Stayed for couple weeks few years back, it was clean, near to city and walking distance to company and clients offices. In evening plenty of busy restaurants nearby for good dinner choices.

Nice location in the middle of Hamburg. Every attraction (centre, Reeperbahn, harbour) can be reached in 5-10 minutes walk . Nice rooms and good breakfast. The Hotel-Bar could be better.

A friend and I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in the start of July 2021. The room was of the type “First Class Twin”. What you should be aware of is that there is no door from the bathroom into the room. However, if you are laying on the bed you are not able to watch the person in the bath (this room type). Very nice hotel in the middle of the city with outside seats. Restaurant and bar invite for drinks or dining and the staff is very nice and supportive. I haven't stayed in the rooms and can therefore not say anything about the interior.

Perfect location, late check outs (2pm ?) and clean comfy beds. Just make sure you get a twin room with a door to the bathroom if you have to share it ?

Quiet location but still well connected to public transport. Right in the port city. Very clean and nice rooms.

Location was perfect, but I slept in a very uncomfortable bed for a week. On top of that, you could unfortunately hear the footsteps from above and around the clock. Equipment and furnishings very attractive and modern.

A very pleasant stay! I stood for 6 weeks in the xs apartment. It is small indeed, but really nicely and smartly furnished, so it didn't feel crumpy at all. Very nice view facing the old town. Excellent location in HafenCity. Efficient check in and check out thanks to Ms. Mable Schulte who also reacted very quickly and with a smile to all of my requests. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Ipartment more than a month, it is an excellent place place in a very good location. Highly recommend. Also, the on-site operation manager in the Hamburg facility was great and very helpful.

Rooms are fine and the hotel has parking facilities that accommodates a Toyota Land Cruiser. The restaurant was a pleasant experience, the meal was of high quality. Unfortunately it is closed on Sundays.

Room is very clean..Check in was 15:00 but room was ready at 12:00. So I was able to check in early. Did not try the breakfast because want to do it outside the City. Very friendly staff.

I am traveling with a toddler and the location is at decent distance of around 10 minutes walk from central station hamburg hbf. Parking is available. Overall very nice experience. Wow what a fantastic Hotel. Fantastic location. Way more than a hotel room, we got a fantastic little apartment, equipped with a mezzanine, desk space, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful large balcony! The hotel was absolutely spotless down to the finest detail and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative! Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hamburg.

Fantastic place. The staff was outstanding. The apartment sublim. The Clipper Haus is located i a interesting area close to the center of Hamburg. We will absolutly recommend this place.

The recepcionist was terrible, a pregnate girl came and ask him to go to the toilet, and he said no!!!! Always upset with something. The room was good.

While the room itself was clean some things were not. The remote for the Tv was disgusting, so were the windows. In the shower the temperature switched from warm to freezing cold every minute or so. The location is good, the rooms are good and clean, breakfast is simple but more than enough. Overall really good for the price you pay!

It is a good value hotel. The room was spacious and clean. For the future, the doors should be changed, because the one of my room was moved by the current on the hallway and made a terrible noise.

Me and my colleague reserve a room on this hotel on our business trip to Hamburg all the time , its very cozy yet almost close to city center , with just a phone call we get reservation as fast as possible on last minutes . The rooms are clean extra blankets and towels are always in the room . its located in a quiet area .

Hotel is ok. Room is nothing too special, good for us since we just slept there. However the bed is extremely uncomfortable I'm having a backache right now. Good thing is that the location is peaceful and there is parking space.

Location is great, quiet and well communicated area, room as well as bathroom were big, clean, cozy and comfortable. We visited Marienthal Garni with two quite big dogs which was not a problem - there was a charge €10 per dog. Thank you :)

Great hotel located in a residential area of Hamburg, to the subway to go 15 minutes. Everything is clean, cleaned every day, very comfortable.

Situated 20 minutes walk from the Reeperbahn and easily accessible from the airport by train. The hotel is connected to the Best Western and shares the same entrance. Room was of a decent size and comfort. There's was a bit of noise from the train station in the mornings. Staff were polite. Excellent value.

Not a bad hotel, good size rooms at a good price. Bed a little hard, towels a little small but at that price it's good.

Good option for short stay and is easy to get to. The room has a modest setup, though it is clean. Rooms have wifi. The breakfast is all togerther with Best Western guests. Food is good and well serviced. If you compare breakfasts, would say that it is better than average in that level. You might not like trains' noise in early morning. Though consider a good thansportation option from Altona station

The bathroom is larger than other places I've stayed. Breakfast is delicious with fresh meats, cheeses, fruits and bread. The service here is great, with friendly and helpful staff

Spent a night here due to a cancelled flight. It's basic. The street outside is noisy and a bit grim and the entrance to the hotel isn't great... but the room was big, clean, comfy bed, good WiFi. If you need a cheap layover, this does the job.

Decent location if you are used to an area that can be a little rough around the edges. But around is full of character and all harmless. The hotel itself is safe, clean and had what you need. Women at reception takes some getting used to and is also hard to get a smile out of. For the price it's perfect.

It was acceptable for the very affordable price. You have a separate shower but it's placement is questionable, do note however that you share toilets with the other guests.

The Kieler Hof is a good place to stay, because is very cheap and is a good hotel. It can include breakfast and you have a kitchen if you want. The bathroom is share with the rest of the hotel, but the are so clean.

Was here on a last minute short stay due to a cancelled flight, but hotel staff were really kind and accommodating. The hotel was smart and modern, room was a little small but lots of facilities (coffee machine etc) and the bed was really comfy. If I visit Hamburg again for a longer time, I'd stay here for sure.

Good hotel, quite pleasant. They "upgraded" us from a basic suite to a deluxe single, which went from two beds to one. The room was clean, but the coffee bar wasn't re-stocked, the old "cleaned" sticker was on the wall inside the door, and the last guest's key was still in the lights/SC slot.

Really friendly staff, good facilities and good - although a bit pricey - restaurant. Good location, reasonable room prices. Extra wishes gladly granted where possible. Altogether great stay.

Came here not long ago to go to Pie Guys... Easily the best fish and chips in Hamburg. Tastes just like the good stuff we get back in the UK! Real quality 👌 And super friendly chef as well. Can't wait to come back soon.

The hotel is lovely with well appointed and maintained rooms. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant and bar, especially with the relaxing outdoor setting allowed me to enjoy the great weather while I was there, and in addition the hotel is dog friendly. It wasn't my first and certainly will not be my last stay here.

Really nice place. But lacks basic appliances such as kettles, or wash basin, water facility, or space within the room. However the shared bathrooms are really well looked after and price is unbeatable.

Surprisingly nice room design. Small but comfortable. very clean, strong wifi, nice staff. The bathroom is tiny, although that's maybe personal as I'm 1,92m... The area is pretty dodgy though, close to the Central Station and in Germany that means a colorful mix of people. Not unsafe but not exactly attractive.

Very central location and very quiet rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet very varied and staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior design appears dated but was in perfect conditon, almost a time capsule of the early 90ies.

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at the Scandic Emporio when we were visiting from Canada for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff members were all so kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was a short walk to the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants. Nice and fresh hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel has its own garage that costs €30 for 24 hours, but if you’re only staying for one night, I recommend parking the car on the street. Parking is free from 20:00 to 09:00

The perfect location for marathon runners to stay! Our room was large with a very comfortable bed & we paid extra for access to the lounge. That was really useful for small snacks. Breakfast is really nice, busy but moves quickly. 1km from the marathon start line!
