Amazing hotel, loved the hospitality of the staff at the front desk. The food and drink at the bar was absolutely wonderful and so was the barrista. I asked for hot water in my flask and he was happy to accomodate

⭐Quiet, with superb acoustic insulation. ⭐Almost complete light blockage at night, thanks to the curtain box. ⭐Practical lighting with understated chic. ⭐Oh, and the breakfast buffet to a yard of soaring trees

My opinion is the same as I had during my stay at the same hotel on April 3rd and 4th, 2025, except that this time they gave me a better room and I checked in with a very kind and polite person.

⭐wow, this Hilton redefined Hilton for me. None of the Hiltons I stayed in the U. comes anywhere near the level of quality at this Hilton. ⭐Clean, down to the corners of the bathtub sealant

The omelette is great when the master is there. But we understand the necessity of training. ⭐Buffet choice is wide enough. All sorts of bread and spreads, smoothies

A hot bay with sausages, eggs hard boiled, soft boiled and scrambled. I particularly like the naming of eggs as “10 minute eggs” and “5 minute eggs”. German directness and precision at its best

Got the room for a super cheap price. A very central location (literal 2 min walk to the main train station). And free breakfast buffet is provided to every customer. And staff was very nice and polite.

We stayed in Frankfurt at the beginning of our trip in Germany and found that you have to be careful when booking hotels in northeast area of the central station in Frankfurt but the area to the south where this inn is located is perfectly safe

Breakfast is good. Room a bit small but for a place to stay is acceptable. Location next to the Central Station is very convenient to go to other parts of the city.

A pleasant surprise for us was the view we got of the central station and many buildings nearby - we could sit there and watch trains and trams come and go

They allowed early check in which was exceptional. Breakfast was included which was also nice.

Location is very convenient and right next to Galeria and shopping district. Hotel also near to the subway wand walking distance to old town city Center too. Room is basic but decent enough to get a stopover in Frankfurt

Room is clean, some industrial style. Bathroom is not big, so does shower, but for single traveler, i am good with it. Location is perfect, it's a minute walk to Zeil shopping street, grocery store is right across

Very mixed feelings for this hotel. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was not. Only one person can fit at a time. The room has AC but it barely helps. Staff seemed bothered to be working

Whenever I checked in, I was just handed a room key and that was it. Was given no information about parking, breakfast, the free welcome drink or even told “enjoy your stay

” Parking is its own nightmare, avoid it completely. Big spaces but financially a nightmare

The hotel is centrally located, allowing you to get to the subway station without getting wet even in the rain. The hotel's impressive exterior makes it pleasant to enter and exit

Everything is great about this place, it really was perfect. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic. You just can’t go wrong staying here, I would recommend it to anyone going to Frankfurt!

While daily housekeeping is thorough, there are signs of aging and lack of maintenance. The staff are polite and punctual, but there is nothing particularly hospitable about them

Very nice hotel, clean and large rooms, nice breakfast and atmosphere. Will definitely go back to this or other steigenberger hotels in other locations

As this is a classic hotel, the facilities are not up to par for a five-star hotel, but it is a fine hotel representing Frankfurt and the building and breakfast are excellent

Can I downgrade the room? I was moved from a premium king bed to the basement. I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. I went to the front desk to argue and they said they only had the last room of the same level

I stayed here in 2019 and thought it was good. The second time I stayed here, I was shocked. They took down the no-cleaning sign and put it back up instead of cleaning. I slept in the dark all night

The hotel is located fifteen minutes from Main HBF There are three lifts in the lobby but they are slow Ibis level, the room is very big There is still 7~8 steps of space between the two large beds Only the lighting is relatively dim, which is fine for couples, but families find it too dark

The hotel is in a great location and the reception staff were very pleasant, courteous and helpful but I would recommend the nearby L'Osteria restaurant to eat as the staff and food in there was amazing

The next day, when I got home from work, there was no power and no notification. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room, but there was no room to choose from

Facilities: The room facilities are very new, and there is a Bluetooth speaker at the head of the bed

Also you can watch outside while showering and they can watch you:) Rooms are clean but as you see at the pic if you stay couple not very useful bed frame. Last and the worst was the restaurant

it says they close midnight but if you go 10:30 surprisingly they can tell you " we are close bevause didn't have enough customer" Hotels management they should re-think about these system

Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower

Overall a really solid business hotel for a short stay. Decent gym, good breakfast, good shower, great location for a run early morning along the river. Well located to get in and out quickly to the airport

After checking out, I returned to my hometown, and there was some issue with the payment, which helped me very actively when inquiring. Then they checked again that the issue was solved or not

I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small

(not sure it can be every time) Especially the staff is very kind and friendly. Even though I was not native to English and German, the staff keep kind attitude and talked slow and detailed

There is also a mini speaker that you can take to take a shower and listen to your favorite music. On the first floor there is a bar with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful lighting, and there is also a pool table

There is have a woman could want, lots of mirrors🤩🥰, a coffee machine, you can also make a delicious tea (there are tea options) and not to mention that it is an environmentally friendly hotel

The hotel is really convenient for people visiting Frankfurt. The staff is nice and help me to check-in even I arrived early than the check-in time. I will be back if I come back to Frankfurt

A little far from Frankfurt Main hbf. Service is okay and breakfast is expensive at 31 Euros. Room and amenities are good though.

Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness

very close to the office, easy to reach out. room cleaniness is great, the housekeep team even helped me to organize my makeup products in the toilet without any confusion, which i appreciate a lot

We decided to stay another night at this hotel and also met Mona & Dean, who worked the front desk in the mornings & helped check us out. They are also great people & made our departure smooth

The breakfast buffet is good as well, there were warm foods, cold foods and sweet things. You can find almost everything you desire to eat from cold to warm, fruites and juice

The complimentary buffet breakfast was a bonus to guests. The food quality was good and not short of choice. There were plenty of seating areas on the ground floor for guests to relax, including a business center

The breakfast had a great variety of delicious salty and sweet choices. The metro and the tram station were exactly outside the entrance of the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel again

It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there

I'd reccomend to anyone wanting to stay near the station so they can catch an early morning train or flight

It's just a few walking minutes to the SBahn stop which gives you access to get anywhere in the greater Frankfurt area. On most nights, there is also a small hotel bar open for guests
