The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall

What could be improved? The room temperature in our room could have been colder; the temperature control was quite old, which made it hard to adjust accurately

Hamburger is quite a surprisingly beautiful city and this is in a lovely university area close to the museums. I would definitely return with my family

A very classic property, well-maintained. Our room overlooked the central courtyard, and it was ideal: very quiet and peaceful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location

The saunas and swimming pool were also on par excellence with all of the details thought out including water. I wish the hotel lobby bar was open a little later and that it was a little cozier

I am a Platinum member of Bonvoy and have traveled quite a lot. Short summary - loved the experience :-) The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast. The staff in the hotel was always helpful and polite

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms with good beds. Fantastic location, close to the city center, the train station and shopping district. Breakfast was absolutely marvelous, with plenty of choice.

This made everything a little cramped in the room and was almost ready to ask for a „downgrade“ so we were not on top of each other. Probably not the right decision for a mid tier Bonvoy member upgrade

As Elite Members we were treated very well and received an upgrade to a beautiful suite. Complementary Upgrade is of course based on availability, but in this case we were lucky

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

They were super kind and sent it to me via post, packaged extremely well and I received it without any damage

It's close to the central station and easy to get to, and the rooms are spacious and clean, so I'm very satisfied. The staff were friendly and I had a great time. I'd like to stay here again.

The special cocktails were ON POINT! The wait staff were super friendly and you can watch your food getting cooked in front of you. The price was a little expensive but I promise that the food was worth the price

Our particular thanks go to Darko the barman (hope he has recovered) who made us feel very welcome on Christmas Day, the breakfast team who looked after us every morning at the crack of dawn, and the receiption team who made it possible for us to extend our room into the evening of our departure day, despite it being New Year's Eve and the hotel being busy

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and while the rooms are a bit on the narrow side, the outstanding service more than makes up for it

At the hotel the access to the bar and the restaurnat for breakfast is all flat as well and our room was spacious and well-adapted. The hotel is located directly next to the large university clinic in Hamburg-Eppendorf

To get to the harbour you just need to change once from that bs to tpo the underground, all wheelchair-accessible

There is a disabled-parking bay right in fron tof the entracne just for the hotel, but it also has a direct bus connection with a station at the doorstep to Hamburgs main train-station and the old town

Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi

I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom

When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right

The hotel is a renovated old building, and the room furniture is well arranged and convenient to use. There are many antique furniture in the wide corridor. The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day

A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates

Perfect for early flight departure! You can walk to the airport, or they have scheduled transport all 30 min. the rooms are very nice and we also used the small swimming pool (indoor)

Beautifully renovated historical building 10 min. easy walk from the Hamburg airport arrival/departure halls. Was quiet, clean and comfortable. A shopping mall with restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops is 10 min

Super friendly staff, the people working there are awesome from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast is really nice and the hotel is super quiet despite being 10 min walk from the airport.

The first room was good overlooking the woods but the 2nd room had a few old amenities and not a great view. Staff was nice but cleaning staff kept on knocking if you stay in the room during day.

Hotel is located within 5 mins walking distance from the nearest train station and there’s free airport shuttle. Convenient for an early morning flight. Rooms are big too.

Although the room was small, they provided a wardrobe to store our belongings, a television, a safe box, and a small fridge filled with drinks. You also don't need to bring towels because they provide them

Nice rooms, very nice and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping staff, corona conditions for breakfast are well dealt with. Now there is also a supervised buffet. 30 minutes to the city was good for us

Overall good suburban hotel but nothing too fancy. I didn't use the gym, sauna, or restaurant, so would try it out next time. As a solo traveler, this hotel was good. Nice and warm inside whilst cold outside

The hotel is slightly more expensive than what you get for but overall I would rate it as good. The hairdryer is next to the toilet and has deep yellow marks. Toilets is small No slippers

Driver was friendly at 06:30 for the short trip to the terminal. Will stay there again when we have an early flight out of HAM

Very nice location, close to many amazing restaurants. Hotel is very well done, service absolutely top. Weekends breakfast until 12:00, which makes going out at night and still having breakfast in the morning possible.

The hotel room was nice and cozy, even directly in the front of the highway there was no such discomfort noises. everything in the room was tip top, from the bed to the toilet was perfect

This was my second time at this hotel. The first time I already loved it. It is very well connected to main places in the city as well as located in a great area of Hamburg

In my 2 stays she really made me feel home. The rooms are really nice too. They provided me with a room before the stipulated check in time (3pm) as well with an upgrade

The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room

We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times

We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient

We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted

We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available

We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg

Spa There was nothing to complain about

It was an overall clean room but with fairly basic furniture. A good point was the separate toilet and shower rooms but due to that, space in the shower room was quite limited and maybe not completely comfortable

Nice staff good but not the most veriaty at the breakfast. Rooms are sufficient but could use a fresh Touch to make them look less cheap. Overall i had a nice stay and would come again

Location was good, 10 minute taxi to the airport. 10 minute walk to the tube underground. Close by was a local pub, a local supermarket and Lidl. The whole neighbourhood is quiet but quirky

We were a group so live how we wanted 2-6 persons in the room. As for breakfast we are not great eaters so it was enough for us. And we had dinner in restaurants in 5 min from the hotel

Good and nice hotel, but no glass for drink in room, no water to drink in room, but breakfast was good with gluten free bread.

Good hotel, near Berliner Tor S/U-bahn. Pool a little bit old, but functional, water not so warm. Playroom for kids in the basement. Bar also has a minor food menu, kids menu the same for both restaurants

The hotel is at a main Street with high traffic. To reduce the noise it has doubled windows at the rooms. The room 207 (double beds) is in a modern style and good for overnight-stay - even longer periods

It has a big flat-tv, a bar, a bathtub (with a glass for the shower), a uv-lamp and a hair-dryer. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, the service is nice and helpful

The hotel is small and very limited in terms of services, a room for two people ends up being very uncomfortable. There are not many options around although it is relatively close to a train station to make a trip

Hotel is located in an industrial area. The night was tranquil and quiet. I slept with the window open and had no problems. Room was big and had two beds. The bathroom is very small but the shower was very good

Nice budget hotel with very clean rooms. Easy to stay with pets also. Reception didn't speak English. Surroundings are quite industrial and boring but it is a good place to stay for one night.

They let us keep our backpacks in a storage room while we couldn't check-in (due to being fully booked), and tagged them with unique numbers (although there was no other luggage there)
