The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.

Located in a quiet shady neighborhood only a short walk from the large park with the English Garden. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is outside of the nightlife and busy downtown areas. It makes it better for those who want to sleep. There is a public transit station approximately 1 block away so you have easy access to the fun.

I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. Charming stay at Roomers Hotel in Munich! The cute design and helpful staff added to the experience. Only downside: rooms were quite hot, necessitating open windows for air. Large hotel close to the city of Munich. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, abeit a little dated in design. The top floor pool area and views are amazing and worth visiting. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. I complained and was not bothered by the sounds again.

Hotel was nice accommodations but wasn't there long enough to give it a true, thorough evaluation. Porter was very pleasant and helpful and they have an underground parking lot if you're driving your car. 4 star because it has an excellent location across from the Karlplatz and there is an escalator down to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains that is literally right out the front doors.

Good location , but unsafe at all . I had my safe stolen in an organized thief which has info from inside the hotel .watch out they have zero standard on security .

Stayed here on a short break away in Munich, back before COVID in January of this year. Great staff on check in. Nice room and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaners came in every other day to replenish toiletries and put clean bedding and towels in. Great hotel with good transport connections and a shop less than a 5 minute walk away. I will be back if I'm in Munich again.

It was a great holiday, the place is perfect for families specially with kids. Our room is was cleaned twice a day. I will try to explain my experience: the hotel is very clean and tidy. The best accomodation we have ever had so far. Extremely clean, the staff is amazing, very friendly and caring. It might seem far but there are 2 S-Bahn connections to the city center and the location is in a high standard residential area, extremely peaceful and clean. Nice hotel in the suburbs of Munich. We dropped in late with baby, didn't have a reservation and they were extremely helpful and gracious. They arranged for baby bed, larger room to accommodate the baby bed and the room service for dinner was prompt. Hotel is good, the service is great! I definitely recommend.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent, a mere 15 minutes by subway to the city center with the station just outside the door. Good, clean and hygienic hotel. Hot water kettle not provided in room. However kettle can be requested from the counter. Plain water provided by the hotel is pretty expensive. However cheap water can be procured from nearby gas station which is only 2-3 walk distance.

I booked two nights at this hotel and only stayed for one night. The heat and humidity in the room was unbearable in July. It was hotter in my room than it was outside. The heat was just too unbearable and I had to book another hotel. My room had a balcony door I could open but it was broken, missing 2 hinges. Almost fell right off when we first opened it. Had to leave the balcony door open all night...
