Breakfast was ok (nothing special though), the reception staff during night shift very slow (checkin was in Marriot). The greatest advantage is the location. I wouldn't come back if I don't have to

Clean, convenient to terminal. Walking distance, food options reasonable

All passenger lifts were not working. We had to use service lift and cargo lift. There were very few direction signs to the service lifts. Moreover, no one answered my calls for assistance.

Twice during my week long stay, at 5pm / 17:00h housekeeping knocked on the door hoping to clean my room. Not with a knock and a wait for response. With a knock AS THEY OPENED THE DOOR

I hardly review total because it’s mostly the same but my stay in Marriott Frankfurt was nice because every request were met with a smile so I had stayed here very comfortably

Once I was not even dressed as they barged in. I left my towels hanging as they were unused, they were all replaced every day. So much for environmentally friendly

Toiletries were laid out on a face cloth in the bathroom. Other items that were on the desk were moved to another face cloth on the desk

What else did they touch??? Front desk staff were excellent Restaurant staff were excellent Breakfast was amazing

Avoid the ski-row streets on the way and you'll be fine

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system

Nearby metro station, very convenient, very spacious room, clean and tidy , the only cons is the vending machine , pay but nothing come out , have to contact reception

The in-door pool on the 8th floor is beautiful and well maintained; there is also a sauna and a small gym with equipment. The meals at the hotel’s restaurant were all excellent, well prepared and presented

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Fantastic stay for our family, comfortable beds in large clean room and access to a nice pool with spectacular views across the city. Location is close to trams and Festehalle / mess underground

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.   Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable

Wow—let that be my first word! From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The rooms were stunning, with a shower and tub that felt spa-worthy, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable

The bathrooms were especially impressive — dual vanity sinks, separate tub, walk-in shower with a ceiling spa showerhead, plus a toilet and separate bidet — far more than we expected for a European hotel at around $250/night in late July

The room has Aircon although it didn't seem great 🫤, but you are able to open the Windows which is great👍 Views from inside Bedrooms are pretty miserable (like looking from a Prison Cell 🫤) if you're staying there, book/ask for an 'outside facing' room Breakfast is very good with a large mix of options, all well prepared 🙂 The Bar area is good and also included a nice outdoor area which is very nice...

This booking is pay at hotel which I book for my colleague. The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel

3 night stay for concert, room very basic, towels were threadbare, aircon not working and shower changed from ice cold to scolding on a regular basis. Reception staff very unhelpful and totally uninterested

I usually stay here twice a year and I changed from staying at Sheraton-Marriott hotel at Frankfurt to Hilton Hotel as it is much newer and in better condition than Marriott and Sheraton

The room was super clean and even being vaccinated, I felt extra safe and appreciated the attention to Covid details

Great hotel for an overnight stay at Frankfurt Airport. The location is super convenient — right inside the airport building and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station

It’s been a very pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shops in the airport Terminal 1 makes food and toiletries easily accessible. The bed is soft, and thus may not be suitable for light sleeper.

Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded

The staff is very professional, immediately recognized that we are platinum members and arranged an upgrade to a Skyline Suite. The reception area is a bit small, and immediately adjacent is the hotel bar

The housekeeping manager quickly addressed the toilet issue when reported. However, during the busy holiday season, the bar seemed understaffed, with only one person attending to guests. Breakfast: Outstanding—10/10

Had overnight from lufhansa of delayed flight. Room was big, clean. Breakfast ok, not brilliant, but 50 euro for late check out 10 euro per hour. Because close to railway central, not nice surroundings.

There was also a disco in the hotel from night until morning. But I was so tired that I fell asleep very quickly and even slept well. The price also pleasantly surprised me! 71€ including breakfast

We slept with the windows open- as one does in Germany but there was a bit of street side noise. We did easily catch an early morning train to the airport the next day. Saved a lot versus an airport hotel

I came at night without a reservation and they gave me a large room, with a double bed, and the concierge was very friendly and asked me to call him if something didn’t suit me

Great place to stay for an exhibtion I was there for an exhibition in Frankfurt, walking distance to the exhibition, good and safe parking space for the car in the garage, break fast was very good with a lot of options, staff at the check-in and out very firendly and helpful

Excellent location for Frankfurt city center and exhibition center (Messe). 17 only 150 meters away with connection to Messe and main station every 10 minutes. Change tram at either location for city center

Only little things like no fridge in the room was not good or in the bathtube for shower no anti slipering mat was available. An in all, I will book again for the enext exhibition in this hotel

For me it makes no sense to make masses of bacon and eggs at the start of breakfast time. When people come to breakfast at 8 a. (Sunday), the eggs have a skin on top and the bacon is cold

This is a general problem and an imposition in all hotels with the bread rolls they offer. Some are still cold from being frozen and hard as if they had been lying around for months

Checking out without any problems. The only complaint is the breakfast. The selection of food and drinks is perfect but there are 3 points that need to be improved a lot

Location is fine, not great, about 30min walk from centre. The room is clean and well functional. No iron and ironing board, but I called reception and they brought right away. I'm very happy with this hotel

A few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel has very cool rooms selected for you by rock and roll genre. It it was plenty for a single night. And as with other 25hours hotels, it has a great restaurant as well

I stayed in a medium room and it was big by any standards. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Free minibar for me was a welcome bonus. Service at check in and check out was friendly and fast

Very good conference hotel in which we have to carry out conferences. A modern conference area, good food and courteous staff. Only the Parking situation is a little tense.

Beautiful, luxurious and nice food. I was there for a jazz concert (Chris Mitchel) on the 3. The infrastructure was a dream

I know others have had different experiences, but I can honestly say my stay here was great. I arrived much earlier than the checkout time to leave luggage and they checked me in early, which was appreciated

It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there

I'd reccomend to anyone wanting to stay near the station so they can catch an early morning train or flight

Friendly staff, clean room, and the gym and sauna is AMAZING! Can’t forget the breakfast buffet either…. really fantastic! Made to order omelettes, bacon, eggs, cappuccinos, juices of every kind, melon, and much more

The room is also very modern, spacious, with all the gadgets you need (wireless phone charger by the bed). The soundproofing in the room is incredible considering it is located near the highway and the airport

The bed is quite big. Except that the air conditioner in the room is a bit cold, everything is good. It is close to Sbahn but not noisy and very safe.

It's not far from the Frankfurt exhibition. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. The transportation is also relatively convenient. There are DB train station and rail bus next to it
