The apartment exceeded our expectations in every regard. Perfectly located near to the airport were I work. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Easy check in process. They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

Rooms was clean, service was good also.

This hotel has a charme of small to midsize Appartments. I like it very much.

Only drawback was the other guests lack of abillity to park their car withing the designated parking spots...

I needed a comfortable room to relax the night before a heavy day of work. I was given a wonderful room (I call it apartment for its size) witj a kitchen complete of everything, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, etc. A comfortable sofa, with 32in led tv, a bedroom and in bedroom toilette. Everything amazing, couldn't ask more! I've enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!

I went to drop my bag at morning. They checked quick if the room would have be cleaned up. Unfortunately it had not, but they let me check in and gave me a card key. I came the hotel around 23 in the night, and my bag stood in my room.

Correct hotel and good breakfast but we where 4 in a single room with 2 beds including a small one for 2 adults. For this reason, it doesn’t worth the paid price (€400 for 2 nights & 4 pers)…

There is plenty of transit options nearby, but parking is expensive or a little bit rough near the hotel. Room was clean, no closet and the hairdryer hasn‘t worked (we didn’t need it) The TV was a little bit older, so no AirPlay, but okay The build in Bluetooth speaker is a nice add-on Friendly staff

Located not too far from the central train station, walking distance is a huge plus for this hotel. So glad they allowed me early check in as I was not feeling well. But there aren't any shops in the immediate surroundings. Nice clean room. Great staff.

Good ambience, near to railway station (hauptbahnhof) satisfactory service. Clean rooms, clean toilets and good maintenance most importantly very hygienic.

Clean and calm. Takes time to get to hauptbahnhof, if the buses aren’t on time you will get annoyed! Recommend to people who want to spend most the day in city center.

Room was clear, the bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was clean as well. It takes 15 min by bus to get the city center. I recomend as a stay for tourists, who spends all day in the city.

It is not so far from Airport if you are not elderly and fragile, service is quick and reasonable. Of course it is just 3 stars, so rooms is spacious enaugh, however can be a bit warmer (my wet dress remain wet up until morning) from other side it is not so high price for other benefits.

It's ok. Small rooms, not on perfect condition but acceptable. Breakfast buffet is a good start for the day. Tho I must mention... very low quality toilet paper, maybe you wanna bring your own of you're staying longer. They give little bags of shampoo/duschgel and rooms include a "Wasserkocher" with tea, sugar, and instant coffee. Not much else worth mentioning.

Happy to be back here again. The hotel interiors are very nice and you can truly relax.

Got a suite for 4 people at 400 Kroners for two nights and two days. Worth it. Towels body wash and shampoo provided. Watch out for their display thi it's way too expensive

I would give the cleanliness, service, breakfast and location to airport 5 stars... nothing better, but therefore the hotel is at the corner of 2 busy streets and if you have the window open in the summer very loud. Other than that we had an awesome stay.

Simple hotel near the airport. Cheep, but not much else. The floor creaks when you walk around which makes quite a bit of noise.

Unfortunately no dinner, the rooms are made to stay over night. Nothing more nothing less and a 10 Minutes walk to the Airport or you take to cooperation with other hotel around the corner to take to shuttle... Just ask for it.

Nearly center train station and there are Turkish restaurant in the street. Hotel normally condition for 3 stars in Europe standarts. Price normally 50 euro as per day for Sunday.

Absolutely ok for a short trip to Hamburg. It's located in the centre, so you reach the inner City, as well as the Harbour in no time by feet/e-scooter. It's a 3 Star hotel and it have clean nice rooms. Just for handicap people it will be difficult to enter, cos you have to enter the reception via a high stairs. The Elevator is in the between level's. That's why I give only 4 stars.

Close to the central station but the street the hotel is on is not good. The hotel is also very old inside and needs a refurbishment. With that said, room was cleaned well every day and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby.

Hotel is in a great location right at the end of the Reeperbahn and just beside subway stop so very handy for airport train. Funky decor but lacks some touches or real personality.

Location and price are very good, so at the beginnig you are happy. After a bit, some drawbacks appear: in the room there is no space for luggages or dress; breakfast has to be reserved, but this info is not always given timely; for people at the reception everything is complicated.

The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there. Coffee is for free at the lobby bar. You can walk to the city center in 30 minutes but that won't be an enjoyable walk. The nearest metro station is Berliner Tor.

Was surprised how good this place was for the price. Rooms were really clean with maid service every day. Breakfast was great with a huge range to choose from. Staff were friendly and competent. Only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way however, Berliner Tor station is only about 10 mins walk away and taxis are plentiful.

Finding a way to this hotel, especially during night is bit difficult. Reception is on the first floor, for the first timers, like you will not know where to go whom to ask.
