Where to stay with pets in Hamburg

Nice hostel 24/7 open in good location but service is not good. We have bus at late night to return back and thought of staying in lounge for closing the room but they haven't accepted that

The location of the hotel was perfect! Everything was very clean and tidy, but the best thing was the instalations and the staff that was always so friendly and polite, especially Mai!

I dont see anything wrong with this place. Rooms were good, bathroom was good, maybe a little small, but it is a big city. Beds were good and the rooftop was also great. Price was also fair and breakfast was decent

Its location is strategic, close to major tourist attractions. My only suggestion is to enhance the breakfast menu variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay

Most of the time the place was quiet, someone were up in the middle of the night and were a little loud, but some staff told them to keep it quiet. Definetly recommend this place, i had a good stay

Very nice and fency hotel. Big rooms with all the comforts. Car valet offered plus concierge. A good standard 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is complete however the drink service is really slow, to be improved!

I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday at the hotel and the hotel recognised this in the best possible way by putting a bottle of champagne in the room. A marvellous hotel that has earned all its stars

A lot of bronze and carpet but extremely clean, a lot of plugs, plenty of space in the shower and excellent WiFi. Unfortunately I couldn't give the breakfast or restaurant a try but they looked great!

The staff are friendly, but compared to the number of rooms and guests, theres too little staff at the service desk, so you usually would end up waiting in line for any inquiries

We loved our stay at the Grand Elysée. Our room was spacious, the restaurants and bars were really good, and the staff was so kind to us and our three-year-old daughter

We couldn't have been happier with our time in Hamburg and a big part of the reason the trip was such a success was everyone at the Grand Elysée making us feel right at home

My Aunt Susan and I just spent several days at the centrally located Reichshof Hotel. The inside of the hotel is beautiful (dating back to 1910), and the staff is exceedingly professional and helpful

Amazing hotel. Great location. Rooms large by European standards. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a great value esp for the quality. Parking available but very tight.

However, the room was suite was located very far from the hotel entrance. It was a long walk along many corridors, one floor up and then one floor down again

The director, Kathrin, brings in delicious locally grown products; and Emil's Café, with its charming waiters (outstanding among whom is the endearing Kay), adds life and flavor to the hotel

The location is fabulous, it's in the heart, you are surrounded by beautiful scenery, in the middle or very nearby to so many things and places

I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room

They upgraded me to a very spacious room (family room) with a living room with a sofa and an armchair and a bathroom with a bathtub as I requested. They brought me several attentions to the room

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft

It felt so open and uninviting which is probably why it was not too busy. It is important to have several places to escape to in a hotel and not just the rooftop restaurant even though it is amazing

The saunas and swimming pool were also on par excellence with all of the details thought out including water. I wish the hotel lobby bar was open a little later and that it was a little cozier

5 star beautiful hotel in an amazing location close to the main attraction sites, restaurants, and coffee shops. My room was updated in a tasteful and chic way. The front desk were kind and helpful

The location is in a safe and rich area, and conveniently minutes from the train station

However, it was quite busy and the staff, despite their excellent service, seemed overworked and unable to keep up with the number of guests. This resulted in some delays with coffee service and table clearance

I went to Hamburg to work on Thursday and Friday, and then spent the rest of the weekend just enjoying. The hotel is perfectly situated, reached directly by the Train from the Airport. it's also near to the City centre

Stayed for couple weeks few years back, it was clean, near to city and walking distance to company and clients offices. In evening plenty of busy restaurants nearby for good dinner choices.

Although the hotel is centrally located there is not much noise. There is a parking garage under the hotel which costs € 25 per night. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great

The location is a bit shady as the back road is super lonely even during the day time. Otherwise the hotel rooms, service and their breakfast is very good.

We arrived in Hamburg via the QM2, and the hotel sent a car and a van for our luggage to the pier! Upon arriving, the doormen quickly unloaded our bags, storing most of them and sending only the ones we needed up to our room

Housekeeping knocked loudly at 8 am continuously for a long while despite telling them to come back. They left and then came back again at 10 and just walked in without knocking. Expensive parking for a motorcycle

The room smelled like sewage and the vent in the bathroom did not work. It got incrementally worse so we had to change rooms

The gym was ok except two bicycles only one worked and no treadmill but a decent set of dumbbells

Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm

Not only was the room ready the pullout was also prepared so we didn't need to rearrange the room before settling in. Room was spacious, clean an everyone was very friendly. Perfect location to experience Hamburg!

We arrived early, they held our luggage until our room was ready. Kuna suggested the hop on/off A1 line as a way to pass the time. Soon we received a notification the room was ready

The breakfast room was located on a higher floor with a lovely view of the lake and there was also a rooftop bar for drinks in the evening. Hamburg is a lovely little city

Small rooms, tired looking carpets, AC that didn't work and a somewhat suspicious location close to the red light district that felt unsafe. The highlight though was the ultra nice Italian guy at breakfast

Hotel is in a great location right at the end of the Reeperbahn and just beside subway stop so very handy for airport train. Funky decor but lacks some touches or real personality.

Nice spacious clean hotel. It is close to the U Bahn for easy access to downtown Hamburg. The rooms were very quiet even with a railway outside the window. There is an Aldi close by if you need some extra snacks.

Location: Convenient located with the U4 metro on the doorsteps. The U4 takes you to central Hamburg in a few minutes. The stop is quite close to U4 terminus so it's not that crowded

You'll also find bus 111 a few meters down the road. The 111 takes you to Minieatur Wonderland, Hamburg Dungeon, Reperbahn, Landungsbrücke (start point for many harbourcruises and public transport boats and close to St

Hotel with generous indoor space in the hafen city. Clean and modern rooms, each named after a coastal town, how cool is that? Delicious breakfast. I think for a professional hotel it ticks all the boxes.

There is also a nice playground a few meters down and across the canal. There is really noting to do around to hotel, so you have to rely on public transport
