The hotel was good overall. The room was clean and the service was nice. However, the breakfast was not very varied and lacked many options.

The hotel is well located, well organized. Excellent bed and very spacious room. The shower has little water flow. Pretty basic, small sized room with half pleasant staff. Had to be moved because they placed me directly below a floor that they were doing construction on, making a lot of noise. It is a nice and tidy hotel for holiday, close to historical place. The new building has modern setting in the rooms. Deluxe room provide a separate mini sitting room. The facilities are also quite impressive, gym and bar etc.

Didn't stay here, but held an event here. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Staff were amazing and were on hand to assist with any problems or questions. We're very accommodating with last minute changes. The restaurant serves lovely food, so recommended for a business lunch.

A nice hotel, quiet, cozy room with elegant decoration. Very good breakfast. While the WiFi seems not work for every room. Free minibar and welcome fruit in room are great while they are not put the same drinks to every room. My daughter’s room has wine and beers but ours has beers only. Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.

We arrived very early after an overnight flight. The staff checked us in quickly and were very friendly. All of our needs were met and the hotel is in a lovely part of town. We will definitely stay here when passing through Frankfurt again.

Awkward restructuring of the 2 hotel merge but they are getting there. The odor in the Marriott seems to be a disinfectant and mostly smells nice but somebody over did leaving our eyes dry and crying from the exposure. The rooms were comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. The hot water takes a long time to warm up FYI

Connected to Terminal 1, so you don't have to leave the airport. Great for early morning flights. Also right next to the Covid test station. Had issues with room maintainance (teapot didn't work, shower was clogged) but each was corrected immediately upon reporting. Staff was very friendly. Didn't hear any airport noise.

Service is great - However the rooms and the amenities bare meets the Marriott standards if you ask me. I stay at a lot of hotels each year, mainly Marriott and Hilton. Will look elsewhere next time. It is however connected to the airport, so very convenient.

The hotel is by far the best hotel in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. The location is simply great, it's not far into the city and there is a parking garage next to the hotel. Very friendly staff and the service is top notch. The spa area is also recommended.
