I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Not walking distance to terminals but there is a shuttle 24/7 every 20 mins 00, 20 and 40s

Very convenient nicely close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a layover. You can even take a walk in the nearby forest Great place to rest and relax. Restaurant is good but expensive.

Nice room's. Perfect breakfast. You can rent a bicycle to join riding around. Forrest just across the street. 15 minutes to walk REWE food supermarket

The service and staff was in general good, but some were a bit slow. I may come back to this hotel again if I have to spend the night in Frankfurt

The rooms are very clean, the beds and pillows are the most comfortable things in the whole world. Never have seen such good pillows..

On top of the hotel, the pool is heated and it has great view towards Frankfurt skyscrapers. The only thing that the room lack is ironing equipment which is a must in my opinion for business traveler

The hotel room and its interior were better than largest hotel chain in their category in Frankfurt. Moreover, the gym and pool are also amazing

This hotel is by far one of the best 4* hotel in Frankfurt. I stayed in here last week for business trip. Starting from the lobby, I had great experience with the receptionist where check in process was smooth

Lastly, the hotel location is bit far from public transportation which is located in quiet neighborhood. All in all, this hotel has great value for the service that they offer to their customer

Fantastic stay for our family, comfortable beds in large clean room and access to a nice pool with spectacular views across the city. Location is close to trams and Festehalle / mess underground

The in-door pool on the 8th floor is beautiful and well maintained; there is also a sauna and a small gym with equipment. The meals at the hotel’s restaurant were all excellent, well prepared and presented

This was what happened just for one night stay 1, They don’t offer free water in the room and the phone in the room is very complicated you may never make a call out or call the reception desk

Fabulous hotel, with wonderful staff who are all friendly and welcoming. Our room on the 6th floor was very clean, quiet and had great views

The food was a delight and the facilities tastefully decorated. The TV system is not up to date (Netflix and the like are not available here) and the sauna was unfortunately closed as it was probably defective

Absolutely great stay at this Mercure. We've been there with the colleagues of the worker's council, and unlike usually when we head somewhere else for dinner, we gave the hotel itself a try

They were cleaning rooms next to mine and guess the young guy forgot before he went on his break. Soon as he returned he came by brought Water and other supplies for coffee station. Wyndham Grand was a good choice

The only point of criticism is the signposting to the car Park. Here the cash machine and the exit must be signposted better. Also, the machine needs a software update, he Notes a 50€-daily rate changes

The Intercontinental sits directly in front, blocking view of river especially if on the lower floors. The hotel was about a 10 minute taxi ride in heavy traffic during the noon hour on a rainy day

Not that modern building but some really cool gadgets in the hotel. The rooms have a king size bed and a couch as well as a desk and chair. Bathroom not that big but modern

Great room with a view of the river and city. Staff pretty nice at check in. Housekeeping had to stock my room with coffee tea sugar and milk

Cost was much less if you road the bus, but that requires better knowledge of German. Taxi was €28 from terminal 5 Frankfurt Airport

(Walking around the hotel in the evening is a less pleasant experience, lots of junkies and dealers around the hotel. Minus point we experienced: we booked a 3 person room but got a double room

The hotel is a short walk from the station, maybe 7 minutes, but the walk is through a post apocalyptic environment of drug taking, prostitution and dereliction

Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness

Clean Rooms: The rooms were immaculately clean, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. The bedding was fresh, and everything from the floors to the bathroom was spotless

This attention to detail made it easy to relax, knowing I was in a well-maintained environment. It’s always reassuring to return to a tidy, organized room after a day of exploring or working

Gym associated to hotel was busy and pool occasionally quite full, but a minor complaint. Breakfast and reception staff pleasant and helpful, especially Selina who checked us both in and out

We had a fantastic stay here in Sep 2021. The room was well appointed, clean, and modern. The bathroom is quite large by European standards. Valet parking only for 30+ euros a day but that is standard for the area

Rooms are modern and well appointed. Staff were always helpful friendly and pleased to engage you in conversation to check everything is to your satisfaction. Very attentive during breakfast! Food was good

The only one downside was the loud music from the club on the first floor, but honestly I don't think it's enough for me to reduce my rating to 4 stars

Gym: While the hotel doesn’t have its own gym, it offers access to Fitness First Black Label, which includes modern facilities and a pool. Lobby: Surprisingly small for the size of the building—compact and a bit crowded

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

The housekeeping manager quickly addressed the toilet issue when reported. However, during the busy holiday season, the bar seemed understaffed, with only one person attending to guests. Breakfast: Outstanding—10/10

Very nice Motel, One with a beautiful terrace to drink in the summer outside a little. The room is always the same and good. Only the Breakfast room offers a good Seating

A very nice hotel for a layover near the airport. The staff are professional and attentive and well organized when dealing with cancelled flight customers. The rooms are very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable

I really like this hotel it is close to the airport and next to the Shopping centre/Train station as well. The staff especially Khan at the bar is such a friendly person. He is always smiling and ready to help

As you can see in the attached picture, they only offer “hand and body wash” - usually it should be “Hair” and Body - making it more convenient. I hope they can start adding shampoo/conditioner to their rooms

There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of

I can't get over the fact that you can set the water temperature in the shower and in the bathtub also! It was awesome! The view was amazing, we got room service and it was fast and delicious! The crew is super helpful, they even booked train tickets for us so I would give it more stars if I could!

Only small things to improve: 1) the warm drinks which we ordered in the lobby bar space were cold when they were served. 2) at the checkout time the waiting time was very long as only one person was there

The room has Aircon although it didn't seem great 🫤, but you are able to open the Windows which is great👍 Views from inside Bedrooms are pretty miserable (like looking from a Prison Cell 🫤) if you're staying there, book/ask for an 'outside facing' room Breakfast is very good with a large mix of options, all well prepared 🙂 The Bar area is good and also included a nice outdoor area which is very nice...

This Hotel is a landmark on its own. The outside architecture is amazing and it only gets better when you go inside. You're greeted to a lobby like a palace. The rooms are just as luxurious if not more so

The breakfast buffet is perfectly nice and diverse, and while the fitness room and pool are not large, they are very usable and nice

3 night stay for concert, room very basic, towels were threadbare, aircon not working and shower changed from ice cold to scolding on a regular basis. Reception staff very unhelpful and totally uninterested

Rooms are small, property is clean and managed. Do not have in-house room service(dining), have a cafe in the lobby. The location is good next to the tram station. Chinese and Indian restaurants are just outside

There wasn't any drinking water provided in the wellness and gym area. I appreciate the sustainability measures but here the rooms didn't even have a bathrobe or shampoo or body gel

I was there for a Seminar here, so I can't rate the rooms. The Buffet and lunch were good to very good. Operation fast and friendly. Toilets clean. I had nothing to complain about.

This is 3rd year staying at hotel. Housekeeping staff, morning breakfast staff and most front desk staff were very hospitable

From here you can go to downtown or at any other place via taxi, train and tram. The tram station is just near by this place and at the walking distance. Overall good experience to stay over there

I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small

Great hotel a small way out from the main city centre about 40 mins by tram service and 65 mins from the Airport Room was spacious but lacked tea and coffee facilities in room not sure if they still provide these in Europe

Maybe the top class luxury hotels, boutique hotels etc make you feel this way. Well, Dormero does all those things. But not at a premium price, in fact, the value for money is pretty unbeatable

The free coffee and tea in the lobby was an added plus. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from a mall where you can get all you need

Our company stayed here at the recent Formnext trade show in Frankfurt. It's only a 15min walk to the venue and plenty of nearby food options. Rooms were clean with amenities and the staff was kind, organized, and timely

My international bank card was declined and I tried to call them back home but I was unsuccessful and Ismael found a solution to charge my card. He would not let me go hungry. I couldn't believe how nice he was

Rooms are bride, lots of light, clean and the Wood gives it a warm & friendly touch Wasn’t expecting such a great experience in Offenbach
