My room was really huge! And bed was cery comfortable! Also service was great. Although rooms are a bit “old”, and do need some modernisation maybe, it was really nice stay at NH Collection.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor. The location is just fine and near to restaurants and a small supermarket. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every regard. Perfectly located near to the airport were I work. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Easy check in process. They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

I needed a comfortable room to relax the night before a heavy day of work. I was given a wonderful room (I call it apartment for its size) witj a kitchen complete of everything, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, etc. A comfortable sofa, with 32in led tv, a bedroom and in bedroom toilette. Everything amazing, couldn't ask more! I've enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!

Very nice stay! Central location. Fitness room and swimming pool were very good! Breakfast was excellent. Only service room needs improvement a the service was constantly busy.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant in most aspects, however, the noise isolation was exceptionally poor. I was privy to every little sound from the room next door, from showering and toilet flushing to even their conversations and television. I believe a 5-star hotel should prioritize a peaceful and quiet environment for its guests, which was unfortunately lacking in this instance.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The location is perfect. I came with my husband and three kids, and the room was spacious enough for all of us—even on a rainy day when we spent some time indoors. There is plenty of transit options nearby, but parking is expensive or a little bit rough near the hotel. Located not too far from the central train station, walking distance is a huge plus for this hotel. So glad they allowed me early check in as I was not feeling well. But there aren't any shops in the immediate surroundings. Nice clean room. Great staff.

Stayed here and cant fault anything. Only downside was the fridge in my room wasnt working and controls for heating and cooling the rooms were also not working. The hotel is located in a very nice area. I would highly recommend

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Scandic Emporio when we were visiting from Canada for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff members were all so kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was a short walk to the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area. Thank you!

Nice and fresh hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel has its own garage that costs €30 for 24 hours, but if you’re only staying for one night, I recommend parking the car on the street. Parking is free from 20:00 to 09:00

A friend and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in the start of July 2021. The room was of the type “First Class Twin”. What you should be aware of is that there is no door from the bathroom into the room. However, if you are laying on the bed you are not able to watch the person in the bath (this room type). clean, rooms are not the biggest but enough, staff are helpful, city center and Hauptbahnhof are only one bus ride away, bus stop is 200m away, there's a kiosk around the corner, you'd easily find a place to park the car for free all in all a good deal for the price

Room was clear, the bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was clean as well. It takes 15 min by bus to get the city center. I recomend as a stay for tourists, who spends all day in the city.

It is not so far from Airport if you are not elderly and fragile, service is quick and reasonable. Of course it is just 3 stars, so rooms is spacious enaugh, however can be a bit warmer (my wet dress remain wet up until morning) from other side it is not so high price for other benefits.

It's ok. Small rooms, not on perfect condition but acceptable. Breakfast buffet is a good start for the day. Tho I must mention... very low quality toilet paper, maybe you wanna bring your own of you're staying longer. They give little bags of shampoo/duschgel and rooms include a "Wasserkocher" with tea, sugar, and instant coffee. Not much else worth mentioning.

The conference and bar room are rather cozy and the personnel is friendly. The bar isn't always perfectly stocked though.

Fully packed rooms with everything you need. Shower was lovely. A pleasant surprise that there was a sauna in the hotel. Would recommend everybody takes advantage of this. Easy to reach from central station with the bus. All landmarks within approximately 10-20 minutes.

Wonderful hotel at a great location. The atmosphere and decor is outstanding and the rooms are well designed with cozy details. The staff is friendly and it's clean and inviting. The only thing that I think could be better are the beds, they are a bit too firm and hard for my taste.

Well located for the river and St Pauli. A little over designed decor though! All the little extras make it very good, the listening room, free mini bar etc. Spa area a bit disappointing, more than four people and it's overcrowded. Overall good place to stay though.

Last week I spent some nights in the 25hours hotel, my second stay in total in this hotel. The team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The check-in went very smoothly and I was granted an early check-in. My room was upgraded to en extra large one with lots of space and nice perks. Unfortunately, the windows seemed not very noise cancelling - especially compared to the Holiday Inn across the street...

Overall, I enjoyed my time at this hotel ! The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of vegan and veggie options. Although the rooms weren't overly spacious, they were stylish and gave off a charming harbor and sea vibe. The Hotel is centrally located directly next to the Atlantic Hotel. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. The bed is very good and the Breakfast is rich and good (even sparkling wine has not been absent). The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. For 2 star exceptionally well.

Hotel right next to a highway, so we could't open the window at night. Room was big and comfy. We had a double bed plus extra bed for my daughter. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

We had a great stay here! The front desk was kind and efficient and was able to get us into a room without a reservation. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean room and the updated bathroom. Having AC in the room was a plus for us, but having four large beautiful windows we could open was great too! If we are ever in the area again we will be back.

I booked a hotel room for my mother and the hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were always kept clean. The hotel's location is very near the metro station and there are a lot of shops and restaurants with a 15 minute walk to Altona. Overall, it is a very good hotel if you are planning to book a room just to sleep in while you spend the rest of the day being outside.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms and building look a little dated, but this wasn't an issue for me. It's clean and has character, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is very good. I'm really happy with the quality considering the price paid and will definitely be staying again in the future when visiting Hamburg again.

Possibly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms/suites are the size of a small apartment. Great facilities and fast wifi. But it's an old people's home so occasionally you see a reminder of your own mortality wheeled past. Normally while you're having breakfast. But it's very peaceful. And the bar closes very early.

This is great hotel with breakfast, Gym, Wifi and swimming pool. I cannot regret spending my Christmas/Birthday and New year there. The only problem we are having is the kind of bed we are having (2 single beds) as double/ kingsize bed.

Good experience Got back from work it was past 22.00 restaurant was closed still the waiter found ways and got me some vegetable pasta which were pretty good The rooms were spacious. Very pleasant hotel, great value for money. It has all the basics covered. Breakfast also good value. The staff at the reception and bar mean really well but I do think they will benefit from some training and guidance of a supervisor. You notice they’re inexperienced, which is ok we all need to learn, but not being able to answer simple questions can be easily trained.
