I stayed at VISIONAPARTMENTS Berlin for four nights with my sister, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
While the location is fine, the cleanliness is terrible. The staff (or lack thereof) is incredibly rude. When I asked for fresh towels, they reacted aggressively, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The property has a public laundry, but you have to share it with the staff, who seem to resent guests using it and make it an uncomfortable experience.
To make things worse, I accidentally left a pair of Doc Martens boots (worth 250€) in the apartment. I contacted them multiple times via phone and email, but they never responded. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I would not recommend staying here—there are far better options in Berlin where guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

You are a disgrace and I hope you don't lose someone you love having booked the hotel, not content with not refunding the amount (warning in time) they also want to charge cancellation fees. I hope that the money they are going to receive will be very good for them to be able to support what bad people they are.

The cleaning lady gave my girlfriend the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. After we said were going to to pay more for a late check out, she swings the door open 10 minutes later on my girlfriend while she was in a towel telling her to hold on so she could put clothes on. I also was naked with the bathroom door open. The level of disrespect and attitude she gave was absolutely disgusting for someone who works in costumer service. The guy at the front desk was cool though and apologized. Still, avoid this place at all cost

Worst stay ever.
The apartments were filthy: dirty floors, an unclean bathroom, someone’s hair in the shower and towels. It was so unhygienic that we couldn’t even consider staying there, let alone using the toilet. The dishes still had food residue, and the fridge smelled as though something had decayed inside. The place was in a shocking state—completely unacceptable.
We requested an immediate replacement and were given another room. While it was slightly better, it was still far from acceptable. The old concrete floors were stained with marks of previous dirt, and once again, the dishes were dirty.
This facility should be inspected by the appropriate authorities to determine whether it even meets the basic standards for hospitality.

My friend and I stayed in these apartments for four nights. I have to admit that after seeing the number of bad reviews, we started to worry about our stay. Still, we didn’t want to cancel the reservation and search for something else. What a pleasant surprise we had when we saw a completely different picture than what everyone here describes! The apartment was incredible, clean, and the check-in instructions were sent to me on the day of my arrival. For those having issues with this, they’re probably at fault themselves. As soon as you make the reservation, you receive a message asking you to send a photo of your passport and a registration form. Nothing complicated. Just send this to the specified email, include your reservation number, and you don’t have to worry about whether they’ll send you the instructions. I also asked them in the email to confirm they received my documents, and they replied that everything was fine.
We stayed on the eighth floor, with a fantastic view from the window, and there was zero noise. I even brought earplugs after reading the reviews, but I never needed them. The guy at reception was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage while we waited for check-in time. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied and very happy to have had such a positive experience at such a good price.

Free Wi-Fi, nice rooms, and amazing breakfast. Close to Alexanderplatz and Mercedes-Benz Arena.

It is a cosy apartment and the interior is modern. I lived there for 2 month. One bad thing is that you have no air conditioning. But you have good options for dinner at Alexanderplatz

We were very pleased with the room / apartment. Everything worked well, and it was very nice and the layout was well thought out. Plenty of power plugs, and good bed. Very fancy bathroom. The hallway however, smelled - bad. The staff when getting the place (for about 2 weeks) were lacking customer service skills. (Please note this was for our previous trip, which was not in the last few months). The location was pretty good.

My first address in Germany and a great one. Sandra and crew are excellent. I had lots of questions being a newbie from the US and never travelled to Europe and they helped me with all of it. Can't recommend this place enough. Some of the reviews mention air conditioning and noise, well it is the center of Berlin and it isn't like it is hot all the time and the location is perfect if you want the center of Berlin experience. If you don't then pick a different location that is more relaxed and quiet! Anyway, good times , good place, and great helpful people running the show.
