Very clean and new hotel. Service staff was helpful. It's an eco hotel, having a nature theme for its design. Location wise quite alright, but quite a bit of walk to marienplatz area. Simple and comfortable stay.

A hotel in a good location, nice and with good rooms. We did not find a hair dryer in the room.

The location is really good, it’s a 10/15 minute walk from the city center. The bar is well-maintained and very stylish. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional! They are a great team and work well together, which is essential. The food is truly excellent and carefully prepared in every detail. The cocktails are original and delicious. I would really recommend it, I will gladly return!

Air conditioning does not work at all. When you shower the entire bathroom floor is wet as the shower isn’t separated for some reason.
Aside from that the lobby is great and so is the location.

Charming and clean hotel with very hospitable staff. Family of 4, staying for 3 days in Munich. Excellent and very walkable location convenient to subway from both directions, plus walkable to city center area. Park across the street. Long breakfast hours with comprehensive offering. Relaxed downstairs lounge area. Laundry machine in bathroom was a big plus.

It is a family hotel style with good staff specifically the reception laddy called "Sally". She is friendly with good client orientation skills. During my stay, the hotel was being renovated which i guess will enable the hotel to win an additional star. The price is affardable but be warned, they don't take cash at all. Please bring your credit card. I recommend the hotel to other guests.

Nice "alternative" hotel. Small rooms. Service average. They charge even to store your luggage for a few hours. They do not clean the rooms "being environmental cautious - however at customer's expence" unless you ask for it.

Location is great and the rooms are pretty good. The service is terrible. Absolutely no help. So rude. He worst hotel we have stayed at so far. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. If I could have found other accomodation I would have left.
