Best Hotels in Frankfurt am Main

I spend a night at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel just to have the convenience that I won't have to rush myself in the morning for going to the airport. What should I say, it was the best desicion ever

All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and polite at anytime, but especially Georgious from the Club Lounge made my stay memorable because of his service-oriented and professional work

Although it was a relatively short stay, I felt very comfortable and taken care of

Nice, easy walk to/from Terminal 1. My only criticism is that some bathrooms still have "high wall" tubs, with no handholds. I am an older guy with balance issues and almost fell getting in and out

Our rate included breakfast and the breakfast buffer was extensive and good quality. This is a convenient choice for an overnight layover

I had stayed over because of a flight cancellation. I stayed only for a night but the room was very comfortable and i could see amazing view from my room! The service was very good. The staffs were very prompt and polite

For context my husband and I had been traveling for over 18 hours , we hadn’t slept in over 24 hours. We were exhausted and Lucy provided the best customer service we have ever received

She was so kind to us , getting us checked in as quickly as she could. it was the first day our honeymoon. Upon hearing that she was even more kind if that is even possible. she sent us a macaroon dessert plate and card

She made us feel like family rather then just another customer. Lucy made us want to stay in Frankfurt. Marriott should use her for training in customer service! The room was nice with an amazing view of the city

In the morning she helped us exchange money and gave us information about the trains and city. Marriott Frankfurt should be proud to have such an amazing person working for them

Excellent, nice hotel! Didn't expect to find such a right in the airport. Planes do not hear, inside of all 5 stars!

Great location and grateful for the free shuttle. Check in was fairly quick although there was only one counter open when we got there. The room is on the smaller side but it's ok for one night

I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Not walking distance to terminals but there is a shuttle 24/7 every 20 mins 00, 20 and 40s

The service and staff was in general good, but some were a bit slow. I may come back to this hotel again if I have to spend the night in Frankfurt

Air conditioner is not very efficient and it's quite warm and stuffy in the room although everything seems to be clean. The bed is not bad but the pillows are very soft so very little support for the neck

Breakfast has really good options for all requirements

The Hotel is located somewhat away of the center but with the tram very good to reach. The proximity to the Messe Frankfurt is also advantageous. Floor was very nice, large and spacious

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Hotel, and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and quiet. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful

This hotel is by far one of the best 4* hotel in Frankfurt. I stayed in here last week for business trip. Starting from the lobby, I had great experience with the receptionist where check in process was smooth

A good hotel in Frankfurt. The best was the food and the inside garden. The rooms are large and clean although the carpet has a bothering smell. Very good service.

Location not great but rooms were good, housekeeping were excellent. On site restaurant rarely open. Beds in the room very comfortable. Nice bathroom, fridge and safe in room. Window and door provided good ventilation

Great accommodation. This hotel seems to have two parts, an older and a newer part. Good gym according to my colleague. The regions are very decent and the staff is great. Very much recommended.

Amazing hotel, loved the hospitality of the staff at the front desk. The food and drink at the bar was absolutely wonderful and so was the barrista. I asked for hot water in my flask and he was happy to accomodate

The fitness center was big and a lot of equipment there so good gym, the sauna unfortunately was not turned on when I was there. So the steam sauna and the normal sauna where off and the turn on switch didn’t work

I paid for the dinner and for the breakfast so I thought grabbing some leftovers is no big deal. Suddenly some kitchen worker (I will not name him here) came to me and literally shouted in my face what I am doing here

I mean you can inform your guest that he might go back to his room and can come back when it’s done or phone the room. I also have nothing good to say about the sauna and spa

He then continued to shout at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I mean you can not treat any guest in this way at all. The restaurant personal in the evening should be trained for customer contact

I felt very threatened by him, after he was gone he came back and demanded why I was still standing there, as I was still waiting for my dinner, which by the way took more than 30 minutes to get done

And what I was thinking, standing there in the breakfast area and taking cereal. I nicely told him that I am waiting for my dinner and that I am a paying guest so I just wanted a snack for my dinner

We tried nearly all the cocktails from the menu and they made Lee & mates our evening. This bar plays in another League. Super central for tourist visitors. My unique improvement feedback is about the swimming pool area

A nice and modern Westin with a good location. Prices are higher than average. The rooms could be cleaned better. There were pieces of broken glass and dust under the bathroom sink for the duration of our stay

They were cleaning rooms next to mine and guess the young guy forgot before he went on his break. Soon as he returned he came by brought Water and other supplies for coffee station. Wyndham Grand was a good choice

We stayed in this Hotel for 10 days and loved the place, nice clean friendly and reasonable, bought our stay through Travelocity.

The Intercontinental sits directly in front, blocking view of river especially if on the lower floors. The hotel was about a 10 minute taxi ride in heavy traffic during the noon hour on a rainy day

Not that modern building but some really cool gadgets in the hotel. The rooms have a king size bed and a couch as well as a desk and chair. Bathroom not that big but modern

Some cool ideas with the room service menu and hotel facilities built into a channel / portal on the television. Nice flat screen tv and lots of channels to choose from

Great room with a view of the river and city. Staff pretty nice at check in. Housekeeping had to stock my room with coffee tea sugar and milk

The Superior room wasn't spacious, well furnished and very clean. The bathroom was also quite spacious. The included breakfast was very decent with lots of choices. The location is very convenient for public transport

Lots of little problems. Found hair on the bed linens when we checked in. Sink stopper broken, Air Conditioning not cooling fully. All corrected when asked, but still.

There is also a mini speaker that you can take to take a shower and listen to your favorite music. On the first floor there is a bar with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful lighting, and there is also a pool table

They have a really nice bar on the second floor with comfy chairs and good drinks. Breakfast was really good too. Overall, we'd stay here again, and our stay was certainly enhanced by the service from Alex!

As others have mentioned, room temperature can be problematic, with no real way to adjust temperature. even for two people who live in South Florida. we just opened the window and everything was fine

We had a fantastic stay here in Sep 2021. The room was well appointed, clean, and modern. The bathroom is quite large by European standards. Valet parking only for 30+ euros a day but that is standard for the area

Very good location, only a couple of minutes walk to Wily Brandt underground station, and right in front of the hotel there is a tram station, taking you to Central train station or inner city

My colleague and I Came on business and are here for 5 nights. Everything is kinda good in the hotel. However the ac keeps switching off as per timer and we are unable to switch off the timer

All perfect except the design of the hotel room. Bathroom and toilet have no locks. And, the shower is actually transparent to the outside! Perfect for couples

Also you can watch outside while showering and they can watch you:) Rooms are clean but as you see at the pic if you stay couple not very useful bed frame. Last and the worst was the restaurant

All and all a pretty good hotel. But the restaurant closes early and to go anywhere you have to get the shuttle and might end up paying €7 for a 12 minute ride

I really like this hotel it is close to the airport and next to the Shopping centre/Train station as well. The staff especially Khan at the bar is such a friendly person. He is always smiling and ready to help

Everytime I am in Frankfurt- it makes me happy to see and chatting with him. I hope, he continues working at the hotel and also continues smiling 😃

There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of
