The hotel's location was perfect, 7 mins walk to Europa passage shopping center and many other shops and restaurants. Also, it’s 5 mins walk to subway station. Overall, my stay was exceptional

It took us about 30 to 40 minutes to walk to the old town. There was also a good walking tour. The people were friendly and respectful

Had a wonderful time at the Hotel Atlantic! The service provided by all the lovely people at the front desk, restaurant or bar was absolutely 5 star! We arrived in Hamburg via the QM2, and the hotel sent a car and a van for our luggage to the pier! Upon arriving, the doormen quickly unloaded our bags, storing most of them and sending only the ones we needed up to our room

If you’re attending a conference at the CCH, this is a great spot. But if you’re looking for something more central, this is not the place, though easily connected to the center by foot or train

Swimming pool are not working during our several days here. And we got the notification about it only after booked it on the Booking. We hurry and arrive on time to catch the chance to use swimming pool for 2 first days

Absolutely fabulous experience, from Laura on the front desk checking me in and being incredibly accommodating throughout my stay, to Emma checking me out and being equally as fantastic, everything went right and there was nothing the hotel did not do to help and accomodate

The bar staff, particularly the wonderful Charlotte, Alberto and Evan were so attentive and just all round wonderful. Even going so far as to triple check if each menu item was suitable for me to eat

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and while the rooms are a bit on the narrow side, the outstanding service more than makes up for it

The special cocktails were ON POINT! The wait staff were super friendly and you can watch your food getting cooked in front of you. The price was a little expensive but I promise that the food was worth the price

Negative points: - free WiFi is slow - breakfast very expensive (23 euors!), but fortunately there is a good backerey in front of the hotel where one can have breakfast spending about 5 euros

Stayed for couple weeks few years back, it was clean, near to city and walking distance to company and clients offices. In evening plenty of busy restaurants nearby for good dinner choices.

It has argued in recent months, apologetically, that the room service don't trust yourself to clean the kettle as long as eg tea in it, so it was with the stay, only water which is also not distributed, and the kettle was cleaned

Where to start?! To best describe it: Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg is an amazing five star hotel, a destination where true hospitality is celebrated by the hotel's uber passionate and service oriented team members and where traditional design integrates well into modern facilities and well-developed amenities

Check-in was friendly and efficient and also the Concierge was helpful in arranging last minute transportation (baby seats are hard to find in German taxis and we had a few problems during our trip! - luckily not here)

The staff at both restaurants was very kind and knowledgeable. Service: Finally, what i appreciated most was the fantastic service we received from all team members

The hotel had placed a baby cot into one of our rooms, including a baby bathrobe and cleaning amenities (even including diapers!!!) - in addition, also during our breakfast and dinner the team was very kind and supportive, looking after us extremely well

DIning: Despite Covid Restrictions, the Breakfast was outstanding and so was the dining venue. We loved especially the Steak that we ordered as part of our dinner

I was then told that I wasn't checked in yet so I could not use the wifi at the hotel yet. Again, these wouldn't raise any flags normally but this is a 5 star establishment where you are paying $1000+ for 2 nights

Again, fantastic rooms with very nice soft beds, but if you are paying $500+ a night at a 5 star hotel, there are some basic things that you should not have to worry about like whether your towels were replaced so you can take a shower when you get back after a long day

The issues did not stop there, we had requested a rollaway bed on the reservation and I reminded them again at check-in that we needed one. To my surprise, there was no extra bed when we arrived at the room

I was there for work so I requested that I get one of my bags back so I could work while I waited. I was then told to follow one of the bellboys downstairs into the storage area to retrieve my bag

We are Marriott gold elite members and amex platinum card holders and we were treated like we were inconveniencing them for thinking the room could be ready before 4pm

The least you could do would be to apologize for the inconvenience, and offer assitance on how to make sure we were taken care of while we waited

Modern and very spacious rooms and architecture overall. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only thing to mention is that air-conditioning can be loud. The gym is small but very functional

Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. You can get there easily by car, public transport and of course taxi

The Junior Suite's have astonishing interior and are spacious, we even had partial lake view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the desk set up was perfect for work as well

The only thing I believe could be improved is the check-in and check-out time; only one desk was open and we've had to wait each time 15mins which I believe is too long

We've had a family dinner as well as stayed the night here. The staff is extremely welcoming and professional and accommodated any wishes we've had

Comparing this to other nearby hotels such as Atlantic or Le Meridien, this is by far the best choice

Everything about this hotel was excellent!right from the reception rooms services as in everything was the best. The house keeping team hammer! We would just go for breakfast few minutes later the room is sparkling clean

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were on a family trip and we reserved two rooms. Even though the rooms were assigned in two different floors they managed to change it so that we could be in the same floor

I spent lovely nights at this beautiful hotel, back on April 2019, Dec 2019, January 2020, & now from 26th Dec 2021 to 6th January 2022, my stays in the hotel exceeded my expectations

Valet made me wait 30 minutes to get my car so I could grab something from it I forgot. And then scolded me for forgetting it in the first place. Here is a shot i took in the pool area

The ambience was amazing. Hospitality was top notch. The champagne green apple stole the show. Those scones were 10/10. Everything was amazing. Just beware parking is not the best.
