excellent rooms food is ok and they need a better hot coco machine its not good.

Usually the last hotel in Hamburg with rooms available. The location is rather suboptimal for me, but overall a very solid hotel.

Lovely place and wonderful staff, will be going there again.

The bed in the room is really too small, which affects sleep, but it is a plus to have a microwave, kitchen utensils, and coffee balls.

We were satisfied, nice staff, rooms were clean, prices were good. Breakfast was also ok

Excellent service, service mind

I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.

Used the hotel while participating in IM Hamburg. Ideal location 5 mins walk to the race and lake area. Hotel staff were brilliant and let us have bikes in room. They all spoke English which was great as our German is less than 10-15 words/phrases. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items, plus so many drink options. We took advantage of the apartment kitchen which is small but useable...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It offered great value for the money—clean, comfortable rooms without breaking the bank. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. This is one of my favourite places to stay in Hamburg, great location and amenities. Just keep in mind there is no room service or minibar in the room. You either need to go down to the lobby for snacks or buy something, so for business travellers after a long day maybe not ideal

Our apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.

The room is clean and big, with free drinks in the refrigerator. But it's a bit noisy because of the ambulance passing by on the street

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. It's comfortable in all aspects, fully equipped with a cloakroom and kitchenette, a safe and a coffee machine. Every time they clean, they will refill the drinks in the refrigerator and put the bed covers back on. The mattress is very comfortable, the room is large and soundproofed, the supplies are all L'Occitane Sage, and they will actively restock them...

Service is good and the room is well equipped with kitchenette available - however parking is an issue over the weekend as the nearby car park is closed. Slightly damaged furniture in the room.

The location is good near the main station (1 underground station away). The rooms are also quite spacious and quiet. bed was comfortable. A 15 minute walk from the Hamburg central station, very close to the Ubahn stop. Clean, spacious suite which was on the upper floor with a view of the main street so it was pretty quiet. I expected the bath amenities to have body lotion... Breakfast buffet was ok but they could add more gluten free food.

New & modern w/ fantastic facilities and rooms. Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day).

I was quite satisfied with my stay during a business trip. It's very close to the subway station, but far from the central. The downstairs is always being renovated, which is not very friendly.

The hotel is generally okay. The breakfast is quite rich if you go early. If you go late, there won't be much left. I stayed for five days. Although there was a sign to clean the room, they didn't come in to clean it.

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk. The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is big and clean and has a kitchen with all needed staff in there. Power sockets are well placed and enough. There is a bus station nearby, but there is no ticketmachine nearby (Unless u walk to the closest U-Bahn station)

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen and balcony. The facilities are complete and new. It is very clean. The food provided in the buffet breakfast is very fresh. The hotel has two car parks, but charges are applicable. You can walk to a Chinese restaurant, the food is delicious.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November. The room was a little dated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a bus stop just outside and another around the corner. The self check in system was quick and easy. There's a lovely little bakery around the corner that we went to every day, definitely worth a visit.

Very tiny apartment, the smallest bathroom i have ever seen. You can't move in the room without hitting on something. But room was very clean plus great service. Restaurant does not take CC which is strange. Area is OK, not sure how safe at night with the establishments around

Important advice for Ctrip: After placing my reservation, Ctrip informed me that this hotel doesn't have a front desk and that I needed to contact the hotel to check in. Very neat and clean room & bathroom with good interiors. Capsule coffee machine and a mini fridge available with charges being applied for the coffee capsules and anything from the fridge. Area around is mostly residential. We had a comfortable stay here.
