I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and clean however this hotel clearly needs an urgent refurbishment everything looks very dated. Location near the station is not far from city center which can be reached by foot. As you are at the station don't expect any nice view from the window. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

This is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in! This hotel is so modern and has so many amenities you didn't know you needed. There's even a little robot that brings drinks to your room! There is a good gym and everything is very clean. 4 stars because I would love to see them get rid of the single use plastic bottles in the rooms. Perhaps, they can offer a refillable soap dispenser.

Hotel was nice accommodations but wasn't there long enough to give it a true, thorough evaluation. Porter was very pleasant and helpful and they have an underground parking lot if you're driving your car. 4 star because it has an excellent location across from the Karlplatz and there is an escalator down to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains that is literally right out the front doors.
