Where to stay with pets in Hamburg

Nice hostel 24/7 open in good location but service is not good. We have bus at late night to return back and thought of staying in lounge for closing the room but they haven't accepted that

The location of the hotel was perfect! Everything was very clean and tidy, but the best thing was the instalations and the staff that was always so friendly and polite, especially Mai!

I dont see anything wrong with this place. Rooms were good, bathroom was good, maybe a little small, but it is a big city. Beds were good and the rooftop was also great. Price was also fair and breakfast was decent

Its location is strategic, close to major tourist attractions. My only suggestion is to enhance the breakfast menu variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay

Most of the time the place was quiet, someone were up in the middle of the night and were a little loud, but some staff told them to keep it quiet. Definetly recommend this place, i had a good stay

The hostel offers a charming blend of modern comfort and welcoming atmosphere with clean rooms, and I must commend Omar ,his warmth and efficiency at the reception were remarkable, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality

Very nice and fency hotel. Big rooms with all the comforts. Car valet offered plus concierge. A good standard 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is complete however the drink service is really slow, to be improved!

I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday at the hotel and the hotel recognised this in the best possible way by putting a bottle of champagne in the room. A marvellous hotel that has earned all its stars

A lot of bronze and carpet but extremely clean, a lot of plugs, plenty of space in the shower and excellent WiFi. Unfortunately I couldn't give the breakfast or restaurant a try but they looked great!

The staff are friendly, but compared to the number of rooms and guests, theres too little staff at the service desk, so you usually would end up waiting in line for any inquiries

We loved our stay at the Grand Elysée. Our room was spacious, the restaurants and bars were really good, and the staff was so kind to us and our three-year-old daughter

We couldn't have been happier with our time in Hamburg and a big part of the reason the trip was such a success was everyone at the Grand Elysée making us feel right at home

My Aunt Susan and I just spent several days at the centrally located Reichshof Hotel. The inside of the hotel is beautiful (dating back to 1910), and the staff is exceedingly professional and helpful

Amazing hotel. Great location. Rooms large by European standards. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a great value esp for the quality. Parking available but very tight.

However, the room was suite was located very far from the hotel entrance. It was a long walk along many corridors, one floor up and then one floor down again

The director, Kathrin, brings in delicious locally grown products; and Emil's Café, with its charming waiters (outstanding among whom is the endearing Kay), adds life and flavor to the hotel

I always book this whenever I am in Hamburg. Excellent rooms, friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet. Certain things such as omelette can be customized and ordered to be made fresh

Due to the short stay we did not try the wellness center and we chose to eat breakfast outside (there are some wonderful bakeries and breakfast hot spots in the city), but based on the rest of my experience I trust these are up to par

Really nice location of this hotel! Very comfortable beds. Room needs to be renovated as you can clearly see that it is not fresh. Breakfast really tasty and it’s great value of money

The location is fabulous, it's in the heart, you are surrounded by beautiful scenery, in the middle or very nearby to so many things and places

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very clean and tidy, the only little compliment I have is that the air conditioning wasn't very good but it was unusually hot at the time of my visit

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great views from the rooftop bar but the service up there is unfortunately not the best, despite the high prices. The 24h self serve shop is well stocked and extremely useful

Would definitely recommend staying at Radisson Blu. After leaving this review I was contacted by the hotel manager who informed me that the Aircon will be inspected and repaired

Very good hotel. Simple and nice. Little rooms, clean and calm. Nicely located with a subway station just in front of the hotel. Excellent place. Breakfast could be better but enough to prepare yourself for the day.

Great location. Rooms and bathrooms are not very large. Big everything is new, modern and conveniently designed. Breakfast is chaos though - go to the café/Baker across the Street.

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft

The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby

Prime location, you can really walk anywhere on foot and requires no subway. The Rest is a typical Motel One top.

After a bit, some drawbacks appear: in the room there is no space for luggages or dress; breakfast has to be reserved, but this info is not always given timely; for people at the reception everything is complicated

Wonderful location, close to the river and metro station. Quiet at night, but within 10 minutes of the Reeperbahn and Milentor stadium. Well presented room with excellent "gift pack". The shower was hot and powerful

I am a Platinum member of Bonvoy and have traveled quite a lot. Short summary - loved the experience :-) The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast. The staff in the hotel was always helpful and polite

It felt so open and uninviting which is probably why it was not too busy. It is important to have several places to escape to in a hotel and not just the rooftop restaurant even though it is amazing

The saunas and swimming pool were also on par excellence with all of the details thought out including water. I wish the hotel lobby bar was open a little later and that it was a little cozier

Perfect location with a grand view on Alster Lake. Breakfast is excellent, the receptionist is quick and easy going. Many rooms have great views and they all are larger than average in the area

Great location in the middle of Hamburg along the lake. There is a walking/bike path across the street. The hotel has plenty of bikes for rental making getting around the city more pleasant

Booked a few nights here whilst in hamburg Coming from South Africa and staying in multiple accommodations before in different cities around germany This however was up there which came as a surprise considering how much more affordable it was compared to the others Brilliant service, all staff i encountered were helpful Ideal location Quiet and peaceful very ideal to get some work done if need be...

Great location for that price and high level of service. Quite satisfied with everything. It was especially nice that bicycle rental was included in the price and we were given them free of charge for the whole day

The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there

Coffee is for free at the lobby bar. You can walk to the city center in 30 minutes but that won't be an enjoyable walk. The nearest metro station is Berliner Tor

unfortunately!!! Then the breakfast looked just great, and I was excited to have some, however, the beans and the hot breakfast was so cold, it was ridiculous , it was like it had just come out of the fridge! And it was supposed to be hot

it's a big place, and only one coffee machine that takes forever to produce one coffee, seriously by the time it was my turn, I had to be at work, however, as it happens, as I did eventually get my coffee, it was awful

Stayed here and cant fault anything. Only downside was the fridge in my room wasnt working and controls for heating and cooling the rooms were also not working. The hotel is located in a very nice area

The perfect location for marathon runners to stay! Our room was large with a very comfortable bed & we paid extra for access to the lounge. That was really useful for small snacks

Nice and fresh hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel has its own garage that costs €30 for 24 hours, but if you’re only staying for one night, I recommend parking the car on the street

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Scandic Emporio when we were visiting from Canada for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff members were all so kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable

I was hesitant to spend nearly 200 euro a night, but mein gott do you get what you pay for! Room was... Um... Roomy. View was great from the top floor. Comfy beds, and polite English speaking staff.

I needed some help locating and storing some deliveries for a large trade fair and they were as helpful as could. Rooms are spacious and clean and the restaurant and the bar on the 20th floor are both excellent

Located in a nice region near the red light district and the port, it uses its awkward (20's?) architecture in a very clever way. Interior is well lit, and room are nice, with good service

Very well located. Ask for high floors (9+) and view on the port. See picture from the 9th floor. It's great to watch the weather rapidly change from sunny to rain.

Nice place with lounge/chill atmosphere. Wonderful view of the port and the city. Good selection of cocktails. Dress code is way more a recommendation than a rule. Casual outfit is fine as well.

Built in the style of afwerk, with walls of Windows. Great views all around, although not usually live in the room where you are completely visible to others. (Curtains dense, of course, is)

A 4-star hotel woth good location, friendly staff snd comfortable rooms, plus a fast and reliable WiFi. Plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby. The daily newspaper selection is a great plus

I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room

They upgraded me to a very spacious room (family room) with a living room with a sofa and an armchair and a bathroom with a bathtub as I requested. They brought me several attentions to the room

Quiet location but still well connected to public transport. Right in the port city. Very clean and nice rooms.

Location was perfect, but I slept in a very uncomfortable bed for a week. On top of that, you could unfortunately hear the footsteps from above and around the clock. Equipment and furnishings very attractive and modern.

A very pleasant stay! I stood for 6 weeks in the xs apartment. It is small indeed, but really nicely and smartly furnished, so it didn't feel crumpy at all. Very nice view facing the old town

The hotel lobby is quite nice for drinks or a meal as well. The XS apartment is quite small (like a college dorm room), but the clever layout makes it work for one person

That said, it would be super helpful to know a few things upon arrival such as the importance of scanning the QR code in your room so you know how to turn off the lights without losing power in your room

Room was nice, just the shutters opened unprompted during the night, although it was not windy. We found the breakfast to be a little on the pricy side.

Was presented with sparkling water on arrival (complimentary) and a room upgrade with a balcony overlooking a canal (didn't stay long enough to take advantage but very nice)

Definitely recommend and will be keeping this and other Motel Ones at the top of my list. About 20-25min walk from the train station

Decent, clean, new, modern, but a bit spiritless hotel. Rooms small, but well equipped - even standard ones have tea&coffee corners. Mind the location near busy road. Nice parking 18 €/day. Really good breakfast.

Nice and modern 4 star hotel, very central and therefore suitable for both tourists and business travellers. Rooms could be a bit bigger, but this is the price you often pay when staying at a central location.

Room was decent and very modern. Quiet, as in we couldn't really hear others. The bar 11 was very "cool" great cocktails and beer if you fancy it. We didn't eat in the restaurant

Very Good location near the harbour and Ultimate the Best Continental breakfast in Hamburg. Good clean, spacious and silent rooms, with your own coffee maker and herbal the bags

Rooms are getting old. The furniture and the mattresses should be renewed. Staff and rest of the facilities great. Location OK if you want to go that area, or can reach the s or u Bahn close to the hotel.

4 stars for location because the exciting parts of the city are easily accessible by frequent bus that stops nearby, and the area is appropriately safe, accessible, and convenient for those with cars (who can find free street parking nearby, often a challenge in Hamburg)

Wonderful service and staff, big rooms, an amazing breakfast! Located a bit far from the center. Close with a cab, takes a bit with public transportation

The staff are friendly, the property and the furnishings in the rooms (including the carpets) are quite old and could be described as somewhat worn. However, the rooms are clean, which is the most important aspect

The location of the property is mediocre, but access to public transport - bus, U and S-Bahn stations are within a short walk

But you will need that bus, as the neighborhood does not itself have exciting things or restaurants. I've stayed several times and had good experiences. Nice views and I get good space for working in my rooms

Exceptional service, clean rooms, friendly multi-lingual staff! Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm

We arrived late in the evening. Check in was easy as the receptionist spoke English. Bed was comfy and we slept well with no disturbances. One down side to the room was that there was no kettle for tea or coffee

Not only was the room ready the pullout was also prepared so we didn't need to rearrange the room before settling in. Room was spacious, clean an everyone was very friendly. Perfect location to experience Hamburg!

We arrived early, they held our luggage until our room was ready. Kuna suggested the hop on/off A1 line as a way to pass the time. Soon we received a notification the room was ready

The breakfast room was located on a higher floor with a lovely view of the lake and there was also a rooftop bar for drinks in the evening. Hamburg is a lovely little city
