Excellent and very cozy hotel close to train station from where you can get to old town in 5-10 mins. I liked that they offer a free drink for not cleaning your room. Very eco friendly place. I would stay here again definitely!

The hotel has a quirky design and a cute bar.
The staff at the reception is very professional and competent, especially Ana and Maryna were very friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a local family wedding. I liked the minimalist decor, the shower was excellent, the bed comfy and the room was quiet. For us it was a great location, the train station is very close and Munich and the airport were very accesible. It's an inexpensive hotel, but ideally I would have liked a few more amenities; kettle, to be able to hang up towels, a second pillow. The housekeeping staff were great, and staff were accommodating with requests like leaving luggage and loaning an iron.

Nice hotel, great location and reasonable pricing. Reception staff was very polite. But bad housekeeping staff!!
I stayed here as i was working nights in the area, hotel was easy to find, and the bar was pretty cheap too.
Double bed is very small and is only big enough for one person.
Check out was 11am in the morning but i didnt appreciate the house keeping staff banging on the door at 10:20 telling me to get out of the room as they needed to clean it.
Reported this to reception who offered me a coffee but i was already in a bad mood and felt rushed to vacate the room as housekeeping waited outside of the door until i left.
Overall great hotel but spoiled by housekeeping.
Room was comfortable, clean and well presented.

I booked this hotel for my wife as it is close to the facilities she was seeking on her trip to Munich. As far as we are concerned, you can't beat it.

Stayed 8 nights at this place. Convenient location, one block from the Munich - Pasing train station (ICE trains stop there). Can wheel suitcases from station to hotel reception easily.
Staff are incredibly efficient, friendly and helpful, particularly Erika and Christos. They speak multiple languages fluently, will customize your coffee (and evening bar drink) just the way you want it. Reception/bar is a great place to unwind/work as it has lots of windows overlooking Marienplatz.
Can request rooms overlooking Marienplatz. I had a corner room on the west side and loved it as it had three large windows letting in lots of light.
Bring your own conditioner and lotion - only gel and shampoo (good quality) are provided.

Great location for constant travellers, nice clean rooms and friendly staff. A lot of restaurants nearby with diverse food options. Also, if you travel by train, just a few minutes from the metro station.
