Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much

The room had a little frig which we appreciated. The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary bikes

And the weather played it's part and offered fantastic views. Yes, the furniture is old and the swimming pool small, but overall this was a great stay

The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! It was also very expensive (€32) but we treated ourselves since we were on vacation! Overall, I would recommend this hotel highly

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk

The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast

The breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing, so I highly recommend that. The pool was okay and the rest of the amenities were being renovated so that was a bit of a disappointment

Good layout and room is quite spacious. I was on a business trip, the location was convenient for me to travel around the town

Location is very near main stations, however the surroundings are abit dangerous as we saw many ******** within 200m radius from the hotel.

If you need to iron you need to go to one room in the second floor to iron your cloths there. You get access to the pool and fitness room. Pool temperature was too cold and very small

The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation

There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Everything worked excellent. What stood out though was the staff and especially Fay who helped us through everything. I strongly recommend it

Loved the rooms, very neat and tidy. Rooms have Aircons and bed is comfy. It's quiet a busy hotel but noise is not an issue. A few mins walk to the bus station but overall a little further from the city.

It was amazing, the main central station was just 11 mins away on public transport. Even during the night, the hotel had great connections. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean. Totally recommended.

The empty space in the middle can be used to spread out 3 suitcases. The hot water is very big, very comfortable, and comes quickly! The mirror in the bathroom is a little high, I can only see my head 🥲

It was clean and they folded your clothes for you. But the quilt was a little short. Aren't foreigners quite tall? I'm 166cm tall and I think it's OK. There is also a 1 meter ✖️1 meter pillow

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

This hotel is new and the environment is good, but the space is average and not very spacious. There are parking spaces on the road

When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient. Otherwise, you have to buy a parking ticket from a machine)

Clean and sanitary, 7-8 minutes walk from the train station, the waiter is very enthusiastic, early check-in is not allowed. 8-meter king size bed room, but was given a 1. 5-meter queen size room when checking in

The staffs are really friendly, like the one on night shift that helped us happily with our request of warm milk after a rainy day outside, and also the Spa team whom are always so informative and ready to give us a little tour of where is which

The staff on the breakfast are also really attentive, providing us with options of warm drinks/juices/water/breakfast champagne (upon arrival to our table) also they provide fresh waffles/pancakes/french toast/ Benedict Avo-toast alongside the various eggs options

We are a family of 4 and had a great time. Marco helped us during check in. My husband forgot his wallet in the cab. Marco was able to track the cab and get us the wallet. Meenat- in charge of room service was amazing

Room and toilet are small. No tissue, hand towel and no slippers. Air conditioner is a standalone unit which is near the window. So air-conditioning does not fill the room.

The rooms are very different, but most are pretty big for European standards. Once we had a dark room with a really bad smell - but they changed it and gave us a big, lightfilled one with a nice new, big bathroom

The heat was just too unbearable and I had to book another hotel. My room had a balcony door I could open but it was broken, missing 2 hinges. Almost fell right off when we first opened it

The hotel is in a quiet place, and if your room has windows to the streets, it's quiet, if you have windows to the hotel garden, you might hear bar guests. Big grocery stores are close by

The hotel is not far from Central Station, about a five-minute walk. The hotel looks a bit old and has a small lobby, but the rooms are quite large and quite clean and tidy. It's a good choice.
