Amazing room and stunning views, but service was.... lacking. We had booked a gorgeous suite but when we arrived the people at the front desk were cold and unfriendly. We had dropped our bags off at 10:30am and returned at 3:30pm to see if our room was ready to which we were greeted with "no, its not 4 yet". The check-in and check out process was insanely slow which left me irritated on arrival and depparture. Half an hour for each. The fitness room did not meet my expecxtations for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was ok, but i expected more. The view is what you pay for in this hotel. Rooms held i high standard, i only hoped the rest of the hotel held the same standard. I will not come back.

Awesome hotel. Rooms were fantastic with good views. Staff overall was somewhat cold and stand offish. Not a super memorable experience because of the staff. Nice place overall and would return.

Excellent hotel for its price. Spacious rooms, and the view over the Elbe river is breathtaking. Great restaurant, great bar! Easy access to the Elbphilharmonie, so if you visit Hamburg to attend a concert there, the choice of the hotel is obvious. Very well equipped gym.

The hotel is absolutely well located. The service and the facilities were amazing. It is indeed a beautiful experience to stay in this hotel. As Elite Members we were treated very well and received an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Complementary Upgrade is of course based on availability, but in this case we were lucky.

I dont see anything wrong with this place. Rooms were good, bathroom was good, maybe a little small, but it is a big city. Shower was also decent. Beds were good and the rooftop was also great. Price was also fair and breakfast was decent. Most of the time the place was quiet, someone were up in the middle of the night and were a little loud, but some staff told them to keep it quiet. The hostel offers a charming blend of modern comfort and welcoming atmosphere with clean rooms, and I must commend Omar ,his warmth and efficiency at the reception were remarkable, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Staff were helpful. Their facilities and tech could be updated, there was a long wait time to just be able to change from a mix dorm to an all female dorm. Some rooms had more room than others. Super nice staff who helped with a booking mistake without applying extra fees, which was very appreciated! Nice rooms and everything else was fine - especially considering how affordable it is. Be prepared for considerably long waiting times and the reception. But great value for money.

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the customer service was excellent. The hotel facilities also met my expectations. Its location is strategic, close to major tourist attractions. My only suggestion is to enhance the breakfast menu variety. This is a perfectly practical Hotel, a bit off the beaten track, but only a 15-20 min walk from the more central places o f Hamburg. The quarrell you migh have is that the aircondition was sub par, particularly considering the hot days/evenings of July. Breakfast was good, but crazy crowdy after 9 (first day), but almost empty pre-8.

Huge mistake. We choose this place with friends to spend couple nights during Euro2024. Unfortunately it was a huge mistake. The bed is comfortable - that’s all of the pros list. No kettle to make coffee or tea in hotel room, even not a free bottle of water! You can choose water from minibar for 5€. Coffee in the lobby at 12:00? Impossible… Main restaurant is closed after breakfast, and lobby bar starts...

We had a nice stay, everything was super clean. We found the room a bit small for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). Sofa bed wasn’t made so we called reception and someone came within 5MINS to fix this for us. We found the breakfast very expensive (78€ for 2 adults 2 children). To Build the fridge and Wardrob as a container was not a good idea. It makes too much noise. It wakes up kids or they want to play with it, as open and close and hit, to make much more noise. Bus in front, Edeka walking distance and good breakfast at Cafe Irma.

My room was really huge! And bed was cery comfortable! Also service was great. Although rooms are a bit “old”, and do need some modernisation maybe, it was really nice stay at NH Collection.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor. The location is just fine and near to restaurants and a small supermarket. It's located around 30 minutes away with public transportation from the city center. The hotel was very clean and neat. Although the room was small, they provided a wardrobe to store our belongings, a television, a safe box, and a small fridge filled with drinks. You also don't need to bring towels because they provide them.

Last week I spent some nights in the 25hours hotel, my second stay in total in this hotel. The team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The check-in went very smoothly and I was granted an early check-in. My room was upgraded to en extra large one with lots of space and nice perks. Unfortunately, the windows seemed not very noise cancelling - especially compared to the Holiday Inn across the street...

Hotel right next to a highway, so we could't open the window at night. Room was big and comfy. We had a double bed plus extra bed for my daughter. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

We had a great stay here! The front desk was kind and efficient and was able to get us into a room without a reservation. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean room and the updated bathroom. Having AC in the room was a plus for us, but having four large beautiful windows we could open was great too! If we are ever in the area again we will be back.

Nice hotel for a short stay. The location is not that great, a bit far from public transportation leading to the city center. However, the room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good.

Excellent price-quality

The rooms are great. A lot of bronze and carpet but extremely clean, a lot of plugs, plenty of space in the shower and excellent WiFi. Unfortunately I couldn't give the breakfast or restaurant a try but they looked great!

We loved our stay at the Grand Elysée. Our room was spacious, the restaurants and bars were really good, and the staff was so kind to us and our three-year-old daughter. We couldn't have been happier with our time in Hamburg and a big part of the reason the trip was such a success was everyone at the Grand Elysée making us feel right at home. We'll be back!

I rated this hotel only 3 stars because one of the main reasons I chose the Grand Elysee Hotel was their laundry service. However, I was shocked when I saw the prices: they charged separately for every single item, and it was extremely expensive. All we needed was to have our basic laundry washed and dried. I could understand if it was for dry cleaning, but charging 4 euros for sports socks was unbelievable

This is the best hotel in Hamburg. The service is fantastic and facilities classy, clean and comfortable. Proximity to shopping, CCH, public transit and outdoor space is convenient. Highly recommend a service at the spa and dinner in Piazza.

The apartment exceeded our expectations in every regard. Perfectly located near to the airport were I work. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Easy check in process. They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

I needed a comfortable room to relax the night before a heavy day of work. I was given a wonderful room (I call it apartment for its size) witj a kitchen complete of everything, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, etc. A comfortable sofa, with 32in led tv, a bedroom and in bedroom toilette. Everything amazing, couldn't ask more! I've enjoyed my time at the hotel. Thank you!

Room was clear, the bed and pillows were good. The bathroom was clean as well. It takes 15 min by bus to get the city center. I recomend as a stay for tourists, who spends all day in the city.

The stay at the JUFA hotel was lovely. We only stayed one night, but the room was lovely, and our dog got treated with nice bed, bowl and some treats. The hotel also has parking available which we took advantage of.

This is a lovely hotel and I recommend staying there if you are in town. Close to the Hbf (6 min drive) and near the airport (20 min drive), it is on the water and really very lovely. The best thing about the hotel was the service. Definitely some very nice people working there. I was traveling with my mom and she found the hotel to be charming and cozy. Me on the other hand found it a bit outdated and in need of an update. So maybe if you are a bit older you will love it but if you are younger you might not find the rooms to your liking.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Friendly staff (especially the lady at breakfast), clean spacious and quiet rooms, a great breakfast buffet and we appreciated the welcome drink voucher. The decor may be a little dated but in a stylish retro way, the bar and dining areas are lovely and a great place to sit for an evening drink and chat. I’ll definitely stay here again on any future trips to Hamburg.

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Quite cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms could use a deep clean (you can see quite a few stains in the carpet) and the tech for check-in wasn't working.

Nice quiet rooms despite being close to the railroad. But - unable to open the windows, it was quite hot during the night. Location wa fine with 30 minutes Walt to the city centre. If you’re visiting Hamburg by car with your family, you cannot find a better place. Affordable price and spacious apartment with a lot of utilities certainly make sightseeing much easier. Service was smooth and non-problematic. We were even allowed to check-out late! Overall great experience, definitely going to come back :)

I booked directly on the Website of the hotel and received no confirmation whatsoever... The room was fine. They have an issue with washing windows. Windows are really dirty everywhere. Had to call them on arrival, as there was no one at the location. Nice rooms and nice contact person. Would go again for an overnight stay
