I stayed for four nights with my father. We were warmly welcomed, and the beds were well-spaced. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us within five minutes. The pizza was delicious.

It was a nice business hotel. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can have breakfast and it can also be used as a bar. It is close to the Reeperbahn, but as long as you don't take the wrong exit, the hotel is right outside the station, so it is easy to access and not very dangerous. Room was clear, the bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was clean as well. It takes 15 min by bus to get the city center. I recomend as a stay for tourists, who spends all day in the city.

I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews because the place is pretty good for the price. Yes, bathrooms are small and the room is basic but the beds are comfortable and considering the central location and busy flow of hotel guests it was very quiet and we slept well. The area can be a bit scary, but it was well policed and the station is basically on th doorstep which helps.

Must admit for the given price the room is very poor, bunk beds and a washroom like in a airplane. Water was cooking hot and couldn’t be regulated so no shower for us.
