This is a great hotel except for the lifts. The room was good, the view was great. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Staff friendly and the bar was good. However the lifts were just slow and loud. If you have a room near them then you will be awake all night. The hotel is in a good location with convenient public transportation. There are many dining options nearby and the breakfast is also good. Surprisingly, Holiday Inn Hamburgh was a perfect place which is 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes to the city center. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. Great food also for breakfast and tasty crispy chicken burger.

The hotel was nice and modern. The hotel restaurant was closed when we visited, but the breakfast room was good with plenty of coffee machines! Despite being between some busy roads, it was very quiet inside. A special shout out to Claas, who gave us some helpful advice when we arrived. Several of the other staff spoke good English.

About 10mins walk to the underground station, bus stops are just at outside of the hotel, easy transport links to attractions. Many homeless people sleeping near the hotel, I didn’t feel comfortable walking back to hotel in the evenings.

A truly beautiful hotel with lovely rooms that are large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they are all very, very nice. The hotel is centrally located behind the main train station. However, the walk there alone is a bit daunting as a woman.

I had a great stay. I really liked my room, including the comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom, including the low-light option (I hate it when the only option is a bright light that is nearly blinding).

This was a nice hotel. Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. It's an incredible location in Hamburg with a staff always willing to help. Nice hotel but probably better suit to a younger clientele. The hotel is nice and the rooms are great but the location is far away from the city. At the time we stayed there, there were considerable road works around the hotel which made access difficult and getting in and out cumbersome.

A 2 night stay at the Innside Hamburg Hafen was a pleasant one. It was a work trip for me so it hit the mark. The staff were excellent on reception, the rooms were clean and a decent size with AC and windows that open slightly. The breakfast was good with lots of healthy options. They hire bikes for 14 Euros a day which worked out a great way to get round this pretty flat city! As a female solo traveller...
