Breakfast is good. Room a bit small but for a place to stay is acceptable. Location next to the Central Station is very convenient to go to other parts of the city.

Solid option for the business traveler, but honestly there are other, better priced and with bigger nicer rooms around the corner. Not the best motel One. Personal was very friendly. As I said not bad at all, but 3 minutes away by car is my usual favorite Hotel for FFM Airport. So just an option for me if the other ones are full.

A little out of the way from downtown, but we enjoy walking and seeing the sights. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. It's not far from the Frankfurt exhibition. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. The transportation is also relatively convenient. There are DB train station and rail bus next to it. The room is small and suitable for one person to live in.

Room a bit small, but very clean!

Some rooms are on the quiet street, others were more noisy and the hotel isn't in a good neighbourhood where I felt pleasant to go out at night. Some things were broken in the room and it wasn't great overall. Benefit of this hotel is that it's close to the station but I'd rather travel a bit further next time for more comfort and a safer neighbourhood

Decent place near Frankfurt's main rail station. Overall, the lobby and my room were a bit worn and in need of refurbishment. They also messed up my bill and charged me twice (which I'm still trying to sort out). But it's just a five minute walk to the station so it's location is good.

Everything fine except for noise at night - the hotel is right in the city centre and the windows offer no noise reduction. Street noise can be heard late into night. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Staff were friendly. A few minutes walk from the train station. However, the hotel is located almost directly next to a drug help clinic and near a red light area so there were a lot of unsavoury characters on the street. There was a lot of police presence.
