I do not recommend it.
One of the worst hotels we have stayed in has been a scam. They offer pool services. sauna and so on and nothing works, everything is closed so as not to do maintenance. Then in the bathroom when we showered all the water came out and made a puddle of water under the toilet. The window blinds don't go down so light enters the room and you can't even have privacy because you can see everything. I don't recommend it to anyone, the service is terrible.

Stay away! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No AC, no working fan, and the staff did nothing to help with the heat (27 C inside) except for a sorry and open the windows! I couldn’t fall asleep before 4AM for the 2 nights I was there. There’s even no staff at the reception, and to check in/out you have to go to another hotel nearby. For 120 euros per night I would say it’s a total ripoff. Will never go there again

Very disappointed in the service.
1. Nonfunctional wifi during the entire stay. Plus the area is a "dead spot," so phone service was weak. Wasn't able to get any work done as planned.
2. Although the site says there is pool/sauna/Fitness, nowhere on the site does it say it's only open til 8pm. Which is a normal time for guests to arrive. Intentional? There is no time schedule on the site...
3. Disappointed not to have gotten to exercise in the evening, I wake up early hoping to do strength training in the morning. The website has a picture of dumbbells on its "fitness" section. But there were no dumbbells. Nothing for strength training.

As I checked out, I explained my frustrations, that several amenities that made me pick the hotel ended up not being available. I was told it would be fixed. I stayed at the hotel 3+weeks ago and the site doesn't look any different. I would have wished that at least when I arrived, a recompense for the wifi being down would have been offered, like a free breakfast or something.

Okay as a hotel. Should you want to use the kitchen -> hands off!

We slept very well in the hotel room. We hardly heard anything from the neighbors. The parking garage directly under the hotel is also very practical and the way to the city center is not far. The room key could be obtained contactless via a door code.

We booked this hotel because it has a kitchenette.
When we arrived, however, we found that there was no kitchen equipment.

Allegedly this is to be mentioned free of charge during the booking process. However, I did not see such a reference. So we couldn't prepare anything to eat on the first day.

The owner was very nice on the phone and promised us kitchen equipment for the next day.
This one came too.

However:

One cannot speak of kitchen equipment here.
A full-size refrigerator and high-quality Bosch appliances suggest that people like to cook here. However, who needs a designer refrigerator with so much storage space for a short trip?
This also made so much noise through its compressor that you wake up from it regularly at night.

You should expect to buy all kitchen utensils yourself.
We wanted to make pizza -> no baking paper
Pasta -> No lid for the pot / No salt / No wooden spoon
The pots are too small for the stove. That means the handles get very hot. Water cannot be poured off as there are no pot holders.

If you want to wash up now, there is also no tea towel included in the equipment.

Coffee is only available from expensive Dolce Gusto capsules, of which only 2 are available.

Not even a kettle was available.
At € 15 per night, the parking garage is also not particularly cheap.

We would refrain from visiting again.
