjoy your coffee.

The hotel room was clean, there was plenty of food available at breakfast and the location was great. The only downside was the staff, who were not friendly, especially the younger man with dark long hair.

There was a problem with AC during our stay. We didn't have AC any of the 3 nights in summer, which make very hard to sleep. Also, leaving windows open on this noisy neighborhood made it worst. Hotel offered complementary breakfast as a compensation which was appreciated, however, we have prefered to have AC and to communicate in advance about this and offered new accomodations with the same or better...

10 minutes walk to Potsdamer platz. Also bus right outside if you prefer that. We came as a family with two children (7, 10) and the family room was perfect for us. Just what you need if you are looking for a place to sleep in the central Berlin.
