Very nice and fency hotel. Big rooms with all the comforts. Car valet offered plus concierge. A good standard 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is complete however the drink service is really slow, to be improved!

The rooms are slightly outdated and a little bit musty. But the air conditioning works. The beds are a little bit hard. But the service is absolutely fantastic. I think it’s worth it overall

Nice clean hotel with a traditional (old) feel about it. Great pool open 7 to 10 and reasonable gym open 24/7. No iron available in room, need to go to central roning room. A little pricey for what you get

The hotel bar at night was a bit of a disappointment as the bar team were very unprofessional and they have a good indoors swimming pool, a spa and fitness club. Room are comfortable and very a clean

The sauna and pool were very relaxing. All the staff we encountered were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and we were really happy with everything

Hamburger is quite a surprisingly beautiful city and this is in a lovely university area close to the museums. I would definitely return with my family

The saunas and swimming pool were also on par excellence with all of the details thought out including water. I wish the hotel lobby bar was open a little later and that it was a little cozier

I am a Platinum member of Bonvoy and have traveled quite a lot. Short summary - loved the experience :-) The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast. The staff in the hotel was always helpful and polite

This made everything a little cramped in the room and was almost ready to ask for a „downgrade“ so we were not on top of each other. Probably not the right decision for a mid tier Bonvoy member upgrade

It felt so open and uninviting which is probably why it was not too busy. It is important to have several places to escape to in a hotel and not just the rooftop restaurant even though it is amazing

We were upgraded with a balcony view but was surprised that we had a stowaway bed and not two proper beds

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and filled us us up for the day till dinner time

By 7:30pm I called a second time and they said it was still on its way and by 8:00pm it finally arrived! The next day we came back to our room that had been cleaned nicely, but all the dirty towels and bathrobs were gone and not replaced! Had to call the front desk for a 3rd time to request our bathrobes and towels be replaced so we could shower/bathe

While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. I attended a concert, purchased a vinyl and forget it in the room

They were super kind and sent it to me via post, packaged extremely well and I received it without any damage

Shopping and options to buy water or healthy snacks are limited. The location is perfect if you are going to the Elb philharmonic halls, just a few meters across from the hotel on the 8th floor plaza

The pool is really cool and long enough to swim, sauna and steam sauna are also big and nice, relaxing area with a beautiful view into the Port

Our three-night stay was just perfect. We had a nice view of half the harbor. The room was super clean, with a smart setup. The check-in process was quick, and the breakfast offered a variety of choices

Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi

Had a wonderful time at the Hotel Atlantic! The service provided by all the lovely people at the front desk, restaurant or bar was absolutely 5 star! Honestly felt like everyone wanted us to have the best possible time and I appreciate that so much! This is after all what makes or breaks a hotel stay

The staff were very attentive and not overbearing. The food was a beautiful buffet dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is beautiful and we can't wait to go back for tea at the fireplace

We arrived in Hamburg via the QM2, and the hotel sent a car and a van for our luggage to the pier! Upon arriving, the doormen quickly unloaded our bags, storing most of them and sending only the ones we needed up to our room

It took us about 30 to 40 minutes to walk to the old town. There was also a good walking tour. The people were friendly and respectful

The special cocktails were ON POINT! The wait staff were super friendly and you can watch your food getting cooked in front of you. The price was a little expensive but I promise that the food was worth the price

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and while the rooms are a bit on the narrow side, the outstanding service more than makes up for it

Hotel costs are in no relation to extremely expensive parking costs. Why? Service excellent, Breakfast quite okay, local beer and good Burger. Would recommend the Hotel except the costs for car parking

Very comfortable and quiet hotel for a good price. It is a bir far from the city center, but don’t worry, because you can easily take the bus 5 to Hbf or change to subway U3 to reach popular spots

Perfect for early flight departure! You can walk to the airport, or they have scheduled transport all 30 min. the rooms are very nice and we also used the small swimming pool (indoor)

Beautifully renovated historical building 10 min. easy walk from the Hamburg airport arrival/departure halls. Was quiet, clean and comfortable. A shopping mall with restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops is 10 min

The first room was good overlooking the woods but the 2nd room had a few old amenities and not a great view. Staff was nice but cleaning staff kept on knocking if you stay in the room during day.

Hotel is located within 5 mins walking distance from the nearest train station and there’s free airport shuttle. Convenient for an early morning flight. Rooms are big too.

Driver was friendly at 06:30 for the short trip to the terminal. Will stay there again when we have an early flight out of HAM

Very nice location, close to many amazing restaurants. Hotel is very well done, service absolutely top. Weekends breakfast until 12:00, which makes going out at night and still having breakfast in the morning possible.

The hotel room was nice and cozy, even directly in the front of the highway there was no such discomfort noises. everything in the room was tip top, from the bed to the toilet was perfect

The next station is 10 walking minutes away and another 10 minutes by train away from the citiy center, which is completely acceptable. We would consider choosing the Tryp Hotel again :)

Stayed at the Tryp Hotel for 4 days. We were quite satisfied with the Establishment overall. The staff was always really helpful and friendly, the room and the bathroom were clean

Short taxi drive from the airport, buses outside or an 800m walk to the train. Not very warm rooms and they failed to do a wake up call that we asked for the night before

I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom

The hotel is a renovated old building, and the room furniture is well arranged and convenient to use. There are many antique furniture in the wide corridor. The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day

A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates

Spa There was nothing to complain about

It was an overall clean room but with fairly basic furniture. A good point was the separate toilet and shower rooms but due to that, space in the shower room was quite limited and maybe not completely comfortable

Nice staff good but not the most veriaty at the breakfast. Rooms are sufficient but could use a fresh Touch to make them look less cheap. Overall i had a nice stay and would come again

It serves its function of a comfortable bed and stay but it is not exactly a fashionable/modern place to stay

Although the room was small, they provided a wardrobe to store our belongings, a television, a safe box, and a small fridge filled with drinks. You also don't need to bring towels because they provide them

Nice rooms, very nice and helpful staff from reception to housekeeping staff, corona conditions for breakfast are well dealt with. Now there is also a supervised buffet. 30 minutes to the city was good for us

I visited this hotel on a business trip and was also in 2 other rooms, which were much better than my own. My own room was outdated, old fashioned and repairs on the room were bad

Very friendly staff on arrival, they spoke good English, gave us directions to the stadium we were seeing a concert at, gave us public transport directions that were spot on, the room was clean, bar was open at 0130am with friendly barman when we returned

We were a group so live how we wanted 2-6 persons in the room. As for breakfast we are not great eaters so it was enough for us. And we had dinner in restaurants in 5 min from the hotel

Good and nice hotel, but no glass for drink in room, no water to drink in room, but breakfast was good with gluten free bread.

Good hotel, near Berliner Tor S/U-bahn. Pool a little bit old, but functional, water not so warm. Playroom for kids in the basement. Bar also has a minor food menu, kids menu the same for both restaurants

The hotel is at a main Street with high traffic. To reduce the noise it has doubled windows at the rooms. The room 207 (double beds) is in a modern style and good for overnight-stay - even longer periods

It has a big flat-tv, a bar, a bathtub (with a glass for the shower), a uv-lamp and a hair-dryer. The breakfast was rich and of good quality, the service is nice and helpful

Bed very small for the price I paid. But it was good because I wanted quietness after staying in hostel previous place. But other than that, it was way too small for the price I paid

The hotel is small and very limited in terms of services, a room for two people ends up being very uncomfortable. There are not many options around although it is relatively close to a train station to make a trip

Hotel is located in an industrial area. The night was tranquil and quiet. I slept with the window open and had no problems. Room was big and had two beds. The bathroom is very small but the shower was very good

Nice budget hotel with very clean rooms. Easy to stay with pets also. Reception didn't speak English. Surroundings are quite industrial and boring but it is a good place to stay for one night.

They let us keep our backpacks in a storage room while we couldn't check-in (due to being fully booked), and tagged them with unique numbers (although there was no other luggage there)
