The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is fantastic. The spa and pool fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall. Hamburger is quite a surprisingly beautiful city and this is in a lovely university area close to the museums. I would definitely return with my family

The hotel is very large, with several halls and many small meeting rooms. It can organize several business activities at a time. The facilities are also complete and the environment is very good. There is a large park outside the back door and a sightseeing bus station at the front door. It is very convenient and suitable for business travel.

We really liked this hotel. Very convenient location: near the railway station. Friendly staff. A large room with comfortable beds, a coffee machine and, which was very important for us, a bathroom where we could relax after a tiring journey. A wonderful breakfast with a rich selection. Wanted to enjoy myself at this hotel and it was amazing! The room was big, we requested for a room with 4 guests and they had a sofa bed prepared for us aside for the king size bed. The toilet was amazing as well as it was very big! It was very worth the money!

It's an incredible location in Hamburg with a staff always willing to help. However, the room lacked an electric kettle, which I'm just used to being in a hotel room, and neither the HDMI nor the casting worked on the TV. Minor details, but very important for some. While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. But their service is amazing. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room. They were super kind and sent it to me via post, packaged extremely well and I received it without any damage.

This was a nice hotel. Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi. From here you'll be able to do almost anything by foot in the center. Especially if you don't shy away from walking a bit. Exceptional service, clean rooms, friendly multi-lingual staff! Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm.

The room are fantastic, nice design and modern style. The hotel, bar and restaurant are also with a nice design and style. Staff is friendly. The only suggestion that I can give is to increase the intensity of light in the room, the light are to soft that to looking inside my baggage I used the torch of my phone.

Our stay started on a Monday. The hotel is very modern looking and had a lot of funk to it. The staff wasn't very friendly, day or night staff. You had to send an email to obtain an iron. The East Experience is spectacular! Very nice concept, great staff and amazing interior deco. Rosario is an amazing host! Only weak spot is the indication in the underground car park. We took the elevator in U2 and had to walk 600m with luggage after a 600km drive. Having clear signage of which elevator to take would have made this stay heavenly!

Very comfortable and quiet hotel for a good price. It is a bir far from the city center, but don’t worry, because you can easily take the bus 5 to Hbf or change to subway U3 to reach popular spots. I can recommend this hotel as a solo traveler.
