The location is great!

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was great, especially when we asked for extra pillows. The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

This hotel's prime location, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to countless attractions, is just one of its many highlights. The comfortable rooms and other amenities are also impressive. However, it's the exceptional team that truly sets this hotel apart. Their warmth and hospitality create a truly memorable experience. While I can't recall the names of all the staff members, Bruna and David, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Bruna's friendly demeanor and helpful suggestions made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, while David's attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made our stay truly hassle-free.

The location is great, the transportation is convenient, and there are all kinds of restaurants around. It's a pity that the street is very noisy, but it doesn't matter if you close the window. The price-performance ratio is very high, I personally recommend it.

Quite disappointed with the hotel. The room was too small for 2 persons. Every inch of the room had been put to some use leaving hardly any space to move about. In one corner of the room there was the wash.basin with a cubicle in front for the toilet and an apology of a shower stall on the side. There were no hooks on the wall of the toilet or the shower where one could hang a change of clothes or a towel. So one had to take off their clothes to go to the toilet or to the shower. Additionally, the water from the shower stall seeped into the passage, which was extremely inconvenient.
Furthermore, there was no intercom in the room to connect to the reception.
€ 250/ night for this kind of room was excessive and unjustified.

Stayed here as a couple. Staff were polite and helpful, we were able to check in early on the day we arrived and they safely looked after our luggage on departure so we could continue exploring. Great location, and stylish/trendy decor in the reception area and rooms. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. Free water, tea and coffee in the breakfast area from 12:00-22:00 was a nice addition to have.
