All passenger lifts were not working. We had to use service lift and cargo lift. There were very few direction signs to the service lifts. Moreover, no one answered my calls for assistance.

Hotel reception lady provides inaccurate information during checkin .She claimed that there is construction work ongoing so there is no direct access to the airport. Even agree that I can take a taxi if I have problem with my luggage.

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

The hotel is well located, well organized. Excellent bed and very spacious room. The shower has little water flow. The spa and pool area have good structure and are clean, but the pool water is quite cold. It could be a little warmer. The service provided by the staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent!!!

Very nice hotel - superb location, excellent breakfast (with pancakes and donuts!) and good quality rooms. The checkout line was quite long however and the parking of 30euros is expensive.

It is a nice and tidy hotel for holiday, close to historical place. The new building has modern setting in the rooms. Deluxe room provide a separate mini sitting room. The facilities are also quite impressive, gym and bar etc.

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. This place is located exactly in front of the train station. The location is perfect for a day of work if u have to catch the train in the morning. I liked the service. But I really didn’t like the floors because they seemed unsanitary and not clean. I could they could be replaced from many years of being used. Other than this, the whole experience was extra nice.

We stayed at the Frankfurt between the 6th and 7th Match 2024. We had to get an extra night because of the train and plane strikes. The afternoon staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Location is quite convenient. There is a tram stop right in front of the entrance that takes you directly to the main train station. Check-in was quick. Nice and clean hotel. Hotel Wifi is weak (about 7MB) which is definitely not good. Enough for emails I guess. Room entertainment system not what you would expect. Only (or mostly) German TV channels which is not good for international guests. No access to TV input, therefore no way to cast screen if you'd prefer streaming form your laptop. Really a pity. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. I stayed in the car loft room which is really comfortable. The bed is very good, but the pillows not. I slept really bad due too the automatic air ventilation which you cannot switch off and extreme loud. Ear plugs definitely recommended. The breakfast was quite disappointing, except the coffee.

Brand new hotel with incredibly well designed rooms which make the absolute most of tight spaces. Lighting could have been better, but bathroom was immaculate and well thought out...especially the lit mirror. Adjacent to train service directly into centre of town. Excellent soundproofing. A few corners could be cleaner here and there...some are a bit worn. But the bathtub and the view from the 25th floor make up for it all.

My family absolutely enjoyed staying here. Even thought we stayed for a day here, we wished we stayed more because the location was great and the views from the room is amazing. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful. I stayed in Germany for 10 days and in different hotels, this is the best place we stayed.

The hotel impresses with its view of the Frankfurt skyline. The equipment is functional, but could do with an update. The booked category was "Villa" and here the highlight is the free-standing bathtub integrated into the sleeping area in front of the window front.

Location is not ideal for visiting the city (20-25 min to the city center with the local train), but the hotel itself is very elegant, both the lobby and rooms were spacious and "hip"/"schik"/cool. The shower works wonderfully and free drinks in the mini fridge.
