Very nice and fency hotel. Big rooms with all the comforts. Car valet offered plus concierge. A good standard 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is complete however the drink service is really slow, to be improved!

I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday at the hotel and the hotel recognised this in the best possible way by putting a bottle of champagne in the room. A marvellous hotel that has earned all its stars

The staff are friendly, but compared to the number of rooms and guests, theres too little staff at the service desk, so you usually would end up waiting in line for any inquiries

We loved our stay at the Grand Elysée. Our room was spacious, the restaurants and bars were really good, and the staff was so kind to us and our three-year-old daughter

We couldn't have been happier with our time in Hamburg and a big part of the reason the trip was such a success was everyone at the Grand Elysée making us feel right at home

The director, Kathrin, brings in delicious locally grown products; and Emil's Café, with its charming waiters (outstanding among whom is the endearing Kay), adds life and flavor to the hotel

Amazing hotel. Great location. Rooms large by European standards. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a great value esp for the quality. Parking available but very tight.

I do believe the room charge allows for it to be breakfast included in the rate instead of charging an additional 20+ euro p. Again, for that money, there are some great breakfast options outside of the hotel

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great views from the rooftop bar but the service up there is unfortunately not the best, despite the high prices. The 24h self serve shop is well stocked and extremely useful

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very clean and tidy, the only little compliment I have is that the air conditioning wasn't very good but it was unusually hot at the time of my visit

Would definitely recommend staying at Radisson Blu. After leaving this review I was contacted by the hotel manager who informed me that the Aircon will be inspected and repaired

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spacious rooms, not perfect, however neat, tidy and clean, furniture is beautiful, modern, genuine, neat, bed is great, height, mattress, pillows, sheets are truly great

Well done! The restaurant below Blaustine is spoilt by a very mixed “fusion” menu of sort of Middle Eastern food and steak as well as poor service. The waiter was really pushy to get a tip which I refused

After a bit, some drawbacks appear: in the room there is no space for luggages or dress; breakfast has to be reserved, but this info is not always given timely; for people at the reception everything is complicated

Large Breakfast buffet with self-painted eggs :) the Lounge is incredible to sink into comfortable armchairs to the inside, it runs on cozy carpets and the Snack and Drink offerings at the Bar are sufficient

I am a Platinum member of Bonvoy and have traveled quite a lot. Short summary - loved the experience :-) The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast. The staff in the hotel was always helpful and polite

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms with good beds. Fantastic location, close to the city center, the train station and shopping district. Breakfast was absolutely marvelous, with plenty of choice.

This made everything a little cramped in the room and was almost ready to ask for a „downgrade“ so we were not on top of each other. Probably not the right decision for a mid tier Bonvoy member upgrade

Perfect location with a grand view on Alster Lake. Breakfast is excellent, the receptionist is quick and easy going. Many rooms have great views and they all are larger than average in the area

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Scandic Emporio when we were visiting from Canada for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff members were all so kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable

The hotel was a short walk to the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area

Stayed here and cant fault anything. Only downside was the fridge in my room wasnt working and controls for heating and cooling the rooms were also not working. The hotel is located in a very nice area

I was hesitant to spend nearly 200 euro a night, but mein gott do you get what you pay for! Room was... Um... Roomy. View was great from the top floor. Comfy beds, and polite English speaking staff.

Hence, you might find yourself without parking directly beneath the hotel but around the hotel instead. But this will settle in and be managed a lot better in the coming months

I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room

The hotel lobby is quite nice for drinks or a meal as well. The XS apartment is quite small (like a college dorm room), but the clever layout makes it work for one person

I stayed at Ipartment more than a month, it is an excellent place place in a very good location. Highly recommend. Also, the on-site operation manager in the Hamburg facility was great and very helpful.

A very pleasant stay! I stood for 6 weeks in the xs apartment. It is small indeed, but really nicely and smartly furnished, so it didn't feel crumpy at all. Very nice view facing the old town

Beyond Mable, the furnishings and amenities with the apartment are quite nice. The apartments are on a private, top floor of a hotel, which was nice/made me feel safe

I highly recommend ipartment for anyone new to the Hamburg area - Mable (the General Manager) is super friendly and helpful. She really made my stay fantastic

That said, it would be super helpful to know a few things upon arrival such as the importance of scanning the QR code in your room so you know how to turn off the lights without losing power in your room

Nice hotel, good service, clean and well maintained spaces around the whole hotel. The location of the hotel is just excellent, especially in case you are interested in spending time in the centre of Hamburg city

Was presented with sparkling water on arrival (complimentary) and a room upgrade with a balcony overlooking a canal (didn't stay long enough to take advantage but very nice)

Nice and modern 4 star hotel, very central and therefore suitable for both tourists and business travellers. Rooms could be a bit bigger, but this is the price you often pay when staying at a central location.

Location is convenient, close to railway station, 5 minutes walking street with shopping centers and shops. The room is very cosy, has everything you need

Train station 10 min walk to Speicherstadt 10-12 minutes glauci etc. Friendly staff, good Breakfast, clean room. Great service for reasonable money. Especially good to reserve stock

Room was decent and very modern. Quiet, as in we couldn't really hear others. The bar 11 was very "cool" great cocktails and beer if you fancy it. We didn't eat in the restaurant

Not only was the room ready the pullout was also prepared so we didn't need to rearrange the room before settling in. Room was spacious, clean an everyone was very friendly. Perfect location to experience Hamburg!

We arrived early, they held our luggage until our room was ready. Kuna suggested the hop on/off A1 line as a way to pass the time. Soon we received a notification the room was ready

Absolutely fabulous experience, from Laura on the front desk checking me in and being incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, to Emma checking me out and being equally as fantastic, everything went right and there was nothing the hotel did not do to help and accomodate

Located in the heart of Hamburg, large, spacious rooms. The swimming pool, sauna and fitness are perfect. Martin from Reception, very professional and competent. A Hotel that forces you to return to this fascinating city

The bar staff, particularly the wonderful Charlotte, Alberto and Evan were so attentive and just all round wonderful. Even going so far as to triple check if each menu item was suitable for me to eat

Breakfast was very good and never too crowded due to the 2 buffets ans space. The location is perfect if you wanna discover the city center as much as the Hafen City, you can almost walk everywhere

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

Our three-night stay was just perfect. We had a nice view of half the harbor. The room was super clean, with a smart setup. The check-in process was quick, and the breakfast offered a variety of choices

We dined at the Blick bar and found the crisp bread, charming pitas, roasted nuts and soup was good but the rest of our two course dinner was not recommendable

However, the ginger tea was very good and the waiter was polite and attentive

I had an excellent stay at the Mercure Hotel in Hamburg-Mitte. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city

Directly next to fair grounds or 20 min walk from the city center (old town). Food in restaurant ‘ok’ - super friendly service. The elevator is a catastrophe - far too old and slow

The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was great: adequate space and a great hairdryer. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for any business traveler

The shower stall was also pretty small and only had body wash (which was empty the first time I used it) and shampoo. The laundry was disappointing because I got a dress shirt cleaned and it was obviously not pressed

We had to carry our bags up to our room ourselves upon arrival, although we did have help during check-out. Overall, the Steigenberger Hotel is an excellent property in a fantastic location, offering commendable service

However, it was quite busy and the staff, despite their excellent service, seemed overworked and unable to keep up with the number of guests. This resulted in some delays with coffee service and table clearance

It was evident that the staff were doing their best under the circumstances and their efforts are commendable. One area for improvement would be the assistance provided for guests with luggage

Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

The bed was comfortable, which is saying a lot when it comes to beds in Germany. We have come to realize we are bit picky when it comes to the softness of a bed, and this bed didn’t disappoint

Also there was 2 good pillows for each of us, which is also hard to come by in Germany. The check-in was fast and easy, and they also had an offer if you forgo the maid service, you can get a free drink

As opposed to the bar in the Steigenberger, this hotel bar was open on a Sunday and we spend our evening here. Drinks were tops, the service was fast and friendly just as we expected

This is a stylish hotel in a great location. The room was a bit on the smaller size, but it worked fine for my husband and I as we didn’t spend too much time in the room

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Rooms are very well equipped and with a really good bathroom. It was a business trip so I stayed alone, and I have no problem with the space. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

The service only gets 4/5 stars because the booking didn't mention anything about the parking costs, which were, at the time, at around 30 euros per day. A little note while booking would make it 5/5 stars

The breakfast was very good and they provided a little vegan corner with sausage, cheese and even croissants

We stayed for 4 nights when in town to see the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel really got into it and setup a friendship bracelet making station and played her music for the two concert days
