The location of the hotel was perfect! Everything was very clean and tidy, but the best thing was the instalations and the staff that was always so friendly and polite, especially Mai!

I dont see anything wrong with this place. Rooms were good, bathroom was good, maybe a little small, but it is a big city. Shower was also decent. Beds were good and the rooftop was also great. Staff were helpful. Their facilities and tech could be updated, there was a long wait time to just be able to change from a mix dorm to an all female dorm. Some rooms had more room than others. Super nice staff who helped with a booking mistake without applying extra fees, which was very appreciated! Nice rooms and everything else was fine - especially considering how affordable it is. Be prepared for considerably long waiting times and the reception. But great value for money.

The hotel is very large, with several halls and many small meeting rooms. It can organize several business activities at a time. The facilities are also complete and the environment is very good. There is a large park outside the back door and a sightseeing bus station at the front door. It is very convenient and suitable for business travel.

I have chosen this hotel many times. The environment is good and the leaders like it.

There are not many shopping and dining options around. You can find them in the university area after walking for more than ten minutes. No kettles or coffee bags are provided (extra charge). The overall service is quite professional, and the front desk can speak English. The restaurant in the hotel is very cost-effective.

I chose to celebrate my 50th birthday at the hotel and the hotel recognised this in the best possible way by putting a bottle of champagne in the room. A marvellous hotel that has earned all its stars. It is not a new hotel but of high quality.

We really liked this hotel. Very convenient location: near the railway station. Friendly staff. A large room with comfortable beds, a coffee machine and, which was very important for us, a bathroom where we could relax after a tiring journey. A wonderful breakfast with a rich selection. Wanted to enjoy myself at this hotel and it was amazing! The room was big, we requested for a room with 4 guests and they had a sofa bed prepared for us aside for the king size bed. The toilet was amazing as well as it was very big! It was very worth the money!

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. The room is not very spacious, but it is comfortable. The bed and pillows are a little too soft. The neighborhood seems not very safe and there were many homeless nearby.

The hotel location is quite a bit distance away from nearest bus stop or train station. Do your homework before decide staying here as bringing luggage is not that convenient. It's an incredible location in Hamburg with a staff always willing to help. However, the room lacked an electric kettle, which I'm just used to being in a hotel room, and neither the HDMI nor the casting worked on the TV. Minor details, but very important for some. All that being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Everything great! We were a family and were placed on a connected family room, that was 2 rooms together, so we had 2 toilets. The rooms were a bit small, but the fact we had two was perfect! Cons: The room was a bit small and I was expecting more from the breakfast the food range was limited (apart boiled eggs there was no warm food...) Pros: The hotel is modern and well positioned close to a metro /train station . The bed was comfortable. I would recommend another hotel in Hamburg (Madison Hotel) which is closer and better overall, if the price difference is not a problem.

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. But their service is amazing. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room. They were super kind and sent it to me via post, packaged extremely well and I received it without any damage.

The check-in and check out process was insanely slow which left me irritated on arrival and depparture. Half an hour for each. The fitness room did not meet my expecxtations for a 5-star hotel. This was a nice hotel. Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi. From here you'll be able to do almost anything by foot in the center. Especially if you don't shy away from walking a bit. On of my favorites in Hamburg. Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional. Food/ Bar and Restaurant are great.

The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there. Coffee is for free at the lobby bar. You can walk to the city center in 30 minutes but that won't be an enjoyable walk. The nearest metro station is Berliner Tor.

Lovely staff and quality hotel room for the price. Not a horrific location but small walk to station and not much else going on nearby. I enjoyed this as a tourist being in the sticks though for a little mooch and more day to day stuff going on.

Was surprised how good this place was for the price. Rooms were really clean with maid service every day. Breakfast was great with a huge range to choose from. Staff were friendly and competent. Only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way however, Berliner Tor station is only about 10 mins walk away and taxis are plentiful.

Exceptional service, clean rooms, friendly multi-lingual staff! Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm.

Friendly staff, clean, dog friendly. This was just a short overnight for us. Early breakfast which is great when we just want to get back on the road.
