Very clean rooms, nice cleaning staff. But windows face the train tracks so it’s loud and in summer you can’t sleep with open window so it gets warm. WiFi doesn’t reach the room which is incomprehensible for me in the 21st century. Location is ok

Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. It's called hotel and there is no reception after 5pm or on weekends holidays (neither is there a breakfast buffet on weekends holidays). I booked via AMEX (not HRS, as they told me) and there is no available information in our booking system about these details.
Now, to get to the worst points: I arrived around 4pm, checked in and had to leave for a business dinner. In the evening, when trying to shower, the shower literally broke to the floor, steaming water burned my skin, I jumped out of the shower and could not stop it, had to push it back hard for it to stop. When calling the reception of their sister-hotel, they told me there is nothing I can do apart from switching hotels. I had to wash myself in the sink.
The second day, they wrote me an e-mail - I would have to switch rooms because they cannot repair the shower on such a short notice and they would offer me a breakfast for free in return - breakfast I did not even book, nor want, because I don't eat hotel breakfast.
I switched rooms and the adventure continues - the shower cabin won't close properly.
Very bad WiFi, I could not work from the room.
Not to mention the cables and tech behind the TV, only one socket: so, choose your preference - either watch TV, or plug in your laptop / phone, but not both.
Two hair dryers... surreal setting...
The second room was not cleaned properly.
No restaurants, cafes, supermarkets or kiosks around, very badly placed.
The rooms have a little kitchen, but not equipped properly so you can use it. They could at least put some coffee, tea, sugar and salt for guests who don't want breakfast, especially because there is not buffet on weekends and holidays.
Double bed with one pillow and one very narrow blanket. When I asked for more, I got some strange looks...
Railway right outside the windows - very loud - fright trains also passing by every other half hour - if you want fresh air during the night, you can't sleep.
I will have my employer delete it from our system. Worst 3 nights experienced in a hotel ever.
There is no option for 0 stars...

The room was clean and comfortable, but I encountered a few issues during my stay. Initially, I had difficulty accessing my room, as the reception was closed over the weekend. This could be challenging, especially for international travelers without a German cell network or international coverage or for someone with only data coverage.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it nearly impossible to use browsers like Chrome or Safari. Although I was offered a different room, the Wi-Fi issue persisted. Its not suitable if you need to work from your room.

Perfect for the kind of holiday we needed. It was very close to amenities and also to transportation and the room was well equipped and comfortable.

As a business traveler, I booked the hotel because it was the closest to the address I was visiting. The best way to get to the hotel is by taking the 620 bus (please check) via the main train station, as the bus stop is very close by. Unfortunately, check-in was only open until 5:30 p.m., but after a few minor initial problems, the self check-in machine spat out my key card. The rooms and bathroom are big enough and at least mine had a kitchenette with two hotplates, a microwave, fridge and a sink. There was also basic crockery. However, all the rooms are extremely loud. Right outside the front door is a busy railway line on which a train thunders past every 3 minutes at the latest. Since the room has no air conditioning or other ventilation, the only option was to open the window and then the noise was unbearable 24 hours a day. For this reason, I would not recommend the hotel, because I couldn't sleep...

We very much enjoyed the hotel. Even if its not in the center of the city, it's very easily accessible by bike (5mins) or foot (10-15 min). Although the train tracks are just across the hotel I can't complain about the noise. Especially with a closed window you won't notice it. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful!!

It was a good stay. Wifi was not good and the location is just by the railway lines. It was noisy sometimes.

The hotel is very good, clean and ambient and close to the tram station, bus area and also a small walking distance to the area of work that I was going to. I have enjoyed my stay here.
However, just for future consideration - the showering space is small to those who have big bodies, unless one does not close the bathroom door when showering; should also consider having anti slip mats due to water splashing while showering. regarding the cancellation policy, this should be flexible to allow one to change should you wish to do so. Mistakes are human so the hotel or the booking site in case of an error should be flexible on that area which I found to be a little bit harsh; and also allow flexibility to change should the need arise. To have more English channels on the TV in this case its only CNN and CGTN, other channels if possible to have English subtitles, for non Germans or those who don't understand German - may not be very useful to them. For Kitchen utensils, do remember to include a knife which was missing had to purchase one.
