Perfect location central to everywhere we wanted to go in the city! Around the corner from a train stop, but on a quiet street. Walking distance to multiple shops and cafes. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, free laundry facilities, a stocked mini-fridge with beer and water. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a nice experience but not a 4-star experience. Rooms are old, no amenities in the bathroom and for our dog only two empty bowls, no dog mat as stated during the booking. Staff is nice but some of them have trouble with the basic English and can’t properly explain what hotel offers.
Very good position but honestly considered what we paid it would have been better a much cheaper chain hotel.

The location is excellent and the staff are perfectly fine, however there is a drawback that cannot be overstated, which is the lack of air conditioning. Because there is no AC you cannot go back to your room in the afternoon as it is an oven. Also, it is absolutely necessary to have the windows open at night. Because this is Europe there are no screens, which means being eaten alive by mosquitoes. All in all I
recommend this place and will certainly not return. We will definitely look for a hotel in the neighborhood, but will check first to be sure it is air conditioned.

The staff was excellent, and the complimentary bottle of beer each day was a nice touch. The apartments are spacious with comfortable mattresses, but for a four-star hotel, the shower spaces should be larger, and air conditioning is essential, as the fans provided are not effective during the summer.

Bad experience and overpriced. No AC in rooms, old fashioned keys you have to carry all day, very old decor, most neighbours, no receptionist (had to go across the street to the other hotel to check in).
95% of reviews look fake, praising the place when it was actually so old...
Complete rip off.

I was there in August, the most annoying thing by my residence there, was the air conditioning, the weather was hot but the air conditioner was so weak to the limit I couldnt sleep at night, every thing else was ok.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the free water and beer were a nice touch. The street outside was quite noisy at night, but with the windows closed you couldn't hear any of it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was great and was just a across the street from the U2 metro line that will bring you into the center or to the west side of berlin. Overall I would say it is a great hotel! .

I recently stayed at the Henriette for the 5th time in a few years and it was as excellent as ever. The location is ideal, metres from the U2 metro station and 15 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz or Checkpoint Charlie. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are spotless. The idea of offering free beers and water in the mini bar is genius, especially after a long day. I can't fault the place and will definitely recommend to others.

I enjoyed the hotel together with my family. The treatment was excellent! Personnel very kind, good and clean room for 3 persons. The hotel is placed in strategic place (close to the underground, less then 10 minutes walking from AlexanderPlaz)! We suggest the hotel

nice hotel and nice staff,but Breakfast was very basic for the price and the WiFi was not very good.

we have stayed at Derag hotels before (Derag Weissensee x 3) and was a little disappointed in Derag Hotel Berlin Mitte to be honest.
