Hotel reception lady provides inaccurate information during checkin .She claimed that there is construction work ongoing so there is no direct access to the airport. Even agree that I can take a taxi if I have problem with my luggage.

Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

Great location, wonderful variety of breakfast, and great staff. The proximity to Messe was the best part. Worried the weather in Frankfurt was dark and cold, but the room was facilitated with a good heating system. Water was strong, hot/cold water no problem, and very clean. Only thing to be reminded is there's no USB outlet in the room only power outlets.

My husband and I stayed at this Hyatt location during our honeymoon. The staff greeted us and were so kind. I appreciate that the staff spoke English to make our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is near the airport, as well as in walking distance of the Rewe, a few restaurants, and transport areas for your convenience. The staff is amazing. They helped me and my team to fix an issue related to road closures in the airport area and accomodated us in a way we were able to complete our job. We didn't stay here because there weren't any rooms available for the dates we needed but we did go in and ask to have breakfast, buffet was great, reasonably priced at 18 euros per person. Was extremely hot and sweating in my room along with my friend in the adjoining room. They have the air set by the outdoor temperature and it only turns on automatically. Just here for a quick stop before an early morning flight. The price is good, the facilities are good in the room for a budget hotel, the staff were really friendly. However the bed was not comfortable, our toilet was not clean and the conditioner bottle pump was broken. The room generally could do with being better maintained and better cleaning.

Had a lovely stay here. Well connected to city centre by tram (station just at front of hotel) that takes about 20 minutes. Well connected to the airport as well. The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Great location and design. No lobby to sit in. The attached restaurant is super loud with poor service and slow waiters. The room was beautiful and quiet but there wasn’t hot water both days. This place is located exactly in front of the train station. The location is perfect for a day of work if u have to catch the train in the morning. I liked the service. But I really didn’t like the floors because they seemed unsanitary and not clean. I could they could be replaced from many years of being used. Other than this, the whole experience was extra nice.

Nice room and hotel, although bathroom smelt a bit. The check in and check out service was also horrendously slow. The barman also took about 10 mins to pour a pint (badly)

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. I had a great stay in this hotel. Location is quite convenient. There is a tram stop right in front of the entrance that takes you directly to the main train station. Check-in was quick. Nice and clean hotel. Hotel Wifi is weak (about 7MB) which is definitely not good. Enough for emails I guess. Room entertainment system not what you would expect. Only (or mostly) German TV channels which is not good for international guests. No access to TV input, therefore no way to cast screen if you'd prefer streaming form your laptop. Really a pity. Overall however a good hotel for a fair price

Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.

It is a convenient hotel, with standard good breakfast. Walking distance to the subway (Station: Niederrad) is 10 min, just 1 station away from the main train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof) and 3 stations from the Airport. Supermarket, pharmacy just opposite the hotel. For me just one thing missing, a gym.

Rachel was truly a gem at the front desk. She went well above her duties to accommodate our family of three. She was compassionate, friendly and professional. She was our first impression of Germany and can’t wait to come back! Food was great! Watch out for mosquitoes if you open the windows! Screens would help or fans as there is no air conditioning.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful, luxurious and nice food. I was there for a jazz concert (Chris Mitchel) on the 3.11.2018. The infrastructure was a dream. Sadly the organization was not that good which made the whole experience less amazing as it could have been.

The hotel is ok, breakfast is great. One thing which significantly spoiled my impression about the hotel is that the sauna is not working in the morning. Good Hotel for business purposes. Some of the staff seem to be in training. Smoking room is a big plus and the food is surprisingly good. Obviously this hotel lacks the luxury of its sister club and selection locations in Frankfurt, but for business it's fine.

The stay at this hotel was an excellent experience overall. The staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and of a high quality. The rooms were clean and modern and the bed comfortable. I will certainly return and would highly recommend it.

Great location. Restaurant very good. The main problem is the room when you share it with a friend, the bathroom is open! No privacy at all! This is really awful.

the room is not too much spacious but not overwhelming. Correct. However, towels weren't changed during my 4 days stay. Staff is really kind. Breakfast correct. Do not expect too much from the breakfast but good thing:orange juice is natural (other more luxury holtels can't say that)

Nice hotell for marathonrunner near Frankfurt Marathon startline.

A few corners could be cleaner here and there...some are a bit worn. But the bathtub and the view from the 25th floor make up for it all.

The hotel is great and convenient

My family absolutely enjoyed staying here. Even thought we stayed for a day here, we wished we stayed more because the location was great and the views from the room is amazing. The staff were excellent, they were very helpful. I stayed in Germany for 10 days and in different hotels, this is the best place we stayed.

The room was very good. The bathtub is the highlight of the room. Mini bar said it was free but was deducted at the end. Otherwise very cool room

The hotel impresses with its view of the Frankfurt skyline. The equipment is functional, but could do with an update. The booked category was "Villa" and here the highlight is the free-standing bathtub integrated into the sleeping area in front of the window front.

Beautiful Hotel close to high end shopping and perfect for just a weekend getaway. Only giving 4 stars due to the air conditioning not working in our initial room and it being unbearable to even sleep. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to move rooms for the night without moving our bags so we could have a comfortable nights rest. The view is to die for! Would definitely...
