Showers had incredible water pressure. Pro tip: just pull that drain plug right out or the tub fills faster than it drains. The hotel is outside of the nightlife and busy downtown areas. It makes it better for those who want to sleep. There is a public transit station approximately 1 block away so you have easy access to the fun.

I have been here for a few days so far. The rooms are okay but a little run down. There are no snacks or drinks in the rooms. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, they are not fully trained in checking procedures so be prepared to spend some time if it is not a straight forward procedure. 1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food. The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

WELL LOCATED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

The hotel went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling with a 1 year old and they upgraded our room which gave him plenty of room to play and walk around. I would say the rooms are pretty baby proof as well. The staff provided us with a diaper pails and offered a crib. Room was updated. A friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much

Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

I stayed at H2, The price is affordable, rooms nice and clean and only a few drawbacks about breakfast: many of the foods were empty, Scramble eggs were empty, Croissants empfty, even though it was still 8.30 am, Joughurt was out of stock, Fruit cocktail was empfty, and there was no gluten-free bread. There are no more Kaffee Glass in their space. Only one employee available for all guests??? Nevertheless...

Large apartment which is tough to find in Europe. Sound proof rooms were incredible. Good location. Close to train to get to old town. Kitchen lacked dish towels and a couple other things and ran out of toilet paper during our stay

Located right next to a Ubahn station. I stayed here with my family and it was a beautiful experience. They have all the necessary items present in the apartment. Grocery shops are about 2 mins away. Staff were also friendly.

I booked two nights at this hotel and only stayed for one night. The heat and humidity in the room was unbearable in July. It was hotter in my room than it was outside. The heat was just too unbearable and I had to book another hotel. My room had a balcony door I could open but it was broken, missing 2 hinges. Almost fell right off when we first opened it. Hotel was nice accommodations but wasn't there long enough to give it a true, thorough evaluation. Porter was very pleasant and helpful and they have an underground parking lot if you're driving your car. 4 star because it has an excellent location across from the Karlplatz and there is an escalator down to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains that is literally right out the front doors.
