A big 5 stars hotel, its location is just perfect! Near by a train station, the big lake, the best green and flower parks in the city, great options for restaurants and it’s located about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center

The hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant

The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall

Hamburger is quite a surprisingly beautiful city and this is in a lovely university area close to the museums. I would definitely return with my family

Nice clean hotel with a traditional (old) feel about it. Great pool open 7 to 10 and reasonable gym open 24/7. No iron available in room, need to go to central roning room. A little pricey for what you get

Very convenient location: near the railway station. A large room with comfortable beds, a coffee machine and, which was very important for us, a bathroom where we could relax after a tiring journey

Everything great! We were a family and were placed on a connected family room, that was 2 rooms together, so we had 2 toilets

Breakfast was very good and never too crowded due to the 2 buffets ans space. The location is perfect if you wanna discover the city center as much as the Hafen City, you can almost walk everywhere

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

Not only was the room ready the pullout was also prepared so we didn't need to rearrange the room before settling in. Room was spacious, clean an everyone was very friendly. Perfect location to experience Hamburg!

We arrived early, they held our luggage until our room was ready. Kuna suggested the hop on/off A1 line as a way to pass the time. Soon we received a notification the room was ready

We went around the corner the next day and had breakfast at the cafe for half the price. Overall we can recommend the hotel as rooms were clean, well situated for our stay and staff was friendly

Because of the ideal location of about 9 minutes (depending on walking speed) to the port-City and the Central station it is very good for cyclists. Their bikes can separately be stored safely

This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg

To Build the fridge and Wardrob as a container was not a good idea. It wakes up kids or they want to play with it, as open and close and hit, to make much more noise

We found the breakfast very expensive (78€ for 2 adults 2 children). There was obviously a good variety of food but still didn’t justify the price

Almost in front of the hotel is the public transport stop for line no. 3, which will take you to the main station and to the city. Excellent accommodation for the price. And I really liked the facade of the hotel :-)

The evening receptionists Sabrina and Illham really made my experience so delightful! I was traveling alone for the Eras Tour and they were so friendly and nice and wanted to hear all about my experience and see my outfits

Prizeotel is one of the best in the area, I really appreciate the breakfast and the quality of the stuff in the room. Is not so close to the city center and is not well connected with public transport.

A 15 minute walk from the Hamburg central station, very close to the Ubahn stop. Clean, spacious suite which was on the upper floor with a view of the main street so it was pretty quiet

Hotel is located across the street from the U-bahn and is one stop from the central station. You can also walk there in about 15 minutes

I needed to put my baggage there before my check-in time and they allowed it, so I could explore Hamburg without any heavy baggages weighing me down. Room is clean, comfortable and relatively bigger than normal

The staff were on hand to help. Situated in the Turkish district, there are restaurants close by, as well as the metro and Hamburg Central station. Rooms were on the smaller side, but was fine for an overnight visit

Front Desk staffers Shaggy and Sahar were very cordial and helpful. Finding garage to park car is a bit of a challenge if you’re not from here - I’m not. No worries; just a reference when driving here
