I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! There was nothing I didn’t love about it. The room was so spacious and clean, and it had everything I needed to make myself feel right at home. The bathroom was spotless and had a fantastic walk-in shower.
The hotel has a gym, a bar, a breakfast area, pool tables, and even a beer garden. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and you really get your money’s worth. It was an absolute gem!

Booked at short notice and it's surprisingly nice and modern hotel for the price. Everything appears to be recently refurbished. No problems checking in late at night. Didn't try the breakfast and only stayed one night, so can't comment on the other facilities. Not super central but reachable with public transport or Uber from the city centre and from Erbenheim. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a TV, nice and clean. No complaints. Would happily stay here again.

Great hotel for working for the R&V :-). Great lobby with the bar next to the reception. Parking fee is a bit high. Nice rooms

Having stayed here several times, the hotel suits all requirements. Good location, gym for the energetic types and differ meeting and conference facilities.

Ferry, bad experience. No only 2 single beds in the rooms. No corporation from the staff. We got a room change to see if there was a double bed. They didn't know!!!; ;(
So I needed to check myself we took that room due to a bad smell in the first room. Sadly in the new room the Ac was boeken room was very hot and couldn't be vented. After reporting the broken air handling unit in the room. They didn't fix it.
It's also funy that you respond on a bad review and not on my Email. I did get an invoice from the Same email adress.
I also noticid i could not place an review booking.com.
This is still pending im in contact with booking.com to get the words out. That you are not a good Hotel for the given price.
Its a shame you can replay on a review but not in person or per email as requested. You could have had the chance to realy solve it! Because i was still in the hotel when you replied om my review but did not in person or per mail. Shame on you.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast selection was great! I stayed for one night for a business trip and haven't heard of Penta Hotels before. I came here because of a recommendation and I'd definitely come back. The breakfast had a great selection and great veggie options!

其實就是一個連鎖酒店，勉強達到國內全季標準，酒店屬於德式鄉村風格，有豪放和搖滾風格。早餐更是美式的，品種不多但是品質上可。房間沒啥特殊，還有都有要求豪華似乎會失望。酒店離市中心有3-4公里，周邊基本沒有任何商業設施（有個加油站的小超市勉強可以買水或可樂）。來回市中心打車即可（步行需要40分鐘）。市中心還是值得看看也有商店可以買買的。如果再遠一點，建議繼續打車上山，有古老纜車，有金頂俄羅斯教堂，有德式別墅小院，都值得玩一下。

Excellent hotel. Comfortable and very quiet hotel room. Clean and tidy. The reception staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming. Excellent retro telephones in the hotel rooms. Breakfast, good choice of cold and hot dishes. Parking available. Close to the city center, exhibition center and train station. Short taxi ride.

Had an awesome stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the base. The only downside was that parking wasn’t included, which is something to keep in mind if that’s important to you. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it!

The hotel was ok, the room clean but nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The buffett brekfast was ok. At check in a voicher is provided for a bottle of water to be collected at the bar. There is a car park at the back but can fill quickly so it is better to try to arrive early.
