Hotel Brack, Munchen1 / 12Good price

Munchen, Lindwurmstrasse 153 🧭 Map
The rooms are outdated by clean. The service is good and the location is perfect, very close to Theresienwiese and about 2km from the city centre.
A decent hotel not far from the main station (1,8km). You can walk the distance, takes about 20 minutes. Everything is ok, staff is very friendly, beds are good, pillows are ok
The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, affecting my sleep quality, and the room fridge did not cool as much as expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom had an occasional unpleasant smell
It is beautiful ❤️ hotel and the location is brilliant and the people who work there was very kindness 😀 but i hope to do air conditioning because it was hot weather in munich in sometimes finally if i come back to Munich i will book in brack hotel
The desk in the room was good for working, and the shower was excellent, with high-quality shower gel provided. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily as well
What I did not like: This was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. The beds are far too small, and mattresses are not good. My back was aching after the second night

Its cheap, id say its perfect for someone who doesn't care that much. I spent most of the stay outside and only slept there, the room was warm (visited in February (window in room couldn't be opened (sauna in summer)))
The rooms are perfect for family’s. And although there are also a lot of young people it felt really relaxed. We ordered dinner and could eat at the bar. You cannot open the window so it feels really locked up
Would definitely do something about that. Even though it was winter it felt airless. München is very accessible from here. Would stay again if nthe windows could open
i could feel the strings in mattress, but it was manageable. Location is perfect, city centre was really close and accessible by 20/21 tram right in front of the hotel, 15 minutes to the city centre
Hi! The heating is installed only in the bathroom, so I thank the Lord there was not so cold outside otherwise it would have been freezing. Plus, the hairdryer wasn't working
And the wardrobe - what is that? I completely haven't a clue how to open the doors! And there was a very small room to hang my coat! Best!

The Hotel is located near the Central Train station. The Staffs are friendly, it is neat and clean, the breakfast is good. It is said that the Rooms are noise free, which is unfortunately not the way we've experienced it
had parking at the hitel for 10 euros per day but had to stop on the road outside the hotel each time you want to enter the underground parkibg garage to get the access key then move the car to the garage
But because we came in summer, the whole Europe is struggling over the heat, we left the windows open because there is no air conditioning nor fans to cool the Room. Vis-a-vie from the Hotel is a club
Was in the junior suite with a terrace that looked over the courtyard and not the road which was great but would have been nice to have furnature on the terrace to sit on
hotel has only one access key for the garage which you leave back at the desk when you are done. close to underground transport
It's simple, clean and has a frienly customer service. The breakfast is good for the price.

Love this local and family-run hotel. It was a perfect location for attending BAUMA! The lady owner was so nice and accommodating. Beautiful, cute place with great staff!

Free Internet unfortunately, the Breakfast buffet is very well arranged and when you don't is something that comes later, absolutely everything is still available also, the Parking Situation is not necessarily good for a Hotel that can ever happen to you no more space whether outside or in the paid underground garage was already often there and always felt comfortable! come gladly again!
Very clean room and helpfull staff. Not much services nearby. Walking distance to "Neue messe münich" so great place to stay if you are going to trade fair.
The location of the hotel near the Mall of the RIM arcade, attitudes, and the price is right and the region of it traffic
nice Hotel, nice staff, rooms are clean and practical furnished

Double room is smaller then the twin room. Overall it is still small tho. But if you are going to be out the whole day and coming back to sleep, considering the rate is quite fair. Good wifi connection in the rooms
Nothing too fancy here but no complaints either. Very reasonable price for the location. Right in the heart of Munich and a short walk from the train station and market areas.
The staff are helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. The hotel is around 5 to 10 minutes walk from Munich central station
We had 2 single beds and pushed them into 1 big one no problem. We got to store our luggage for free for the rest of our last day and collected it at 00:00 with no problem
A very nice hotel! Friendly staff and excellent rooms. Double or twin rooms with a bath and shower, beautifully delivered.
The room is a little small but can be considered reasonable for the price

Overall: After staying in hotels in Berlin, this place seemed expensive, though this was the cheapest for value place I could find in Munich. Otherwise I had a nice stay here. Clean and fairly new facilities
Stayed in the 6 bunk room. It had a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice for the price. The hotel has security at night. Location was great for Oktoberfest. Good breakfast and bar in the lobby.
Great location and very nice staff. The manager is an amazing woman who will go to any length to make your stay a great experience. I had made a mistake with my booking but she fixed evrything in no time
Free brezels were high quality. Neighborhood was safe and entertaining. Many good restaurants in proximity
The location is good, a few tram stops from the central station. Dorms have no AC, thus you have to sleep with the windows open. It gets quite loud at night because of the train station nearby
First, the positives: good location and an easy walk into the centre of Munich. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Efficient and friendly reception staff and check-in

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and looked new and fresh. Great big screen TV with Internet connectin and could stream from my Netflix account
The complete input - and the Breakfast area are so extended, that one has the feeling of a cottage. We have us felt very comfortable here and would stay here again
The room was clean and everything needed was available. The Breakfast buffet left no wishes open and was surprisingly versatile. The Hotel has a special charm
Only small bad thing was that the bathrooms had a sliding glass door that did not offer much privacy or sound proofing for when two peoples share the room
The Hotel is centrally located in Laim, Restaurants and shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity, and to the S-Bahn is also not far
I stayed at the Petri in December of 2018. My room was fully modernised with a balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and the employees friendly

The pretty room was very clean, modern, stylish and friendly furnished and offered a lot of space. Large, modern bathroom with a beautiful walk-in rain shower. The bed was amazingly comfortable
A highlight is the included breakfast with gourmet quality coffee, breads, meats, cheese, cereal etc. I marvel at how how much value the hosts provide their guests each time we visit
Only the selection at breakfast (e. bread, quark, yoghurt) could have been a bit bigger. To be honest, I find it unnecessary that a fried or scrambled egg for breakfast costs EUR 4
Wonderful boutique hotel in quiet neighborhood. It is owned and operated by a charming couple who keep the beautiful property spotlessly clean and cared for
A cute city hotel, relatively quietly located in a courtyard with parking. I would describe the price-performance ratio as good for the location in Munich
Very nice, well-kept small hotel with a lot of charm in a quiet but easily accessible location in Maxvorstadt. The staff was helpful and very friendly

was a great service apartment with friendly staff. A perfect place to stay at a reasonable price. Location wise it is very central with access to the Metro right outside the main door, literally!
Nice place. Comfortable room and perfect location.
However, the breakfast really is just a voucher for a nearby bakery, and what they offer is basically just a sandwich and a coffee. Not a full continental breakfast, as I had been hoping for
You also had to pay to use the kitchen amenities which was expensive! Location was close to the train, bakeries and more! Would certainly stay here again!
The staff here were very helpful! The room was quiet, clean and spacious! It was very warm at night as the AC wouldn’t work yet
Normal apartment, not far from the centre. Not a small room, has everything you need. Near metro, tram, shop .

It is everything you need without the overpriced attitude. The staff is quiet, yet helpful when asked. I will stay again without question if I come back to the city. Side note- no microwave if you're looking for one
It is very close to everything. I stayed in a single room on a twin bed. I am surprised at how comfortable the bed was for its size. I haven't slept so well in a while
While the hotel obviously isn't decorated to 5 star standards, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds ridiculously comfy, the showers goes as hot as you like
There was a thermos of hot water for tea at the entrance, and I appreciated that. The tea itself wasn't good quality so I used my own, but nonetheless it's a good service to offer to clients
It's 6 or 7 minutes walk in a straight line to the main train station so impossible to rate this other than 5 stars for the price!
Good tub and clean, hot water

The staff is very friendly and always helpful, also the Breakfast is very tasty and there are even take-away coffee! Conclusion: For the Munich-usual prices and the quality of the hotel is a budget Hotel
The place was very good & clean. The people was very lovely. I will recommend everyone who want's to go in a lovely place.
The rooms in the Hotel are clean and well equipped. TV with all possible channels and Wi-Fi are available
Small family hotel, ideal for my business trip. 25 min to Messestadt by public transport.
Everything was great
Friendly and helpful staff; simple but nice furnished and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Has us very well fallen and we will be posting (if it arises again) be fond of again.

when my colleague became ill, the desk staff (Raimonda) was able to secure an appointment with a local doctor right away. The room was pleasant, the linens soft and comfortable, and the rainfall shower was excellent, too
The Hotel was a perfect place for my 4 day trip to the Productronica Fair. Access to the subway made getting around very easy. The best part of the hotel are the staff. Each person I met was very polite and helpful
I received everything I needed and then some, especially the breakfast. Aside from sausages, bacon, ham, salami of several kinds, there was a platter of smoked salmon. Yum! I could not have been more pleased
We loved the breakfast buffet and fresh squeezed orange juice, great marmalade. Also the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. The room and bathroom were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful
From the moment I arrived last Thursday, the red carpet seemed to have been rolled out for me. Raimonda is an outgoing, gracious hostess, and I was able to enjoy several chats with her
My single room and compact bath were perfect for my short stay, and the fact that this hotel afforded a pleasant walk to the opera house, I was happy that I booked a room here

Oktoberfest was so fun! This campsite was so close to the train station and Aoife brought us there so it was very easy to find, the weekends are the best time to come for party! Also campsite was big and clean :) would recommend
absolutely loved it! best Oktoberfest my bf and i have ever been to. extra thanks to Aoife and Marita for all your help and recommendations, our trip wouldn’t have been the same without you
There were two young women named Aoife and Marita who were exceptionally kind and friendly and made the whole experience that much better. Who ever hired them deserves a raise!!!
Best Oktoberfest experience, staff were very friendly and helpful, sleeping tents are waterproof and noise proof. Highly recommend. Also thank you Aoife for helping around 🙏
The tents were much bigger than i expected and the bathrooms were very close. Aoife took us into Oktoberfest and knew all the best tents to go to. Thank you!
There's a lot of great stuff here but honestly the service was the best part - top notch

The hotel is very close to the subway which we appreciated. Our room had a large flat screen TV (all the stations were in German), a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable beds
The receptionist was very nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay! He provided us with a map of the city and information about what to do during our stay
We especially enjoyed their extended breakfast hours on the days we wanted to sleep in. The next time we are in Munich we would book with them again!
The beds are comfortable, there is a mini fridge, microwave, and TV in the room, hairdryer, towels, and linens are provided, and breakfast is included! Only downside is the bathroom inside the room, it has a dank, unpleasant odor and the shower is pretty small, especially with the cloth curtain enclosing you
Shower is svailable inside your room but toilet is at outside of your room. Coffee machine is available for 24 hours. You have to reserve parking places before you go there. You can also park on the street from 18:00
That can be overlooked though since everything else is great! It's a short train ride away from the city center

Our room was on the street side and the noise was absolutely not noticeable with the windows closed, I suspect the reviewers upset about it have never been in a city before
This is the best hotel we could dream of for a stay in Munich. Great, fun and very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts and very clean rooms. A few minutes to the station and the main center full of attractions
Clean rooms. Friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast cold but very tasty, there was a wide choice. Good location, main railway station accessible on foot.
We will visit this place again with a big pleasure
The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit noisy, and to get in and especially out of the shower you had to take a big step. If you're not so mobile this is an issue
The hotel was run by a lady and a gentleman. Order a drink and ask about his adventures, you will have a interesting conversation;)
