The hallways were very dark and the doors to the room looked cheap. The room and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect as well.

Not only was the room ready the pullout was also prepared so we didn't need to rearrange the room before settling in. Room was spacious, clean an everyone was very friendly. Perfect location to experience Hamburg!

We arrived early, they held our luggage until our room was ready. Kuna suggested the hop on/off A1 line as a way to pass the time. Soon we received a notification the room was ready

The breakfast room was located on a higher floor with a lovely view of the lake and there was also a rooftop bar for drinks in the evening. Hamburg is a lovely little city

The staff were very attentive and not overbearing. The food was a beautiful buffet dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is beautiful and we can't wait to go back for tea at the fireplace

The highlight was possibly one of the best breakfasts we have ever had with a huge range of high quality options. Even though the hotel was busy, they opened all three restaunts for breakfast which made it seem quiet

The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. We were greeted by the concierge, who we had made all of the arrangements with prior to leaving the US

The hotel service is incredibly efficient and nothing was too much trouble for our stay. The rooms are traditional, with high ceilings and quality furnishings

We had dinner in the restaurant, and it, too, was superb! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Hamburg! We certainly will be back!

A lot of bronze and carpet but extremely clean, a lot of plugs, plenty of space in the shower and excellent WiFi. Unfortunately I couldn't give the breakfast or restaurant a try but they looked great!

Swimming pool are not working during our several days here. And we got the notification about it only after booked it on the Booking. We hurry and arrive on time to catch the chance to use swimming pool for 2 first days

The advantages of the place are: 1. Location (shops, restaurants etc) 2. It’s really important and nice. Breakfast - very cozy restaurant, much variants of food, corner when the child can choose the food by herself

The pool was great for in-between activities, though the water was a bit too cold for our liking. The service was fantastic, and we loved everything about our stay! Oh- the waffles were to die for

Everything about this hotel is amazing. I came with my husband and three kids, and the room was spacious enough for all of us—even on a rainy day when we spent some time indoors

But the spa-zone was under renovation process. So the only swimming pool was open surrounding the renovation. No saunas, no massages, no cozy atmosphere. Yes, you have still an option to come as a guest to another hotel

Nice location in the middle of Hamburg. Every attraction (centre, Reeperbahn, harbour) can be reached in 5-10 minutes walk . Nice rooms and good breakfast. The Hotel-Bar could be better.

Although the hotel is centrally located there is not much noise. There is a parking garage under the hotel which costs € 25 per night. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great

To reach nice new Hotel in a Central location, harbour, hill, downtown, and the Speicherstadt on foot. Rooms are decorated in a modern style, the reception competent and friendly

Got a suite for 4 people at 400 Kroners for two nights and two days. Worth it. Towels body wash and shampoo provided. Watch out for their display thi it's way too expensive

Everything was tidy, super clean, and comfortable. The pillows were a little bit too soft for me, but I am sure if you'd ask, you could get other pillows from the staff

At the moment, a burger truck adds to their normal restaurant which is also very good :) I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area

It's located across Hamburg central station and therefor very central located. The building itself has such a historical atmosphere. From the moment you enter the hotel it is like you are back in time

My Aunt Susan and I just spent several days at the centrally located Reichshof Hotel. The inside of the hotel is beautiful (dating back to 1910), and the staff is exceedingly professional and helpful

The staff are friendly, the property and the furnishings in the rooms (including the carpets) are quite old and could be described as somewhat worn. However, the rooms are clean, which is the most important aspect

The location of the property is mediocre, but access to public transport - bus, U and S-Bahn stations are within a short walk

At 22€ it is something you should get if you're not paying for it. I would say the staff is all great but unfortunately they are let down by ownership does does not reinvest in the property

Great location in the middle of Hamburg along the lake. There is a walking/bike path across the street. The hotel has plenty of bikes for rental making getting around the city more pleasant

There is a restaurant located on the ground-floor open from 12pm. There is also a spa and gym on site. The location is great (3 - 5 minutes walking distance from Hamburg Central Station)

This is a fantastic location to host a business meeting with well-equipped meeting rooms. The staff is kind and accommodating to requests and our guests enjoyed their stay and the food.

Awesome location and amazing staff! We booked the Executive Lake View Room for 4 nights (2nd to 5th May); the room overlooked the Alster Lake and was very comfortable and clean

However, it was quite busy and the staff, despite their excellent service, seemed overworked and unable to keep up with the number of guests. This resulted in some delays with coffee service and table clearance

It was evident that the staff were doing their best under the circumstances and their efforts are commendable. One area for improvement would be the assistance provided for guests with luggage

We had to carry our bags up to our room ourselves upon arrival, although we did have help during check-out. Overall, the Steigenberger Hotel is an excellent property in a fantastic location, offering commendable service

Previously, I have stayed at the Atlantic Hotel and Park Hyatt, but while these hotels are good five star hotels, they can't be compared to the quality you find at the Vier Jahreszeiten, why: Location: The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Hamburg, within walking distance of international retail brands and cultural highlights the city has to offer

The hotel had placed a baby cot into one of our rooms, including a baby bathrobe and cleaning amenities (even including diapers!!!) - in addition, also during our breakfast and dinner the team was very kind and supportive, looking after us extremely well

The staff at both restaurants was very kind and knowledgeable. Service: Finally, what i appreciated most was the fantastic service we received from all team members

DIning: Despite Covid Restrictions, the Breakfast was outstanding and so was the dining venue. We loved especially the Steak that we ordered as part of our dinner

Wonderful location, close to the river and metro station. Quiet at night, but within 10 minutes of the Reeperbahn and Milentor stadium. Well presented room with excellent "gift pack". The shower was hot and powerful
