Wow what a fantastic Hotel. Fantastic location. Way more than a hotel room, we got a fantastic little apartment, equipped with a mezzanine, desk space, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful large balcony! The hotel was absolutely spotless down to the finest detail and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative! Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hamburg.

Fantastic place. The staff was outstanding. The apartment sublim. The Clipper Haus is located i a interesting area close to the center of Hamburg. We will absolutly recommend this place.

The location was excellent. Staff was courteous. The apartments were spacious and very comfortable. True value for money. Very close to harbour, St. Michael Church, Metro station, lots of restaurants, etc.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor. The location is just fine and near to restaurants and a small supermarket. Recommended

Was my first time staying at NH collection in Europe, I am so happy with my choice it is a 10/10 hotel . Staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming, rooms are spotless clean and comfortable with all kinds of amenity٫ breakfast was very versatile and they even had mimosas ! They had great coloring area for kids , they are very supportive for the kids friendly requirements, the spa was another highlight...

This place is amazing like really amazing I am a family of 3 and I came with some family members super comfortable beds there suits ARE amazing (I was in one so that’s how I know it’s really good) clean bathrooms outstanding food and just a 10/10 for me and the location is beautiful with a mini some sort of garden and it’s really child friendly. Also they have lots of activity’s like a steam sauna...

We like the hotel so much. At breakfast we met Rahmah and her colleagues, a waitress who is friendly and gave us great service.

Lovely rooms, super clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little expensive but totally worth it,the selection was great! Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect hotel if you are going to a concert at Uebel & Gefährlich. The concert venue is right across the street!! In addition, it is a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I recommend Dulf's Burgers and Minus bar! Staff was INCREDIBLY helpful. Everyone spoke English. I especially want to call out the front desk staff and the housekeeping...

Possibly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms/suites are the size of a small apartment. Great facilities and fast wifi. But it's an old people's home so occasionally you see a reminder of your own mortality wheeled past. Normally while you're having breakfast. But it's very peaceful. And the bar closes very early.

This is great hotel with breakfast, Gym, Wifi and swimming pool. I cannot regret spending my Christmas/Birthday and New year there. The only problem we are having is the kind of bed we are having (2 single beds) as double/ kingsize bed.

Great hotel room for a great price. Unfortunately they dont have king size beds, so that me and my wife had two beds put together. That was not very compelling :-) But the rest was great.

Ideal Hotel for families. We got a 2 room apartment as a family room. Everything was clean . The Breakfast was plentiful. The location next to the animal Park is great and a metro is also in Fußgehreichweite.

Special concept. Suite fur ein Hotelzimmer Preis. Super Schwimmbad. Sogar im Stadt noch ein bisschen Natur, Reiher fotografiert.

The bed is very comfy, rooms decently sized and very clean, the problem is that the hotel appears to be understaffed, the bar guy is friendly but super busy and if the bar is full you have to wait ages for food and drink. Also the staff should have a better level of English

Excellent, value for money. The connected rooms were large and perfect for our fqmily of 5. We made our own breakfast and enjoyed the convenience of bus 112 right outside. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Really friendly and helpful staff, nice sized clean room, basic kitchen appliances, good location 15min walk from center, very good prices. Internet somewhat shaky, consistent working is not always possible. Walls rather thin, when neighbors come back at 1:30 and talk and laugh you hear a lot. But at that price, overall still pretty good, friendly, located and would be happy to go back :)

Nice place to stay. Public transport is easily accessible as there are multiple bus stops in walking distance from the hotel. Here in apartment hotel you get big room with a kitchenette and all the necessary utensils. We were not charged with any hidden cleaning charges during the checkout. It's very clean and staff is very helpful. Overall we had a very nice experience.

Hotel is not far from central city. There is a bus stop at the back of the hotel or walk around 10 minutes to s-bahn(train station). Free WiFi. Nice bar and restaurant. Few things to note : there is no air condition in the room, the shower box is quite small Not that much room to move around. No tea or coffee available in the room. Byo your own soap and shampoo.

The ambience was amazing. Hospitality was top notch. The champagne green apple stole the show. Those scones were 10/10. Everything was amazing. Just beware parking is not the best.

We spent 4 nights in Hyatt Hamburg. Initially booked 3 but extended as the weather wasn’t good and couldn’t see much of the city offerings. We spent a lot of time in the hotel because of the weather, the kids enjoyed swimming in the large cool pool. The staff is great, specially the front desk manager Mr. Miguel, the concierge and dining room guys. In my opinion the hotel needs a massive renovation...

The Park Hyatt Hamburg offers everything you can possibly expect from a 5 star Hotel! I stayed here during my visit in 2021. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The Gym and the Spa is very well equipped. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The one aspect that stood out above everything else was the customer service. Well I prefer and love the Hyatt Berlin. That said, Hamburg kind of delivered. Lovely rooms and good reception staff. Oddly no stairs at all except in case of fire. Breakfast a bit too chaotic and spa area claustrophobic and loud when kids screaming and echoing. No quiet room after sauna, and steam room was not operational. Hey at least they had a cold dip pool. Valet made me wait 30 minutes to get...

I was really impressed by the Adina Hotel! Very clean and comfortable also with a cool pool! The rooms are very clean and big and it was always easy to speak with the stuff. Very friendly and proactive people who work there! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel! The hotel is very close to the main city, Speicherstadt and Elphi! Definitely worth staying there !

Good location. The kitchenette had everything you would need for a short stay and the room was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay: fantastic location, very well equipped, modern, little apartment (room including small kitchen). Friendly staff and nice facilities (small fitness studio, pool and sauna) Toiletries could be improved and it is quite pricey, but so it’s the city of HH. Definitely worth it.

Great location, clean, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen. You can cook a full meal, here. Bed is big and comfortable. Highly recommended and a great price, too. We'll be back!

They have a great bar. I highly reccomend even if you are not staying in the hotel itself,because cocktails are amazing.Bartender is a great guy and will definitely help you out when you don't know what exactly you want,and you just know the flavour of want you want.If you don't believe me, believe the photos.

Very good location by the Elbe. Room 307 has partly good view over the Elbe. Big apartment with lots of space. Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub.

Stayed here for a month and can only say good things about it! Very friendly staff and our room was very comfortable.

Great Location, great stay, nice restaurants around and the best: vis-a-vis to the Elbe. Only things like dish washing cleaner, kitchen towel... and salt and pepper should be there in an amount that relates to your days of stay.

A nice place with a good price. Notice that the reception is at another address. You need to go to the reception to get the keys. The rooms are in a building that looks fairly anonymous.

We were only in Hamburg for 48 hours, and the proximity of the hotel to the center of the city was perfect, as we had to spend no money on transportation once we were there--It is a 10 minute walk from the train coming from Hamburg Airport. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every regard. Perfectly located near to the airport were I work. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Easy check in process. They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

I needed a comfortable room to relax the night before a heavy day of work. I was given a wonderful room (I call it apartment for its size) witj a kitchen complete of everything, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, etc. A comfortable sofa, with 32in led tv, a bedroom and in bedroom toilette. Everything amazing, couldn't ask more! I've enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!

Amazing place the first time. On our second time the temperature was stuck at 17 degrees after the 20% discount not working. We had to leave the deluxe apartment because we were freezing while singing happy birthday to my wife. Will not return. Waiting for a refund. LE: refund was made.

Nice little apartmants, whit almoust everything you need, but i missed an oven and a toaster. Otherwise good location, even thouhg the building is next to a main road, it was quiet and cozy. Everything was clean. Just one more thing, if you dont reserve a parking space whit the apartmans, you may spend some time looking for a space in the area, depending on your time of arrival. Fantastic location, comfortable apartment with lots of light and air (can open windows). We only stayed for 2 nights, but it would have been great for a longer stay. We liked the availability of breakfast ingredients and snacks to purchase in the foyer.

We were very, very satisfied. The house, the rooms are very inviting and clean. I thought the room is newly renovated and we are the first to move in. The staff is very friendly, competent and helpful. The tickets for various events are available at the reception. There is a small shop in the house for the most important needs - it is open 24 hours a day. opened. We felt very comfortable.

Our bed was good and comfortable and as it is a fairly new resort everything was really well kept, very clean and everything was of high quality. Perfect place to stay with cozy, stylish rooms. The concierge staff is well informed, tickets for public travel is available (note: group tickets from 3-5 persons). For the night are electronic bars for food and drink at the entrance area. The place is very central and well connected to public travel. A perfect hotel for a relaxed stay in Hamburg.

We had apartment number 52 and loved it. See photos - the balcony is a dream in summer, although when it goes out onto Rothembaumchaussee. Nice house, older but well-preserved furniture, chandeliers and very quiet at night. However, there is no reception and the key safe is very old, and therefore error-prone.

Clean Rooms. Unfortunately, sleep only with closed window possible, since the area is due to shipping traffic is very loud.

Room OK, cleanliness was in order. However, everything is very noisy... Was woken up by the TV of the neighboring room. It was not easy to hear, I say it could... The Breakfast was very good. Good selection, good quality.

The "entrance" to the Hotel (there is a lift) was a bit confusing. But for the first time in the hotel room, everything was fine. Breakfast starting at 6:30. Top!

Nice and helpful reception, very clean single rooms and the Best hotel buffet Breakfast I've had for a long time. A few streets away, very good Restaurants with good - cosy, cheap and delicious it is. Bus directly in front of the door (line M3). The entrance takes some getting used to but otherwise really top. :) I'm very happy :)

Very nice traffic, conveniently located Hotel. To find .. a little hidden but well. The rooms are bright and Contemporary, equipped.... Mattresses nice and hard, as the stressed-out back... Bathrooms are bright and appealing, an additional storage option would have been nice. The rooms are a little bright in thrall to...what is likely to be for a Hotel probably normal.... geknallte doors are loud...
