Why are there no self-serve laundry machines here? Would have been 5 stars if I could just do my laundry here instead of down the road. Check out Mullers laundromat, the woman here was very helpful for my tourist self
The swimming pool was quite well sized and the sauna area did not lack anything
Showers had incredible water pressure. Pro tip: just pull that drain plug right out or the tub fills faster than it drains
However, they are not fully trained in checking procedures so be prepared to spend some time if it is not a straight forward procedure. The lobby bar is called "The drop" and the service is excellent
I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. I complained the first night, I have been said it was not possible to change room and the roomservice will check
I have been here for a few days so far. The rooms are okay but a little run down. There are no snacks or drinks in the rooms. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful

There was a small indoor pool that looked nice but we didn’t use
Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much
The room had a little frig which we appreciated. The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary bikes
And the weather played it's part and offered fantastic views. Yes, the furniture is old and the swimming pool small, but overall this was a great stay
The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! It was also very expensive (€32) but we treated ourselves since we were on vacation!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel highly
Careful about the restaurant’s serving hours as the reception told me the kitchen was opened until 10, but it’s actually until 9. 47 and I could not order food (save for frozen pizza that they serve until the bar closes)

It’s located central, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed on 31 afternoon , they installed tables around for dinner
Next morning at breakfast on 1 January, they had not friendly blond woman at bar, serving „ early bird“ breakfast. it was difficult to get hold of anyone to get breakfast or at least coffee
Great variety at breakfast and good quality food, plus the view of the city and some of the historical buildings was nice. Pool was very busy so we didn't hang around, but looked nice
I was here for a conference. The rating is for the facility and the grounds. The service and food are excellent. On the heart of the city it has all world charm with modern conveniences. The rooftop and patio are lovely.
This was my second time staying at the Bayerischer and I highly recommend it if you are coming to Munich!! The location is central to everything and they have so many amenities
The staff provided excellent service right from the first Hello. The rooms and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I will definitely be going back

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the Oktoberfest. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard
Would stay again and would recommend to others
Our room was very nice, clean, bathroom was large, 2 sinks, huge tub and a nice stand alone shower. Comfy bed, nice TV, came with bathrobes for the pool, little fridge & safe. Beautiful views of the Alps from our balcony
On the upside, breakfast is amazing and our staff interactions were excellent all around! It’s in a quiet neighborhood well connected to the U-Bahn. And again, we were fortunate to have an updated room
The shower is an awkward configuration, and the toilet if less than efficient - ahem - which seems like a big issue from a structural perspective! Not sure how you fix that in a structure this large

There are also local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The amenities include a wellness area with a gym and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or work
Went to the hotel to eat at the bar. We sat outside to watch the Germany North Ireland EM match. The outdoor seating area was actually pretty large and looked cool..would definitely pay another visit.
The Pullman Munich Hotel offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Many rooms feature balconies, adding a nice touch to the experience
Overall, the Pullman Munich delivers a comfortable stay with good value, especially if you appreciate a quieter, relaxed atmosphere slightly away from the city center buzz
The hotel is beautiful! The reception was extremely nice and also the staff at breakfast was super friendly /attentive. Everything was very clean - the rooms really nice

Room is clean - no complaints here, everything works as it should, there are enough towels, and everything is spotless. Breakfast is pretty standard business hotel breakfast, no complaints again
The space is just ok, but the food mix was good. Our room was located on the top level of the hotel (a standard “deluxe” room). Perhaps for this reason, we had issues with hotel WiFi and some issues with temp control
Half the hotel faces the train station; we did not directly face the station and did not notice any train noise. So, location proves to be excellent without a detractor
At 6am, every cardio station was occupied!
Conclusion:
Can say its a good value place, but waiting for the rooms are a real issue - the staff just keeps saying the app will inform when in fact sometimes the room is ready and the app doesn't show it
They keep telling me room will be ready soon and I'll be informed by the app, but just go ask at the counter. No lounge in a business hotel? Didn't get any LM compensation too for no lounge access
Not good:
Took forever to get room ready. I kept getting promised a room, and eventually has to really get pushy at the reception, upon which my room magically was available

If you are searching for budget hotel for a longer period of time then this is your place. They offer a small kitchenette as well in the room which is really helpful for you to cook
TV is their but it does not allow you to mirror your mobile or laptop. They offer breakfast as well which is almost same daily which might be boring if you are staying for a long duration
The stay, service and quality standards were awesome. The cleaning was quite very well done, however, it would be great if you could offer it twice a week, instead of once a week
The apartment has enough facilities and tools to live comfortably and cook food when required, I will choose Derag again if I get a chance to visit Munich again
The location of this hotel in Munich is very close to Marien Platz (the centre) and the area of the hotel has got several options for lunch/dinner
It was for a weekend escape with my wife. We had really good time at the hotel. Everything was great!

Throughout our 3 day stay whenever we saw Jana she always checked on our stay and remembered our names. The room was large and very clean. We loved the stylish decor, desk and seating area
The shower flooded the entire bathroom after each use - I think maybe from a combination of the seamless floor design and current ongoing construction
The swimming pool is one of the more interesting things about the hotel. Like nothing you've experienced I'm willing to bet but rewarding to the adventurous
There is this random one-of-one Jacuzzi jet in the pool to the right of the fountain that is as strong as a fire hose. Works out the miles and miles of walking
While the immediate neighborhood might feel a little East Hollywood / Time Square, it's a gentle 10minute walk to the old town section or a tram right out the front
A welcoming / relaxing ambience contrasts the hustle of the exterior. Rooms were very comfortable, the showers are excellent, appreciated the bidet

Being a tourist and new to Germany, I had no idea what to do next. Went to the hotel to seek help and the lobby receptionist (a lady) went all the way calling local police and town council
Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is truly my favorite spot in Munich! This place holds so many memories and never fails to bring me happiness every time I visit
The service is impeccable—always attentive and warm, making you feel right at home. The coffee is just as amazing as it was 12 years ago; nothing has changed, and I absolutely love that consistency
We stayed from 12/14-12/7 (2024) with our two sons, ages 11 and 14…. cannot remember which suite it was, but big enough for everyone to fit comfortably and have their own private space
Finally it was discovered that my car was towed away due to unauthorized parking. I forgot the hotel staff's name as it could be difficult for me to remember a German name but I am very very grateful for her help
It’s a timeless gem in the heart of Munich, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Diesel cars are not allowed in the green eco area. Which is primarily the centre of Munich. 🏊♂️ swimming pool

Go to Bohemian in the lobby. Carlos C. is the best! So nice, great service, was able to handle the whole bar plus 8 tables with genuine ease, and was even able to mentor another employee in the midst. He made our night!
Nice indoor pool and sauna. Small workout room and has Champions Sports Bar in lobby. Great location, next to the subway at Nordfriedhof stop. Nice Italian restaurant within walking distance.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was really nice, there was plenty of options to choose from and the quality was great
The insulation between rooms could be better. The TV is a smart one with easy login to OTA, which really helps. The breakfast is a fell spread, and you get the choice of eggs too. Overall a good hotel in the city
I spent three nights with my family in this wonderful hotel and was impressed by the hotel facilities. Spa and fitness at the highest level. Everything shines with cleanliness

away from downtown Munich by subway which is around the corner. Rooms were very modern and loved the towel heater in the bathroom!
Grand Hotel Palladium Munich has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable
We stayed here for a night and have not used any of the offered services (sauna, breakfast), due to the lack of time on our side. Anyways, we would like to complement the hotel and room we stayed in
The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, minibar and strongbox. In the wellness area there are 3 saunas and a gym. I will definitely come back to this wonderful place!
Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather was quite hot, and this made the rooms a bit uncomfortable at times. However, they did provide a water fan in the room, which helped somewhat
Enjoyed our stay at Palladium very much. The family room was very spacious, the service excellent, and the food in the restaurant was really good

The S-bahn and U-bahn station is 5 minutes walk, passing a couple of supermarkets and a coffee shop. Will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Munich
- The continental breakfast was really great, huge selection of foods and very tasty. The bad:
- The shower would not drain properly and would be nearly flooding after just a few mins of the water being on
The hotel is nice, but not overly nice. The rooms were adequate. The towels were terrible; there were no toiletries. The breakfast was ok. The coffee machine was very good.
also it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest u-bahn to go to city center, so even though the area is not particularly interesting, it's easy to get to wherever you need
Stayed here for 4 nights in September 2024. The good:
- Excellent location
- The suite we were in was well laid out and spacious, the balcony was handy for drying clothes
- The fridge might as well have not existed, the coldest it would get was about 15deg C , making the leftovers stored there inedible and the drinks would never get cold

Instead of 1 room for 4 persons for 117 euro per day we were upgraded to 2 separate hotel rooms with connection door between them inside for total sum 218 euro but we did not pay anything extra
Both hotels are located in one building with internal and external connection
Check in queue in H2 was very long for 15-20 minutes, while check in process in H4...
Very good hotel with delicious breakfasts and gym for the guests. Rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the summer. Located in great area of former Munich airport and close to the underground.
We went to Munich for Adele's concert and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very clean and had views to the lake. It’s also close to the mall and the subway to go downtown
The room Wi-Fi was strong, although the Wi-Fi in the lobby and lounge bar was disappointing. **Facilities:** The gym, though small, is very functional with modern equipment, and it provides water and towels
The employees solved all our needs. The breakfast was very complete and yummy
The pillowcases were incredibly soft—honestly, the best I've experienced in all my travels. The showers were spotless, the safe was functional, and the minibar was well-stocked

The other disappointing part was the old crunchy towels, for such a beautiful property the towels should be nicer
As a globalist I appreciated the suite upgrade, the view of the suite was amazing and the huge bath tub is definitely my favorite. We also experienced the swimming pool. It was wonderful, we felt relaxed
I enjoyed the stay pretty much, as the room was spacious and very comfortable. The size of the room is big enough to give you the comfort of being in your living room at home!
Breakfast with a vast selection of food
There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Everything worked excellent. What stood out though was the staff and especially Fay who helped us through everything. I strongly recommend it
Amazing staff took great care of us. Food in the restaurant was excellent (breakfast and dinner). Super comfy Andaz Suite with more buttons and light switches than we had time to learn
Theresa and Johannes were excellent and are an asset to the hotel! Only complaint is that the service at the Lonely Broccoli takes forever, but the food itself was delicious

Just off the metro and near a grocery store. Staff speaks English and is very helpful. Great option if you are on a budget yet want a safe place to stay. Easy to get to anywhere in Munich from here by underground rail
Rooms were sufficient for what was needed, sauna was lovely and quiet, on site gym is a converted bedroom but it has equiptment needed, bar service was a little slow to non existant but not an issue overall, close access to the underground and a supermarket
On the route to the underground there is an establishment that was suprisingly busy on the daily which i wasnt expecting in broad daylight 🤣🤣
We had a terrific time in Munich at this holiday inn. Good hot breakfast in a sit down restaurant, free for kids to eat. Pool was still closed unfortunately, but we had so much fun swimming in the Eisbahn
A decent room for a good price. They have a (free of charge) swimming pool, sauna and steam room in the basement. And, a (free of charge) gym on the first floor
My room was fine but there was so much left to desire:
- Windows directly in front of a large construction site starting at 7am
- Bus-loads of Chinese and South American tourists
- swimming pool not opened, fact not disclosed at reservation or check-in
- Breakfast restaurant feeling squeezed and hectic
OK if for me you are on a budget, with a car and the (tiny!!) swimming pool is important for a medical reason for example

The location is near the tourist spots, trains and buses are nearby. Breakfast buffet is not expensive💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫
The staff very attentive and helpful. The room are nice (but don’t clean everyday- which one fine by me). Location just 5 min walk (even less) from main train station. Safe area, close 1 min to the metro
Many cafe, restaurant and supermarket around
The breakfast was standard, the staff were very friendly, I love the waffle station and it was delicious, however I did not enjoy the breakfast because I went down for breakfast around 9 and there were very cold sausages and bacon, eggs which were supposed to be kept warm
I am an Accor member and this is one of the hotel they suggested. No regrets in chosing this one. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Room is clean and no stinky smell. Room and bathroom is fit for the amount
Good location close to train station and short walk to old city. Only downside is, like many European cities the neighborhoods around the station tend to be a bit more sketchy and dirty nowadays, especially at night

Very nice hotel and just 4 exits via train from the center of town. They serve a great breakfast included with your room. There is plenty of variety for everyone in your party
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Next to the metro do it is easy to get to the city centre 10 minutes. Easy to get to the airport as well on the S8 or S1.
The room has ice cold a/c, and in many other hotels on our trip, they did not have any a/c. Friendly front desk staff, and they spoke both English and German
Rooms are standard hotel rooms, service was good, reception were helpful. Location for the backstage music venue was ideal as well as hirschgarten and the botanical gardens a pleasant walk away
The bathroom instructions and general practice suggest that towels hanging on hooks should not be replaced, while those on the floor should be. Despite this, all our towels were replaced during every cleaning
It's a bit out of the centre, but with trains and trams and buses, it's at most, a 40 minute ride into marienplatz/city centre. Also, a 45 minute train journey from the airport

Highly recommendable hotel: Very nice, sparkling clean, in an area plenty of green and relatively close to city center - the team working there is very polite and the hygiene concept is well applied
The people working here are definitely some of the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered
The hotel itself is also nice, the room was clean, the area felt pretty quiet, and it's easily accessible using the subway, so getting to the center is not a problem
The hotel seems it’s been renovated and there’s plenty of space in the rooms and is decently quiet as my sleep was not disturbed at all
And I really loved all the delicious options they had for breakfast
Staff were amazingly nice. Breakfast was very good and versatile. Bed was also comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was also appreciated.

The front desk staff, particularly one staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot (but whose parents were from the US and who grew up in Germany), were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city
A wonderful, cozy hotel with a soul, located not far from the city center in a great area with well-developed infrastructure. From the moment you step in, the staff surrounds you with care and attention
The hotel itself is a beautiful and elegant oasis in the bustling city of Munich. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the stunning decor to the impeccable service
They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at Hotel München Palace was truly wonderful
