We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

It is a convenient hotel, with standard good breakfast. Walking distance to the subway (Station: Niederrad) is 10 min, just 1 station away from the main train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof) and 3 stations from the Airport. Supermarket, pharmacy just opposite the hotel. For me just one thing missing, a gym.

Rachel was truly a gem at the front desk. She went well above her duties to accommodate our family of three. She was compassionate, friendly and professional. She was our first impression of Germany and can’t wait to come back! Food was great! Watch out for mosquitoes if you open the windows! Screens would help or fans as there is no air conditioning.

The room interior is clean and there is a simple snack bar in the lobby. There is a mart right next door and the tram and train are a 10-minute walk away, which was nice.

Clean and tidy, good service attitude, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic! I stayed for a week, but the breakfast never changed. Because I stayed for a long time, the room was only cleaned once every three days. The longer I stayed, the less often they cleaned.

If you are doing business, the hotel is located near the exhibition center and you can walk to the exhibition. Eating is convenient nearby. The counter staff are friendly and the overall environment is comfortable.

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.

From the time you walk in to the hotel the staff are there to greet you with smiling faces and warm welcomes, accommodating to your slightest need. Warm Hospitality in the Heart of the City Had a great stay at the 25hours Hotel Frankfurt! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Even though we were right in the downtown area, the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable at all times. A perfect mix of urban energy and a secure, friendly environment—would definitely return!

Loved the hotel. Beautiful, luxurious and nice food. I was there for a jazz concert (Chris Mitchel) on the 3.11.2018. The infrastructure was a dream. Sadly the organization was not that good which made the whole experience less amazing as it could have been.

The rooms are clean and beautiful, the shower with a view to the bed (and vice-versa) is very nice! The service is good and the breakfast/dinner tasty and with fresh products. I don't give the 4th star because the air-co was not working as it should and the room, as well as the conference rooms were quite hot.

The hotel is ok, breakfast is great. One thing which significantly spoiled my impression about the hotel is that the sauna is not working in the morning. It starts to work later in the afternoon, but I like to visit sauna in the morning, before breakfast. With sauna working I will put 5 stars review, but currently - only 3.

Good Hotel for business purposes. Some of the staff seem to be in training. Smoking room is a big plus and the food is surprisingly good. Obviously this hotel lacks the luxury of its sister club and selection locations in Frankfurt, but for business it's fine.

The hotel is wordy the price. I stayed with a friend we booked 2 single rooms. The rooms are old but clean, I felt a bit like in a museum. The employees are very friendly and the breakfast was good, just the coffee tasted good, but that’s a personal impression. All in all I would stay again in the hotel

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. It may not have been luxurious, but it was definitely decent and well-maintained. Mildew started to grow in the shower. I wish they keep it clean where it really matters. The street is loud at night. Keep hearing street people shouting and talking loudly, even with windows closed from third floor. Also lots of ambulance sounds throughout the night. Very annoying. Overall, we would stay here again - but 4 stars is a little misleading. Very practical and comfortable, a little tired and dated. The neighborhood is sketchy and you need to be careful and watchful. The location relative to the train station is excellent.

This is a mixed review. The hotel itself was very nice in a great position for the station. After a problem with the door key we were given a room that had obviously been set up for a family with a large double and a sofa bed which still left the room feeling spacious.
