The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby.

Up on a hair in the tub, everything was clean. The staff at the reception was very nice, only the ladies at Breakfast are a bit Taciturn, but not unfriendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there. Coffee is for free at the lobby bar. Was surprised how good this place was for the price. Rooms were really clean with maid service every day. Breakfast was great with a huge range to choose from. Staff were friendly and competent. Only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way however, Berliner Tor station is only about 10 mins walk away and taxis are plentiful.

The hotel was nice but we had several people knock on our room door at odd times of the day. They either said they were housekeeping or hid their faces from view of the peep hole. No one was in a hotel uniform so we didn’t open the door but it was a little scary for sure. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

My girlfriend had an ambulatory appointment at the close by clinic and this place seemed befitted as it is close by and well positioned just beside the S-bahn stop. The place is nice, worth staying there and close by a very nice restaurant named T. R. U. D. E. as well as a museum of work offering a nice area to explore.

After spending a couple days in Hamburg for the football, our return flight was cancelled and ended up spending the night here. What a brilliant stay we had and all the staff were friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend the Ibis and will definitely be back.

Standard rooms include hot tub, shower, separate toilet (excellent idea), kettle and mini fridge. I always stay here when in Hamburg and they've never let me down.
