The location of the hotel was perfect! Everything was very clean and tidy, but the best thing was the instalations and the staff that was always so friendly and polite, especially Mai!

I dont see anything wrong with this place. Rooms were good, bathroom was good, maybe a little small, but it is a big city. Shower was also decent. Beds were good and the rooftop was also great. Price was also fair and breakfast was decent. Most of the time the place was quiet, someone were up in the middle of the night and were a little loud, but some staff told them to keep it quiet. Definetly recommend...

The hostel offers a charming blend of modern comfort and welcoming atmosphere with clean rooms, and I must commend Omar ,his warmth and efficiency at the reception were remarkable, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The place connects all parts of the city and great view. Nice big rooms and clean with a bathroom that accommodate everything you might need really recommend it..

Staff were helpful. Their facilities and tech could be updated, there was a long wait time to just be able to change from a mix dorm to an all female dorm. Some rooms had more room than others. I stayed 2 nights on separate days. Unfortunately I stayed in a room with a disgusting older lady who obviously had health and mental issues. The staff said there was no other rooms available. Super nice staff who helped with a booking mistake without applying extra fees, which was very appreciated! Nice rooms and everything else was fine - especially considering how affordable it is. Be prepared for considerably long waiting times and the reception. But great value for money.

Overall it was a very good experience. Room was spacious and very well clean. The mattress was comfortable as well, had a very good sleep.

Great location but the rooms with Alster view aren't worth paying more. I can see the Alster in the reflection of the opposing hotel ? Besides that, it's directly located at busy street.

Ibis-like - everything fine so far. Maybe the rooms are a bit smaller than other Ibis hotels but definitely a well located choice close to Hauptbahnhof!

The Hotel is centrally located directly next to the Atlantic Hotel. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. The bed is very good and the Breakfast is rich and good (even sparkling wine has not been absent). The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. For 2 star exceptionally well.

Really enjoyed this ibis. Walking distance to the central station, relatively cheap parking with 11 euro a day. Room was clean and spacious. Would come here again!

A family of three visiting a friend in Hamburg. For our budget this hotel was great. Good location, ease to walk into old town and to tube stations. Our room was on the first floor looking out to a green communal garden. It was quiet, clean and fit for purpose. Staff were friendly and great places to eat very close by.

It is what it is. The bed was comfortable and the pillows no worse than usual for Germany. Coming from the UK, the water pressure in the compact shower was excellent. The room was quiet, the aircon worked and the windows also opened. The staff were friendly and happy to supply towels and pillows upon request. Not a 5 star experience, but it was as expected.

Receptionists were nice and helpful. -One downside was a bad tidiness in hotel room and on the hallway. -Breakfast was decent. -Perfect location especially for tourists (close to Reeperbahnstraße) We did stay at three person room for 4 nights. Only one time two of the beds were bedded. Trash was not also picked up our presence in our time. Good hotel for its price!

Felt more like a youth hostel with the bunk beds. Never had a shower in the same room with a bed before. It's ok for sleeping, but the beds were hard as hell. As such sleeping comfort was lacking.

It's exactly what you would expect from a hostel: average rooms, average service, average location. The traffic noise can be quite annoying, just like the not functioning lift which is really needed if you have more than 3 floors. Although it's mostly average, it could be a bit cleaner and better organised, the guests has to handle most of the things themselves.

A nice dog friendly hostel. It was cheap, for my dog only 5£ more. The room was a bit cold, they serve drinks and pizza until late night. Helpful staff who fixed us an veterinary appointment :)

Clean and tidy budget accommodation. We had family rooms, double bed and 2 bunks. On suite shower and separate toilet. Close (10 min walk) to Hamburg central railway station. Limited on street parking available.

Not the friendliest staff, at least not in the evening when I checked in. Just handed me a pamphlet and didn't tell me where the elevators were or anything. My view was great. Room was warm. Good place just to sleep. Hard to find the bus that gets you here because of the construction but much easier to get back to central station. Might stay here again. My outlet didn't work very well either.

Nice, simple, clean hotel, close to city center. You can basically walk to the city center from there, no need to take any public transport. Good price!

The overall experience was good. Easy check in, staff was friendly, room was clean and cosy. The nearest bus stop is 1 minute away. The breakfast is not impressive and paying 10 euros per night for breakfast was not worth it, there was a small breakfast window and the queue was long and also Breakfast options were very limited. I would definitely stay again but without breakfast.

It’s comfortable hotel, clean, AC is working, not noise, easy checkin and checkout, friendly staff! It’s nice you have Kaufland (supermarket) just around the corner, and bus station just in front! Super easy going to going around. I would stay here again

Great service provided by Deniko. Hes a really great overnight reception. Went out of his way to help me out. Really appreciated the service. Definitely made my stay a lot better. He was very helpful and friendly. Wish the hotel would consider some improvements though. They need safes in the room. Employees just walk into the room. Was sleeping without clothes and a housekeeper male just walked in...

I stayed at Ibis for three nights and I had a great time. The room was cosy and comfy, the shower was powerful and wifi was very good. The hotel is 400m from both the u-bahn "U1" and S-bahn "S1". The Ibis is 16 minutes out from the airport with S1 and more or less from the city centre with both of them. I definitely recommend it.

The first thing I told the friend I was sharing the room with, once we got to it, was that I was very curious about how the soundproofing would have performed during the night, as I saw our window gave onto a major, very busy road. Nearly center train station and there are Turkish restaurant in the street. Hotel normally condition for 3 stars in Europe standarts. Price normally 50 euro as per day for Sunday.

This hotel is very close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Even though the room is small, it’s quite and enough for a single man. In addition, the front desk guy is very nice. He introduced me where to visit in Hamburg and lent me the charger for my phone! Perfect!

Functional basic hotel beside central railway station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great location close to main railway station and despite the usual clientele around railway stations it is well policed and safe. Rooms are basic as reflects the price but are spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Recommended for people on a budget.

For the price it was perfect! Comfy bed, air-conditioned, hot shower - that's all I wanted! Staff was friendly and helpful. There's a restaurant and bar with limited choices. Unfortunately they don't have a shuttle bus anymore. 15min walk or €8 with a taxi.

Comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast. If arrive later than 11pm the shuttle service has stopped and you must walk. Not a long walk however can be tricky to find.

Other people reported difficulty finding the shuttle bus. The phone for the hotel bus is in the information centre terminal one from here phone the hotel then make your way to the airport plaza one floor up between terminal one and two then short ride to hotel which is clean tidy and looks well maintained large shower

We stayed one night in this hotel on our way through Germany. The rooms are big enough, nice and clean. The breakfast is great, and with the service from Gundula this is as close to 5 as it gets. Thank you for a great stay!!

Extremely friendly staff here. Hard to find these days. Always had a smile. Rooms are fine with carpeted floors and okay size. We were 3 so there was a nice bunk bed too. Room was clean. Not a lot of storage space though. Location is also not bad. We were only about 5-10 minutes away from the Binnenalster by car.

Not worth the price you pay!! The hotel is 20mins walk from the train station. The hotel is clean. Good for just to sleep, bath and get out. The room is very small. Atleast they need to have a small kettle to heat up the water to drink. Some coffee or tea in the minibar would help travellers who are arriving late but leaving early.

It was a great stay. Marian was a great host, very helpful with everything. It was a bit difficult to insert all the datas in that check-in machine at a late hour, but that is on me :)) Overall, a great experience

We liked our stay at Hotel B&B Hamburg Nord. Room was clean and we felt welcome. Free parking area near hotel was nice. Breakfast room felt more or or less oldfashioned, still the breakfast itself was pretty much ok. U-bahn was nearby, it was easy to visit city center.

Excellent hotel, a little pricey for its value, as I paid 124 euro for one room with two seperate beds a night plus breakfast, but it is very clean, quiet, and its location with the 9 euro train ticket was perfect. They have their own private free parking, which is a huge plus in the beautiful Hamburg. I would think about renting it again, if I am ever in Hamburg.

Small rooms, with nothing more than you absolutely need. The bathroom was small and the showerdoor had an opening on the bottom, so that water leaked on the floor.

Spent a week in Hamburg using this as our base to sleep and have breakfast. Close to everything you need to entertain a family, and within walking distance of trains, tubes and buses serving the whole city. Staff are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Your standard b&b hotel with clean comfortable beds. One thing that was extra good though is that was really quick to check in and out since you can get the code to your room via text. All in all a good experience if youre only spending the night in hamburg.

The Breakfast was fine. The room we have booked is different. Instead, we had to us to 4. A double bed to share. Also, no additional towels were Brought. (2 were there for eig 2 pers). Staff comes in without knocking.

There are no flights during the night because the airport is not allowed to have planes start or land when people want to sleep. It's amazing how near the airplanes get; they fly right above your head so you can get some exciting shots from the hotel. Staff was nice and breakfast not bad either if you consider price and location. The airport is very close and the next bus stop is just down the sidewalk

A good hotel near the airport. Walk less than 10 minutes. Taxi 5.50 euros. Wi-Fi included in the price. Have Russian speaking staff. All friendly. Breakfast for 8 euros could be better. Overall a good option for those wishing to leave.

The room was charming and really clean. The breakfast buffet is really good too, good quality of food, even though there wasn't a big variaty. We strongely recommend this hotel. The only disadvantages, there was a lot of light on the room in the morning, and we would have rather individual beds.

I stayed there for two nights. The room wasn’t cleaned after first night, so all towels were wet and stank of damp. Breakfast costs 12.90€, but nothing to eat, literally. Only coffee and bread.

From the beginning my whole stay was smooth. The self checking process works great. The room was confortable and I slept really well, perfectly fitting my needs.

Nice and Central, nice staff, and a category corresponding to Breakfast. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms works fast and stable. Despite the close proximity to the main road no road noise at all. Parking and garages are available. The only drawback: The rooms are nice. I hear snoring in my left neighbors and the neighbors to the right have a chat.

The Motel is inexpensive, and the price was even during a trade fair in Hamburg, in comparison, stable. The Motel itself is getting on in years and is happy about a renovation. Generally speaking, a super comfortable bed alternate with a broken Badlampe and a tiny shower with a curtain. Very nice staff alternates with a cold pot of tea for Breakfast.

Highly impressive COVID-19 breakfast routine. There is no self-service, everything is picked from the buffet by a lady who is careful and attentive to pick everything you want — and still she manages to keep everything going without too much of a queue building.

We were so pleasantly surprised! We were upgraded to a comfort room. The bathroom was big, nice bed + couch, enough space. Although it's near the main street, it was not loud at night. Amazing breakfast (included!) and the staff was the friendliest I had met in a while. Lovely place :)
