Good Cabin hotel, near Hamburg Hbf, but the way to hotel gave me feeling a bit scary. However, when you’re at the hotel, it’s very nice; just avoid going to hotel at night. Better have a bottle of water in the room will be perfect.

The hotel is in a great location, the front desk service is good, there is free water in the room, the room has windows, the ceiling is high so it is very comfortable, and the room was upgraded after check-in!! So happy

The room is indeed a little small, and the bathroom is shared, but the service is good. I personally don't mind it. It's good for a one-night stopover. The front desk is very enthusiastic and provides hot water, which is very warm.

Nice and clean. We where given lunch packets as we had to leave before breakfast. A bit far from the city centre, but good connections nearby.

I can only recommend it, we stayed with a friend for one night, the room was clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, the location perfect, in front of the port. You have to climb many stairs to get there but it's worth it, you have such a wonderful view of the port at night, and benches to sit down and enjoy sunset. Also there's a supermarket around the corner. I will come back.

Chose this hostel to spend a night in the city center, away from railway or bus stations.We did not match with this hostel. There were several hidden costs: pay more because you are old, pay 4€ for towels, leave a deposit to use the TV in the lounge, etc. All the facilities are either locked or broken: to use the guest kitchen or laundry you should get a token at the reception; of 3 vending machines...

I stayed one night and happened to get an empty room which was nice. The rooms were clean but there was no soap or anything provided which can be something to keep in mind when booking. Bring soap! The staff was really friendly and they had a bike garage where you could store your bike safely.

Best hostel in Hamburg. Used to stay in grand hostel brands but this one makes it’s really a surprise. Awesome view of Hamburg Port and docks, panoramic of all Hamburg and open terrace, bar at nights and big common area with pool, WiFi, ping pong and more. the rooms are alright, kitchen is available so thats helpful. staff is helpful, but due to another customer's fault i had to wait a long time for checking in. they could improve the interiors. walls are way too thin and everything can be heard from the other rooms. all in all, its an okay hostel for a night or two.

Probably the best price in the city for a hostel. Most of the room are shared. They contain beds, refrigerator and lockers. Bathrooms with showers are located next to the rooms. Available is also a big shared kitchen. Only 10-15 min from the city center with a bus.

I've stayed here last year. Though a little bit far away from the centre, it offers a really nice (and clean) accomodation for a fair price. Also, very nice staff.

I cannot say it loudly enough - this hostel has a weird vibe. Like not in a threatening or dangerous kinda way, like its just odd. Its clean enough, the folks that run it are friendly, the rooms, though small, are all OK. Its just weird. In a way I couldn't put my finger on. Not the best review possible but there it is. Good basic hostel provision. Staff were v helpful and friendly. Beds comfy. The only thing was the noise of the street at night. We had to keep our windows open due to the heat. Traffic, regular emergency service sirens and people yahooing and talking in the street below until 330 am. Get a back room if you can.

We were visiting Hamburg and needed a place to stay for the night, we contacted this place and then went there. It was clean and affordable. Floor wasn't cleaned (trap under my bed), they started drilling at 9am, shower was dirty and the one and only toilet seat was full of ass hair. The location is amazing (Berliner Tor U-bahn entrance 10 meters away from entrance of this Hostel). The bunkbeds are at least 200 cm which was amazing being a tall person, thickness of mattress was fine. We paid €220 with 4 people for 2 nights in March.

Beds make a lot of noise and the double bed in the family room was not really comfortable. Check-in went really smooth via a code and parking was extremely practical for transit night.

Had a very different experience easiest checkin N checkout ever. Key was in a safe box N had just to drop the keys in checkout box. There was not staff personals and didn't need any. Everything was there. Rooms were nice as a hostel. Carpeted floor.

Very good deal for what you pay! Everything was neat, clean, and apparently new. The only thing that was slightly annoying is that internet logs me out every few minutes.

Great location near Reeperbahn, but all facilities are the cheap and over used. For 50 per person for night, I expected more good furniture in public spaces. The toilet soap is not included, that is simply ridiculous.

A very nice stay, I loved the forniture and such (it's an ex-brothel so it was very peculiar). The staff was friendly but some spoke very little English. It was pretty clean, but our room was a bit smelly. The toilet were few but there weren't a lot of visitors so it was okay. The price was good.

Very kind staff, very special decorated rooms and the atmosphere is just priceless! If you're looking for a hotel that really describes Reeperbahn you should definitely choose this! The hygiene is questionable though.
