Very hot room, difficult to cool with fan and windows. Made for a terrible night's sleep. But room spacious, staff efficient, breakfast good, and price reasonable.

Has cool kitchen area in the studio rooms, a small gym but open 24 hours, and lots of shops nearby, walking distance to Olympic Park. Good choice.

Lung disease is good, still very nice. There is a kitchen, everything is good, but there is no one, no one, need to communicate online, and if you need to extend your stay, you also need to communicate in advance

500m to metro station, 1km distanxe to the olympic shopping centre

Great hotel in a very quiet location. My room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel has a rooftop terrace and nice backyard. Availability of laundry makes your life easier. Although it is pretty far away from the city center, it provides a good value for money if you rent it for >10 days as they have special offers.

The hotel design and decor is not nice but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rate was so expensive due to Munich crowdness due to Bauma so it was very expensive for a 3 star hotel

The rooms are clean and fine but the hotel itself needs a major overhaul. The entrance and hallways are dark and dingy. The carpets need a real clean up and the hallway walls look banged up and need a good painting. Good service (for a B&B), the hotel is located next to the lake, quiet, beautiful, and inexpensive. Walking might be a bit difficult, but if you have a car, it's not too difficult.

Great value for what your paying especially during Octoberfestival. Walkable distance to the center. Its clean and like the cozy design. They gave us 2 bottle of beer every morning along with bottle of water. Very kind of them.

The surrounding environment is very good and quiet, which I like very much. I have stayed here twice, and the front desk was very welcoming this time. The breakfast was also good. It is not far from the subway station: U1 four stations to the city center railway station.

Hotel close to transport in a small, quiet area, it is also very well located for visiting the Olympic Stadium

My colleague and I have just returned from 4 nights here. The hotel is in a great location, quiet and within 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were excellent. Special mention to Gavin and his breakfast team which was excellent.

Loved the kitchenette and the location. Only downside was the room was too warm and we couldn’t adjust the heat. We discovered the fan in the closet on the last night and that helped!

This was an excellent choice for a 2 week stay. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped but I made do. Great grocery store right next door. Bus stop near by. Easy walk to Marienplatz. Isar River was very close. Great place to stroll.

Decent place to stay Reservation staff went the extra mile to make it a good stay. Hotel is a former boarding house and still has many university students who were laid and had to be quieted down a few times. My son had to depart a day early but could not get a credit on his bill despite the room being rented out. It’s an okay place if you can’t find anything else.

The staff was amazing! The property lacked convenience of location but that seems to be the majority of Munich. Multi-train or taxi necessary for the Oktoberfest grounds.

A really lovely hotel, the rooms decor was great, the colors, set up and furniture all matched well with each other and was a visual feast for the senses. Excellent simple room with a balcony and kitchenette, very close to metro (U-Bahn) and walking distance to S-Bahn. The nice Ostpark is nearby for a walk by the lake. Shops and supermarkets in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. I like that they clean only every other day. I’ve stayed multiple times already. My only not so positive comment is that the wifi quality could be improved.

Stayed here during Scotland's time in Munich at Euro 2024. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Location is good with the underground nearby and also shops and cafes adjacent. I would certainly return if back in Munich.

The location is pretty good. I booked a newly renovated room and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances. But the toilet seat in the bathroom is a little smaller for some reason? The room was heated but was covered by curtains so it was a bit cold.

From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel. Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Hotel a little far from the center, but it allows you to be more relaxed. It may not attract much attention from the outside, but the rooms and services are 10/10. Large rooms, comfortable and warm. Very good lunch and very attentive staff.

Nice quiet neighborhood. There are the church bells. They ring the number of the hour and 1 ring on the half hour. There is a small market store and a couple of restaurants within a blk of the hotel in different directions. It's about a 2 blk walk to the train. My room looked like it had been recently renovated. Super clean, very comfortable. The downstairs lounge is spacious and comfortable for all kinds of uses. Check-in was smooth and easy with clear instructions. WiFi was strong. Free laundry facilities onsite and lots of cleaning supplies.

Got a double room; it's fairly spartan but comfortable. Shower is nice, staff is friendly and spoke excellent English. Only complaint is that the pillows are horrendous, and there's no overhead light in the room.

It was not just a stay, really feeling home. Many thanks to the staff and special thanks to Lucas and Astrid in the reception. They were cooperative, supportive, helpful and so kind. Amazing location and price! The breakfast buffet is also really good with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The apartment rooms are nice and well suited for a family of 4. The washer does take some fiddling with to get working.

Everything is fine if you don’t mind the noise. My room faces directly to the train station so there will be loud noise for sure. But I am out at day time and there r less trains at night time so it’s fine. For me more annoying is that there r some tables downstairs(maybe it’s a bar) and even though it’s weekday, people sitting there, chatting and laughing very loud, even now, 1:30 am.

This is a very nice hotel at the door step of S Bahn Station Westkreuz. The hotel is clean and rooms with kitchen are available as well. Nice and quiet surroundings. Ideal for a peaceful time. Also to mention the nearby Supermarkets at walking distance.

I stayed at this place in 1999 for Oktoberfest and it was perfect. It's a block or so from an S-Bahn subway stop for all your Munich downtown visits, literally right across the street from the Oktoberfest fields, and the proprietor was great and the continental breakfast too. It closes early so don't stay out drinking until 2 a.m.

We came in late June and really appreciated the service while we were there. Check-in was very helpful sharing additional information and maps of the city. The staff at breakfast the next day were mindful if the line to the buffet area had more than 4 or 5 people. They would check and see if anyone needed a quick item they could get for us, like tea, coffee or sugar so we wouldn't have to wait....

We booked a family apartment, which is nearly 50 square meters. It is very spacious, bright and comfortable. All items are neatly arranged and well thought out. This is the first time I see such a large ironing board and iron. The kitchen is also fully equipped with utensils. It would be even better if there was a dishwasher and an oven.

The apartment is very central, 5 minutes walk from the train station, and in an area surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. In that respect, it is very good. The wifi did not work, but we let them know and they gave us an alternative. The worst thing was the beds. Very uncomfortable, both the main one in the bedroom and the sofa bed and a small extra bed.

The facilities are complete and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the apartment kindly provides bottled drinking water.

Had a great stay at Bayer's. Apartment has all the necessary amenities and near central train station which makes it very convenient.
