We tried nearly all the cocktails from the menu and they made Lee & mates our evening. This bar plays in another League. Super central for tourist visitors. My unique improvement feedback is about the swimming pool area

As we traveled with family we took 2-room hotel room. Room was modern, spacious, bright and clean. We arrived before check-in time and were invited to take a late breakfast, then we left luggage and went for a walk

Modern & elegant with a charming atmosphere. Alex at the reception, Pam in breakfast or Ana in the lounge for mentioning some names. Everyone has been taking care of my family in an incredible way

The Grand Westin Frankfurt is a luxurious hotel in the city center, offering spacious rooms, modern amenities, and excellent service. Its prime location makes it perfect for both business travelers and tourists

Guests can enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, and a variety of dining options. The staff is attentive, and the breakfast buffet is particularly impressive

The Westin has a few food and beverage options, all of which seems popular. The Club Lounge is airy and well located. Breakfast is a bit limited and disappointing. But the evening snacks were great quality and very tasty

Very kind staff and delicious food make this the perfect hotel for a trip to Frankfurt. And it helps how central of the city it is. Museums and landmarks are very easy to reach

I can't get over the fact that you can set the water temperature in the shower and in the bathtub also! It was awesome! The view was amazing, we got room service and it was fast and delicious! The crew is super helpful, they even booked train tickets for us so I would give it more stars if I could!

The hotel's central location also made it incredibly convenient to immerse ourselves in Frankfurt's rich culture and attractions. It's an experience we won't forget and we can't wait to stay again!

Really classy hotel, in the center of Frankfurt and just a short walk from the main shops 👍 The hotel is very plush, it has a beautiful design and is well laid out

This Hotel is a landmark on its own. The outside architecture is amazing and it only gets better when you go inside. You're greeted to a lobby like a palace. The rooms are just as luxurious if not more so

I stayed here for a few nights a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately there were some issues with the room I had originally booked, so the staff upgraded me to a suite which was sweet! I loved the suite

⭐Quiet, with superb acoustic insulation. ⭐Almost complete light blockage at night, thanks to the curtain box. ⭐Practical lighting with understated chic. ⭐Oh, and the breakfast buffet to a yard of soaring trees

My opinion is the same as I had during my stay at the same hotel on April 3rd and 4th, 2025, except that this time they gave me a better room and I checked in with a very kind and polite person.

⭐wow, this Hilton redefined Hilton for me. None of the Hiltons I stayed in the U. comes anywhere near the level of quality at this Hilton. ⭐Clean, down to the corners of the bathtub sealant

The omelette is great when the master is there. But we understand the necessity of training. ⭐Buffet choice is wide enough. All sorts of bread and spreads, smoothies

A hot bay with sausages, eggs hard boiled, soft boiled and scrambled. I particularly like the naming of eggs as “10 minute eggs” and “5 minute eggs”. German directness and precision at its best

The hotel is really nice, modern, clean, and has friendly staff! A special thanks to Mr Abdeslem the restaurant manager his amazing hospitality. He was really friendly and made you feel welcome

Hotel was clean but parking was expensive. Would come back again though as we enjoyed it.

There were some stains on the curtains in our room but otherwise the floor/bed/bathroom seemed clean, it’s just very simple (but they did include a yoga mat in the room)

The room was spacious, well-furnished with the necessary amenities & toiletries. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable, and the aircon & wifi connection is good too

Good location, easy to explore the city and travel to the airport and train station. Good size room, comfy bed, decent shower. In room coffee was good and exercise mat in room was a nice touch. Quiet room and good sleep.

There is also a mini speaker that you can take to take a shower and listen to your favorite music. On the first floor there is a bar with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful lighting, and there is also a pool table

The room is fresh and tidy, the materials are solid, and there are appropriate artistic embellishments, giving people a sense of both administration and vacation

Fine and exclusive luxury hotel in Frankfurt nearby the city center, old town and Main river. All the hotel staff especially at the reception (multi language including spanish) is attentive and helpful

It was my first time staying at JW Marriott. It was indeed a level higher than the ordinary Marriott in all aspects

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded

In terms of service, the staff will take the initiative to help with the luggage, they are warm and friendly, and they will take the initiative to provide drinks when checking in

Got the room for a super cheap price. A very central location (literal 2 min walk to the main train station). And free breakfast buffet is provided to every customer. And staff was very nice and polite.

We stayed in Frankfurt at the beginning of our trip in Germany and found that you have to be careful when booking hotels in northeast area of the central station in Frankfurt but the area to the south where this inn is located is perfectly safe

Breakfast is good. Room a bit small but for a place to stay is acceptable. Location next to the Central Station is very convenient to go to other parts of the city.

They allowed early check in which was exceptional. Breakfast was included which was also nice.

This is a Japanese style business hotel and we tried out a location in South Korea that we enjoyed and we enjoyed this one too

Close to the central station, nice rooms, very convenient and comfortable. What else could you want? I was very impressed. Staff was helpful, bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well (but carried a fee)

Amazing hotel, loved the hospitality of the staff at the front desk. The food and drink at the bar was absolutely wonderful and so was the barrista. I asked for hot water in my flask and he was happy to accomodate

The hotel is located almost in the city center and 4 minutes walk from the central station and almost 15 min walk from the shopping area

The hotel was very easy to get to as it was only a few hundred meters from the train station and the staff was very courteous even though we arrived at around 2:00am

No tea/coffee maker in the room, but hot water is available 24/7 and free in the lobby. There is no closet in the room, only 3 hangers which is clearly not enough for two people, no table except for a small folding table

The room was a good size, and had a nicely done up bathroom. Bar 24/7, service was ok at midnight but great at the more sociable hours we used it (particularly for checking in and out). Didn't get a breakfast from here

Definitely good for this price 👍 The hotel looks a bit more suitable for young people, but we still felt quite comfortable. Nice lobby, workstations, “fun-zone” with board games, bar with the usual “bar” prices

Highlight of here was realising it's brilliantly located - it's minutes away from an S train that takes you directly to the airport, or to Frankfurt's main station, where you can then transfer

There was also at least 2 bakeries nearby, plenty of evening eateries and a 30 minute walk (max) from most Frankfurt tourist attractions

The room was pleasantly quiet, even with a bubbly social area - good for couples, groups and solo travellers

They are very attentive and friendly. Just a footsteps to the river Main and city center

Close to the city center and good access to good restaurants and sights

Overall a really solid business hotel for a short stay. Decent gym, good breakfast, good shower, great location for a run early morning along the river. Well located to get in and out quickly to the airport

After checking out, I returned to my hometown, and there was some issue with the payment, which helped me very actively when inquiring. Then they checked again that the issue was solved or not

I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small

(not sure it can be every time) Especially the staff is very kind and friendly. Even though I was not native to English and German, the staff keep kind attitude and talked slow and detailed

This hotel is in a central location, right by the train station, but the people who work here really make this a great place to stay

Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness

very close to the office, easy to reach out. room cleaniness is great, the housekeep team even helped me to organize my makeup products in the toilet without any confusion, which i appreciate a lot

Serdar at the front desk helped us with check-in and coordinated with David Janz, the hotel manager, to allow me to call IHG from my room to get my hacked account fixed

Hotel Review: A Memorable Stay with Impeccable Service During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a very nice experience overall

My wife & I stayed at the Holliday Inn Frankfurt - alte oper 18 to 20 June, 2026 & had also booked another room for her parents

Near the train station and the historic centre of the city. But the street is very dirty and around the construction site

Had overnight from lufhansa of delayed flight. Room was big, clean. Breakfast ok, not brilliant, but 50 euro for late check out 10 euro per hour. Because close to railway central, not nice surroundings.

There was also a disco in the hotel from night until morning. But I was so tired that I fell asleep very quickly and even slept well. The price also pleasantly surprised me! 71€ including breakfast

I came at night without a reservation and they gave me a large room, with a double bed, and the concierge was very friendly and asked me to call him if something didn’t suit me

Everything was fine, only the bar was almost empty, and since I didn’t use it, I called to let you know, because they took a 50 euro deposit from me to use the bar

The hotel is located just almost directly opposite the train station, which is just perfect, because I had to catch the train in the morning

All perfect except the design of the hotel room. Bathroom and toilet have no locks. And, the shower is actually transparent to the outside! Perfect for couples

Also you can watch outside while showering and they can watch you:) Rooms are clean but as you see at the pic if you stay couple not very useful bed frame. Last and the worst was the restaurant

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown

My stay at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was extremely satisfying. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was still sufficient and well-equipped

Check-in and check out were quick, staff were prompt and polite. Wifi was good, location is close to the train station. Price was reasonable, but not a four star hotel but can be 2 star at max.

I know others have had different experiences, but I can honestly say my stay here was great. I arrived much earlier than the checkout time to leave luggage and they checked me in early, which was appreciated

It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there

The location within the walking distance of the Central Train Station is both a boon and a bane

During my previous stays the friendliness of their service had been a little underwhelming, but after giving my feedback to the GM I saw a remarkable improvement, which is truly admirable

Great location fantastic quirky nostalgia design as expected in the room. The only comment I have is to have more shelves at the toilet basin and shower area to store personal toiletries

The former visually spices up an otherwise boring business stay and the latter, like the rooftop sauna with view of the skyscrapers, the amazing pillows, the schindelhauer bikes and the free minibar content are endearing extra points

Also a hard pillow would be good instead of 2 soft pillows. Lastly, wish there’s a block out curtain as my room was facing directly towards the sauna area at level 6

I stayed here for a 2-night business trip. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the city center

The hotel is value for the money. The room was modern, spotless, with all the facilities, just absolutely perfect. The mattress was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps

The complimentary buffet breakfast was a bonus to guests. The food quality was good and not short of choice. There were plenty of seating areas on the ground floor for guests to relax, including a business center

The breakfast had a great variety of delicious salty and sweet choices. The metro and the tram station were exactly outside the entrance of the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel again

It‘s a very cute and cozy hotel located not far from an S-Bahn station which makes it easy to travel to. And for the price you pay it’s totally worth it and we really enjoyed the breakfast they serve.
