I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful

The Hotel staff karim was the best Hotel staff that I ever met! I forgat my plug to my room after checkout. He found it and aranged everything that I could pick it up at the reception

The hotel also has a direct connection to Roseinheimer Platz station, located immediately beneath the hotel which has direct access to Munich International Airport via the S8 train

Second, in terms of the rooms, they are clean, nicely furnished, and, even given their age, seem to have held up nicely. Breakfast was quite yummy, with some of the better hot food options I've seen of european hotels

I would say this is for sure the best Hilton in Munich, and well worth the extra cost compared to other properties like the Garden Inn for the factors listed above

This hotel is right across Central Station and close to main tourist attractions. Sauna and swimming pool on the sixth floor

A lovely hotel situated super close to the train station! Members of staff were very helpful and lovely! Decent size rooms and the breakfast was excellent - handy it is till 11:30 on weekends too! The pool was such a great facility! Only thing to note is the area of the hotel isn’t the safest if you are a solo female traveller

Breakfast wasn't the best and there wasn't much vegetarian options. The swimming pool was nice but a little bit on the smaller side

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Outside environment is not as good as the new town area, but is quite convenient to Munich Centre station. The service is nice and staffs are very friendly, good 👍

Wonderful, clean, accessable hotel just across the street from Central Station (Hbf). Reasonable rates, excellent pool and sauna. All forms of transportation outside the front door

Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! We come every year here and we will come back next year!

The city center and popular restaurants are only a 20 min walk and there's plenty of public transportation. Only issue we had was the AC in our room

The space is just ok, but the food mix was good. Our room was located on the top level of the hotel (a standard “deluxe” room). Perhaps for this reason, we had issues with hotel WiFi and some issues with temp control

The staff on the breakfast are also really attentive, providing us with options of warm drinks/juices/water/breakfast champagne (upon arrival to our table) also they provide fresh waffles/pancakes/french toast/ Benedict Avo-toast alongside the various eggs options

Also my only tip would be for the Bar information hours to be provided somewhere, because upon arrival I mistake the Lounge GoogleMaps location as the Hotel Bar, and sadly we didn’t get the chance to visit the night bar because of the false closing hours I found

The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation

The hotel is walking distance to the old town it is 5 minutes from the train station and has several subway and tram stops nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff was fabulous. I would stay there again.

Totally it was superb to stay here. Great in location with reasonable cost. WIFI is free and good quality as usual. Nearby central train station is good for looking for something to eat and travel

The high-floor room I was given was spotless with a good view overlooking the city ( in front of the station ). The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a wide selection of food

I first came here more than 10 years ago and I still found the lobby and the room look renovated and modern. I will stay here again if I go to Munchen in the future

Near the Central Station, good value for money

Great stay in Munich. The staff is friendly and the location is in Central Area. we went there for Fruhling Festival and the hotel is within walking distance. Really convenient to us.

When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Otherwise, you have to buy a parking ticket from a machine)

Clean and sanitary, 7-8 minutes walk from the train station, the waiter is very enthusiastic, early check-in is not allowed. 8-meter king size bed room, but was given a 1. 5-meter queen size room when checking in

After finding out, I negotiated and communicated, and finally adjusted it. I hope it is an individual case and honest business is the right thing to do

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Munich Central station. Good beer options and snacks as well if you want to eat at other times

This hotel got offered to me as my train was cancelled. The room was small but cozy, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. A good breakfast was included and i got extra coffee on the go

The single bed room reminds you of a berth in a train where one side is fixed to the wall. Lots of shopping and eating options around the area

The hotel is not far from Central Station, about a five-minute walk. The hotel looks a bit old and has a small lobby, but the rooms are quite large and quite clean and tidy. It's a good choice.

I stopped by the bar at Ruby Hotel in Munich and was really impressed by the atmosphere and service. The place has a stylish, relaxed vibe — perfect for a casual drink or catching up with friends

Location is a bit far from the center. The staffs are not that helpful in terms of the hotel bar.

It was a shame that there was no kettle. There was a supermarket next door, so it was convenient for shopping. It was close to the train station and connected to the underground, so it was very convenient

The hotel is just steps from the main train station, and a short scenic walk to old town & historic sites. We had such a lovely time here, and we’ll definitely stay here when we return to Munich

The room layout was however awkward, with very little walking space and space for luggage. The toilet was also very small. The mini bar (with coffee machine) was placed in a cabinet, without lighting, which was quite odd

The wifi in this room was not good, could only get signals near the toilet. We had a second room on the other side of the corridor, and the wifi worked well. As the room is near the tram, it was not quiet at night

Near to main station, exit from nord exit for a shorter walk. Also a few steps away from the metro station. There is a tram at the door, which is convenient. We were given a corner room with king size bed

Hotel is within walking distance to Munich Central Station which is very convenient. The room for 3 Adults (sofa converted to bed), however, was a little cramp

There was no kettle or tissue paper provided but filtered drinking water is complimentary (self service) from the bar. Overall, the stay is still considered value for money

We made reservation in Hotel Excelsior in 2011 and got upgraded to this beautiful hotel. This awesome experience has been in my mind for 7 years and I can finally make it to write a review in 2018

A drink at the bar it's a must to see a high class bar operation

The reception staff were very good, and friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is quiet, but in an excellent location for the main sights of Munich, including the Food Market, and there are plenty of restaurants around

My only request would be to include a coffee maker in the room (some of us can barely get out of bed without it) or keep a carafe in the lobby. Thanks for a great stay! Kyle

Our room was very clean and well-prepared. Our only problem with the room was that we couldn't get the air-conditioning to work, and neither could the reception staff. However they provided us with a fan

The people who work here make you very comfortable even if not a great German speaker. Location is excellent and is near to major touron zone without being smack in middle
