I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room. They upgraded me to a very spacious room (family room) with a living room with a sofa and an armchair and a bathroom with a bathtub as I requested. They brought me several attentions to the room. Best hotel breakfast ever. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view is probably nice but it's the time of the year where Hamburg is in a layer of permanent fog so I wouldn't know.

Good size room with plenty of space for a double sofa bed as well as a king which are either side of a partition. The TV is in the partition and swivels around so can face either bed. There was a large bathroom too. The hotel is well located about a 15 minute walk from the centre. The common areas are ok.

I was really impressed by the Adina Hotel! Very clean and comfortable also with a cool pool! The rooms are very clean and big and it was always easy to speak with the stuff. Very friendly and proactive people who work there! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel! The hotel is very close to the main city, Speicherstadt and Elphi! Definitely worth staying there !

Good location. The kitchenette had everything you would need for a short stay and the room was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay: fantastic location, very well equipped, modern, little apartment (room including small kitchen). Friendly staff and nice facilities (small fitness studio, pool and sauna) Toiletries could be improved and it is quite pricey, but so it’s the city of HH. Definitely worth it.

Great location, clean, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen. You can cook a full meal, here. Bed is big and comfortable. Highly recommended and a great price, too. We'll be back!

They have a great bar. I highly reccomend even if you are not staying in the hotel itself,because cocktails are amazing.Bartender is a great guy and will definitely help you out when you don't know what exactly you want,and you just know the flavour of want you want.If you don't believe me, believe the photos.

Possibly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms/suites are the size of a small apartment. Great facilities and fast wifi. But it's an old people's home so occasionally you see a reminder of your own mortality wheeled past. Normally while you're having breakfast. But it's very peaceful. And the bar closes very early.

This is great hotel with breakfast, Gym, Wifi and swimming pool. I cannot regret spending my Christmas/Birthday and New year there. The only problem we are having is the kind of bed we are having (2 single beds) as double/ kingsize bed.

Great hotel room for a great price. Unfortunately they dont have king size beds, so that me and my wife had two beds put together. That was not very compelling :-) But the rest was great.

Ideal Hotel for families. We got a 2 room apartment as a family room. Everything was clean . The Breakfast was plentiful. The location next to the animal Park is great and a metro is also in Fußgehreichweite.

I had a pleasant long term stay at Appartello. The front desk personnel was close to perfection. The apartment was very nice. Nice clubhouse at the basement with a beautiful terrace. Convenient location.

A great hotel to stay in the airport area. Check in is easy and you can get your room digital key so you can go to your room directly. The rooms are large and quiet with walk-in showers and a kitchenette with a microwave and large fridge so if you're there a while you can go to Lidl a few doors away and get supplies.

We had an amazing time here at appartello ! our room was very clean and exactly like i expected it to be online. The sensor on our room door broke which meant we couldn't get into our room anymore and the staff were super nice about it. They transferred us to a new room and were very apologetic about it. Leaning more on the modern side. Comfortable bed, warm sheets, big windows. I found it challenging to face the side of the company and wanting to keep my windows open, but thankfully they have light curtains for some privacy and still have light come in. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every regard. Perfectly located near to the airport were I work. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Easy check in process. They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

Only drawback was the other guests lack of abillity to park their car withing the designated parking spots...

Wow what a fantastic Hotel. Fantastic location. Way more than a hotel room, we got a fantastic little apartment, equipped with a mezzanine, desk space, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful large balcony! The hotel was absolutely spotless down to the finest detail and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative! Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hamburg.

It is good location for short time staying. However room cleaning did not come until my complaing call after 5 days staying, it could be poor service.

The bed is very comfy, rooms decently sized and very clean, the problem is that the hotel appears to be understaffed, the bar guy is friendly but super busy and if the bar is full you have to wait ages for food and drink. Also the staff should have a better level of English

Excellent, value for money. The connected rooms were large and perfect for our fqmily of 5. We made our own breakfast and enjoyed the convenience of bus 112 right outside. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Really friendly and helpful staff, nice sized clean room, basic kitchen appliances, good location 15min walk from center, very good prices. Internet somewhat shaky, consistent working is not always possible. Walls rather thin, when neighbors come back at 1:30 and talk and laugh you hear a lot. But at that price, overall still pretty good, friendly, located and would be happy to go back :)

Nice place to stay. Public transport is easily accessible as there are multiple bus stops in walking distance from the hotel. Here in apartment hotel you get big room with a kitchenette and all the necessary utensils. We were not charged with any hidden cleaning charges during the checkout. It's very clean and staff is very helpful. Overall we had a very nice experience.

Hotel is not far from central city. There is a bus stop at the back of the hotel or walk around 10 minutes to s-bahn(train station). Free WiFi. Nice bar and restaurant. Few things to note : there is no air condition in the room, the shower box is quite small Not that much room to move around. No tea or coffee available in the room. Byo your own soap and shampoo.

Good service, newly renovated in german fashion, friendly staff. Our room floor was dirty upon arrival, we asked to get it cleaned and after they supposedly cleaned it it was still dirty. No airconditioning in the rooms. Only in the bar.

The ambience was amazing. Hospitality was top notch. The champagne green apple stole the show. Those scones were 10/10. Everything was amazing. Just beware parking is not the best.

We spent 4 nights in Hyatt Hamburg. Initially booked 3 but extended as the weather wasn’t good and couldn’t see much of the city offerings. We spent a lot of time in the hotel because of the weather, the kids enjoyed swimming in the large cool pool. The Park Hyatt Hamburg offers everything you can possibly expect from a 5 star Hotel! I stayed here during my visit in 2021. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Well I prefer and love the Hyatt Berlin. That said, Hamburg kind of delivered. Lovely rooms and good reception staff. Oddly no stairs at all except in case of fire. Breakfast a bit too chaotic and spa area claustrophobic and loud when kids screaming and echoing. No quiet room after sauna, and steam room was not operational. Hey at least they had a cold dip pool. Very good location by the Elbe. Room 307 has partly good view over the Elbe. Big apartment with lots of space. Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub.

Stayed here for a month and can only say good things about it! Very friendly staff and our room was very comfortable.

Great Location, great stay, nice restaurants around and the best: vis-a-vis to the Elbe. Only things like dish washing cleaner, kitchen towel... and salt and pepper should be there in an amount that relates to your days of stay.

I had a nice experience overall, the apartment are very spacious, clean and well accommodated, there is not much I the bathroom expect from shower gel but if you need more you can ask at the reception . The only inconvenience is that there isn't any room service and the Hotel cafe closes at 5.30pm so if you need late night food you have to go out but there are few Italian restaurants around.

A wonderful Apartment ideal for exploring the dock area and Hamburg. Perfect location for a pre cruise stay, with the terminal a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic location, comfortable apartment with lots of light and air (can open windows). We only stayed for 2 nights, but it would have been great for a longer stay. We liked the availability of breakfast ingredients and snacks to purchase in the foyer.

We were very, very satisfied. The house, the rooms are very inviting and clean. I thought the room is newly renovated and we are the first to move in. The staff is very friendly, competent and helpful. The tickets for various events are available at the reception. We stayed 4 nights in this excellent resort. It was very quiet and our room had plenty of space. Our bed was good and comfortable and as it is a fairly new resort everything was really well kept, very clean and everything was of high quality. Perfect place to stay with cozy, stylish rooms. The concierge staff is well informed, tickets for public travel is available (note: group tickets from 3-5 persons). For the night are electronic bars for food and drink at the entrance area. The place is very central and well connected to public travel. A perfect hotel for a relaxed stay in Hamburg.
