Pretty good overall. I had a single room. Renovated, good looking. It is a bit small but the ceiling are 10 feets so it helps. The door that connect to the bedroom should be removed as it had no utility and it gets on the way. Shower water all goes on the floor but i think this is typical for EU shower. Breakfast is ok but except a lot of people bumping to each other. Was asked if i wanted something from the bar at the end of my stay however when i came back and asked for a bottle of water i got denied. Overall pretty good.

Stayed for Coldplay concert. Hotel is ideally placed near the main train station and 10 min walk to the main city. Recommend this hotel especially if you want to spend more time out and explore

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way back from Salzburg before flying out the next day. The area is very safe and convenient for visiting all of central Munich's attractions. The room was very nice and decently appointed. It had climitzation, which was very nice and help us sleep well on a hot night. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast, which was included with our room fee, was also very nice and provided something for everyone in our family. I would recommend this hotel for one night or for a few nights if you are visiting Munich.

A more or less centric hotel, some days the cleaning service is better than others, but they should definitely clean better under the beds. You better close your windows before the works on the building next to us start at 7am even on Saturday. Very friendly and helpful personnel and good quality of the the breakfast.

If you're coming to visit Munich as a tourist I recommend this place. If you're driving, I recommend getting the parking for 19 euro since you can walk to the Marian Platz in a short time. The hotel looks newly renovated with all kinds of modern art, nice bar and great Café area. Room comes with large breakfast buffet including coffee and juices, pastries, scrambled eggs, breads and meats. Our room was made for 4 persons and was huge not to mention the bathrooms were also modern and very large.
There is some construction going on at the moment but not the hotels fault. Hopefully this gets you up for the free breakfast and ready to do some sightseeing.

Stayed here recently on a mini city break with my daughter. The first room we were given, the drain smelled terrible, the room was very dusty and one of the cups was not clean(5th floor) but when I asked to change room they said they were full. I was told to go back to reception in the morning, which I did. We were swapped to another room which was better.
Breakfast was a buffet and really good.
The public areas of the hotel were clean and had various art pieces, making it quite quirky and unusual.
It was easy to find once we had worked out where we were but it wasn't easy to find the correct exit of the station. It was in a very convenient location for all the shops and getting around.
There is a lot of building work going on in the immediate vicinity at the moment.

Perfect location, right near Old Town and the train station. The breakfast buffet is awesome and they had endless food to choose from! Rooms were basic but everything you needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. They also do luggage storage before you check in which was very helpful as we arrived in the morning before we could check in but wanted to go explore the city as soon as possible.

The accommodation was adequate for the price and the level of the hotel. Breakfast was great. The location was great - you can easily walk to the historical centre of the city (10 min). The possibility of parking in the courtyard in case of a taller car was nice.

Beautiful place, full of different pieces of art. Rooms are not huge, but contain everything necessary for comfort. Excellent breakfast.

Very poor hotel. Maybe rooms in the main part of the hotel are better (doubtful) but rooms in the Annex building are horrible. When we arrived the guy at the desk apparently couldn't speak any English. He demanded payment immediately - before you see the room. This is always a red flag and usually means they're worried you'll see the room and demand something better. The room in the Annex was small, drab and very noisy all night - apparently there is zero sound insulation. You are warned to go early to avoid queuing for the (meagre) breakfast. No croissants, no pastries at all, just dry cake and factory bread. Horrible coffee from a machine and to get this you have to not be in a hurry because you'll queue up. At checkout they remind you to give them a good review - always annoying. Really poor value for money and the worst hotel I've stayed in for many a year.
