Very good location, only a couple of minutes walk to Wily Brandt underground station, and right in front of the hotel there is a tram station, taking you to Central train station or inner city. Also within a 5 minute walk to the old city. The hotel and the room were both spotless clean.

The hotel is conveniently located to shopping, sights, the river and the business district. While not large, rooms are fair-sized and well designed. Check in was easy and available early - a rarity at German hotels. Breakfast was good. Decor and service are solid. Great option for rental Frankfurt and all sorts of travelers.

It's in a convenient location. Some rooms smell like cigarettes. The staff are nice and welcoming. I got to extend my stay (late checkout at 18h) at a very reasonable price. That was convenient. Breakfast at 6:30 and 8:00 are a bit different. More selections at later hours. I don't know why.

We enjoyed our stay here. We brought our bikes and parked them in their parking area. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. We were given an accessible room, which was very quiet. The breakfast is okay, and I love the location—so close to the train station.

A good hotel at a reasonable price practically in the city centre. As the name suggests the rooms are in a minimalistic Japanese style with a mini toilet that you almost feel you are staying in downtown Tokyo. If some trade fair is your destination than this hotel is just a few tram stops away

Nice and clean hotel. Don't be fooled by the reviews. The reception was extremely respectful and helpful. The only problem with the hotel is that they show free parking and charge you parking fee. Free parking is street parking. If you arrive late, you cannot find a place to park your car and you have to pay 15 euro for underground parking.

Smoking rooms, right at the airport terminal, they gave us print outs of our travel documents which is amazing during COVID because you always need fresh copies of your vaccination passport. This hotel is great. The staff and management are really laid-back. It is a vibrant atmosphere. Room was ideal. It's apartment style with a good refrigerator and cooking facilities. Just a 3-minutes walk from the tram and train station, and from there a couple of minutes ride to the main railway station. There are also many eateries and supermarkets nearby. A little out of the way from downtown, but we enjoy walking and seeing the sights. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.
