I was then told that I wasn't checked in yet so I could not use the wifi at the hotel yet. Again, these wouldn't raise any flags normally but this is a 5 star establishment where you are paying $1000+ for 2 nights

I was there for work so I requested that I get one of my bags back so I could work while I waited. I was then told to follow one of the bellboys downstairs into the storage area to retrieve my bag

This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg

Want to spend some time with group of friends in the lobby after a long day in the lobby? Forget about it! They’re closing lobby bar before midnight so of course You can not get anything there, theremore if You bring Your own beer it’s also prohibited to sit there and drink it… Inside and outside

They even closed patio and hide ashtrays to avoid guests sitting outside. Rude staff told us „You can go to Your room ”. So if You want to do here something more than just sleeping it is not a good place to choose

We choose this place with friends to spend couple nights during Euro2024. Unfortunately it was a huge mistake. The bed is comfortable - that’s all of the pros list

Coffee in the lobby at 12:00? Impossible… Main restaurant is closed after breakfast, and lobby bar starts at 15:00 so You can not get anything there

No kettle to make coffee or tea in hotel room, even not a free bottle of water! You can choose water from minibar for 5€

This was a very modern and comfortable hotel well located within Hamburg. About ten mins walk into the central shopping area and the reeperbahn areas. We got a very fair deal on a twin room

5 miles from the city centre and docklands, in an area full of trendy independent fashion shops, bars and cafes

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor

However, I was shocked when I saw the prices: they charged separately for every single item, and it was extremely expensive. All we needed was to have our basic laundry washed and dried

Me on the other hand found it a bit outdated and in need of an update. So maybe if you are a bit older you will love it but if you are younger you might not find the rooms to your liking

The decor may be a little dated but in a stylish retro way, the bar and dining areas are lovely and a great place to sit for an evening drink and chat. I’ll definitely stay here again on any future trips to Hamburg

Not only was the room ready the pullout was also prepared so we didn't need to rearrange the room before settling in. Room was spacious, clean an everyone was very friendly. Perfect location to experience Hamburg!

We arrived early, they held our luggage until our room was ready. Kuna suggested the hop on/off A1 line as a way to pass the time. Soon we received a notification the room was ready

An hour before planned check out I enquired for a late check out due to a late evening flight and we were able to stay an additional hour which was really appreciated after the amazing breakfast

Although the hotel is centrally located there is not much noise. There is a parking garage under the hotel which costs € 25 per night. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great

My Aunt Susan and I just spent several days at the centrally located Reichshof Hotel. The inside of the hotel is beautiful (dating back to 1910), and the staff is exceedingly professional and helpful
