The hotel’s prime location is fantastic as it is right next to Frankfurt Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) which made it an excellent base for easy access to trains, public transport, and the airport

So convenient just fee steps exit from the central station platform number 1. Staff are nice, room is clean, bed is comfortable, they arranged connected room as per our request earlier via trip

I stayed at IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd for two nights in a double-bed room and found it a convenient and comfortable option for a short visit to Frankfurt

Excellent location, clean room, the room is bigger than we expect, but air con is quite hot

The bathrooms were especially impressive — dual vanity sinks, separate tub, walk-in shower with a ceiling spa showerhead, plus a toilet and separate bidet — far more than we expected for a European hotel at around $250/night in late July

After checking out, I returned to my hometown, and there was some issue with the payment, which helped me very actively when inquiring. Then they checked again that the issue was solved or not

I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small

(not sure it can be every time) Especially the staff is very kind and friendly. Even though I was not native to English and German, the staff keep kind attitude and talked slow and detailed

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.   Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable

A little far from Frankfurt Main hbf. Service is okay and breakfast is expensive at 31 Euros. Room and amenities are good though.

One of the best places i have stayed in long time

I did a quick inspection of the room, which showed minor defects and signs of aging (tiny bit of mold in the bathroom, curtain coming off of the railing, LED strip behind the bed in part being disconnected, bathroom trashcan being a little beat up, etc

I was able to wait in my room and after reception called everything was ready, my new key was brought up to the room. Receptionist was given a tour of room 722 and all defects were pointed out

Second time entering the room after dinner I came across some silverfish, which did make me go back to reception and inform them. They asked if I wanted a new room, to which I agreed

Room 720 was less spacious, but still plenty and seemed in line with a what I had originally booked. It was a little noisy, but is to be expected on a busy road with trams

Would the room(s) have had no defects, this would have been a 5-star rating. Higher if I could give it, because of the seemingly upgraded room and complimentary breakfast

Once again, a tiny bit of mold was spotted in the bathroom and 2 of the LEDs on the light strip behind the bed would flicker. Everything else was perfectly fine

Would recommend this hotel just for that breakfast! Unfortunately there is no Executive Lounge yet, so that's a bit disappointing for anyone coming for the JW brand - they recently rebranded

My room wasn't ready when I arrived in the morning, so the front desk staff member suggested I have breakfast on the first floor. She also gave me suggestions for nearby shopping

Absolutely amazing hotel! Great value, there is ongoing construction at the moment but I didn't feel it, though I was on the top floor

Ideal location if your train stranded. Which is a 1 in 3 chance in Germany. So good they are here. Simple but clean and neath rooms. Very nice breakfast included, with lots of greens.

Probably the most functional hotel room I have been in. I used the underground parking garage for my motorcycle. The receptionist kindly checked if I could get a discount for it but that was not possible

Breakfast is good. Room a bit small but for a place to stay is acceptable. Location next to the Central Station is very convenient to go to other parts of the city.

We got breakfast with the stay and it was phenomenal. I wish I had asked how they make their scrambled eggs. One thing I wish I tried was the restaurant in the evenings, it looked great when passing by

A pleasant surprise for us was the view we got of the central station and many buildings nearby - we could sit there and watch trains and trams come and go

Nice hotel literally self))) all modern, relaxed - we waited 15 minutes registration 2 workers at the front Desk and 2 people in front of us all! This family hotel, no hurry) the staff is not visible, check in and went myself in the room, silence everywhere

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

It is lit well though and here is a solid police presence so we felt safe enough, but take care at night especially. The hotel inside is gorgeous - so new. Our room was very big and all felt very new

This hotel is in a great location if you are either arriving in late to Frankfurt or leaving early (we were both) because it is right next to central station but be warned, the area around the hotel is a bit edgy - lots of homeless people

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the Frankfurt main train station. It is a budget hotel with a sister hotel beside it. We can use the gym of the sister hotel beside it

Hotel is located in the city center, right across from the main train station. The city center and Frankfurt’s financial district are within walking distance

I know others have had different experiences, but I can honestly say my stay here was great. I arrived much earlier than the checkout time to leave luggage and they checked me in early, which was appreciated

It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there

The room was also very comfortable and clean - very effective air conditioning so it was nice and cool

Location is very convenient and right next to Galeria and shopping district. Hotel also near to the subway wand walking distance to old town city Center too. Room is basic but decent enough to get a stopover in Frankfurt

Nice hotel about 5min away by train from city centre. Its located on a non touristic area. Rooms are great but hotel lack amenities like a restaurant and tea or coffee during the day.

The reception service is very poor. When problems arise, they don't solve them. Even worse, they roll their eyes.

Stayed at the Sofitel Opera in Frankfurt for 4 nights whilst attending a conference in the city. The hotel is located in a beautiful area next to a park yet within walking distance of several bars and restaurants

While I was disappointed at first, by the time I reached reception to check out, the apologetic staff had prepared a take away lunch for me to bring to work! It's walkable to many attractions. Unfortunately, there weren't many restaurant options nearby, mostly Middle Eastern cuisine, and there wasn't a convenience store very close

River bank is 2 min walk and you can stroll all the way to old town from the river bank which I find it much better than following Google map. The room is clean and functional

Just be careful in not placing Apple Watch charger in the iron night table as the magnet in the charger will cause short circuit and damage the charger as it happened to me

Perfect stay at Wyndham. Rooms were new and beautifully done, service was impeccable and the breakfast spread was also very good. Would love to stay here again.
