The hotel went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling with a 1 year old and they upgraded our room which gave him plenty of room to play and walk around. Hotel was nice accommodations but wasn't there long enough to give it a true, thorough evaluation. Porter was very pleasant and helpful and they have an underground parking lot if you're driving your car. 4 star because it has an excellent location across from the Karlplatz and there is an escalator down to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains that is literally right out the front doors.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and clean however this hotel clearly needs an urgent refurbishment everything looks very dated.
