Visited a friend who was living in Citadines. Nice rooms and good room service. Gym, parking space and place to chit chat with friends outside your room is available... Good chocolate shake available at common area 🙂

Loved this hotel. Neat and clean. Rooms are spacious. Free coffee, sparkling water, cocoa drinks. The breakfast can be better. Can add some cooked food for breakfast except the continental. Lovely reception and they will help in all aspects. One thing I felt that they could have one medical staff for emergency medicine help like in Sunday's.

Courteous personnel. Elevator activated with room key. Free good espresso in the lobby. Clean bathroom. Quiet and functional

I stay here to visit the exhibition Achema. From this Hotel to walk to the exhibition is only 7 minutes. Perfect location!! Rooms are big and clean. People very friendly. Coffee and tea are always free in the lobby. Parking garage is directly under the hotel for 15€ a day. For Frankfurt cheap. Wifi free everywhere in the hotel.

It is 1:30 in the night and I just arrived. Despite the crazy hour I was welcomed enthusiastically. The guy at reception was super friendly even though we are halfway through the night. First impression: very nice room for such low price this close to the exhibition hall. And... Superfast Wi-Fi is included.

This is nearly a great hotel but the slamming doors throughout the night prevent a good sleep. All of the doors are equipped with door closers but they are not properly adjusted. It's really odd that it has not been taken care of.

the design is nice an clean, the room is mostly very quiet but the bed is springy the shower and the toiled are in the room. to add to that the bathroom stall has transperant wall, that is wierd and does not provide privecy

This hotel will stay in your mind with its delightful and beautifully designed rooms. The use of a shared kitchen also makes your life easier and you can cook your own meals whenever you want. There is a vegan breakfast and it is a good alternative for those who want a healthy breakfast.

We loved this hotel, from the super friendly staff, to the beautiful and creative design, to the location and accessibility. This hotel is what every boutique hotel should be: a memorable experience. Due to an unforeseen medical emergency requiring hospitalization (not Covid related) a few days stay turned into three weeks. We had a one bedroom apartment which was quiet, spacious, clean and well suited for our length of stay. Cosy hotel with big room/bathroom, and comfortable beds. Sofas were a bit stained but room was clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to park in the basement at €28 per day so that was convenient. It's just next to the Skyline Plaza mall so convenient for some shopping or light bite. They have Starbucks, Pizzahut and Taco Bell etc in the mall.

Lovely hotel, great location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Apartment has everything you need. Breakfast team are very covid aware and the system works very well. Was here with my 5-month old son for 3 days. Very satisfied. The receptionists were friendly and warm in welcoming us. We had everything we needed in the room. Stayed here for a few weeks with my partner. The service is amazing and receptionists are always warm and friendly :) The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped for long term stays. Standard of the rooms just like in other adagio hotels, perfect for short stay. Unfortunately the AC didn't work in my room, and staff couldn't help with that - that's why I taking away one star. Window can be only slightly open, so it's impossible to get some fresh air inside. Due to that, temperature in room was unbearable. Generally huge plus for kind receptionists

Not so close to the central area, but has some restaurants around. Roomy, but the pull-out couch wasn't as comfortable as an extra bed would be. Everything considered, it was good for the price, imo.

The check-in process was awful due to a tech issue in uploading the Covid test and certificate. I had a very hard time as the file uploader was leading to the camera instead of the file explorer. Great if you have a family (we have a 1 year old). Reasonable kitchen, good bed. Samnsung tv you can plug your laptop in too and a good buffet breakfast that you can take back to your suite. The special power here is the fully furnished kitchen. The price is reasonable. When calling directly, you can book if necessary is cheaper than Portal. Parking directly at the house.
