I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful

The Hotel staff karim was the best Hotel staff that I ever met! I forgat my plug to my room after checkout. He found it and aranged everything that I could pick it up at the reception

Clean and spacious room. Location is ok. Breakfast spread (at executive lounge) is very limited in variety- much rooms for improvement.

Check-in was a breeze as my family and I could check in an hour earlier than the stipulated check in time. However the service agent was not quite the most pleasant, he seems to be on a bad day

But was a little disappointed when most of the TV channels were all in German (especially for an international brand like Hilton, one would expect more English channels)

Central location (most attractions are in walking distance), very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very good daily cleaning of the room

Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

Perfect for quick business or leisure traveling. So close to central train station so easy go get straight from the airport to the place. Good value. Reception desk staff were friendly and great breakfast in the morning.

The city center and popular restaurants are only a 20 min walk and there's plenty of public transportation. Only issue we had was the AC in our room

The space is just ok, but the food mix was good. Our room was located on the top level of the hotel (a standard “deluxe” room). Perhaps for this reason, we had issues with hotel WiFi and some issues with temp control

Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is truly my favorite spot in Munich! This place holds so many memories and never fails to bring me happiness every time I visit

The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation

The high-floor room I was given was spotless with a good view overlooking the city ( in front of the station ). The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection of food

I first came here more than 10 years ago and I still found the lobby and the room look renovated and modern. I will stay here again if I go to Munchen in the future

The location is excellent as it is just next to the Main train station ( but the areas around the station are quite shabby)

The staff on the breakfast are also really attentive, providing us with options of warm drinks/juices/water/breakfast champagne (upon arrival to our table) also they provide fresh waffles/pancakes/french toast/ Benedict Avo-toast alongside the various eggs options

Great. In the center, but quiet and comfortable

Upon arrival in the city, we stopped by to drop our luggage first before walking around town and finding something to eat. To our surprise, our room is ready, and we’re allowed to do an early check in

The staffs are really friendly, like the one on night shift that helped us happily with our request of warm milk after a rainy day outside, and also the Spa team whom are always so informative and ready to give us a little tour of where is which

Also my only tip would be for the Bar information hours to be provided somewhere, because upon arrival I mistake the Lounge GoogleMaps location as the Hotel Bar, and sadly we didn’t get the chance to visit the night bar because of the false closing hours I found

Lastly, one special mention has to be made for a particular staff member from in-room dining — Marta. Her kindness and eagerness to help truly elevated our stay

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Munich Central station. Good beer options and snacks as well if you want to eat at other times

Convenient Hotel: whether u r on business trip or personal trip. This is a great hotel to stay. The best part of this hotel is that its attached to muenchen hauptbhanoff but still very peaceful and comfortable

This hotel got offered to me as my train was cancelled. The room was small but cozy, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. A good breakfast was included and i got extra coffee on the go

The single bed room reminds you of a berth in a train where one side is fixed to the wall. Lots of shopping and eating options around the area

The hotel is not far from Central Station, about a five-minute walk. The hotel looks a bit old and has a small lobby, but the rooms are quite large and quite clean and tidy. It's a good choice.

Not far from Munich Central Station, convenient transportation. The room size is a bit cramped, but the price is there. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, certainly not as rich as in China

Staff are friendly, helpful and a special mention for Dominic. He made sure the cheese we had bought during our trip was refrigerated properly as the rooms do not have a fridge

Room was a little oddly configured but everything was freshly refurbished and overwhelmingly clean. The flat-price mini-bar was a welcome surprise. Our breakfast server was also very pleasant and hospitable

The room had a nice European atmosphere. It was spacious and the sofa was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was strong, probably because the area has good water quality

It was a shame that there was no kettle. There was a supermarket next door, so it was convenient for shopping. It was close to the train station and connected to the underground, so it was very convenient

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, it is a nice hotel, nice clean room and bathroom even if it is a bit small but it is clean and has a separate shower

Just be mindful that there's no air con; they do provide an extra fan in addition to the ceiling fan. Location was right across the Central Train Station, another plus point of this hotel

Only downside I can think of is the window opened onto an overhang which someone could easily walk from room to room on which made me a bit uneasy leaving my window open fully at night which would have made it cooler but I was never overly hot so it wasn’t a major issue

The hotel is right next to the central station but surrounded by construction and the area feels a little bit shady. We entered the hotel lobby and felt somewhat uncomfortable - probably from the lighting

Our room looked nothing like the uploaded hotel photos so we asked to change rooms. She gave us a key to a double deluxe room (upgrade from what we booked) but the key didn't even go into the keyhole

You go into the room and there are no lights on the ceiling - we had to turn on individual lamps. The walls were slanted, there were mirrors behind and in front of the bed, clowns in the bathrooms

The hotel is far from new, but many rooms have been renovated. Construction is in full swing on Schillerstrasse and everything is blocked off. The area was very controversial, but has now become quite unpleasant

LOCATION!!! Very nice room (got a little hot though, had to open a window). Ate one morning in the very nice and nicely decorated breakfast room, expensive, but lots of options and wonderful presentation, we enjoyed it

We made reservation in Hotel Excelsior in 2011 and got upgraded to this beautiful hotel. This awesome experience has been in my mind for 7 years and I can finally make it to write a review in 2018

A drink at the bar it's a must to see a high class bar operation

The reception staff were very good, and friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is quiet, but in an excellent location for the main sights of Munich, including the Food Market, and there are plenty of restaurants around

My only request would be to include a coffee maker in the room (some of us can barely get out of bed without it) or keep a carafe in the lobby. Thanks for a great stay! Kyle

Our room was very clean and well-prepared. Our only problem with the room was that we couldn't get the air-conditioning to work, and neither could the reception staff. However they provided us with a fan

The people who work here make you very comfortable even if not a great German speaker. Location is excellent and is near to major touron zone without being smack in middle
