The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby.

The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there. Coffee is for free at the lobby bar. You can walk to the city center in 30 minutes but that won't be an enjoyable walk. The nearest metro station is Berliner Tor.

Was surprised how good this place was for the price. Rooms were really clean with maid service every day. Breakfast was great with a huge range to choose from. Staff were friendly and competent. Only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way however, Berliner Tor station is only about 10 mins walk away and taxis are plentiful.

Friendly staff, clean, dog friendly. This was just a short overnight for us. Early breakfast which is great when we just want to get back on the road. For dinner they gave us a list of good restaurants within 10-20 mins walking. We always feel at home with our dog staying at Motel One. Comfortable bed and room. Parking onsite so very convenient overall.

Room was okay. Breakfast was very good. I had a waterbed, which was a bit unusual for my back... But overall Id say it was good. A 15 minute walk from the Hamburg central station, very close to the Ubahn stop. Clean, spacious suite which was on the upper floor with a view of the main street so it was pretty quiet. I expected the bath amenities to have body lotion... Breakfast buffet was ok but they could add more gluten free food.

If you're looking for a base location close to the S/U Bahn, that's not flashy and relatively reasonably priced, this fits the bill. If I stayed in Hamburg again, I'd probably opt for Altstadt or that side of the central station, although it would cost more. The bar does great drinks and is priced well.

For business use. Very convenient location in front of Hamburg Central Station. There are restaurants in the station so you won't have any problems. It's in front of the station so it can be a little noisy at night, but it's tolerable. The lobby is small. I arrived in the morning, but I was able to get into my room.

Sauna closes at 22:00. Room 101 is right over the bar (where it's sometimes stand-up comedy night.) Front desk very helpful and courteous in English. A good basic stopover.

It was an overall clean room but with fairly basic furniture. Very good for a short trip. A good point was the separate toilet and shower rooms but due to that, space in the shower room was quite limited and maybe not completely comfortable. It serves its function of a comfortable bed and stay but it is not exactly a fashionable/modern place to stay.

The rooms I would say are small and cramped for two colleagues who don't know each other.
