Unfortunately you need to pay 6€ additional to use small swimming pool. Breakfast has a bit of everything, only smoked salmon was missing ( so if you do not eat meat and dairy product), mhmm

It's a nice hotel, comfortable room. I missed a socket near the bed. Personally I'm not a fan of showering in the tub, but it worked. Breakfast rates are ridiculous in my opinion

Pity the costs were so high with the Euros on but would stay again for sure but book well in advance as 1700 euros for 3 nights was expensive by any standards

I am a traveller from India and stayed in this hotel for 6 days for a business trip in October. The experience was really good. They assign a double room even for a single person

The only complaint was the room was not cleaned regularly, and I had to inform the reception to get it cleaned every time. Apart from that nothing to complain at all

The best thing was the free breakfast buffet in the mornings. They had such huge options of healthy food. Fruits, breast, variety of cheese, fruit juices, coffee, eggs, cornflakes, you name it and it's there

Excellent stay, our receptionist upon checking in was really nice and friendly which made everything better. Spacious room with 2 seats to chill. Quick less than 5 min walk to the train station

Me and my mother had a lovely week there and we would definitely go back! We really enjoyed the breakfast, the view from the premium room, the comfortable bed, the fitness, the lobby, the location and the friendly staff! :) We were extra delighted by the person who cleaned up very well our room every single day, we also got fresh towels, water/tea/coffee etc

Storage in the room is a little sparse, especially for longer stays. The electric outlets did not work well with the international adapters we were using. The furniture is beautiful but had a couple jagged edges

You can walk to everything not to mention it's 100m to the Dom. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was great. Water gets super hot and greater water pressure. Also treat yourself to the chocolates!

There was also a lot of private chatting among the staff in the bar and one member was occasionally swearing under his breath - obviously not in itself a problem but the layout of the bar made it impossible to ignore and made service feel a little less professional

Stayed here for over a week in a Junior Suite. All our expectations were exceeded. The hotel felt comfortable and staff were lovely. The room was spacious and clean

The food in the bar and restaurant were very good although quite expensive. The location is as good as it gets in Cologne - right next to the train station and in front of the cathedral

A negative was that the in-house Michelin restaurant was closed during the stay and some members of staff didn’t know about it

They did have breakfast in the club, but we did eat in the main restaurant, which had a great spread of anything you could want for breakfast. We utilized the pool/ hot tub (relaxing but not very hot)

My spouse utilized the sauna and enjoyed it. The gym was well equipped and plenty of space, unlike many hotel gyms. The staff in the Regency club was very kind and helpful

The main desk was responsive to any issues that arose. Only suggestion would be to be clear on the parking and give a ticket for getting out of the garage after checkout

A few times we had to press the button to get in or out and it took a long time to get a response. Some areas of this Regency might need refreshed, but you can't beat the location or view

The breakfast was delicious with a full spread of great variety. Not a far walk from the Cologne cathedral and other tourist attractions. So many great restaurants in the surrounding area! Definitely worth the stay!

Since all the important attractions are near Cologne Train Station, this hotel is off from the attractions and has to take train and walk for 8-9 minutes to reach hotel and again from hotel to metro station

Super hotel, super room's, nice staff, location is perfect, not in the city center but 10 minutes walking from it! You have bus station 100m from hotel! Lobby bar is nice,

You can walk 6-7 minutes to a road with many stores restaurants super market etc, just 2-3 blocks above the hotel

Price/quality wise its really a good hotel. Love the swimming pool and the room was what you would expect for the price. Lovely service made it a great example of a succeeded trip!

My favorite part is the pool which was empty every time I went! There’s a sauna too but you have to ask them to turn it on. Of note, the mini gym leaves much to be desired with its six pieces of equipment

It was nice to have a swimming pool and the sauna you had to tell the staff to turn it on an hour before wanting to use. My room being cleaned when I asked for it and being done properly when I complained about it

Hotel was very clean, friendly and lovely staff. Parking available. Very good location, we didn't used owr car there because the bus and train station are less than 3 min from hotel. We will be there again soon.

I would highly recommend the place for a business travel perhaps even for a family to stay. I cannot offer much insight into the breakfast offering because I chose it on breakfast option

I was here on a business trip and the stay was very comfortable and the support stuff at the hotel were very kind and accommodating to some of my requests

We could not buy lunch at the restaurant because all of the seats outside were taking and they didn’t want us to sit at a table inside, because the inside of the restaurant was closed for lunch

We went somewhere else and had a great lunch. The EV charger at the hotel is useless. The staff has no knowledge of how to use it and we drove somewhere else to charge. We had a great time in Cologne

We did not have the time or the energy to tell the staff that the room needed cleaning, so they haven’t had a chance to do anything about it. Still, it should have been clean

Breakfast was great though, and the small restaurant had a lovely view over the lake outside the huge windows. Nice walk around the lake after breakfast

We were very happy to stay here for one night. The park and small animal farm close by are a very nice visit if you like walking and feeding deer. Great beds, loveley breakfast and very nice staff

I imagine some natural positive energy goes around Dorint. The staff is so nice to help in every matter. Rooms are undoubtedly the best. Cleanliness like no other! Breakfast is good too.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The Dorint is exceptionally clean, with excellent staff and an awesome bar and lounge

The room was a great size and there was nothing I would change about it : modern , spotless, great bathroom etc. The staff from initial contact to arrival at reception to dining room and cleaning staff were all excellent

The A/C broke during our stay, but this was beyond the hotel’s control, and they offered us great replacements to cool down our rooms. Definitely a recommendation when staying in Köln!

I highly recommend staying here. It’s in a great location for the old town, the new town and the riverside plus there’s a small supermarket almost next door for say milk as well as coffee shops

we chose this hotel because it had three separate, real beds, and they didn’t disappoint! the breakfast was also incredibly nice - one of the nicest breakfast buffets I’ve ever had (multiple types of honey!) Alan helped us and was so welcoming and kind

Best if all I loved the rooms, which had a inter door to make them totally soundproof. The hotel is alongside a busy road but not noticeable at all in our room. Also located beside the Main river so would stay here again

At first, we plan traveling by train, so made reservation with this hotel, at the end, we rent a car, so car parking becomes a little bit trouble, lucky, we found a parking slot at road side and free for over night:23-9

Breakfast is nice, but as rooms entrance is on the back side, there is an internal way to back to front desk and breakfast restaurant. But for baggies, you will need to carry to entrance at another(back) side

There is a bottleneck with breakfast around 9am and they open other areas as the crowd increases, but it would be great if they did that in advance so that people aren't left wandering the room searching for seats

But there wasn’t any slippers and water inside the room so I asked for slippers. The receptionist didn’t even bring it to the room , they just handed the slippers. I bought drinking water from Rewe nearby

The hotel was nice and I especially liked the service, kindness and attitude of the receptionists. They didn’t have single bed rooms so I had to stay in a room with 2 single beds
