I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. Another fabulous stay in the old Grand Hotel located in the center of Munich. The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.

Had an amazing stay at the Andaz during Oktoberfest weekend. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were clean and spacious. Really good gym and the Spa is wonderful. Theresa and Johannes were excellent and are an asset to the hotel! Only complaint is that the service at the Lonely Broccoli takes forever, but the food itself was delicious. Stayed here on a short break away in Munich, back before COVID in January of this year. Great staff on check in. Nice room and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaners came in every other day to replenish toiletries and put clean bedding and towels in. Great hotel with good transport connections and a shop less than a 5 minute walk away. I will be back if I'm in Munich again.

Hotel was nice accommodations but wasn't there long enough to give it a true, thorough evaluation. Porter was very pleasant and helpful and they have an underground parking lot if you're driving your car. 4 star because it has an excellent location across from the Karlplatz and there is an escalator down to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains that is literally right out the front doors.

The best accomodation we have ever had so far. Extremely clean, the staff is amazing, very friendly and caring. Lovely place, Park Hotel Laim!! We stayed 2nights here but we should stay more. Our day was started with delicious & beautiful breakfast. Staff’s excellent service & smile gave us cheerful day. He is very kind and add great value to restaurant. Hope we would like to come back if we can get the chance to visit Munich again.

We stayed for 6 nights and the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a very nice gentleman who explained everything to us. The room was nice, but when you showered the water got everywhere. Most of our towels had to be used to dry the floor. Most of the days our room didn’t get cleaned because we wouldn’t get up before 10am or so due to our time difference of 9 hours. This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent, a mere 15 minutes by subway to the city center with the station just outside the door. The room is spacious and well appointed including a minibar at no extra cost. The bathroom is well stocked but do take care with the bathtub as it is slippery. A shower stall would be much better. A coffee machine and or kettle would be nice...

This is my 4th stay, beautiful hotel, super clean rooms, and the staff is very friendly. Also, transportation is just a few steps away! This is the only hotel in Munich that I will stay at ❤️
