good location, friendly stuff, hotel is outdated
The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.
Side note - The walls seem to be pretty thin. You will hear every single person and especially suitcase passing by.

really close to the lake. lovely restaurant, very airy hotel with nice open spaces. really helpful for ebike charging. bike lock up room

Terrible place ! Dirty and smelly , very run down . We left directly - they kept the money , we didn’t care ! Nothing like the pics on the website. Staff were totally incompetent or rude . The woman on the front desk was borderline.. very offended . We should have been offended- she kept the money , delivered no service and has old photos on the we site that make you think it will be ok !

Very nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. Great place to stay with lots of things to do around. Food is good as long as you stick to classics.

We had cake and coffee there one afternoon, but the food was rather bland. Not fully convinced, but we only sampled very few things.

That's awful! I dined here specifying my lactose intolerance, I was shown only one dish from the menu, there was butter!!! I've been sick all night! To avoid.

The reason why we are giving 3 stars is that all indoors facilities were close with not reason whatsoever, also the free prosecco voucher is only for prosecco, my partner and I are none alcoholic, so not water or soft drink were giving to us unless we paid for them.also the double room was made by to single beds joined together.
We were happy to have a room with a bath,and the staff working in the kitchen were really friendly and helpful, we cannot say the same about the rest.
