I had a room the 1st night that did not have heat. The engineering staff came right up and worked on it till midnight. Even bringing me a space heater to make sure I was warm until the room got warmer. The next morning, they came back and felt it was not warm enough. Only issue is inconsistent staffing of the front desk. Evening around 21:00, no one there sign said to go to Moxy front desk. And around 12:40 the next day, had to wait ~10 minutes for someone to show up. Hotel was great and staff was very pleasant when they got there.

Hotel is within walking distance of so many great things: weihnachtsmarkt, a piece of the Berlin wall, main tower, myzeil and more! The room is modern and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I paid visit again to this place after my first visit in Frankfurt in 2019 because my family and I really like the place back then. We had an unexpected stay in Frankfurt due to a travel mishap - but were so warmly welcomed by the lovely staff at this hotel we immediately forgot the stress of it all. It was great, if you get one of the the top floor rooms, you ll have great view :) Staff is friendly, beds are really comfy. The weird thing was the breakfast, they ll bring at your room door in the morning, the fresh things, but hope this is only because of covid situation. My experience at The Residences Boardinghouse in Offenbach has been excellent. The apartments are kept as new, fresh and very clean. They are also well furnished and every detail is taken into account. In addition, the staff is extremely kind, service-oriented and efficient. The area has easy access to public transportation and is served by various supermarkets. I certainly recommend it.

The room I booked at The Residences was very clean and modern. I really felt at home. The staff was very accommodating and all my extra requests were met. Prices are extremely good for what you get at The Residences. We were also in the city center of Frankfurt in just under 13 minutes, which is very well located and close by.

Fantastic location overlooking the train tracks and the Frankfurt skyline. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby (and the REWE supermarket is on your doorstep). Sound proofing of room was actually v good and once windows were closed, the train sound was v muted. Spacious room, great little touches like a beer in the fridge, etc. Overall v enjoyable stay

Great hotel, large room. A really positive aspect was the free late checkout option. A big negative is that breakfast wasn't included and was very pricey (just under 17€) and not particularly good. Another minus is that our room hasn't received the daily cleaning on our second day.

We can fully recommend the Dirazi Guesthouse. I felt extremely comfortable during my longer stay there and the house has a very good atmosphere. Gladly again at any time. The owner, Mr. Jung, is very friendly and always took care of my concerns quickly and easily.

it has been our fifth year to stay in this hotel during the fair in Jan. everything here is nice, peaceful and quite. it is about 15 minutes walk to the shopping area. it is pity that the hotel has cancelled the supply of breakfast since last Oct. we have to go out for breakfast every morning (especially bad experience in rain). Really nice, clean and spacious room. Cons: TV fixed on the office table making it Impossible to watch from bed. Reduced staff can take time to check in and check out.

The deluxe rooms are elegant; Nice living room with an open kitchen. If you love cooking; i suggest you give it a try. You'll enjoy a view of Frankfurt streets; the Zeil is a walking distance from the hotel; you can enjoy your shopping and many restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Apartment is okay, albeit strong smell of tobacco in building halls. This particular apartment located very close to main train station at a decent price.
