The hotel was good overall. The room was clean and the service was nice. However, the breakfast was not very varied and lacked many options.

Very nice Marriott and pretty much about as good as they get. Well appointed rooms and facilities. Breakfast is very good and all staff are attentive and professional. About 30 mins walk downtown. Avoid the ski-row streets on the way and you'll be fine. Would stay again for sure.

Good location and the room size good

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.  Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable.  We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.

Professional and friendly staffs We arrived early at 10:30 and the staff were so kind to let us checked in early.

Other than the shower water pressure which is really low. Everything else was superb. Near shopping street & eateries. Will recommend.

The hotel is clean, and the staff was helpful. Location is very convenient for major city attractions with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and cozy. Didn't stay here, but held an event here. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Staff were amazing and were on hand to assist with any problems or questions. We're very accommodating with last minute changes. The restaurant serves lovely food, so recommended for a business lunch.

A nice hotel, quiet, cozy room with elegant decoration. Very good breakfast. While the WiFi seems not work for every room. Free minibar and welcome fruit in room are great while they are not put the same drinks to every room. My daughter’s room has wine and beers but ours has beers only. Unfortunately during corona it was not the best time to stay in the hotel as there was no concierge, no bellboy, the spa was closed and the gym could only be used with a reservation. A wonderful place to relax and work. Due to COVID-19, the hotel will be run by trainees in November. At this point a big compliment, the stay was great and all wishes were read through our eyes. The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and five-star standards. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and highly recommended. The only inconvenience of this stay was that the hotel's underground parking garage was difficult to find, which took some effort.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.

Very nice and spacious room with perfect location right at the airport. Very convenient for early flights

There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.

Spa is good that’s about it Check in was really slow. Even though we arrived at 4pm the room still was not ready. Room was very dark and felt kind of beat up. The highlight is the spa. It’s on the top floor, so beautiful and well maintained. The gym is a bit cramped but good equipment. Overall I think this hotel is not great value for the money.

The sauna was wonderful, with great views. Next to river with nice walking trails. Great hotel for solo or couples use but maybe not for small children or families. Very mature settings. I enjoyed my stay, walkable to old town and other places in the city.

Stayed here many times, but has become a bit grubby. Had an issue with aircon- different system to previous- maintenance called but room still very warm. Location is very handy for the Hauptbahnhof, on the quieter/nicer side of the neighbourhood.
