Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system

Nearby metro station, very convenient, very spacious room, clean and tidy , the only cons is the vending machine , pay but nothing come out , have to contact reception

The in-door pool on the 8th floor is beautiful and well maintained; there is also a sauna and a small gym with equipment. The meals at the hotel’s restaurant were all excellent, well prepared and presented

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Professional and friendly staffs We arrived early at 10:30 and the staff were so kind to let us checked in early.

A hot bay with sausages, eggs hard boiled, soft boiled and scrambled. I particularly like the naming of eggs as “10 minute eggs” and “5 minute eggs”. German directness and precision at its best

I can't get over the fact that you can set the water temperature in the shower and in the bathtub also! It was awesome! The view was amazing, we got room service and it was fast and delicious! The crew is super helpful, they even booked train tickets for us so I would give it more stars if I could!

The hotel is centrally located, allowing you to get to the subway station without getting wet even in the rain. The hotel's impressive exterior makes it pleasant to enter and exit

Only small things to improve: 1) the warm drinks which we ordered in the lobby bar space were cold when they were served. 2) at the checkout time the waiting time was very long as only one person was there

3 night stay for concert, room very basic, towels were threadbare, aircon not working and shower changed from ice cold to scolding on a regular basis. Reception staff very unhelpful and totally uninterested

I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small

Frankfurt what has become of you?!? The side street the hotel is on takes you directly to the Städel Museum over a river pedestrian bridge. The walk, unfortunately, takes you back through the heart of darkness

very close to the office, easy to reach out. room cleaniness is great, the housekeep team even helped me to organize my makeup products in the toilet without any confusion, which i appreciate a lot

Room is cold even when AC is turned on heat at maximum power, not something I expect when I pay 850euro per night for my stay! Room amenities and upkeep is poor, I stayed in this hotel some years before it was Marriot and every problem they had remained the same - sink overflowing in the bathroom, shower with low water pressure, two towels only in the room - just feels like someone is cheeping on...

Great Hotel! Good staff, good location directly opposite of a Tram station which goes to the Train station in 15 minutes, the lobby and design on the hotel and rooms was really nice

Good room, good location, right next to the Rebstockbad terminus of tram line 17. Breakfast OK (but the eggs were only boiled). The only active elevator goes to every floor where someone has pressed the button

Especially for the price paid I have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing I’d suggest is consider the public transport options if you need them as the tram was not as frequent as I would like - particularly on Sunday

Great place to stay for an exhibtion I was there for an exhibition in Frankfurt, walking distance to the exhibition, good and safe parking space for the car in the garage, break fast was very good with a lot of options, staff at the check-in and out very firendly and helpful

Only little things like no fridge in the room was not good or in the bathtube for shower no anti slipering mat was available. An in all, I will book again for the enext exhibition in this hotel

This is a general problem and an imposition in all hotels with the bread rolls they offer. Some are still cold from being frozen and hard as if they had been lying around for months

Very comfortable, modern, new hotel. I felt welcome every time I walked in the door. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Take note the rooms even have cooking facilities so they're more like serviced apartments

The hotel room is very clean and quite comfortable. The heating equipment is good in winter, the room temperature is moderate, and the service staff is friendly, but the breakfast is really ordinary!

They even provide detergent pods and have little waiting areas with beanbags and tablets in the laundry room! And there's laundry on every floor so you don't have to share with a lot of people

Everything was good as always. Location is perfect for the messe. Receptionists were so helpful and kind. One them from Peru and other one is from Grace just I couldn’t remember theirs name.

Very convenient, good environment and hygiene. Having a kitchen is very good. It is close to the airport and only takes about 20 minutes to drive there. The overall rating is very good.

The room has a large French window with a great view. There is a small kitchen but no pot; the toilet is in a separate cubicle and the shower is in a separate shower room.

Good location, convenient transportation, very close to Niedrad Station of Airport Line S8 and S9, 10 minutes walk. Convenient transportation to downtown attractions.

Some might take of a half a star cause the 🛀 room isn't 💯 but mine at home isn't that much better. Everything else was very clean, spacious enough, and the breakfast was really good, you get alot for your money

Parking at the Hotel costs like 14 eu something, and the drive down town is a pain. Frankfurt is a day trip in my opinion, unless you never been to Europe or Germany and you might think its cool

What not my favourit here is the distance to grocery shop and that you need to pay immediatly in the hotel bar they not put it to your room

We visited the hotel more times. It is easy to access it by car. With walk it is around 1km to the Main train station. If you want to go t a grocery shop also you need to walk 1km

I know others have had different experiences, but I can honestly say my stay here was great. I arrived much earlier than the checkout time to leave luggage and they checked me in early, which was appreciated

It's fair to say the area around the outside of the hotel is not exactly pleasant but it's a stone's throw from the main station and you don't have to walk long through the dodgy streets to get there

I'd reccomend to anyone wanting to stay near the station so they can catch an early morning train or flight

Pretty new hotel but quite a distance from the train station, especially if you are pushing trolley and luggages. Very near to shopping mall and lot of entries within walking distance.

The gym was a little bit lacking, but it was really cheap compared to other options of this level room was smallish, but plenty enough for solar travel and probably larger than most at this price and location

Great location if you have business in the exhibition center also not so bad for the city center either, but you need to use either public transport or a car

I would start with mentioning that the hotel offers great value for money. Rooms are big, clean and warm (we were there in the winter)

Had overnight from lufhansa of delayed flight. Room was big, clean. Breakfast ok, not brilliant, but 50 euro for late check out 10 euro per hour. Because close to railway central, not nice surroundings.

There was also a disco in the hotel from night until morning. But I was so tired that I fell asleep very quickly and even slept well. The price also pleasantly surprised me! 71€ including breakfast

All amenities are available in the room including iron & board, tea & coffee arrangement in room, mini bar, rooms has great view, especially for the people who like lively places, very well centrally located and just within walking distance to Frankfurt Grand Station which is a blessing to commute especially if you are a foreign traveller, bed linen, mattresses & towels are hygiene and upto the mark

We slept with the windows open- as one does in Germany but there was a bit of street side noise. We did easily catch an early morning train to the airport the next day. Saved a lot versus an airport hotel

I came at night without a reservation and they gave me a large room, with a double bed, and the concierge was very friendly and asked me to call him if something didn’t suit me

We got an awesome deal on this place likely because its under construction at the moment. The room was brand new though and well equipped with a fan and a mini kitchen so we could even cook a meal on a sunday

There is no cleaning service until day 5. Do not expect clean towels, bed sheets or trash pick up until day five. You can request clean up if you desire. The location is perfect, quiet and safe at night

Therefore, beware - you need to ask on reception to clean your room. However, I'm taking a star off because when I asked, not even to clean, but to simply take away the trash and change the towels - nothing was done

Unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the very kind receptionist gave me a room on the ground floor, so I did not suffer the lack. The price, not expensive at all, has been adjusted to the offer
