Nice location, very convenient nice bedding etc however the bed frames and storage areas were very dusty. Also saw a few bed bugs which scared me away as I didn’t want to be infested with them when I go back home. I woke up to a bite on my face and on my finger. If the beg bug issue was fixed everything else was fine

Excellent budget hotel. Best for the price for both solo and family travelers. Plenty of bus and trams in front of the door.

In a really good place, everything is super close and the public transportation everywhere, tho there was difficulty to check in with the too many steps and qr codes that created a long queue but nice and clean

The room was ok clean, but the outside was very noisy at night. And the room was so hot without AC so I had to open the window and sometimes I woke up with the noise.  The receptionists when I checked in were a bit rude. But the ones in the morning were good.

Had a pleasant experience with A&O hostels, beyond my expectations. Neat and clean, very cooperative staff. They have a nice co-working desk near reception.

The toilet stank. Because of the air conditioning, you shouldn't air the room, although I would have liked to do so occasionally. Okay for the price.

Fair enough to receive 5star for the cost of the accommodation per night. Parking space around the hotel is not an issue during the night. The receptionist(Samira) is also approachable and friendly.

Decent little Hotel. Only downfall in the summer time, the outside seating area is in the courtyard which is surrounded by hotel rooms. Could be an issue for sleeping since Germans don't have air conditioners which means you open the windows. Rented their apartment and really liked it. Service is friendly and very helpful.

Near main station and shopping street. The room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. There was daily cleaning but the staff did not refill the liquid soap and provide new paper coffee cup. However, it is not a problem that we can ask at the reception. No kettle in the room but we can borrow at the reception with 10 Euro deposit.

Since there is very limited availability around the hotel for places to eat, I ordered the breakfast. It cost €17 euros but they had a very limited and average breakfast! No warm breakfast except boiled egg. Very disappointing and definitely too expensive for what we got fed.

Well, I already stayed in this hotel now for the 4th time. We always use it as sleep over on the way back to Shanghai. The location is just very convenient, and we actually walk to T2, it's about 15 minutes.

Right beside metro and tram station. They first gave us a room facing the staircase by the metro. What kind of view is that and felt unsafe! Then they changed to a higher floor but gave me accessible room normally meant for handicapped people. As a hilton honors member I was disappointed with that. Overall room size was big and breakfast was good.

The hotel is located far from city centre (about 15 minutes) driving and only public transport available is Bus or Uber. We stayed for 2 nights - value for money. However, the cleanliness is poor with stains on toilet bowl and used tissue found in room. Also, both morning (8am) the housekeeping staff just opened the door without knocking. Our room was quiet most of the night although we had a few knocking sounds from main door. We suspected it was due to the air pressure built up from corridor as our room was near the end of corridor. The room carpet was tainted with stains but that didn’t affect us. Hotel was near to subway station and took less than 30mins from main train station.

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

It's not far from the Frankfurt exhibition. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. The transportation is also relatively convenient. There are DB train station and rail bus next to it. The room is small and suitable for one person to live in.
