The receptionist is very helpful and let us early check in at 12nn. It was good for us. Hotel location is excellent and nearby the train station n airport. I will be back if go to Frankfurt for transit.

good that they had private bathroom included in the room as I didn't check either of them when booking last minute - I thought free WiFi is a standard in Sheratons but now I know it is not

One night stay in the airport, it's really nice hotel, because very close to the airport T1, just by walking. But you should go to the departure of T1A&T1B, Then you can see the sign to the hotels

Hotel looks really clean and neat. Hotel was very near to the airport (one link bridge away at level 3). Had all the facilities like Starbucks n bakery

Twice during my week long stay, at 5pm / 17:00h housekeeping knocked on the door hoping to clean my room. Not with a knock and a wait for response. With a knock AS THEY OPENED THE DOOR

Good location and the room size good

Bathrooms are a bit small but still nice. There is pretty good sound isolation within the rooms which gave our dog some much needed peace when he was left alone in the room

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.   Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable

We enjoyed strolling along the river and exploring the old town on foot. Psst: Do note the hotel is undergoing major renovation at the time of this review (end of May 2025), which did affect the ambiance slightly

My partner and I had a near train station stay at Le Méridien Frankfurt. The location is perfect—just steps from the main station, making arrival and travel around the city super convenient

Regretfully, we received a less-than-upgraded room this time around, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, the service and location kept the overall stay pleasant and convenient

A hot bay with sausages, eggs hard boiled, soft boiled and scrambled. I particularly like the naming of eggs as “10 minute eggs” and “5 minute eggs”. German directness and precision at its best

Location is very convenient and right next to Galeria and shopping district. Hotel also near to the subway wand walking distance to old town city Center too. Room is basic but decent enough to get a stopover in Frankfurt

The room was a good size, and had a nicely done up bathroom. Bar 24/7, service was ok at midnight but great at the more sociable hours we used it (particularly for checking in and out). Didn't get a breakfast from here

Highlight of here was realising it's brilliantly located - it's minutes away from an S train that takes you directly to the airport, or to Frankfurt's main station, where you can then transfer

As this is a classic hotel, the facilities are not up to par for a five-star hotel, but it is a fine hotel representing Frankfurt and the building and breakfast are excellent

I stayed here in 2019 and thought it was good. The second time I stayed here, I was shocked. They took down the no-cleaning sign and put it back up instead of cleaning. I slept in the dark all night

The next day, when I got home from work, there was no power and no notification. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room, but there was no room to choose from

Can I downgrade the room? I was moved from a premium king bed to the basement. I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. I went to the front desk to argue and they said they only had the last room of the same level

The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. One thing which was very impractical was the distance between the sink and the mirror which made shaving a challenge. Overall however yi would definitely return

My husband and I stayed at this Hyatt location during our honeymoon. The staff greeted us and were so kind. I appreciate that the staff spoke English to make our stay even more comfortable

New, modern, clean and comfortable bedding. S-Bahn station just behind the hotel. However, due as the place was still maybe new, there was no proper signage directing towards the station.

The hotel is virtually next to the train station - one stop from Frankfurt Airport which was great for my connecting flight the next day. The staff are very friendly and professional

Super clean, affordable, and everything you need was available. There was an iron, kettle, microwave, and a small refrigerator, along with glasses and plates. There was even a possibility to cook if needed

There is also a mini speaker that you can take to take a shower and listen to your favorite music. On the first floor there is a bar with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful lighting, and there is also a pool table

The hotel is really convenient for people visiting Frankfurt. The staff is nice and help me to check-in even I arrived early than the check-in time. I will be back if I come back to Frankfurt

Great Location, quite a busy place, and travelers should be aware that sometimes you can not check in earlier than the advertised times. 

Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness

very close to the office, easy to reach out. room cleaniness is great, the housekeep team even helped me to organize my makeup products in the toilet without any confusion, which i appreciate a lot

Nothing was wrOng with it except the bed sheets which made noises a lot 😅 whenever we used to move in bed they made lots of noise! Otherwise we had no other issue. The view was good, windOw were sound proof

The breakfast buffet is good as well, there were warm foods, cold foods and sweet things. You can find almost everything you desire to eat from cold to warm, fruites and juice

We decided to stay another night at this hotel and also met Mona & Dean, who worked the front desk in the mornings & helped check us out. They are also great people & made our departure smooth

Rooms are comfy, location is perfect, an easy walk after baggage claim. Perfect for an overnight between flights. It’s next to the a bit fancier Hilton. The breakfast is better at the Hilton and rooms bigger

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

JW Marriott is a luxury chain so only the best is expected here. The hotel is very nice and it is centrally located close to everything. The rooms are nice and spacious but the there is issues in the rooms

Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded

Nice lobby and bar. Rooms are small but good value and recently furnished. Wifi comes free with the booking. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.

It is very close to the airport. The hotel is quite good. There is no drinking water. It costs 5€ a bottle to buy in the hotel. In the next few days, it will cost less than 50 cents a bottle in the supermarket😢

There was a lot of noise in the room, as it was not well sound-proofed. Also, the bed was not in good condition, the mattress was old and not comfortable

The tables could be a little higher / easier to eat at? The rooms are always just right size with desk. Bathrooms are small, be prepared, though fitting purpose for solo business travel, and clean

Well, I already stayed in this hotel now for the 4th time. We always use it as sleep over on the way back to Shanghai. The location is just very convenient, and we actually walk to T2, it's about 15 minutes.
