I would recommend this accommodation. Great price/value ratio. Comfortable, clean rooms, spacious bathroom and quiet location. I recommend also include the breakfast.

A really nice hotel with clean and big rooms. There was soap and many clean towels. There was a kitchen but unfortunately, it was locked away. Also the bathroom did not have a lock on the door. The localization was great, there was a tram station nearby, and the city center was just a few minutes by car away.

Check-in has been absolutely horrific. If not for a kind person who helped us with German we would have had to sleep in the car tonight. Out of the four telephone numbers on the door for the case of emergency, none gave any info in English and they were not manned. We paid upfront but the instructions for check-in eere not sent. Decent place for decent price. Entrance is clear, parking premises are nearby (in the public street). Our apartment had no kitchen, nor any of it's appliances 😐 we would made ourselves some coffee, at least. And I hate mono bedsheets (the ones that are only for one person and doesn't cover you enough if you are constantly moving around yourself in the bed), but that is just me. A huge bathroom! 🙂

Nice b&b 3 km away of old city. Pretty cheap. The rooms are big and clean. There is a parking for 5 or 6 cars, €6.5 per night.

Very nice aparthotel. The location is perfect if you are attending an event in the conference center. Around 5min walking. The rooms are spacious,clean and well equipped to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. The reception is only open until 18:00 but getting the room key after that time is still easy.

We stayed 6 days. No room service. Toilet paper was not resupplied although we asked for it. High old fashioned bathtub, dangerous to climb into. Beds were not very confortable. Appartment was quiet and spacious. Public parking has to be prepaid daily. The strong point is the good location.

Excellent location in the middle of historic city center, walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the only reason for 4 stars for the rooms is somewhat old decorations style. The hotel has a spacious parking and room for bicycles.

This place has a great location. If you jumped from the window you’d land in one of the main squares of the old town! It is a fully equipped apartment-our unit had a washer. Comfortable and with a daytime only front desk staff to answer questions. The only caveat is that there is no AC So you must sleep with the windows open, as one does in Germany!

Getting there from the train station is very easy. The hotel location was the best, located in the center square of Dresden's old town. The interior, furniture, and kitchenware were very well organized. The staff responded quickly and appropriately to various requests and inquiries.

What everyone says here is true. Location and view really unbeatable. It’s clean and there’s a kitchen and laundry. No freezer compartment. Decor is spartan but the beds are very comfortable. Rooms need updating, no coffee, tea or bottled water provided as other apartment hotels in Germany. Wifi extremely spotty, needed to get a gigacube which was supplied by management, Though washing machine is provided it’s very difficult to interpret especially if you don’t know German.

It's an apartment building. The office is just around the corner. I'm not sure they have 24-hour service. Apartment is in amazing nature. It is very close to tram 11 which takes you on all top locations in Dresden. Apartment is very clean with everything you need. Neighborhood is beautiful.

Small, initial problems on arrival were resolved immediately to our complete satisfaction. We stayed in Suite 5 and felt very comfortable there (spacious, chic and everything necessary available). The location of the apartment is perfect - quiet, pleasant forest air and everything important nearby. It's a shame that we couldn't use the pretty terrace for breakfast (due to the time of year).

Very nice vacations at Little Suites. I was three days there and didn't have any problems. The location is at a silent place where you can have a relaxed stay. The services and cleanliness were at a high level. I looking forward for my next stay at Little Suites.

I really liked it. It's clean and the receptionists are very sweet. You got clean towels and hot water but there is no shampoo. I found the room pretty convenient compared to the price. You need to take the tram to get to the city center though but it's fine.

We were so enthusiastic about the Pension Königliche Ausspanne. The boss and her team put so much effort into fulfilling all wishes. Already at breakfast it starts ... all wishes are fulfilled. Also at the table there is always time for a chat. You can leave the car at home. The local public transport is so well developed that you can get to all the sights. We stayed in April 2015 for a few days in the Guesthouse "the Royal relaxing". The historic building is worth seeing and lovingly maintained, the rooms are cozy and invite to Relax. Wonderful time in Dresden.. We have spent two weeks in the Royal relaxing and were thrilled. The Pension is quietly situated to reach the city centre quite easily. Everything was very clean, in a quiet location, but still centrally located. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop or tram stop. It is also not further to the next supermarket. An affordable hotel in Dresden. The rooms have a 90's look, feel and smell. Rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and they have free wifi. The hotel has a good breakfast. To get to the city center you will need to use public transportation or a car. The hotel has free parking, which is a plus. Staff is super friendly.

Hotel rooms are for pretty reasonable prices if you are looking for cosy overnight in wider center of the city of Dresden. The rooms are in 90's style. The substantial pro is the fact that my room has been equiped with small kitchen including microwave and refrigerator. It is necessary to use a car or public transportation to reach the citycenter.

Nice Hotel, rooms fit for purpose, good Parking facilities and very nice staff! In addition, clean. Stayed for a night there and were able to complain to the empty soap dispenser nothing.
