I like the room a lot, especially the bed. We were really tired from the trip and I got very good sleep. The room is clean, morden and a bit quirky with some signs 🤣. The hotel provides free drinks in the mini bar which is a nice touch.
I have mix feeling about the receptionist. We came to the hotel around 10:00 and there was no receptionist there. If you want to get in the lobby you need the room key. We had to stay outside and wait till someone came. The first day receptionist was very friendly. I can't say the same to the second day receptionist.
The location is about 15 minutes away from city center which you can reach by tram or bus. For us it was fine because we know the city before this time we did not need to explore much. There is a zoo near by and different stores for your convenience.

Awful hotel, stayed 5 days, didn't change the beds once, or bring new towels. Next to no service from any staff, definitely would not recommend. Also now have scabies which is 100% from this hotel.

I wish I could put no stars when putting this comment but it was not possible. Even 1 star is more than enough for this terrible irresponsible place.
I couldn't arrive before 11 pm to check in because of my flight and when I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 there was not even one single person to open the door of the hotel. I called the company and they couldn't find someone for the reception. In the end, they mentioned you can request a refund tomorrow (it was 12 midnight! so easy). I could enter the lobby by helping one of the hotel guests and sleep on the sofa until morning. In the morning I was so polite and calm more than what I should be and I mentioned to the reception that you should have someone stand by at night in the hotel (as in normal hotels) and the person mentioned this is not the case in the world (such a small world he has) and we are wasting our time. and I didn't want to waste my time (he was right). So irresponsible and impolite.

Worst hotel that I've visitied in years. Not properly cleaned, no service, constructions not finished in the room, no soap, screws and dust on the floor, no cleaning on the WE. Air conditioning not working in the room.

The room was clean and modern. Drinks in the Minibar are already included in the room price. It is Event-evenings with murder mystery Theater will be offered hands-on demonstrations. The Breakfast buffet was good and rich. Only the Breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests. Room Service was only at about 17:00, so remarkably of late. Friendly Staff. The Hotel is located in the vicinity of the S-Bahn to the city center is easy to reach.

We were 3 days with 30 people for dinner there. The 3-course menu was served every night, only very pretty, but also incredibly good taste! The Restaurant Manager Uwe (?) on top of that was also super friendly, accommodating and special requests are always open. On personal request at the chefs if I could change my food a bit, because I don't like mushrooms, have been suggested to me different Alternatives, and also very friendly, although there were several events and they had to do with the safety enough. We have felt ourselves very good abrogated....since the guest is made happy. Very good!!! Thank You!!!
