Nice, easy walk to/from Terminal 1. My only criticism is that some bathrooms still have "high wall" tubs, with no handholds. I am an older guy with balance issues and almost fell getting in and out. On my next stay, they provided me with a room having a safer, walkin shower. Breakfast is great, both in lounge and restaurant. Staff were great. Definitely, would stay again.

We were stayed here with a small group of 3, we had booked a standard double room with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not too comfortable but it was a wide bed. I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Not walking distance to terminals but there is a shuttle 24/7 every 20 mins 00, 20 and 40s. The service and staff was in general good, but some were a bit slow. Stopped here for the football. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Spent most of our hotel time in the bar. The bar staff are brilliant. So friendly and accommodating, we had a great laugh with them. The area is a little sketchy, but nothing like the British press had led us to believe.

Proximity to the airport is perfect! On the other hand, I am disappointed that this 4-star hotel doesn’t offer shampoo/conditioner. As you can see in the attached picture, they only offer “hand and body wash” - usually it should be “Hair” and Body - making it more convenient. I hope they can start adding shampoo/conditioner to their rooms.

Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. The rooms were decent and I found the beds nice and soft! The food was ok.

Pretty decent hotel for layovers. Love that they give you two pillows one big one small so you can select which is best for you. Bed is also comfortable! PS breakfast ends at 10am so if you want food make sure to come before hand.

The room was very dark and there's no main switch to all lights in the room. Breakfast was good with good variety of food. Allow more time to check in and out. There's always a queue!

Well run, comfortable hotel with excellent staff. The lobby bar & restaurant is great, and the venison goulash is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is perfectly nice and diverse, and while the fitness room and pool are not large, they are very usable and nice. Highly recommend except if you want to be downtown, since this is a bit out of the way, a €20 can ride away.

Unfortunately my experience at this Crowne plaza was not as good as other places. Sauna area was very basic and not the cleanest as well. There was fungi in the shower area. Rooms are small, property is clean and managed. Breakfast spread is good. Do not have in-house room service(dining), have a cafe in the lobby. The location is good next to the tram station. Chinese and Indian restaurants are just outside.

Had a lovely stay here. Well connected to city centre by tram (station just at front of hotel) that takes about 20 minutes. Well connected to the airport as well. Fast check in, acknowledged my Platinum Elite status. Room was clean, a bit dated but with all basics. Breakfast was very good, service excellent. Would stay here again.

Rooms are don't make sense. Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Always over flooding. Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower. All perfect except the design of the hotel room. Bathroom and toilet have no locks. And, the shower is actually transparent to the outside! Perfect for couples. Great location and design. No lobby to sit in. The attached restaurant is super loud with poor service and slow waiters. The room was beautiful and quiet but there wasn’t hot water both days. Reception said they were fixing it. The next morning the shower was only lukewarm. For the type of hotel and price, you’d expect hot water.

Parking - 1 star because the hotel does not allow you to reserve a parking space before your arrival and the hotel has fewer than 20 parking spaces. The hotel should change the parking reservation policy. Location and room - 4 to 5 star given its price.

The location of the lindner allows for very easy access to the east side of the hocsht industriepark and it is very possible to make the walk in about 15 minutes. Used the hotel only for sleeping. Can't comment on breakfast or other facilities as I didn't use them. Beds and room clean. Bathroom clean. Room a bit old overall but well kept. I was stranded at the Frankfurt airport so got this hotel from Lufthansa. Everything went smooth, from taxis to check in and receiving basic toiletteries. The rooms work for one night but would benefit from more selection of less fluffy pillows :) The breakfast was excellent and I thank the staff for being kind and humorous about a very misfortunate situation all of us were in.
