A Student's Nightmare, Not a Hotel
This "hotel" felt more like a budget student apartment than a place to relax and recharge. The furniture was worn and outdated, and the overall aesthetic was drab and uninviting. The shower was a particular low point, with unsightly caulk and a lack of basic maintenance.
The noise level was unbearable. Every sound from the nearby hollway seemed to echo through the thin walls, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. To top it all off, the discovery of a mouse in the bar was a truly disturbing experience.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic stay. It's a clear example of how a low price can come with a high cost in terms of quality and guest experience.

We could not travel to the hotel on 15.09.2024 because of the storm and floods in Lower Austria and Vienna. There were official Travel warnings with many road blocks. Our rooms were "no-cancelation" bookings, however, we asked for some kind of support under those circumstances. It was very disappointing that they did not give us any reduction or even let us change the booking dates. They just ignored our message, so don't expect help when you need it.

Nice clean room but there's no AC and I'm summer the room heated above 30C made it difficult to sleep. I guess winter time this won't be a problem.

Great location near the subway but overall we were disappointed. The room was not well maintained (multiple stains on the walls, lots of dust) and was very noisy even though we were in the back building away from the street (we could hear all the neighbours). Breakfast was ok, not really worth it. Staff was helpful.

1. Rooms are not so clean. I requested to clean and they rudely told it will be cleaned once a week which was disappointing. Lift feels like few decades old. Dirty curtains and TV doesn't work. WIFI is so slow that you can not do audio call on whatsapp.
2. One guy which sits in the reception mostly during evening time is very rude. I asked for some salt and sugar and he started giving me lecture that I should go buy it outside and should not ask them for free. His way of talking was again very rude.
3. Location is the only best thing about this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Big room, perfect location near Theresienwiese and underground parking garage (enough space for many guests). Fair price. I will definitely come back!

Location is great for access to the city. The area itself really doesn’t have much to offer. The pictures give the impression of a modern hotel with large balconies. The reality, at least in rooms 604 and 606 (they will be identical to many other rooms) is different. The wooden floors are worn (as well as dirty in our rooms) and the balcony tiny. Street noise is an issue, and even in overcast weather on a crisp summers day the room is very hot - without air conditioning it’s either a very hot room or unbearable noise.
Some members of staff were great and attentive. Others really seemed like they’d like nothing more than to be somewhere else.

Clean hotel + nice staff. It is in front of the underground station which takes you to the lovely Old Town within less than 10 min. The hotel has a lovely garden which you can have your drink there peacefully. The price is quite reasonable.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Rooms have No air conditioner and no fans, so in summer it gets really hot in the room. Wifi does work well and phone signal in room is very poor. Rooms seem nice in pictures but they are just very average. Only pro is the rooms were clean.

We had a very pleasant stay at Bold Hotel Centrum. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and quiet.
The hotel is few steps away from underground station (U3 and U6 lines) and is well connected with the old town, central train station and Olympia Park/ BMW museum.
Theresienwiese ( for Oktoberfest and Bavaria statue)is approximately 10 min walk.
Old town approx 30 min walk.
