Holiday Inn Munich City Centre, an IHG Hotel, Munchen1 / 15
8.6
Munchen, Hochstr. 3 🧭 Map
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the hotel was well-managed, as the atmosphere was welcoming and professional
Good city centre hotel - you can access Roseheimer Ptz S Bhan station directly from the hotel via the shopping centre below. It's big and busy used by air crew and coach tours
As far as location goes, the metro station is located under the hotel! It is the perfect place in Munich to start your travels from. In addition, there are many local restaurants right around the block that are amazing
A lesson on how a hotel should be run. Efficient, clean, vibrant and rooms are nicely laid out and have very comfortable beds and pillows!! Breakfast busy but a real treat, worth staying here for that alone
Nice bar area where you can relax or have a drink, like I said a proper hotel. Location good directly on the S Bahn stop so transport good into city 10 mins max. Service with a literal and real smile
We didn't dine or have breakfast during our 3 day stay. Check in was busy but efficient and the room (10th floor) looked nice and modern with the bed facing the window looking out over the city

Munchen, Promenadeplatz 2-6 🧭 Map
This was my second time staying at the Bayerischer and I highly recommend it if you are coming to Munich!! The location is central to everything and they have so many amenities
The hotel was in a great location; very central. Access to transport was great with tram right outside, e-scooters parked across the road, and a short walk to the train stations
It’s located central, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed on 31 afternoon , they installed tables around for dinner
I was here for a conference. The rating is for the facility and the grounds. The service and food are excellent. On the heart of the city it has all world charm with modern conveniences. The rooftop and patio are lovely.
The staff provided excellent service right from the first Hello. The rooms and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I will definitely be going back
One of my fellow travelers room on the 7th floor was much nicer and we don't know the rhyme or reason of either as they were booked the same

Plus, it’s right above the S-Bahn line, so getting to the airport was a breeze! The rooms have been recently remodeled and were in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and modern atmosphere for my stay
Staying at Hilton Munich City was the best decision I made for my very first visit to Munich. I wanted a location that was near by all the museums and churches, not realizing how wonderful my experience at the hotel was
I really appreciated the attention to detail in the design and cleanliness of the space. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable
With its prime location, well-maintained rooms, and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. I look forward to returning in the future!
They even recommended an Italian restaurant, Restaurant Dal Cavaliere, which turned out to be a great choice! Overall, my stay at the Hilton Munich City was delightful
Here’s the updated review including your experience at the restaurant: I recently spent two nights at the Hilton Munich City, and it was a fantastic experience

Le Meridien Munich, Munchen1 / 50
7.6
Munchen, Bayerstrasse 41 🧭 Map
The space is just ok, but the food mix was good. Our room was located on the top level of the hotel (a standard “deluxe” room). Perhaps for this reason, we had issues with hotel WiFi and some issues with temp control
They keep telling me room will be ready soon and I'll be informed by the app, but just go ask at the counter. No lounge in a business hotel? Didn't get any LM compensation too for no lounge access
I really wanted to love this hotel, but in the end it was simply average. Our check in experience was great. Early room access, thoughtful service. Breakfast is good to very good
Half the hotel faces the train station; we did not directly face the station and did not notice any train noise. So, location proves to be excellent without a detractor
The biggest issue here was an elevator service problem our day of arrival. Only 1 of 3 elevators was in service for most of the day and night
This improved to 2 of 3 by day 2, but still represented an annoying inconvenience. This should be a temporary issue

Munchen, Bayerstr. 12 🧭 Map
Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and clean however this hotel clearly needs an urgent refurbishment everything looks very dated. Location near the station is not far from city center which can be reached by foot
While the immediate neighborhood might feel a little East Hollywood / Time Square, it's a gentle 10minute walk to the old town section or a tram right out the front
We don't often eat at hotel restaurants but this one was surprisingly good when we were too tired and lazy to walk the final night. We will stay here again, Cheers
This hotel is absolutely amazing. Location is perfect and convenient. The spa is bliss after a long day of sightseeing and the rooms are clean and well appointed
We had a very minor issue with the in room dining, but we spoke to Rodrigo and he was able to sort it all out and then went above and beyond to make it right
The swimming pool is one of the more interesting things about the hotel. Like nothing you've experienced I'm willing to bet but rewarding to the adventurous

This is a good value for money choice in Munique. Rooms are small, but have enough for a stay. It is clean and well located. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is good, but doesn't have a lot of options.
They offer basic services with best efforts. Squeaking clean rooms and common areas. Most areas are silent in spite of being close to city centre. Breakfast service is superb, although not much variety
If anyone is looking for great deals for hotel rooms check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and they had the lowest rates any where! I have a super great experience in this motel
The location is pretty good while the subway is nearby and could access to downtown or airport directly. The breakfast serves from 6 o’clock during weekdays is very nice as well
Suoer clean rooms、great service and awesome corona management. AND: Considering interior design、 so far the best Motel One I know. (So many Spaceships!)
Motel one offers good accommodation at excellent prices. The rooms are compact but perfectly adequate. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

Perfect for quick business or leisure traveling. So close to central train station so easy go get straight from the airport to the place. Good value. Reception desk staff were friendly and great breakfast in the morning.
Wonderful, clean, accessable hotel just across the street from Central Station (Hbf). Reasonable rates, excellent pool and sauna. All forms of transportation outside the front door
This hotel is right across Central Station and close to main tourist attractions. Sauna and swimming pool on the sixth floor
Breakfast is epic, with lots to choose from. There is a restaurant and a piano bar on the ground floor. Didn't make it to the pool and sauna as we were here for the football and time got away from us
Great location, near the main railway station and a short walk to Marienplatz, a good shopping precinct. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful
My room was ready and delivered before check-in time. The receptionist was wonderful and explained everything. Breakfast menu - The buffet was wonderful

Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munchen, Munchen1 / 50High rating
9.8
Munchen, Maximilianstr. 17 🧭 Map
Being a tourist and new to Germany, I had no idea what to do next. Went to the hotel to seek help and the lobby receptionist (a lady) went all the way calling local police and town council
Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is truly my favorite spot in Munich! This place holds so many memories and never fails to bring me happiness every time I visit
The service is impeccable—always attentive and warm, making you feel right at home. The coffee is just as amazing as it was 12 years ago; nothing has changed, and I absolutely love that consistency
We stayed from 12/14-12/7 (2024) with our two sons, ages 11 and 14…. cannot remember which suite it was, but big enough for everyone to fit comfortably and have their own private space
Finally it was discovered that my car was towed away due to unauthorized parking. I forgot the hotel staff's name as it could be difficult for me to remember a German name but I am very very grateful for her help
It’s a timeless gem in the heart of Munich, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Munchen, Arnulfstrasse 4 🧭 Map
Clean, historical, expensive, in the center. Good hotel for family and for travel. All speak English.
This was our last stop for two nights after over 3 weeks of travelling. We were hoping for a comfy bed in a spacious room that was quiet. Forgot to take a video but it was very spacious
We also had dinner at the restaurant attached and it was lovely and reasonable priced. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and lots of choices. I also found the history of the hotel very interesting
I had a wonderful stay at Eden hotel Wolf in Munich. The blankets are nice and fluffy. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is expensive but it’s a great spread
The pre-cooked eggs are not so hot for the price, but you can ask for eggs made to order. I will definitely stay here again. Did I say the AC works well? That made Munich in summer much more enjoyable
Mostly clean except the window sill (had a bird poo on it). With the window closed it was very quiet. Opposite train station so location was perfect and a short walk into the old town

Very good price for the value. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was clean and equipped. For breakfast they provide a lot of options. Walk from the central station is merely 10 minutes.
Very reasonable accommodation in what I felt was a perfect location for Oktoberfest, the city centre and central station. All within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptional and helpful
The hotel is found very close to city centre and the cost definetelly worth it
Quite a good hotel for its class. Delicious Breakfast. Great bed. The purity level.Convenient location. The staff is ready to help. For affordable Italian option.
Very nice hotel, everything what’s needed is there. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast with a good coffee. Will definitely come back here again.
Nice hotel close to station. Friendly staff and a great base for your exploration of Munich. Highly recommend

Very professional and friendly staff. Also the kitchenette in the rooms are extremely functional. Stayed for a month here, the value for price provided alongside the hotel’s location were perfect
Really impressed for the price. Complimentary mini bar an unexpected treat. Good location, would stay again and recommend to others.
TV is their but it does not allow you to mirror your mobile or laptop. They offer breakfast as well which is almost same daily which might be boring if you are staying for a long duration
This place is very near to the city centre so you can quickly go to any place by sbahn or tram
If you are searching for budget hotel for a longer period of time then this is your place. They offer a small kitchenette as well in the room which is really helpful for you to cook
The stay, service and quality standards were awesome. The cleaning was quite very well done, however, it would be great if you could offer it twice a week, instead of once a week

Munchen, Tal 41 🧭 Map
Nice hotel. Very clean and spacious room/bathroom! Comfortable bed but pillows are awful. Walls are thin but it didn’t affect us in any major way. Great location and right next to the train.
The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. On our last day there was a problem with the elevator ( we stayed on 4th floor ) so they gave us free breakfast! It’s so nice of them.
My experience with this hotel was superb. Special thanks to the lobby manager in the wee hours of the morning. The gentleman really went out of his way to help me despite being 3 AM
Hotel Torbrau provides free mini bar (wine and sparkling water only), rooms that can sleep 3, dual vanity bathrooms, and real boudoir closet. Just an older venue but very nice and convenient for Munich
Just blocks away from Marienplatz, Glockenspiel with lots of restaurants, shops and vibrant city life. The train station is magnificent, spires abound and street performers delight
The dining room was sunny and comfortable, the balcony even better, with views of church steeples and chimes of the bells. My only detractor was some room to room noise

The staff on the breakfast are also really attentive, providing us with options of warm drinks/juices/water/breakfast champagne (upon arrival to our table) also they provide fresh waffles/pancakes/french toast/ Benedict Avo-toast alongside the various eggs options
I’ve stayed at over a thousand hotels, many five star places, and the staff at the Rocco Forte provided perhaps the most attentive and personalized service I’ve ever experienced. From the little to big details
Upon arrival in the city, we stopped by to drop our luggage first before walking around town and finding something to eat. To our surprise, our room is ready, and we’re allowed to do an early check in
The staffs are really friendly, like the one on night shift that helped us happily with our request of warm milk after a rainy day outside, and also the Spa team whom are always so informative and ready to give us a little tour of where is which
Also my only tip would be for the Bar information hours to be provided somewhere, because upon arrival I mistake the Lounge GoogleMaps location as the Hotel Bar, and sadly we didn’t get the chance to visit the night bar because of the false closing hours I found
It’s needless for me to talk about the quality of the items they provided, because I’m sure it’s already highly expected with Rocco forte hotels reputation

Central location, 10 mins walking to literally everything you could ever need. Staff is friendly and worked diligently to get us an early check in at 10am even though check in is at 3. Rooms are small so be prepared
Although it isn’t accessible by car, the hotel recommends a nearby parking garage and the hotel’s location is perfect for getting around the city, shopping and sightseeing. Definitely recommend for exploring München
We have stayed at AMANO hotel in London and now in Munich. Rooms are small, but all you would need when you are visiting a city. What made this location special was the service and its friendly staff
Can’t believe this is only a 3-star hotel! The interior and rooms are beautifully decorated and perfectly clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a good breakfast buffet and amenities
Otherwise clean, modern, rain shower head, comfy pillows. There's a bar and breakfast area but the bar was never open and breakfast was too pricey for the limited options
Great location for anyone that wants to be close to everything! My fiance and I stayed here for several days this summer. (2024) and had a wonderful time

Location, Location, Location- 5 minutes to the Hofbrauhaus and 10 minutes to Marienplatz center. Reasonably priced rooms with an attentive staff and good buffet breakfast included
Breakfast was amazing - definitely a great start for a day of touring Munich - and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Munich and would stay here again
The location can't be beat - on a quiet street, but an easy walk to many sites in old town, or to public transit for those farther away
Hotel Concorde was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens for a couple of nights in Munich
The room I stayed in (108) was small but adequate! The only issue I had was with the mattress. I’ve sleep on more comfortable mattress’s at sleep away camp when I was a kid
Upgrade of these mattress’s( heard similar complaints from other guests) would be a big plus for me staying here again!!!!

The hotel itself has a book theme to the interior with each floor being dedicated to a different genre of books. We’re staying on the 2nd floor (which is dedicated to “adventure” books) in the Moby Dick room
This hotel is awesome! The location is prime for reaching the theresienwiese, Oktoberfest, and the city center
My fiancée and I have been fortunate enough to be traveling a lot recently. We’ve been nomads for the last 14 days staying in various hotels and riads across multiple countries
With that said, this is one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed at so far! The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and provided us with some fantastic recommendations within walking distance
Not sure if this is standard in each room but our room has (what appears to be) a towel warmer rack; it’s come in HUGE for us as a modified dryer — we’ve had to do a few loads of sink-laundry to make it through our extended trip! The hotel also has a sauna and a 24-hour fitness area (which unfortunately we weren’t able to utilize during our stay)
Great hotel located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center. The breakfast offers a great variety, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive

We had a wonderful stay at the DO & CO Hotel München. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone interested in the city center, walkability to museums, cathedrals, and of course fabulous shopping
The restaurant for breakfast was also top-notch. The hotel is right in the heart of a tourist district which was perfect for morning runs or for some shopping. The Euro futbol championships were in-town when we were here
My husband and I stayed in a classic room on our vacation to Munich from the states. DO & CO and the all of the staff were amazing. The front-desk team spoke English easily, which was welcome as we don’t speak German
What a hidden gem in the heart of Munich! The space is beautifully designed and complement to the beautiful historical view. I love the restaurant in the hotel with great cocktails option and Japanese food
Love this hotel. I've stayed here twice on a layover in Munich. It's convenient to the old town, but on a quiet side street. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it's just the right amount of luxury.

The hotel is in walking distance to the main tain station, to the old city center and to some places where you can get breakfast (if you don't choose to eat in the hotel)
The staff is very helpful, uncomplicated and accommodating important requests in very short time, even at night. The hotel rooms have aircon, a safe, large TV, fridge and are overall comfortable and allow you to relax
I would wish to give 5 stars because of the staff, but the beds and renovation need would give 2 stars, so i go for 4 stars! I hope they do these renovations - especially the beds, because i would like to come back and stay here
The bathroom could be a bit more spacious, but it is functional and has all that's needed. Our room was to the "court" side (see picture), away from the street. It was very quite, there was no street noise at all
The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is a few minutes walk from the Munich Central Station (HBF) and very convenient if you're using the trains. Also it's a 15/20 minute walk to Marienplatz which is great

Absolutely love the galley idea in the hallway, where you can get your coffee, or tea, and buy snacks. Brilliant! Instead of putting it into every single room, this is a very nice choice
I have been there a week ago and i want to tell you that Liv Adam and Sarah are amazing!! They are so friendly with me that I felt like I had been coming to this hotel for years
The location is very convenient at only a 10 minute walk from the main train station. The Ruby Lilly Bar is fantastic as well. Hosted by Rosy the lead bartender who is as professional as she is friendly
The decoration, the music everything was great. I wish every city had hotels bars like this. And the dinner menu could be better but it’s ok! Location is excellent
The Ruby Lilly is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of visiting. The checkin experience was fantastic. The rooms are reasonably sized but fabulous
The little welcome chocolate was delicious! Got two free drinks for declining room cleaning service and the drinks menu is fantastic!
