You have to make the beds by yourself and the charging at your bed did not work for me at least.

Everything were great....staff bed security location...friendliness of environment...lower floor to the kitchen need some cleaning ...

I did not know, it will be Pride saturday (weekend) that day.. It was busy and loud area. The price was higher then usually because of that reason. Must admit for the given price the room is very poor, bunk beds and a washroom like in a airplane. Water was cooking hot and couldn’t be regulated so no shower for us. Outside environment and especially the people hanging around makes the in and out to the hotel very uncomfortable. We avoided to leave after nightfall. Excellent location. Room very clean and surprisingly quiet.

The hotel is ideally situated right next to the central railway station. The staff is friendly and courteous, but the roommates can be a bit unusual. The beds are clean and comfortable, although the room layout is not particularly practical. There isn't sufficient space to store luggage, and the sink in the bathroom is somewhat challenging to use.

The hotel is great for solo travelers but not very wheelchair-friendly. While there is a wheelchair entrance, it’s inconvenient as we always had to request assistance from the staff at the counter. It also took time for them to go to another entrance to open the door for us. Additionally, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.

couldn’t have asked for a better stay! CAB20 was beyond what my boyfriend and i hoped it to be, with everything you could ever need at your fingertips (including umbrella rentals, luggage storage, and a 24 hour bar and restaurant!) also randomly had the best coffee i’ve had so far in germany at their breakfast. so many lounge areas and the friendliest staff. please open more locations across europe...

Good and clean accommodation. They cabines are small but you have everything you need and it‘s well soundproof. Good value for money for the room. I wanna mention the breakfast. It‘s fine but the selection a bit small for the price and no coffee included which is baffling to me. You‘re may be better off having breakfast somewhere else.

This is an interesting place to stay. The service is good, rooms are clean and there are loads of good showers. Each room is half of a garden shed in size. I think this place is really great. The concept of cabin hotels is pretty cool and definitely suited me for the purposes of my trip. The rooms are clean and well put together. Good Cabin hotel, near Hamburg Hbf, but the way to hotel gave me feeling a bit scary. However, when you’re at the hotel, it’s very nice; just avoid going to hotel at night. Better have a bottle of water in the room will be perfect.

The room is indeed a little small, and the bathroom is shared, but the service is good. I personally don't mind it. It's good for a one-night stopover. The front desk is very enthusiastic and provides hot water, which is very warm.

A warm hostel, clean and near to central bus station, train stop station.

This hostel is conveniently located right next to a supermarket and a subway station. The all-female rooms offer excellent value for money. And, most importantly, the owner is Chinese and very nice!

I stayed for one night because of the airport, and it was clean and good for just sleeping for one night. The shared living room was noisy at night, but I think it depends on the people you stay with.

Good location but the room was very smelly, it was disgusting. It’s ok if you just need a place to sleep. We didn’t find the kitchen and there was nobody to ask. In the room were two bottles of water, two cups and electric kettle but no spoons or anything else.

Clean and decent room. It's okay for an overnight stay. A bed, 2 bedside tables, a television and thats it. You don't have much privacy in the shared bathroom, you don't have a seperate room to change and the windows aren't blurred. The staff was very friendly, we could drop our bagage at the reception at the last day.

Clean and spacious hostel. Services are good and atmosphere, a bit cold-hearted but functional after all.

Good place to rest your head. Close to public transportation and a train ride away from the city centre. Clean space and easy checkout. Only complaint would be the noise. Traffic, seagulls, and other people were quite loud.

The tallest hotel in Hamburg, with a large botanical garden in front. You can walk to the University of Hamburg after crossing the road. The transportation is convenient, and you can also walk to the Inner Alster Lake in front of the City Hall.

I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room. Best hotel breakfast ever. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view is probably nice but it's the time of the year where Hamburg is in a layer of permanent fog so I wouldn't know.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hamburg. Space rooms, clean, great location, quiet place to rest and my dog was in heaven. Breakfast was good and it is opened long every day. Well located hotel . Clean and modern . Service was up to standards.

This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us. The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel.

A truly beautiful hotel with lovely rooms that are large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they are all very, very nice. The hotel is centrally located behind the main train station. However, the walk there alone is a bit daunting as a woman.

Everything was great: clean, and the room was nice. The iron arrived immediately after ordering it at reception. Friendly staff, good location with plenty of bars and restaurants around the corner, and the main train station within walking distance.

Close to metro, 15 minutes walk to Altstadt. Clean and comfortable room, big bathroom. We waited in line for a long time for check in and breakfast.

I had a great stay. I really liked my room, including the comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom, including the low-light option (I hate it when the only option is a bright light that is nearly blinding).

The hotel is very clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, and the service staff is thoughtful and enthusiastic. There are various restaurants to choose from around, or you can walk to the terminal building, where there are various small shops, small supermarkets, and duty-free shops, which can be suitable for different choices.

Very stylish hotel in Hafencity, cool lactation. Amazingly decorated rooms. I paid 225 Euro for one night. What really turned me off, the breakfast is an additional 26 Euros. That feels like a ripoff. There are better high value for money alternatives than 25 Hours nearby. Will not return.

We celebrated birthday with my husband here. It was really good decision to celebrate it in SIDE hotel. Service is 10/10, so comfy bed, quiet, clean. Spa is quite small but nice 😊

Room was nice, just the shutters opened unprompted during the night, although it was not windy. We found the breakfast to be a little on the pricy side.

About 10mins walk to the underground station, bus stops are just at outside of the hotel, easy transport links to attractions. Many homeless people sleeping near the hotel, I didn’t feel comfortable walking back to hotel in the evenings.  

Hotel is located in walking distance of Hamburg Hbf, which is very convenient! Small downside is, that there are quite some homeless people and ******* around these kind of areas. We observed a ****** who was checking out a stolen (?) bag for its content on two nights while we were walking back to the hotel. Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park...

Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms in a newish building just ten minutes walk from the main Hamburg train station. Location itself is slightly let down by a lack of nearby restaurants and bars in the nearby area although the hotel had a very pleasant top floor bar with nice music on TV screens with spectacular views and lovely staff.

For the hotel, from the staff, the room to the breakfast, there is nothing to complain. We enjoyed our three nights. Spacious rooms and very kind personell. Fridge and coffee in the room. Easy to reach by metro, parking is a bit expensive at 30,-/night but if you take a P+R it is only 4,-/night.

Stay was ok. Room was too cold. Despite informing the same to the front desk in the morning, they did not take any action during the day. Finally, I insisted to get a heater at night. Breakfast was very average. Cut fruits did not seem fresh!

Great location, brilliant staff. Loses a star due to Breakfast which was very hectic and personally i fount the price a little too much, im happy to pay €18 for a breakfast of this quality. Checked in at just past 17:00 to be told my room was not yet cleaned. I waited over an hour before the room was ready without even an apology or compensation. The room had a lovely view of the Elbe, but the room was extremely hot on arrival with no way of turning on cooling. I had to open the doors. I'm not sure if there are bed bugs in the room as I have multiple bites and itchy skin after 2 nights...

An excellent hotel if you are visiting Airbus or one of the other aerospace companies in Finkenwerder. The rooms are very comfortable, the WiFi is good. Beautiful hotel right on the Elbe. Large rooms, we even had a view of the Elbe. The ferry stops right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get into Hamburg. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. If we get the chance, we'll definitely come back.

Nice hotel. Easy to find. Glad we were able to check in late. Dog was welcome. We will come back here! Tip: install more regular car chargers. All chargers were occupied, all 2 (or 4?). so I had to load somewhere else the next day. There were a lot of Tesla chargers but I couldn't use them.

This hotel surprised us on so many levels. A budget hotel next to the highway, nothing special, a little old, but the breakfast is OK.

Convenient parking, only 8 euros a night

The port city is very beautiful. This time I stayed in the suburbs, but it is very convenient to go anywhere in Germany if you have a car. This time I went to watch the European Cup and didn’t miss this city. If Germany has the opportunity to host the game again, I will take my family with me.

Practical fun with great and friendly staff a good vibe, but not the best location. Nevertheless, Uber is quick and not too far from main attractions of the city. Clean rooms comfortable another bar some good options for cocktails really well crafted.

Before arriving at the hotel, I had sent an email requesting a quiet room, and they kindly accommodated my request by assigning me a room on the 5th floor. I just spent the weekend at Moxy and let me say that I had an amazing time. The facility is always clean and welcoming, the breakfast was quite tasty (with gluten free options) and the staff always available to help out. The room was also quite good. I can’t say much about the price because it was paid by my manager Absolutely recommended, would come back

The hotel is in a good location with convenient public transportation. There are many dining options nearby and the breakfast is also good. There is a park nearby with beautiful scenery, suitable for walking. The environment is very quiet, suitable for people who like quiet. The hygiene is slightly worse, and some waiters are not professional enough, there is room for improvement.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central railway station along the road that passes outside the main entrance. My room was very spacious and overlooked a side street so was incredibly quiet for a location so close to the train station. The breakfast was well stocked and offered a good choice for all diets. I would happily stay there again.
