Let me tell the negative side first. The rooms are extremely small. If you have more luggage (hopefully it will be huge if its a long trip) and have kids as well, we will be tightly packed in the room. Not even a little bit space to turn around. The hotel is located 5 mi n from the little petit town. This hotel serves local honey, bread, jelly from the area. I am invited to come back.

A bit misleading as Messe is not within walking distance but room was spacious and clean. Only one working lift which is not ideal during messe, had to take stairs twice.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. Less than 4mins drive from the main station. There’s also a bus stop outside the hotel that has a direct service to the main station. Overall nothing to fault. Will not hesitate to come back again.

Spent the night while on the way to Dunkirk. Check in was seamless thanks to the service desk team. The room was quite comfortable with complementary water and tea/coffee. The gym is small but allows a great session and the breakfast service was excellent and caters for different taste buds. Will surely visit again whenever I am in Frankfurt.

It was a good place to stay, clean, nice staff but the hotel is a bit dated and could use a slight update. I am rooting for them as I would probably visit again in the near future.

Affordable hotel with decent, if basic, rooms (don't like the high pile carpet, though). The gym is very basic, but they also have a sauna. Breakfast is OK for the price, but I would have preferred to have some more fresh fruit.

Location was superb, staffs were quite friendly, breakfast was good but repetitive. Room size was quite big, basic toiletries were provided. Could be better if drinking water was given for free on a daily basis. Wheelchair accessible on most floors especially the entrance. Room was clean. The room was very warm as it gets direct sunlight and has no air conditioning. The shower was so small that my body would hit the hot/cold knobs while I was turning. The bed was comfortable. I'd still stay here again.

Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Staff were friendly. A few minutes walk from the train station. However, the hotel is located almost directly next to a drug help clinic and near a red light area so there were a lot of unsavoury characters on the street. There was a lot of police presence. I never felt unsafe but I am a tall guy. It might not be the best place for some travels.

Very clean and reasonably priced hostel, I had a private room that shares a bathroom with two other rooms. Convenient location from the station and not far from city center also. The street it's located on however, as others have mentioned, is full of drug addicts. I saw one passed out on the pavement at the entrance. The family room (2 children under 11) was very spacious and the masterbed was exceptional!!!

We stayed only one night here but had a great time overall. Our room had a great view. Nothing really luxurious, yet a good standard of room and facilities; minimalist but also really comfy. Very basic choices for breakfast, but the food was high quality. The people who work at this hotel clearly enjoy their job and care about the customers.

Good location. Closer to various good restaurant, attraction and Metro Station. I stay here for 2 nights. The check in process was efficient. The receptionist are very helpful and entertaining. Since I brought my bicycle, the hotel let me park my bicycle in a safe place. I had a good breakfast too. Don't think I will come back to this place again because I have no more need to go to Frankfurt. But...

Excellent location close to U- and S-Bahn and 10 minutes walk from main shopping street Zeil. However it is cheap hotel and only for travellers with limited budget. For two stars conditions are very good. Clean and quiet. Take rooms for 2 only not single rooms.

A good hotel but a little expensive and no WiFi and breakfast included, you must pay for WiFi 4€ per night and 8€ for the breakfast. but I found out thier is offer when you take more days with WIFI it'll be cheaper for ex: when you take 5 days with WIFI it'll be the price 10€ it's fair.

I'm visiting this hotel for one night. I got small room with twin bed and small bathroom. In the room you have bottle with water. In conclusion, a small and nice room without a view from the window. On the lobby you have restaurant & pub you can to order pizza or beer. This hotel location 10 minutes from the train station center.

I have already stayed at the Ibis hotel twice for work and the truth is that I would not like to return. Firstly, the customer service is not very efficient. The service is very slow and you have to ask for the same thing several times for them to listen to you. There seems to be no communication or coordination between the staff. We put our credit card so they could charge us for breakfast every day...

If you are ok with small rooms and bath you should be fine with this hotel. They have a attached restaurant that is good enough to survive in case you don't want to go out, especially during the chilly weather. The good thing about this location is that a lot of good food joints - Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian and shopping centres are at walking distance.

The hotel was nice to say the least. The seedy drug/drunk/homeless scene directly outside was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Everything else was grand. There was a nice market right down the street. Wine and great food for everyone!

Comforfull

Basic accommodation, clean bathroom. Located in a red light district, so leaving and returning late at night not advised. We had to pay a €70 fee for leaving after 11 AM but were not told this beforehand. Staff claimed we "should have asked beforehand" what time we had to leave. Apart from that, staff is friendly and willing to help.

I was happy to stay in the location but my initial "greeting" was so bad I would have cancelled if I could. Maybe some staff need to travel themselves to understand what good customer service really is because it didn't apply in my case at this hotel. Had two night stay at this hotel. It's about five minute walk to the train station and about 10 minutes to city centre. The rooms are basic and clean. The hotel is located in a secure courtyard, which given the neighbourhood is a good thing.

The prices are good, ande location suited me well.

Regular hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms do not always have airco, but got a fan as compensation. Colleague's room however was not cleaned properly as the shower had hairs in the drain.

Good location for people attending seminar at FCA. The rooms are nice, with kitchrn and mini bar, tv, safe, wifi. The Indian restaurant in hotel has really good curry would recommend. At my stay was for some reason really warm inside of the hotel but besides that everything great.

Location is the ultimate benefit to the stay. Very accessible to trains and buses. Hotel is well maintained. Tiny, Neat and clean rooms. No much food options considered for veggies and vegans. Nice place but misleading statements

Solid option for the business traveler, but honestly there are other, better priced and with bigger nicer rooms around the corner. Not the best motel One. Personal was very friendly. As I said not bad at all, but 3 minutes away by car is my usual favorite Hotel for FFM Airport. So just an option for me if the other ones are full.

All praises for location, ambience, prices, service quality.... It's a delight being here. Although for a vegetarian, food choices are quite limited. With first lovely impression and elating stay experience MotelOne has now become my first preference hotels chains to look for in next stay.
