Hotels with pool in Hamburg

I was then told that I wasn't checked in yet so I could not use the wifi at the hotel yet. Again, these wouldn't raise any flags normally but this is a 5 star establishment where you are paying $1000+ for 2 nights

Again, fantastic rooms with very nice soft beds, but if you are paying $500+ a night at a 5 star hotel, there are some basic things that you should not have to worry about like whether your towels were replaced so you can take a shower when you get back after a long day

The issues did not stop there, we had requested a rollaway bed on the reservation and I reminded them again at check-in that we needed one. To my surprise, there was no extra bed when we arrived at the room

I was there for work so I requested that I get one of my bags back so I could work while I waited. I was then told to follow one of the bellboys downstairs into the storage area to retrieve my bag

We are Marriott gold elite members and amex platinum card holders and we were treated like we were inconveniencing them for thinking the room could be ready before 4pm

The least you could do would be to apologize for the inconvenience, and offer assitance on how to make sure we were taken care of while we waited

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor

Staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming, rooms are spotless clean and comfortable with all kinds of amenity٫ breakfast was very versatile and they even had mimosas ! They had great coloring area for kids , they are very supportive for the kids friendly requirements, the spa was another highlight in the hotel Relaxation was possible they even have a balcony with a beautiful view to take some sun...

This place is amazing like really amazing I am a family of 3 and I came with some family members super comfortable beds there suits ARE amazing (I was in one so that’s how I know it’s really good) clean bathrooms outstanding food and just a 10/10 for me and the location is beautiful with a mini some sort of garden and it’s really child friendly

Lovely rooms, super clean and spacious. The staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a little expensive but totally worth it,the selection was great! Would definitely stay again!

Although the room was small, they provided a wardrobe to store our belongings, a television, a safe box, and a small fridge filled with drinks. You also don't need to bring towels because they provide them

The entrance was very nice and inviting, the check-in staff were very very helpful and informative. The Sauna, pool, gym and relaxation wellness area was also very nice. Parking was easy and many free places

Nice rooms, very nice and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping staff, corona conditions for breakfast are well dealt with. Now there is also a supervised buffet. 30 minutes to the city was good for us

AMAZINGLY NICE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. They have really cool themes in their rooms. The ambience makes you feel comfortable like you are at home. I loved the tiny additions that are usually lacking on other hotels

Fully packed rooms with everything you need. A pleasant surprise that there was a sauna in the hotel. Would recommend everybody takes advantage of this. Easy to reach from central station with the bus

For example, a bluetooth speaker, sling bag, soft toy in addition to other amenities thst are usually there in other hotels. The thing that I liked most was the sense of humour the room presented

Last week I spent some nights in the 25hours hotel, my second stay in total in this hotel. The team was very nice, friendly and helpful. The check-in went very smoothly and I was granted an early check-in

The only thing that I think could be better are the beds, they are a bit too firm and hard for my taste

Hotel right next to a highway, so we could't open the window at night. Room was big and comfy. We had a double bed plus extra bed for my daughter. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

Nice hotel for a short stay. The location is not that great, a bit far from public transportation leading to the city center. However, the room was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good.

A lot of bronze and carpet but extremely clean, a lot of plugs, plenty of space in the shower and excellent WiFi. Unfortunately I couldn't give the breakfast or restaurant a try but they looked great!

If you’re attending a conference at the CCH, this is a great spot. But if you’re looking for something more central, this is not the place, though easily connected to the center by foot or train

We loved our stay at the Grand Elysée. Our room was spacious, the restaurants and bars were really good, and the staff was so kind to us and our three-year-old daughter

This is the best hotel in Hamburg. The service is fantastic and facilities classy, clean and comfortable. Proximity to shopping, CCH, public transit and outdoor space is convenient

They were very accommodative for short notice extension despite being fully booked. Apartment was clean, cozy and with new modern furniture. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning!

The only observation I can make is that you can probably add a curtain (cotton/glass) in the shower as water goes everywhere when showering. It's not important, but it would be nice

they were really really nice and helpful, especially Stefanie, Alexander and Johanna at the reception. They helped us in every possible way and made us feel at home with family

Shared shower facilities which are spotlessly clean. Front of house staff was very friendly and polite. A little bit far from the city (1hr) HOWEVER, it has a great bus connection which runs almost 24hrs

If you’re visiting Hamburg by car with your family, you cannot find a better place. Affordable price and spacious apartment with a lot of utilities certainly make sightseeing much easier

The hotel's location was perfect, 7 mins walk to Europa passage shopping center and many other shops and restaurants. Also, it’s 5 mins walk to subway station. Overall, my stay was exceptional

Well done! One slight surprise was the bathroom, one of the towels had a stain on it and for a big guy like myself, 6 ft tall and 225lbs (182cm and 100kg) the shower was a little small

We were only in Hamburg for 48 hours, and the proximity of the hotel to the center of the city was perfect, as we had to spend no money on transportation once we were there--It is a 10 minute walk from the train coming from Hamburg Airport

I would advise that you are sure of where to go to check-in. We originally went to the address given at Rockockerstr, but the reception for the hotel is at a different location on Steindamm, under the name "Sleep Hotels

" As long as you check in on time, you should have no problem and should enjoy a lovely stay like we did! I would also recommend that the property update their address on their website and information booking pages

The rooms were modern, chic, clean, and well outfitted. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but there were 4+ bathrooms, which were also clean, modern, and quite lovely given the low price point

A nice place with a good price. Notice that the reception is at another address. You need to go to the reception to get the keys. The rooms are in a building that looks fairly anonymous.

Had to call them on arrival, as there was no one at the location. Nice rooms and nice contact person. Would go again for an overnight stay

Absolutely fabulous experience, from Laura on the front desk checking me in and being incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, to Emma checking me out and being equally as fantastic, everything went right and there was nothing the hotel did not do to help and accomodate

The bar staff, particularly the wonderful Charlotte, Alberto and Evan were so attentive and just all round wonderful. Even going so far as to triple check if each menu item was suitable for me to eat

Ideal Hotel for families. We got a 2 room apartment as a family room. Everything was clean . The Breakfast was plentiful. The location next to the animal Park is great and a metro is also in Fußgehreichweite.

Great place to enjoy exploring Hamburg if you don't want to stay in the middle of town Good transport lonks to the city centre and harbour.

The next station is 10 walking minutes away and another 10 minutes by train away from the citiy center, which is completely acceptable. We would consider choosing the Tryp Hotel again :)
