I Stayed in this hotel back in early March and while there, I didn't realize what a gem this place was. Recent travel to Hamburg, Munich (3 different hotels), and Berlin has shown me this is an excellent facility

I had an initial problem with my room and within 15 minutes staff arrived with a new room assignment and to assist in moving. From there, the entire stay was just about perfect. Restaurant & Breakfast, excellent

Some say hindsight is 20/20 but in this case perspective says it all. An excellent facility, a well trained and high performance staff, and excellent service. Sometimes, you really do get what you pay for!

As per some other reviews - this is an historic building that has many internal makeovers and is quite modern and comfortable especially with respect to room facilities

On top of the hotel, the pool is heated and it has great view towards Frankfurt skyscrapers. The only thing that the room lack is ironing equipment which is a must in my opinion for business traveler

The hotel room and its interior were better than largest hotel chain in their category in Frankfurt. Moreover, the gym and pool are also amazing

In addition, the third elevator on the right side didn't work properly where I stucked for couple minutes and as I asked the receptionist, they were not surprised about this problem

The place is clean, neat and the service ppl are also very friendly. Place can be easily identified

Let me tell the negative side first. The rooms are extremely small. If you have more luggage (hopefully it will be huge if its a long trip) and have kids as well, we will be tightly packed in the room

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious room. Less than 4mins drive from the main station. There’s also a bus stop outside the hotel that has a direct service to the main station

Good location, close to a bus stop to take you to the train station. Evening restaurant is very limited. Taxi station is half block away in case a taxi is needed to go to the airport or downtown

The hotel is located 5 mi n from the little petit town. This hotel serves local honey, bread, jelly from the area. I am invited to come back.

The gym is small but allows a great session and the breakfast service was excellent and caters for different taste buds. Will surely visit again whenever I am in Frankfurt

If you're in town for one of the huge trade fairs this hotel is an excellent choice as it's on the same line --U4-- as Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and Messe. I found the hotel staff warm and professional

Well connected to city centre by tram (station just at front of hotel) that takes about 20 minutes. Well connected to the airport as well. Fast check in, acknowledged my Platinum Elite status

Rooms are small, property is clean and managed. Do not have in-house room service(dining), have a cafe in the lobby. The location is good next to the tram station. Chinese and Indian restaurants are just outside

Yes, there are junkies and prostitutes in the neighborhood but they have nothing to do with the service of the hotel and the area is still very safe. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much

I stay here to visit the exhibition Achema. From this Hotel to walk to the exhibition is only 7 minutes. Perfect location!! Rooms are big and clean. Coffee and tea are always free in the lobby

It is 1:30 in the night and I just arrived. Despite the crazy hour I was welcomed enthusiastically. The guy at reception was super friendly even though we are halfway through the night

The staff is really courteous and helpful. I would like to thanks Ismael, the night audit. I had missed the dinner time and went down to the lobby to buy a sandwich around 1 am

My international bank card was declined and I tried to call them back home but I was unsuccessful and Ismael found a solution to charge my card. He would not let me go hungry. I couldn't believe how nice he was

The Westin has a few food and beverage options, all of which seems popular. The Club Lounge is airy and well located. Breakfast is a bit limited and disappointing. But the evening snacks were great quality and very tasty

Another highlight is their wellness area. The gym, spa and swimming pool area excellent. We will certainly make the Westin, our foremost choice whenever back in Frankfurt

This was what happened just for one night stay 1, They don’t offer free water in the room and the phone in the room is very complicated you may never make a call out or call the reception desk

The rooms may look a bit dated but they are definitely not bad compared to the price! The pool was fine, only in the evening it can be quite crowded. The complimentary gummies were nice!

We were stayed here with a small group of 3, we had booked a standard double room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not too comfortable but it was a wide bed

However, the first room we were assigned had a faulty air conditioner, fortunately this was nicely fixed by hotel staff

The rooms are excellent and so are the beds. The view is spectacular from the higher floors. We stayed on the 14th floor and had a fantastic view. We only had breakfast but it was fantastic

Unfortunately walk from train station, although only about 8 minutes, is somewhat scary, but that is not the fault of the hotel but lax governments that endanger law abiding citizens in favor of misconceptions of equity

Well turns out this was one of the nicer hotel bars that I’ve been to and could very well stand on its own as a stand-alone bar - at least in the town where I live. So I’d even hesitate to call it a “hotel bar”

I don’t know how frequently live music is played but on the last Wednesday night of my trip, there was a fantastic keyboardist/singer complete with bongos! The bar has a nice selection of spirits and several tasty beers on tap (Wine too but I hadn’t tried any)

My favorite hotel in Frankfurt. Big rooms, big beds, big showers. Good AC and heating, good tv, well equipped kitchen. Modern decoration. Even the breakfast is good. Just an amazing place.

Close to multiple SIM card stores, grocery stores and cafes. Super friendly staff and mini bar with free drinks inside for you! Will definitely revisit again and recommend to friends

Beautiful, very spacious room with large TV set. Breakfast had a nice variety and was very tasty. Only 1small minus point: The room did get a bit too warm during the night.

Note it is about 10min tram ride from the HBF so it is not within walking range of any major attractions
