Our room was spacious and clean, and the beautiful Art Deco building is a standout. Its location is a major plus—right by Hamburg Central Station, making it super easy to explore the city's attractions on foot

An easy walk to the Alster, the museums and the shopping district, and the main railway station is a minute or two from here, as well as all the fantastic local cafes and restaurants

The Reichshof Hotel offers a fantastic blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, handling our check-in swiftly

Breakfast is plentiful and first class, the rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good beds. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Hamburg

The staff are friendly and helpful, although little to no English is spoken here, so brush up on your German before travelling

A big 5 stars hotel, its location is just perfect! Near by a train station, the big lake, the best green and flower parks in the city, great options for restaurants and it’s located about 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center

The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall

What could be improved? The room temperature in our room could have been colder; the temperature control was quite old, which made it hard to adjust accurately

Hamburger is quite a surprisingly beautiful city and this is in a lovely university area close to the museums. I would definitely return with my family

Nice place with lounge/chill atmosphere. Wonderful view of the port and the city. Good selection of cocktails. Dress code is way more a recommendation than a rule. Casual outfit is fine as well.

A fantastic one night stay. Lovely hotel, great location and beautiful room.

It felt so open and uninviting which is probably why it was not too busy. It is important to have several places to escape to in a hotel and not just the rooftop restaurant even though it is amazing

This made everything a little cramped in the room and was almost ready to ask for a „downgrade“ so we were not on top of each other. Probably not the right decision for a mid tier Bonvoy member upgrade

The saunas and swimming pool were also on par excellence with all of the details thought out including water. I wish the hotel lobby bar was open a little later and that it was a little cozier

As Elite Members we were treated very well and received an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Complementary Upgrade is of course based on availability, but in this case we were lucky

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

The room is large and the view is very good, but the bathroom design is very inconvenient for family guests. Others in the room can see it from any position when taking a shower

This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg

The only downside is the maze of intersections and the easy mistake of crossing the street. The red brick warehouse isn't far away, as long as you navigate the complex streets near the train station

The room felt spacious and the decor was cool, with a Hamburg-inspired industrial vibe. I borrowed a kettle from the front desk, and the service was excellent and it was brought to me immediately

Want to spend some time with group of friends in the lobby after a long day in the lobby? Forget about it! They’re closing lobby bar before midnight so of course You can not get anything there, theremore if You bring Your own beer it’s also prohibited to sit there and drink it… Inside and outside

The quarrell you migh have is that the aircondition was sub par, particularly considering the hot days/evenings of July. Breakfast was good, but crazy crowdy after 9 (first day), but almost empty pre-8

Everything great! We were a family and were placed on a connected family room, that was 2 rooms together, so we had 2 toilets

The rooms were a bit small, but the fact we had two was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful, bioproducts and nice bread! Location is also very good, really close to Miniatur Wunderland!

Really nice decorated, staff really friendly and room really clean. Little line for breakfast which was understandable because you get seated. While waiting to get a seat/table a employee kindly offered an espresso

From here you'll be able to do almost anything by foot in the center. Especially if you don't shy away from walking a bit

Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Located in the city center, 10 minutes away from shopping streets, Lake Astor, and subway stations. The hotel breakfast is very rich, but there are too many people on Sunday morning

Everything is fine, the hotel is decent, premium mass market, center, the restaurant at the hotel is convenient for morning breakfasts

There is one problem: they require a small deposit of 50 euros per day, also not a problem, but their return is difficult and stretched out over time

Perhaps the hotel should immediately honestly include this deposit and daily tourist tax in the price on the website? With the combination of payment + deposit, you can choose a hotel of a much higher rank and rating

We have not tried the restaurant in the hotel (except for breakfast, which was excellent). However, there is a large shopping center and many restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel

It is also easy to reach by car and right next to an underground stop, which links it directly to the very centre of Hamburg, and about 15 minutes walk from the massive, newly opened Westfield shopping centre

There was a metro line next to the hotel, and you appear in the city center in 5-6 minutes. The service was good, the receiptionists were very kind and aupportive. However, the beds were not very comfortable

Our family (two parents and two adult children) stayed in this hotel for four nights at the end of June. We had room 321 on the third floor. The room was reasonably big and more than sufficient space for 4 persons

We have requested good cleaning (due to asthma and dust allergy) and it was done as requested. There is a parking garage under the hotel, but it works on the first come / first served basis (extra charge)

Previously, I have stayed at the Atlantic Hotel and Park Hyatt, but while these hotels are good five star hotels, they can't be compared to the quality you find at the Vier Jahreszeiten, why: Location: The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Hamburg, within walking distance of international retail brands and cultural highlights the city has to offer

When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right

A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates

The hotel is a renovated old building, and the room furniture is well arranged and convenient to use. There are many antique furniture in the wide corridor. The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day

I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom

Love the decor, the spacious rooms, the ambiance, the food (breakfast is amazing) and the service is also really good. The local Tortue Christmas market in the courtyard in December is a must! Coming back again soon

The hotel is in an excellent location for shops and exploring Hamburg on foot with no need for a taxi. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and clean

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The best water pressure out of any shower. The rooms were very well appointed with all the amenities. Very up to date and technology advanced hotel

Lots of dinning and drinking options on site. The best breakfast you will ever have. Close to some of the best shopping in Europe. I would highly recommend and stay here again

The hotel is a short walk from the U bahn and easy to walk to the museums and Central Station, I would happily stay here again

Almost in front of the hotel is the public transport stop for line no. 3, which will take you to the main station and to the city. Excellent accommodation for the price. And I really liked the facade of the hotel :-)

The evening receptionists Sabrina and Illham really made my experience so delightful! I was traveling alone for the Eras Tour and they were so friendly and nice and wanted to hear all about my experience and see my outfits

Just superb! My only complaint is that the location was a bit of a walk from the fun things I like to enjoy, but only about 20 mins so not too bad. Definitely nice if you’re looking for a chill and quiet experience

Nice quiet rooms despite being close to the railroad. But - unable to open the windows, it was quite hot during the night. Location wa fine with 30 minutes Walt to the city centre

Prizeotel is one of the best in the area, I really appreciate the breakfast and the quality of the stuff in the room. Is not so close to the city center and is not well connected with public transport.

At breakfast the server brought me a mini chocolate cake for my birthday. Fantastic breakfast, by the way, and a lovely spa on the top floor

And finally, we had a huge amount of luggage and were offered no assistance getting to our room which had several sets of stairs from the elevator. On positive, the staff was friendly and the food was amazing

Our last experience was perfect so we came back but this time there were several issues with our room. Loud music going until at least 1am from the bar/courtyard could easily be heard through the walls

While the bar boasts a modern design, it is pricey. The rooms are impeccably clean; however, given the room rate, the absence of a Nespresso coffee maker and bathrobes is noteworthy

A 15 minute walk from the Hamburg central station, very close to the Ubahn stop. Clean, spacious suite which was on the upper floor with a view of the main street so it was pretty quiet

Hotel is located across the street from the U-bahn and is one stop from the central station. You can also walk there in about 15 minutes

I needed to put my baggage there before my check-in time and they allowed it, so I could explore Hamburg without any heavy baggages weighing me down. Room is clean, comfortable and relatively bigger than normal
