I booked this hotel because was close to Laeiszhalle where I was attending to a concert. I arrived before the check-in time (3pm) and they still tried their best to give me a room. Best hotel breakfast ever. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view is probably nice but it's the time of the year where Hamburg is in a layer of permanent fog so I wouldn't know.

Excellent service, service mind

I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.

Used the hotel while participating in IM Hamburg. Ideal location 5 mins walk to the race and lake area. Hotel staff were brilliant and let us have bikes in room. They all spoke English which was great as our German is less than 10-15 words/phrases. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items, plus so many drink options. We took advantage of the apartment kitchen which is small but useable...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It offered great value for the money—clean, comfortable rooms without breaking the bank. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. This is one of my favourite places to stay in Hamburg, great location and amenities. Just keep in mind there is no room service or minibar in the room. You either need to go down to the lobby for snacks or buy something, so for business travellers after a long day maybe not ideal

Our apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.

Possibly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms/suites are the size of a small apartment. Great facilities and fast wifi. But it's an old people's home so occasionally you see a reminder of your own mortality wheeled past. Normally while you're having breakfast. But it's very peaceful. And the bar closes very early.

This is great hotel with breakfast, Gym, Wifi and swimming pool. I cannot regret spending my Christmas/Birthday and New year there. The only problem we are having is the kind of bed we are having (2 single beds) as double/ kingsize bed.

Great hotel room for a great price. Unfortunately they dont have king size beds, so that me and my wife had two beds put together. That was not very compelling :-) But the rest was great.

Ideal Hotel for families. We got a 2 room apartment as a family room. Everything was clean . The Breakfast was plentiful. The location next to the animal Park is great and a metro is also in Fußgehreichweite.

The rooms were absolutely fine — very clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suitable for a family with children. Now, I do understand the current trend of going fully digital and automated, but one drawback of this place was the complete absence of staff when we needed assistance (for example, to park bicycles and access the garage). It might not be a bad idea to still keep a minimum of on-site service...

Essentially everything was good. There is little cause for criticism regarding the kitchen equipment.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen and balcony. The facilities are complete and new. It is very clean. The food provided in the buffet breakfast is very fresh. The hotel has two car parks, but charges are applicable. You can walk to a Chinese restaurant, the food is delicious.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November. The room was a little dated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a bus stop just outside and another around the corner. The self check in system was quick and easy. There's a lovely little bakery around the corner that we went to every day, definitely worth a visit.

Six friends travelled to visit the Christmas markets - on a budget. The hotel was lovely - some staff more friendly than others!! Our rooms were comfortable & clean with a balcony - we had no complaints about the beds and shower - all had great nights sleep. Location wise - there is a bus outside the door (route112) that runs about every 20 mins directly into the city centre - this was so handy...

Easy check in, clean comfortable room. Secure parking under hotel. (€10:50 per night for motorcycle.) Here during a warm September so with no air con we found the room to be quite warm at night. I was quite satisfied with my stay during a business trip. It's very close to the subway station, but far from the central. The downstairs is always being renovated, which is not very friendly.

The hotel is generally okay. The breakfast is quite rich if you go early. If you go late, there won't be much left. I stayed for five days. Although there was a sign to clean the room, they didn't come in to clean it.

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk. The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.

A great hotel to stay in the airport area. Check in is easy and you can get your room digital key so you can go to your room directly. The rooms are large and quiet with walk-in showers and a kitchenette with a microwave and large fridge so if you're there a while you can go to Lidl a few doors away and get supplies.

Really great and well equipped apartments. Comfortable and nice furniture, well equipped kitchen (and when there was no teapot, the reception provided one instantly on request. The neighbourhood is great, lots of restaurants and shops. The street is a bit noise due to cobblestones, but fairly quiet at night. A really great place and worth the money.
