I spend a night at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel just to have the convenience that I won't have to rush myself in the morning for going to the airport. Nice, easy walk to/from Terminal 1. My only criticism is that some bathrooms still have "high wall" tubs, with no handholds. I am an older guy with balance issues and almost fell getting in and out. On my next stay, they provided me with a room having a safer, walkin shower. Breakfast is great, both in lounge and restaurant. Staff were great. Definitely, would stay again.

We were stayed here with a small group of 3, we had booked a standard double room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not too comfortable but it was a wide bed. Pretty basic, small sized room with half pleasant staff. Had to be moved because they placed me directly below a floor that they were doing construction on, making a lot of noise. A/C lacked in both rooms so I’m sure it’s hotel wide, windows do open. No room service in the hotel. Close to the train station and the river.

The reception name Manoj is just being lazy and not helpful. Was asked for a help to do some print out. But he asked me to go to other shop to do. Then i requested again, he simply give me an email and mentioned could not receive. Happy for the first and last stay.

Very nice hotel - superb location, excellent breakfast (with pancakes and donuts!) and good quality rooms. The checkout line was quite long however and the parking of 30euros is expensive.

Once you get checked in, the experience is OK, but you might have to wait a while to get checked in. The bar in the hotel closes at 10 pm , which I thought was a bit early. The room was small but functional, and the breakfast was quite good. The room was very quite, despite being over a major transportation hub.

Great, chilled ambient central lobby which is a great place to chill. Rooms were also lovely. Perfect for a business trip. The only one downside was the loud music from the club on the first floor, but honestly I don't think it's enough for me to reduce my rating to 4 stars.

We had a fantastic stay here in Sep 2021. The room was well appointed, clean, and modern. The bathroom is quite large by European standards. Exceptional service. Valet parking only for 30+ euros a day but that is standard for the area. Perfect location on a small park if you are traveling with a dog.

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Location is quite convenient. There is a tram stop right in front of the entrance that takes you directly to the main train station. Check-in was quick. Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the decor of the interior and free mini bar. Value for price ratio is amazing.

Nice and clean hotel. Hotel Wifi is weak (about 7MB) which is definitely not good. Enough for emails I guess. Room entertainment system not what you would expect. Only (or mostly) German TV channels which is not good for international guests. No access to TV input, therefore no way to cast screen if you'd prefer streaming form your laptop. Really a pity. This place is located exactly in front of the train station. The location is perfect for a day of work if u have to catch the train in the morning. I liked the service. But I really didn’t like the floors because they seemed unsanitary and not clean. I could they could be replaced from many years of being used. Other than this, the whole experience was extra nice.

We stayed at the Frankfurt between the 6th and 7th Match 2024. We had to get an extra night because of the train and plane strikes. The afternoon staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Great location and very good rooms. The bed was comfortable. Near to restaurants and shops that stay late at night. All the major subway lines are less than 5 minutes away by walking. The welcoming was good. The wifi was good.

It's a very good place to sleep between connection flights. Paid 40 euros for one day. Located 20 meters away from the train station and 15 minutes far from the airport. Rooms are smaller but enough to accommodate your needs not to mention the much needed shower and isolated walls to sleep well.

Check-in and check out were quick, staff were prompt and polite. Wifi was good, location is close to the train station. Price was reasonable, but not a four star hotel but can be 2 star at max.

The hotel itself is very nice and modern. I stayed in the car loft room which is really comfortable. The bed is very good, but the pillows not. I slept really bad due too the automatic air ventilation which you cannot switch off and extreme loud. Ear plugs definitely recommended. The breakfast was quite disappointing, except the coffee.

Location is not ideal for visiting the city (20-25 min to the city center with the local train), but the hotel itself is very elegant, both the lobby and rooms were spacious and "hip"/"schik"/cool. The shower works wonderfully and free drinks in the mini fridge.
