We tried nearly all the cocktails from the menu and they made Lee & mates our evening. This bar plays in another League. Super central for tourist visitors. My unique improvement feedback is about the swimming pool area

As we traveled with family we took 2-room hotel room. Room was modern, spacious, bright and clean. We arrived before check-in time and were invited to take a late breakfast, then we left luggage and went for a walk

Modern & elegant with a charming atmosphere. Alex at the reception, Pam in breakfast or Ana in the lounge for mentioning some names. Everyone has been taking care of my family in an incredible way

The Grand Westin Frankfurt is a luxurious hotel in the city center, offering spacious rooms, modern amenities, and excellent service. Its prime location makes it perfect for both business travelers and tourists

Guests can enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, and a variety of dining options. The staff is attentive, and the breakfast buffet is particularly impressive

The Westin has a few food and beverage options, all of which seems popular. The Club Lounge is airy and well located. Breakfast is a bit limited and disappointing. But the evening snacks were great quality and very tasty

They were cleaning rooms next to mine and guess the young guy forgot before he went on his break. Soon as he returned he came by brought Water and other supplies for coffee station. Wyndham Grand was a good choice

The Intercontinental sits directly in front, blocking view of river especially if on the lower floors. The hotel was about a 10 minute taxi ride in heavy traffic during the noon hour on a rainy day

Not that modern building but some really cool gadgets in the hotel. The rooms have a king size bed and a couch as well as a desk and chair. Bathroom not that big but modern

Some cool ideas with the room service menu and hotel facilities built into a channel / portal on the television. Nice flat screen tv and lots of channels to choose from

Great room with a view of the river and city. Staff pretty nice at check in. Housekeeping had to stock my room with coffee tea sugar and milk

Cost was much less if you road the bus, but that requires better knowledge of German. Taxi was €28 from terminal 5 Frankfurt Airport

- slow service, at reception and restaurants - difficult to contact, never answered the phone and had to call through call centre to get a simple request - impossible to retrieve forgotten items - impossible to reach housekeeping - mediocre housekeeping I would not recommend to stay here unless you have a membership with this chain and get upgraded — as long as you get as low service touch-pints as...

Took me a while to sort the light switches but got there in the end. Nice bathroom with separate toilets. I was made a very nice omelette by the lady in the kitchen at the end of the breakfast hall

A receptionist helped me with the best place to go and take photos of the skyline which was much appreciated and wrote the place down on a piece of paper which I could give to a taxi driver

As I don't speak German I relied upon Google translate on my travels but didn't need it on this hotel as the staff spoke English which was very helpful. I can't recommend this hotel enough

The cakes and pastries and fruit salads were lovely. The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Lots of little problems. Found hair on the bed linens when we checked in. Sink stopper broken, Air Conditioning not cooling fully. All corrected when asked, but still.

Very good location, only a couple of minutes walk to Wily Brandt underground station, and right in front of the hotel there is a tram station, taking you to Central train station or inner city

A good hotel at a reasonable price practically in the city centre. As the name suggests the rooms are in a minimalistic Japanese style with a mini toilet that you almost feel you are staying in downtown Tokyo

At the end of 2024 there surely has to be a better method than that. The internet was not always reliable and with some devices, I didn't manage to connect

Knowing that I didn't come to this hotel for pleasure, rather for convenience and price, I still rate it 5 star

Some rooms smell like cigarettes. The staff are nice and welcoming. I got to extend my stay (late checkout at 18h) at a very reasonable price. Breakfast at 6:30 and 8:00 are a bit different

We brought our bikes and parked them in their parking area. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. We were given an accessible room, which was very quiet

A brilliant hotel. Rooms are quite traditional and extremely clean and neat. In the heart of Frankfurt, the location is just brilliant. Breakfast is top notch. U feel like a dignitary staying here.

It is definitely a high-class, super-class five-star hotel. All the things that you would expect plus more. The sauna is a great place. I wish they had a soaking tub.

I stayed here for a few nights a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately there were some issues with the room I had originally booked, so the staff upgraded me to a suite which was sweet! I loved the suite

Some say hindsight is 20/20 but in this case perspective says it all. An excellent facility, a well trained and high performance staff, and excellent service. Sometimes, you really do get what you pay for!

Close to the central station, nice rooms, very convenient and comfortable. What else could you want? I was very impressed. Staff was helpful, bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well (but carried a fee)

The hotel is located almost in the city center and 4 minutes walk from the central station and almost 15 min walk from the shopping area

The good thing about this location is that a lot of good food joints - Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian and shopping centres are at walking distance

My stay at the Ibis Frankfurt Centrum was extremely satisfying. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was still sufficient and well-equipped

We had a fantastic stay here in Sep 2021. The room was well appointed, clean, and modern. The bathroom is quite large by European standards. Valet parking only for 30+ euros a day but that is standard for the area

They have a really nice bar on the second floor with comfy chairs and good drinks. Breakfast was really good too. Overall, we'd stay here again, and our stay was certainly enhanced by the service from Alex!

As others have mentioned, room temperature can be problematic, with no real way to adjust temperature. even for two people who live in South Florida. we just opened the window and everything was fine

, making sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and made local recommendations. pretty standard for this part of Europe

After checking out, I returned to my hometown, and there was some issue with the payment, which helped me very actively when inquiring. Then they checked again that the issue was solved or not

I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small

(not sure it can be every time) Especially the staff is very kind and friendly. Even though I was not native to English and German, the staff keep kind attitude and talked slow and detailed

We stayed at the Frankfurt between the 6th and 7th Match 2024. We had to get an extra night because of the train and plane strikes. The afternoon staff couldn’t have been any more helpful

It's a very good place to sleep between connection flights. Located 20 meters away from the train station and 15 minutes far from the airport

Rooms are smaller but enough to accommodate your needs not to mention the much needed shower and isolated walls to sleep well

Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness

One of my best stays ever at a Marriott / Bonvoy hotel. First, the location of the JW Marriott in Frankfurt is absolutely perfect, located right at the center of the city, walking distance from all major tourist areas

The hotel is clean and wonderful, the staff are respectful, the room is fantastic and the bed is very comfortable, it’s nearly to my zeil mall , and restaurant If I return to Frankfurt, my choice will definitely be JW Marriott Frankfurt

Had overnight from lufhansa of delayed flight. Room was big, clean. Breakfast ok, not brilliant, but 50 euro for late check out 10 euro per hour. Because close to railway central, not nice surroundings.

There was also a disco in the hotel from night until morning. But I was so tired that I fell asleep very quickly and even slept well. The price also pleasantly surprised me! 71€ including breakfast

I came at night without a reservation and they gave me a large room, with a double bed, and the concierge was very friendly and asked me to call him if something didn’t suit me

Everything was fine, only the bar was almost empty, and since I didn’t use it, I called to let you know, because they took a 50 euro deposit from me to use the bar
