This hotel promises a lot when you enter the beautiful lobby and reception area. It's grand. Unfortunately it doesn't deliver when it comes to the room we booked. We stayed in the King Medium room but it was much smaller than on the photos, there was literally no space to put your suitcase anywhere even though they had put a stand for it in the room. It was an interior room with a view into other hotel...

Warm welcoming, Fast checking In, Nice look rooms, But: 1- heating was not working (bring warm clothes with you) 2- found two alive spiders in my room corners 3- bed textile was not clean ... and i got very uncomfortable with this

My Aunt Susan and I just spent several days at the centrally located Reichshof Hotel. The inside of the hotel is beautiful (dating back to 1910), and the staff is exceedingly professional and helpful. The director, Kathrin, brings in delicious locally grown products; and Emil's Café, with its charming waiters (outstanding among whom is the endearing Kay), adds life and flavor to the hotel.

We had a very nice weekend stay with my friends here. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, well insulated, and comfortable beds. Due to the short stay we did not try the wellness center and we chose to eat breakfast outside (there are some wonderful bakeries and breakfast hot spots in the city), but based on the rest of my experience I trust these are up to par. Luca Engel at the Reception made sure our stay was memorable and pleasant. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean with wooden cribs for my babies (requested during booking) and we even got an upgrade to a river view room! :)

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great views from the rooftop bar but the service up there is unfortunately not the best, despite the high prices. Really nice location of this hotel! Very comfortable beds. Room needs to be renovated as you can clearly see that it is not fresh. Breakfast really tasty and it’s great value of money. I recommend it, however customer service of hotel should take opinion to consideration to make some lifting of hotel rooms.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very clean and tidy, the only little compliment I have is that the air conditioning wasn't very good but it was unusually hot at the time of my visit. It has been a beautiful three nights stay with the family. Two kids, myself my wife, and grandparents. Good size room with plenty of space for a double sofa bed as well as a king which are either side of a partition. The TV is in the partition and swivels around so can face either bed. There was a large bathroom too. The hotel is well located about a 15 minute walk from the centre. The common areas are ok.

Wonderful location, close to the river and metro station. Quiet at night, but within 10 minutes of the Reeperbahn and Milentor stadium. Well presented room with excellent "gift pack". The shower was hot and powerful. The staff spoke excellent English.

I had a day stay in the hotel for a congress. The view from the "Elbkuppel" meeting room is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lunch buffet was good. Only the lack of a possibility to order a beer or wine on own expenses during the paid official lunch was a bit disappointing. It should be possible to organize at least one working order machine for additional services.

Exceptional service, clean rooms, friendly multi-lingual staff! Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm.

Nice spacious clean hotel. It is close to the U Bahn for easy access to downtown Hamburg. The rooms were very quiet even with a railway outside the window. There is an Aldi close by if you need some extra snacks.

The stay at the JUFA hotel was lovely. We only stayed one night, but the room was lovely, and our dog got treated with nice bed, bowl and some treats. The hotel also has parking available which we took advantage of.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Scandic Emporio when we were visiting from Canada for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff members were all so kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was a short walk to the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants. Really excellent hotel. Most of all helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I needed some help locating and storing some deliveries for a large trade fair and they were as helpful as could. Rooms are spacious and clean and the restaurant and the bar on the 20th floor are both excellent. Breakfast is expansive and will set you up for the day.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel for a good price. It is a bir far from the city center, but don’t worry, because you can easily take the bus 5 to Hbf or change to subway U3 to reach popular spots. I can recommend this hotel as a solo traveler.

This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg. The quarrell you migh have is that the aircondition was sub par, particularly considering the hot days/evenings of July. Breakfast was good, but crazy crowdy after 9 (first day), but almost empty pre-8.

Huge mistake. We choose this place with friends to spend couple nights during Euro2024. Unfortunately it was a huge mistake. The bed is comfortable - that’s all of the pros list. No kettle to make coffee or tea in hotel room, even not a free bottle of water! You can choose water from minibar for 5€. Coffee in the lobby at 12:00? Impossible… Main restaurant is closed after breakfast, and lobby bar starts...

We had a nice stay, everything was super clean. We found the room a bit small for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). Sofa bed wasn’t made so we called reception and someone came within 5MINS to fix this for us. We found the breakfast very expensive (78€ for 2 adults 2 children). To Build the fridge and Wardrob as a container was not a good idea. It makes too much noise. It wakes up kids or they want to play with it, as open and close and hit, to make much more noise. Bus in front, Edeka walking distance and good breakfast at Cafe Irma.

4 stars for location because the exciting parts of the city are easily accessible by frequent bus that stops nearby, and the area is appropriately safe, accessible, and convenient for those with cars (who can find free street parking nearby, often a challenge in Hamburg). Overall a great experience, we went there as group of six friends and booked two premium triple room. Rooms were great for the money we paid. It was big and spacious. Breakfast was great as well, we loved the spread. It was healthy as well covering wide varieties of eggs and museli. Only downside was that A/C was not cooling the room as expected. The room are fantastic, nice design and modern style. The hotel, bar and restaurant are also with a nice design and style. Staff is friendly. The only suggestion that I can give is to increase the intensity of light in the room, the light are to soft that to looking inside my baggage I used the torch of my phone.

Our stay started on a Monday. The hotel is very modern looking and had a lot of funk to it. The staff wasn't very friendly, day or night staff. You had to send an email to obtain an iron. While they responded quickly, it certainly wasn't convenient to find the website and then send an email to house services. The East Experience is spectacular! Very nice concept, great staff and amazing interior deco. Rosario is an amazing host! Only weak spot is the indication in the underground car park. We took the elevator in U2 and had to walk 600m with luggage after a 600km drive. Having clear signage of which elevator to take would have made this stay heavenly!

This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable Hotel I ever stayed in. All the staff is so kind and friendly. No matter what your request might be, they try jard to make it happen. It's been incredible 5 days at...

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It is within walking distance to museums and tourist attractions. The hotel is also in close proximity to the underground transportation to Hamburg Central Station and beyond.

A newer IHG property which is in a great and really quiet area. I loved it a lot being there and I will definitely make this my go to hotel when I am in Hamburg. The only thing i could say is bad about it was at the check in. The guy who checked us in wasn't really social or open to talk, he was quiet cold and distant, but I guess that is the north German way. Other wise was great. The bar in the lobby...
