The breakfast is excellent. It is clean.

A very pleasant stay! The hotel is really charming. It's not much to look at from the front, but it backs on to a wonderful neighborhood full of families, playgrounds, parks, and restaurants. I traveled for business, but the location was also convenient for tourism. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. I recommend it!

Great business hotel, suite was spacious. Shares facilities with the Courtyard Marriott, they are pretty much the same hotel. Breakfast is good, and complimentary coffee is available all day.

The room is very big, with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The breakfast is very delicious, with many varieties to choose from. It is very close to Munich East Station, with convenient transportation, and you can go anywhere quickly.

When I checked in, there was still water in the room that had not dried up. After I checked in, maintenance staff opened the door and came in as if they wanted to fix something. I was speechless. There was a constant dripping sound in the toilet.

The room I got was very nice like a studio and most importantly there was a well functioned 2 in 1 washing machine. Location wise it was not the most convenient place and it took a good 13 min walk to the train station and it is not comfortable during winters. Hotel was very new and everything was perfect. It’s very near to the train and subway from airport or to the city. Nearby there is a DM and REWE to buy your daily need and you can cook in the room. Hotel have a bar and a nice restaurant, the vibe is great at night after dinner.

The room is relatively large, with complete facilities, complete cooking utensils, and good service staff. However, the big bed was equipped with two single quilts, which was a bit inconsistent and the hygiene needs further improvement.

No one goes to work until after 6:30 in the morning If you lose your room card, you need to apply for it yourself. However, the booking number required for login only accepts BOOKING, which is more suitable for a family stay.

The room is quite spacious. Although there is no air conditioning, there is heating and electric fans. The location is near the park and the environment is quite quiet. However, there is no subway station, so you need to take the bus to go out. There are also few restaurant options nearby.

Place is ok but overpriced, too far from the town centre.1 hour walk. There are trans right outside but you have to swap off after few stations. Nothing direct. Protperty itself was ok selfserve and checkout so no intraction.

There was no AC and it was very loud with the windows open. There was a fan in the room but it was too loud to use. Check-in is automated so there was never anyone on reception for things like extra toilet paper, etc.

We came in late June and really appreciated the service while we were there. Check-in was very helpful sharing additional information and maps of the city. The staff at breakfast the next day were mindful if the line to the buffet area had more than 4 or 5 people. They would check and see if anyone needed a quick item they could get for us, like tea, coffee or sugar so we wouldn't have to wait....

Outstanding breakfast included with the room- this is probably the standout feature for me. Room itself comfortable enough. Like most hotels it doesn't have AC- but there were windows to open and a stand fan available. Location is very convenient for walking, with Sendlinger Tor stop nearby. Hubby and I stayed for a week. The apartment was roomy with a street view, we were not bothered with street noise in this friendly area. We did take the rubber mattress protector off, as it was cooking us! Though easy access to the cool beers in the vending machines was a real bonus! The room was big and the kitchen is nice to have. Check in done with a machine and was easy to figure out. We had a balcony that was accessible by exterior staircase that led to the street. So any creeper could access our balcony in the middle of the night if they wanted to, The street parking situation was not awesome.

The double room that I booked was pretty clean. Just a little bit of dust here and there. It was warm, there were clean towels, lots of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, the plates and kitchen were clean as well. They boast only non-smoking rooms, but some guests clearly ignore this rule, or are happy to just pay the extra cleaning fee. Don't be fooled by the designation as "serviced apartments"; they are hotel rooms with a 1 sq m kitchenette with mini fridge, range, and sink, at the cost of shrinking the bathroom and not having daily cleaning or many hotel amenities. Avoid street parking, underground garage...

Clean, did the no. Nice and easy to get into centre. Though was advertised as full kitchen, only two jobs and microwave, would have hoped for a little oven. Also the safe was broken for duration of stay and wasn't fixed so we had to keep our things out of it, not too much of a problem though

Excellent simple room with a balcony and kitchenette, very close to metro (U-Bahn) and walking distance to S-Bahn. The nice Ostpark is nearby for a walk by the lake. Shops and supermarkets in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. I like that they clean only every other day. I’ve stayed multiple times already. My only not so positive comment is that the wifi quality could be improved.

Stayed here during Scotland's time in Munich at Euro 2024. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Location is good with the underground nearby and also shops and cafes adjacent. I would certainly return if back in Munich.

The location is pretty good. I booked a newly renovated room and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances. But the toilet seat in the bathroom is a little smaller for some reason? The room was heated but was covered by curtains so it was a bit cold.

From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel. Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Hotel a little far from the center, but it allows you to be more relaxed. It may not attract much attention from the outside, but the rooms and services are 10/10. Large rooms, comfortable and warm. Very good lunch and very attentive staff.

Nice quiet neighborhood. There are the church bells. They ring the number of the hour and 1 ring on the half hour. There is a small market store and a couple of restaurants within a blk of the hotel in different directions. It's about a 2 blk walk to the train. My room looked like it had been recently renovated. Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

Location was good, close to the Olympic Park. No shower or hair wash etc, just hand soap. Bed was OK but furnishings were a bit dated.

Stayed for 5 days. If you like trains, you can enjoy the various styles of carriages from the window. The transportation is very convenient. If you are afraid of noise, you should stay in the shopping mall. The hotel feels like home. It has a kitchen and a dining table. Great experience at this hotel, location is convenient right next to the train station. Also the staff is friendly and the rooms are quiet, which is quite nice. Only weird quirk was you had to get your own towels but the upside is you can take as many as you want. Would definitely stay again!

The room is spacious. 5-10minutes walk from central train station. Bed is comfortable, soundproofing is good. The only drawback is the water presssure is low in the shower and the water temperature fluctuate during shower.

It is a neat residential apartment type, you can cook in the room and do laundry in the basement. It is not very big, but it is efficient and it is a great place for travelers to stay. I really like the large windows :)

There was quite some noise from another of the properties. Furniture or suitcases being dragged across the tiled floor, perhaps. To check in you had to go out of the building and go to another hotel to check in. In a cold snowy day, not good. Same thing again to go for breakfast in the morning.

We were in Europe for just over 3 weeks and this hotel was by far the nicest and largest .The City Suite room was modern , clean and had a comfortable true king sized bed as well as a separate room with a sofa bed and kitchenette. I booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! Nice stay Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to Billa (supermarket) across, bahn stop (3 mins walk) & cafes for a quick bite. Sandro (manager) was very helpful. Everything was great, but since there is limited front desk service, I had a moment of panic when I left the parking key with my room key in the secure box and I thought that I would not be able to leave until the front desk clerk arrived later. Luckily she arrived and retrieved my key, but it is unusual to have to retrieve the car and then drop the keys in the drop-box.
