The location is really good, it’s a 10/15 minute walk from the city center. The bar is well-maintained and very stylish. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional! They are a great team and work well together, which is essential. The food is truly excellent and carefully prepared in every detail. The cocktails are original and delicious. I would really recommend it, I will gladly return!

Air conditioning does not work at all. When you shower the entire bathroom floor is wet as the shower isn’t separated for some reason.

Aside from that the lobby is great and so is the location.

Charming and clean hotel with very hospitable staff. Family of 4, staying for 3 days in Munich. Excellent and very walkable location convenient to subway from both directions, plus walkable to city center area. Park across the street. Long breakfast hours with comprehensive offering. Relaxed downstairs lounge area. Laundry machine in bathroom was a big plus.

It is a family hotel style with good staff specifically the reception laddy called "Sally". She is friendly with good client orientation skills. During my stay, the hotel was being renovated which i guess will enable the hotel to win an additional star. The price is affardable but be warned, they don't take cash at all. Please bring your credit card. I recommend the hotel to other guests.

Nice "alternative" hotel. Small rooms. Service average. They charge even to store your luggage for a few hours. They do not clean the rooms "being environmental cautious - however at customer's expence" unless you ask for it.

Location is great and the rooms are pretty good. The service is terrible. Absolutely no help. So rude. He worst hotel we have stayed at so far. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. If I could have found other accomodation I would have left.

The room was small. The shower had a glass door, that is not for everyone. We took this place because its located only a few minutes walk to Marienplatz.

The staff was extremely friendly to us. Its a places that you can also sit in the evening for a glass of win.

Stayed for a long weekend, lovely venue, super friendly staff, well appointed rooms with ambient birdsong piped into the hallways. Everything feels modern and eco friendly, only card payments, free refillable mineral water bottles, and a small but great selection of drinks and Pinsa.

Super location with wonderful suites/rooms for fair prices: inner design of hotel and rooms is really modern with that Cocoon-Touch I really love !! I’m from Italy and I Can tell you I ate a really good Pinza !! Their Super friendly staff will make your experience unforgettable !!

The hotel was a little strange to be honest - the hotel checkin is actually in the middle of a bar. It felt a bit like a backpackers when you enter. That being said our room was good and clean and we loved having a washing machine for use. Breakfasts were very good - well worth the charge.
