All passenger lifts were not working. We had to use service lift and cargo lift. There were very few direction signs to the service lifts. Moreover, no one answered my calls for assistance.

Hotel reception lady provides inaccurate information during checkin .She claimed that there is construction work ongoing so there is no direct access to the airport. Even agree that I can take a taxi if I have problem with my luggage.

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.  Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable.  We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.

Professional and friendly staffs We arrived early at 10:30 and the staff were so kind to let us checked in early.

Other than the shower water pressure which is really low. Everything else was superb. Near shopping street & eateries. Will recommend.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff and really good breakfast buffet. I usually stay here twice a year and I changed from staying at Sheraton-Marriott hotel at Frankfurt to Hilton Hotel as it is much newer and in better condition than Marriott and Sheraton.

Still one of the best hotels in a great location for international travellers

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

The hotel is wordy the price. I stayed with a friend we booked 2 single rooms. The rooms are old but clean, I felt a bit like in a museum. A few corners could be cleaner here and there...some are a bit worn. But the bathtub and the view from the 25th floor make up for it all.

My family absolutely enjoyed staying here. Even thought we stayed for a day here, we wished we stayed more because the location was great and the views from the room is amazing. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful. I stayed in Germany for 10 days and in different hotels, this is the best place we stayed.

The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

Modern, clean, comfortable and rather new. Great location! Only flaw is a section of the flooring in my assigned room. Flooring was not even and creates squeaky/cracking noise when you step on it. Nearly tripped over several times. Was impossible to avoid as it is the main walk path within the room. Stayed only one night - too tired to ask for a change. But the rest of the room was nice.
