I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great — the room, the service, and especially the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed by the breakfast to go (i had to check out at 5a.m.) — it was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Prefect place for standing in Munich. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Munich. The location is excellent – close to the main attractions, public transportation, restaurants and shops.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well taken care of. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly maintained with great attention to detail, which immediately gave me a sense of relaxation and ease.

This was one of my favorite stays. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the friendliest staffs I’ve encountered. The single room was more spacious than I expected. Rooms were cleaned daily. Yes there is no Ac but it was in the 90s when I was there and the windows and fan kept me cool . Close proximity to the grocery store was helpful too , they had salads and sandwiches for a quick bite. The brochure in the room had lots of helpful tips. I felt safe walking around there even in the dark as a single female. I struggled to figure out the trains sometimes and the staff took the time to explain exactly what train and stations etc i would need to use to get to my destination. 5 minute walk to the station. I would highly recommend. I stayed for 4 nights.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. The price is 270 euros a day, but there is no hotel lobby. There are stairs as soon as you enter the door. You need to carry heavy luggage and climb 18 steps to reach the old elevator. The room is very small and the sleeping experience is extremely poor. The quilt is small, short and not breathable. It can cover your shoulders but not your feet. It is very hot with the quilt, but very cold without the quilt. In addition, the pillow is like a soft cushion, and it is uncomfortable no matter how you use it. The breakfast is extremely monotonous and the quality is also average. The front desk staff always had a dark face when checking in. Although we were very polite, the other party was always indifferent. In short, this hotel is strongly not recommended.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Because the unscrupulous agent maliciously booked the wrong room, we wasted a lot of time. Fortunately, the front desk helped and the overseas customer service solved the problem, and we had a pleasant experience afterwards.
