Its a good place to be in.. the only reason i have taken 1 star away is that they do not have ironing facility in every room.

Giant hotel room, even for American standards. Big bedroom. Big living room. Two balconies. Kitchen. Fast wifi. Close to city center. What more can you ask of a hotel in Frankfurt?

Good enough for business purpose. But the breakfast is really terrible.

Good value hotel. Breakfast is not a huge selection but had all the essentials. Had nice swings in the front garden and very close to a park.

Great if you have a family (we have a 1 year old). Reasonable kitchen, good bed. Samnsung tv you can plug your laptop in too and a good buffet breakfast that you can take back to your suite. In a lovely part of town. Will be back. Due to renovations, we needed to carry our push chair to the lift, which was an annoyance.

Quiet residential neighborhood area within walking distance to subway station. Excellent breakfast with many delicious choices. Room was as clean as a surgeons scalpel. Bedding was clean and comfy.

Visited a friend who was living in Citadines. Nice rooms and good room service. Gym, parking space and place to chit chat with friends outside your room is available... Good chocolate shake available at common area 🙂

Loved this hotel. Neat and clean. Rooms are spacious. Free coffee, sparkling water, cocoa drinks. The breakfast can be better. Can add some cooked food for breakfast except the continental. Lovely reception and they will help in all aspects. One thing I felt that they could have one medical staff for emergency medicine help like in Sunday's.

This is nearly a great hotel but the slamming doors throughout the night prevent a good sleep. All of the doors are equipped with door closers but they are not properly adjusted. It's really odd that it has not been taken care of.

the design is nice an clean, the room is mostly very quiet but the bed is springy the shower and the toiled are in the room. to add to that the bathroom stall has transperant wall, that is wierd and does not provide privecy

This hotel will stay in your mind with its delightful and beautifully designed rooms. The use of a shared kitchen also makes your life easier and you can cook your own meals whenever you want. There is a vegan breakfast and it is a good alternative for those who want a healthy breakfast.

We loved this hotel, from the super friendly staff, to the beautiful and creative design, to the location and accessibility. This hotel is what every boutique hotel should be: a memorable experience. The rooftop bar is remarkable, great wine selection and a large variety of cocktails served in an intimate and relaxed space. Can't wait to return!!!

The check-in process was awful due to a tech issue in uploading the Covid test and certificate. I had a very hard time as the file uploader was leading to the camera instead of the file explorer. One part of the window fell on my hand while I was closing the window during check-out. That was a very heavy metal bar and cut my wrist. We stayed here for 3 weeks. We got an apartment with one bed room and a living room. The staff:- The staff was good, not the best but the house keeping keep knocking and they want to kick us out of the apartment just to finish cleaning before the clock hits 12pm which is stupid for any hotel to have a rule were all rooms must be cleaned before 12pm. Cosy hotel with big room/bathroom, and comfortable beds. Sofas were a bit stained but room was clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to park in the basement at €28 per day so that was convenient. It's just next to the Skyline Plaza mall so convenient for some shopping or light bite. They have Starbucks, Pizzahut and Taco Bell etc in the mall.

Standard of the rooms just like in other adagio hotels, perfect for short stay. Unfortunately the AC didn't work in my room, and staff couldn't help with that - that's why I taking away one star. Window can be only slightly open, so it's impossible to get some fresh air inside. Due to that, temperature in room was unbearable. Generally huge plus for kind receptionists

Not so close to the central area, but has some restaurants around. Roomy, but the pull-out couch wasn't as comfortable as an extra bed would be. Everything considered, it was good for the price, imo.

I had been couple of years ago. I stayed there for 2 months. The staffs were welcoming, polite and kind. The best part is that one of the receptionist was able to speak in English.
