It was clean and convenient, just one stop from the central station. Apart from the fact that it was close to the train tracks and a major road, and was noisy due to construction work, the price is acceptable for central Hamburg.

The nearest station is Berlinator Station, which can be reached without a transfer from Hamburg Airport. As of December 2024, the station is under renovation and there are no elevators, so it was difficult to carry suitcases because there are stairs. The hotel was clean. Breakfast is average, the table in the room is a bit small

The location is great, very close to where I rented a car. Triple room is very convenient. One stop away from the train station. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient and costs 12 euros a night.

I originally thought that the hotel would be noisy as it is next to the road, but it turns out that the hotel glass is super soundproof. The front desk staff is very friendly and helps to call taxis every day.

I must come in that this is a lovely very clean and very welcoming hotel and you won’t go far wrong booking in here especially if you deal with the reception manager Ayub who is fantastic and speaks perfect English and you’d be hard pushed to find about a hotel manager.

Unlike other reviews, it's not good enough—Super single size bed, not clean sheet, not fluent English speaking and less trained staff.

I stayed there for two nights. The room wasn’t cleaned after first night, so all towels were wet and stank of damp. Breakfast costs 12.90€, but nothing to eat, literally. Only coffee and bread.

Cons: The word Breakfast in B&B is not actually justified. Too limited breakfast options to call it a Buffet. No freid eggs and bacon for Breakfast!? Air conditioner didn't work and somehow its warm inside the room than outside. Pros: Very clean. Freindly faces at the check-in and during breakfast.

Good neighbourhood, plenty of shops and food. easy connection to city centre. Feel safe when walking alone at early morning to catch the train to airport. Parking at shopping mall, with PCard only €3 per day. no problem assess the car at night or drive out the carpark at Sunday.

Very nice people at the reception, big room and nice design for the price. The breakfast was very frugal. Close to the hauptbanhof (about 10-15 minutes) and about 5 minutes from different S and U stations.

Best locations hands down, easy to get everywhere in hamburg, only down side bathroom is in the hall way but other then that very happy with the service and look of the hotel.

Breakfast for €12.90 is not acceptable at all. The staff do not want any extraordinary communication. When you leave the hotel in the morning, they do not ask how you are. We are used to something different. Dirty towels are left on the floor in every hotel. That means... they can no longer be used. Unfortunately, they were always hung up again. Not very pleasant, as you do not know what your partner...

Decent rooms with basic facilities (can pay extra for kettle and iron etc) . Comfy bed with blackout curtains. Good water pressure in shower. Breakfast (£12) is good choice of cold continental German style spread. Bread and fruit is fresh, nice coffee machine. No restaurant but close to Harburg (across railway) with plenty of bars/restaurants to choose. Free parking is excellent. Close to supermarket...

Hotel is situated close the large park where you can have a walk or run. Staff is friendly and very kind. Breakfast is good and rooms very comfortable. I loved the mattress so I slept pretty well :) Minibar and TV is available and package for breakfast, too.

I stayed one night in this hotel in april. Paid 200 euro for room. The room was very cold. I called to reception and asked to provide extra blanket or turn on the heater, security said reception is closed and they don't have blanket. They sent enginner at 2am to check the heater. The engineer said he can't solve problem. Bad impression.

Modern, clean and quiet rooms. Quality finishes and materials, as well as good decoration. The rooms are compact, but very comfortable, so they are perfect if you're there just to sleep. Besides, it is very close to the main train station. My experience was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Location, room and staff was good, just please consider that if you're working in a hotel I think you should at least speak basic English or at least try it, don't say immediately you don't speak English without even trying. I don't say this for all of them, it was only one woman

Beds make a lot of noise and the double bed in the family room was not really comfortable. Check-in went really smooth via a code and parking was extremely practical for transit night.

Had a very different experience easiest checkin N checkout ever. Key was in a safe box N had just to drop the keys in checkout box. There was not staff personals and didn't need any. Everything was there. Rooms were nice as a hostel. Carpeted floor.

Very good deal for what you pay! Everything was neat, clean, and apparently new. The only thing that was slightly annoying is that internet logs me out every few minutes.

Stayed here for one night, arrived pretty late but was welcomed by friendly staff and escorted to my room. Room is very nice the building looked like an old farm-house but the rooms were not old but you could still taste the old atmosphere. Free water and even rosé and two chocolates were waiting near the bed. The bed itself was very good, room was spacious and bathroom also very clean and up to date...

We stayed here for 8 days as I was working at DESY at the time. The place was cosy and clean, and its feels spacious with the large open rooms. The appartment is also very quiet and close to the store and bus stop. Perfect for a stay in Hamburg for either holiday or work.

the reception desk and the hotel itself are in different places, after registration you need to go 10 metro forward and there will be a hotel. you can only enter the building with a card. the room is good, if you need this location, then the hotel will do, but at night I would not recommend walking near the station (and during the day too).

If you are looking for a hotel located at the city center and you do not mind the noise outside (loud music, traffic and people) and you do not mind to book a small room, I highly recommend this hotel. Very small room but well organised and clean. Train station only 2 minutes walking for the premises.

Very small room (and even more so the bathroom), but as I was staying only one night between trains it was only a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, it is just opposite the train station so I did not have to walk far! Shower in need of some repair.

I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.

Used the hotel while participating in IM Hamburg. Ideal location 5 mins walk to the race and lake area. Hotel staff were brilliant and let us have bikes in room. They all spoke English which was great as our German is less than 10-15 words/phrases. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items, plus so many drink options. We took advantage of the apartment kitchen which is small but useable...

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Hamburg, great location and amenities. Just keep in mind there is no room service or minibar in the room. You either need to go down to the lobby for snacks or buy something, so for business travellers after a long day maybe not ideal

Our apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Europe. It's comfortable in all aspects, fully equipped with a cloakroom and kitchenette, a safe and a coffee machine. Every time they clean, they will refill the drinks in the refrigerator and put the bed covers back on. The mattress is very comfortable, the room is large and soundproofed, the supplies are all L'Occitane Sage, and they will actively restock them...

Service is good and the room is well equipped with kitchenette available - however parking is an issue over the weekend as the nearby car park is closed. Slightly damaged furniture in the room.

The location is good near the main station (1 underground station away). The rooms are also quite spacious and quiet. bed was comfortable. If you are looking for a rock hard bed, you have to keep looking ;-). It was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the rooms are ugly and could do with a renovation. The desk looked like it had been painted over before and the baseboards...

A 15 minute walk from the Hamburg central station, very close to the Ubahn stop. Clean, spacious suite which was on the upper floor with a view of the main street so it was pretty quiet. I expected the bath amenities to have body lotion... Breakfast buffet was ok but they could add more gluten free food.

New & modern w/ fantastic facilities and rooms. Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day).
