An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants

The Reichshof Hotel offers a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, handling our check-in swiftly

Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg

The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling

A big 5 stars hotel, its location is just perfect! Near by a train station, the big lake, the best green and flower parks in the city, great options for restaurants and it’s located about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center

The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall

Hamburger is quite a surprisingly beautiful city and this is in a lovely university area close to the museums. I would definitely return with my family

This hotel itself it's quite iconic since it's located very close to the old town of Hamburg, just next to Dammtor train station, Stephansplatz metro station and directly linked to the Congress Center Hamburg, and it's itself one of the tallest buildings of the entire city

To be honest I stayed here like 10 years ago. Just in the middle of everything 😃, I also remember a beautiful garden just next to it ( was actually my room view )

Because it was a horrible day for us , they actually agreed and waited for us. I don’t know how it’s going on now. But these was really some good memories ❤️

The hotel is near the center and easy access to everything. If you're a Scandic member you can get a 1-3 free alcohol-free drinks. The rooms aren't really update or feeling "luxurious or premium" as they advertise

They always find ways to limit what they say is unlimited. Often broken and or things missing, they don't seem to care that everything is working and not looking like the hotel came just out of building

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hamburg. Space rooms, clean, great location, quiet place to rest and my dog was in heaven. Breakfast was good and it is opened long every day. Check out later than many other places

This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us

The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel

The problem is that even though it may be 19 outside, it can still be quite warm and uncomfortable inside. The hotel’s solution is offering fans, which don’t help much

Hotel is located in walking distance of Hamburg Hbf, which is very convenient! Small downside is, that there are quite some homeless people and ******* around these kind of areas

Clean and comfy rooms alongside great roof top bar which allows you to have nice cocktails without moving away from the hotel. Staff is also very helpful.

Room was a connecting room, we were a family of 6 but were not given rooms next to each other. Upon checkout at 10am after 4 hours sleep, reception weren't bothered with my comments

Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park there over night, so that one does not need to book the hotel Garage for €20/night! (Enterprise autovermieting) Rooms were ok, on lower floors with aircon and window can be opened

The only inconvenience is that the restaurant wasn't working so we had to look for a place to have dinner. Which ended up actually a good thing because we found a wonderful restaurant "Werft" around the corner

Location itself is slightly let down by a lack of nearby restaurants and bars in the nearby area although the hotel had a very pleasant top floor bar with nice music on TV screens with spectacular views and lovely staff

The private room is much more cozy (obviously). The place in general has everything you need, huge space and lots of areas to hang out including a bar and a dining area

One in a female shared room and a second in a private room. It is a regular hostel where things work as it normally do. Shared bathroom is no that big but also not impossible and there's a hairdryer

We had also booked a private parking space, but since there are roadworks I got told at the hostel that they didn't have any spaces at that moment, it would've been nice if I wouldn't have been able to book one at all or if I at least would have gotten an E-mail about it and my money back immediately

We stayed here on my Birthday, March 30th, for 2 nights having arrived from Southampton on Cunard Queen Victoria that morning! We were made very welcome, very central hotel for all the sights

We always like to stay at the Europäischer Hof when we're in Hamburg. All the staff are very professional and well-trained. It's centrally situated and the breakfast is amazing.

Arcotel Rubin made our stay in Hamburg pleasant and marvellous  They welcome us and allowed us early checked in and upgraded our Junior suite to full suite The suite was immaculate with beverages on the house Overall stay was perfect and would be our first choice hotel if ever we return to Hamburg

There is a ton of shopping, groceries, movie theater at the Westfield Mall just a 5 min walk from the hotel

Check in done very quickly, the rooms can be easily accessed by lifts or stairs. Good size room and bathroom, there is a fridge in the room if needed. The shower in the bathroom was good size and worked well

I asked the front desk for a bottle of water and they told me to go to the bar next door to buy one.

We booked this hotel for a few days as we vacationed in hamburg and these are my only critiques: First, even though the rooms were beautiful and the location of the hotel is 5 mins away from hamburg center, which is perfect, I'm sorry to say that the staff weren't the most helpful when it came to bestowing our luggages into and out of our car

I don’t know if there is any reason for this. This hotel is self-service and there will be no one to help with luggage. Girls need to consider this if they have a lot of luggage
