Nice, easy walk to/from Terminal 1. My only criticism is that some bathrooms still have "high wall" tubs, with no handholds. I am an older guy with balance issues and almost fell getting in and out. Great location and grateful for the free shuttle. Check in was fairly quick although there was only one counter open when we got there. The room is on the smaller side but it's ok for one night. Air conditioner is not very efficient and it's quite warm and stuffy in the room although everything seems to be clean. I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Great location and design. No lobby to sit in. The attached restaurant is super loud with poor service and slow waiters. The room was beautiful and quiet but there wasn’t hot water both days. Proximity to the airport is perfect! On the other hand, I am disappointed that this 4-star hotel doesn’t offer shampoo/conditioner. As you can see in the attached picture, they only offer “hand and body wash” - usually it should be “Hair” and Body - making it more convenient. I hope they can start adding shampoo/conditioner to their rooms.

Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. Nice, clean, not large rooms with good mattresses and very quiet. Bathroom okay, the shower was a bit old fashioned and the water temperature fluctuated quite a bit. Unfortunately, some power outlets did not work, which made it hard to charge phones. The bar downstairs was rather crowded, there was little space, and it was quite loud. Location is good about a 10-minute walk to the s train (S-Bahn)

Asked for a twin double bed, got a room with one king size bed... Besides that good location, great breakfast, beautiful view from the balcony.

Stayed two separate nights, over 3 days with a trip to Prague in between. Both times friendly and efficient check-in and checkout. Good sized room and bathroom, very comfortable large bed and everything clean. Bonus being tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Enough bars/restaurant within walking distance, along with shops etc. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and of high quality. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful with my unplanned early checkin. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone coming in town

Forgot my headset in the room. Mailed and called them, the day after received an e-mail that they found my headset. After paying for the delivery and pick-up via DHL, received it back carefully packaged. For the rest stayed there for 1 night. Very nice and clean rooms. Also good breakfast.

We were traveling with 3 people + dog. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Our dog super welcome and also felt at ease. Breakfast was good and diverse. Can definitely recommend to stay here and would come back when we travel again to / through Frankfurt

Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask . You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed . I will come here again both to stay and to have more business meetings .

Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms are good. Would have given four stars had it been on a better location. Grocery stores or DM'S are at least 20-30 min walk. Not a single convenience store nearby. Although its by riverside so one can have a nice walk.

My husband and I stayed at this Hyatt location during our honeymoon. The staff greeted us and were so kind. I appreciate that the staff spoke English to make our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is near the airport, as well as in walking distance of the Rewe, a few restaurants, and transport areas for your convenience. We would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to visit Frankfurt!

The staff is amazing. They helped me and my team to fix an issue related to road closures in the airport area and accomodated us in a way we were able to complete our job. Their attention to customer is outstanding (kudos to Julio and the kind lady overseeing the restaurant). Definitely a great hotel, and a staff that is there to help you.

Decent hotel for price. Picked it due to proximity to airport, but learned our terminal was still a short trip away give. How big the Frankfurt airport is. Location was close to the airport where we needed to be. The lobby has an excellent use of globes. Rooms are clean, comfy, and inviting. We had cocktails and snacks in the evening. Lots of open seating to accommodate many. Great breakfast!

It’s an airport hotel so I guess location is perfect if you’re flying in or out. I was there for a business meeting . As a globalist member I was given a top room upgrade which I really appreciated. And complementary drinks at the bar . They aim to please. Breakfast was excellent with high-quality hot dishes. Staff at the hotel were also excellent. New and modern. Very nice and great breakfast First off, it’s NOT a walk from the airport. We took a cab and was about the same price as 2 tickets on the train. They stopped doing the shuttle. It has a great setup, beautiful lobby, great breakfast, and nice rooms. Very hip. Super convenient. Big fan.

We didn't stay here because there weren't any rooms available for the dates we needed but we did go in and ask to have breakfast, buffet was great, reasonably priced at 18 euros per person. It included plenty of options... Eggs, lots of cheese options, lots of ham options, natural juice, delicious bread and coffee. Would definitely have breakfast again with them and would like to stay here if I could

Great staff, perfectly near the airport, and best value for what it’s meant for. Stayed here for an overnight visit prior to my travels the next day. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Dinner had a good selection of food and drinks. The lounge area offered plenty of space to lounge around or socialize. Breakfast the next morning also provided a solid spread. Great hotel! I was here recently and had a good experience especially for the price paid. It was clean, on the newer side and the room was spacious enough for a singleton or a couple. Great things about the place include being ~17 minute walk from Terminal 2 airport. Was extremely hot and sweating in my room along with my friend in the adjoining room. They have the air set by the outdoor temperature and it only turns on automatically. The beds leave a lot to be desired in terms of comfort. The location Is nice and there is a good Italian restaurant across the street

Just here for a quick stop before an early morning flight. The price is good, the facilities are good in the room for a budget hotel, the staff were really friendly. However the bed was not comfortable, our toilet was not clean and the conditioner bottle pump was broken. The room generally could do with being better maintained and better cleaning.
