整體性價比不錯

其實就是一個連鎖酒店，勉強達到國內全季標準，酒店屬於德式鄉村風格，有豪放和搖滾風格。早餐更是美式的，品種不多但是品質上可。房間沒啥特殊，還有都有要求豪華似乎會失望。酒店離市中心有3-4公里，周邊基本沒有任何商業設施（有個加油站的小超市勉強可以買水或可樂）。來回市中心打車即可（步行需要40分鐘）。市中心還是值得看看也有商店可以買買的。如果再遠一點，建議繼續打車上山，有古老纜車，有金頂俄羅斯教堂，有德式別墅小院，都值得玩一下。

Excellent hotel. Comfortable and very quiet hotel room. Clean and tidy. The reception staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming. Excellent retro telephones in the hotel rooms. Breakfast, good choice of cold and hot dishes. Parking available. Close to the city center, exhibition center and train station. Short taxi ride.

The hotel was ok, the room clean but nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The buffett brekfast was ok. At check in a voicher is provided for a bottle of water to be collected at the bar. There is a car park at the back but can fill quickly so it is better to try to arrive early.

During my last stay I had a bad smell in room. It smelled of chlorine. The fries that came with my steak were extremeley salty. The biggest drawdown for me, however, was that there wasn't any real wholemeal bread.

Rooms need some airing out, or at least better carpet spray. Appeared clean. The conference area is very spacious and food was good. Just expensive...50 euro for a dinner! Breakfast buffet is always a super spread! Location...not much around there, but downtown is just a long walk...but doable.

Nice hotel for short stay. Good bed. Very kind and helpfull staff. Breakfast is excellent. Is about 3km from the city center.

My privacy had been invaded and I got double charged despite email confirming cancellation of a separate booking. Sorry Pentahotel, until you fix this, you guys really screwed up with simply privacy and payment arrangements. Otherwise, the hotel is actually quite nice; food and breakfast is decent as well. (I have filed a formal complaint. May edit the review contingent on the response.)
Edit: The charge has been reversed. But still no comment on the privacy invasion. I had agreed to no cleaning to my room. But after breakfast, I went to use my restroom, someone was in my room, and I wasn't sure what to do, so I just waited. I was uncomfortable at this point and wish they hadn't come in the first place. I would have put a do no disturb sign, but didn't think it was necessary.

This hotel has no air conditioning and is outrageously warm even overnight, I had a terrible night’s sleep. The hotel staff said the air conditioning only comes in when it’s hot outside, my room was 25 degrees celsius overnight I will never book here again!
