Why are there no self-serve laundry machines here? Would have been 5 stars if I could just do my laundry here instead of down the road. Check out Mullers laundromat, the woman here was very helpful for my tourist self
The swimming pool was quite well sized and the sauna area did not lack anything
Showers had incredible water pressure. Pro tip: just pull that drain plug right out or the tub fills faster than it drains
However, they are not fully trained in checking procedures so be prepared to spend some time if it is not a straight forward procedure. The lobby bar is called "The drop" and the service is excellent
I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. I complained the first night, I have been said it was not possible to change room and the roomservice will check
I have been here for a few days so far. The rooms are okay but a little run down. There are no snacks or drinks in the rooms. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful

It’s located central, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed on 31 afternoon , they installed tables around for dinner
Next morning at breakfast on 1 January, they had not friendly blond woman at bar, serving „ early bird“ breakfast. it was difficult to get hold of anyone to get breakfast or at least coffee
Great variety at breakfast and good quality food, plus the view of the city and some of the historical buildings was nice. Pool was very busy so we didn't hang around, but looked nice
I was here for a conference. The rating is for the facility and the grounds. The service and food are excellent. On the heart of the city it has all world charm with modern conveniences. The rooftop and patio are lovely.
This was my second time staying at the Bayerischer and I highly recommend it if you are coming to Munich!! The location is central to everything and they have so many amenities
The staff provided excellent service right from the first Hello. The rooms and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I will definitely be going back

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the Oktoberfest. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard
Some of the reviews on here are very harsh. The hallways are a tad outdated and could use a refresh, but you’re only walking through them for 30 seconds
Would stay again and would recommend to others
On the upside, breakfast is amazing and our staff interactions were excellent all around! It’s in a quiet neighborhood well connected to the U-Bahn. And again, we were fortunate to have an updated room
The pool and spa is beautiful and overlooks the whole city from the top floor with panoramic views

There was a small indoor pool that looked nice but we didn’t use
Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much
The room had a little frig which we appreciated. The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary bikes
And the weather played it's part and offered fantastic views. Yes, the furniture is old and the swimming pool small, but overall this was a great stay
The breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! It was also very expensive (€32) but we treated ourselves since we were on vacation! Overall, I would recommend this hotel highly
Careful about the restaurant’s serving hours as the reception told me the kitchen was opened until 10, but it’s actually until 9. 47 and I could not order food (save for frozen pizza that they serve until the bar closes)

Room is clean - no complaints here, everything works as it should, there are enough towels, and everything is spotless. Breakfast is pretty standard business hotel breakfast, no complaints again
The space is just ok, but the food mix was good. Our room was located on the top level of the hotel (a standard “deluxe” room). Perhaps for this reason, we had issues with hotel WiFi and some issues with temp control
Half the hotel faces the train station; we did not directly face the station and did not notice any train noise. So, location proves to be excellent without a detractor
At 6am, every cardio station was occupied! Conclusion: Can say its a good value place, but waiting for the rooms are a real issue - the staff just keeps saying the app will inform when in fact sometimes the room is ready and the app doesn't show it
They keep telling me room will be ready soon and I'll be informed by the app, but just go ask at the counter. No lounge in a business hotel? Didn't get any LM compensation too for no lounge access
Not good: Took forever to get room ready. I kept getting promised a room, and eventually has to really get pushy at the reception, upon which my room magically was available

Throughout our 3 day stay whenever we saw Jana she always checked on our stay and remembered our names. The room was large and very clean. We loved the stylish decor, desk and seating area
The shower flooded the entire bathroom after each use - I think maybe from a combination of the seamless floor design and current ongoing construction
The swimming pool is one of the more interesting things about the hotel. Like nothing you've experienced I'm willing to bet but rewarding to the adventurous
There is this random one-of-one Jacuzzi jet in the pool to the right of the fountain that is as strong as a fire hose. Works out the miles and miles of walking
While the immediate neighborhood might feel a little East Hollywood / Time Square, it's a gentle 10minute walk to the old town section or a tram right out the front
A welcoming / relaxing ambience contrasts the hustle of the exterior. Rooms were very comfortable, the showers are excellent, appreciated the bidet

Being a tourist and new to Germany, I had no idea what to do next. Went to the hotel to seek help and the lobby receptionist (a lady) went all the way calling local police and town council
Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is truly my favorite spot in Munich! This place holds so many memories and never fails to bring me happiness every time I visit
The service is impeccable—always attentive and warm, making you feel right at home. The coffee is just as amazing as it was 12 years ago; nothing has changed, and I absolutely love that consistency
We stayed from 12/14-12/7 (2024) with our two sons, ages 11 and 14…. cannot remember which suite it was, but big enough for everyone to fit comfortably and have their own private space
Finally it was discovered that my car was towed away due to unauthorized parking. I forgot the hotel staff's name as it could be difficult for me to remember a German name but I am very very grateful for her help
It’s a timeless gem in the heart of Munich, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Diesel cars are not allowed in the green eco area. Which is primarily the centre of Munich. 🏊‍♂️ swimming pool 🅿️ underground extra cost
Go to Bohemian in the lobby. Carlos C. is the best! So nice, great service, was able to handle the whole bar plus 8 tables with genuine ease, and was even able to mentor another employee in the midst. He made our night!
Nice indoor pool and sauna. Small workout room and has Champions Sports Bar in lobby. Great location, next to the subway at Nordfriedhof stop. Nice Italian restaurant within walking distance.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was really nice, there was plenty of options to choose from and the quality was great
The insulation between rooms could be better. The TV is a smart one with easy login to OTA, which really helps. The breakfast is a fell spread, and you get the choice of eggs too. Overall a good hotel in the city
I spent three nights with my family in this wonderful hotel and was impressed by the hotel facilities. Spa and fitness at the highest level. Everything shines with cleanliness

There are also local restaurants and shops within walking distance. The amenities include a wellness area with a gym and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or work
Went to the hotel to eat at the bar. We sat outside to watch the Germany North Ireland EM match. The outdoor seating area was actually pretty large and looked cool..would definitely pay another visit.
The Pullman Munich Hotel offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. Many rooms feature balconies, adding a nice touch to the experience
Overall, the Pullman Munich delivers a comfortable stay with good value, especially if you appreciate a quieter, relaxed atmosphere slightly away from the city center buzz
The hotel is beautiful! The reception was extremely nice and also the staff at breakfast was super friendly /attentive. Everything was very clean - the rooms really nice

Due to the length I had asked in advance for a quieter room knowing it was right across from the train station, and without having to remind them they placed me on the backside of the building to where it wasn't as loud when I opened my window
This was our last stop for two nights after over 3 weeks of travelling. We were hoping for a comfy bed in a spacious room that was quiet. Forgot to take a video but it was very spacious
Mostly clean except the window sill (had a bird poo on it). With the window closed it was very quiet. Opposite train station so location was perfect and a short walk into the old town
We also had dinner at the restaurant attached and it was lovely and reasonable priced. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and lots of choices. I also found the history of the hotel very interesting
The pre-cooked eggs are not so hot for the price, but you can ask for eggs made to order. I will definitely stay here again. Did I say the AC works well? That made Munich in summer much more enjoyable
I had a wonderful stay at Eden hotel Wolf in Munich. The blankets are nice and fluffy. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is expensive but it’s a great spread

Very good hotel with delicious breakfasts and gym for the guests. Rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the summer. Located in great area of former Munich airport and close to the underground.
We went to Munich for Adele's concert and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very clean and had views to the lake. It’s also close to the mall and the subway to go downtown
The room Wi-Fi was strong, although the Wi-Fi in the lobby and lounge bar was disappointing. **Facilities:** The gym, though small, is very functional with modern equipment, and it provides water and towels
The employees solved all our needs. The breakfast was very complete and yummy
The pillowcases were incredibly soft—honestly, the best I've experienced in all my travels. The showers were spotless, the safe was functional, and the minibar was well-stocked

Room was immaculate, and although very cramped for a family of 4, the bunk beds for the kids were full size single beds with their own light, so about as good as you could get for the price
Simple rooms, totally worth the price, excellent breakfast. Easily accessible via Metro and Bus. Recommended for anyone visiting Munich to explore the city during the day, and get good sleep in the night.
All in all, a nice, useful stopover hotel. Not a hotel to stay in long term, especially with a family, but as a 1 night stop it was excellent
Nice clean family room, no signs of wear not odd smells (we've previously spent a night in an apparently "smoking allowed" room - BB Hotel Erlangen, which was not very pleasant)
You will get a code upon reservation and you can use that code to enter your room and parking area. So just book and stay at no complex procedures no waiting time
The hotel is very close to the Autobahn, but no noise disturbances at all, even with one window open all night. We will definitely use this hotel again

The other disappointing part was the old crunchy towels, for such a beautiful property the towels should be nicer
As a globalist I appreciated the suite upgrade, the view of the suite was amazing and the huge bath tub is definitely my favorite. We also experienced the swimming pool. It was wonderful, we felt relaxed
I enjoyed the stay pretty much, as the room was spacious and very comfortable. The size of the room is big enough to give you the comfort of being in your living room at home! Breakfast with a vast selection of food
There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Everything worked excellent. What stood out though was the staff and especially Fay who helped us through everything. I strongly recommend it
Amazing staff took great care of us. Food in the restaurant was excellent (breakfast and dinner). Super comfy Andaz Suite with more buttons and light switches than we had time to learn
Theresa and Johannes were excellent and are an asset to the hotel! Only complaint is that the service at the Lonely Broccoli takes forever, but the food itself was delicious

Just off the metro and near a grocery store. Staff speaks English and is very helpful. Great option if you are on a budget yet want a safe place to stay. Easy to get to anywhere in Munich from here by underground rail
Rooms were sufficient for what was needed, sauna was lovely and quiet, on site gym is a converted bedroom but it has equiptment needed, bar service was a little slow to non existant but not an issue overall, close access to the underground and a supermarket On the route to the underground there is an establishment that was suprisingly busy on the daily which i wasnt expecting in broad daylight 🤣🤣
We had a terrific time in Munich at this holiday inn. Good hot breakfast in a sit down restaurant, free for kids to eat. Pool was still closed unfortunately, but we had so much fun swimming in the Eisbahn
A decent room for a good price. They have a (free of charge) swimming pool, sauna and steam room in the basement. And, a (free of charge) gym on the first floor
My room was fine but there was so much left to desire: - Windows directly in front of a large construction site starting at 7am - Bus-loads of Chinese and South American tourists - swimming pool not opened, fact not disclosed at reservation or check-in - Breakfast restaurant feeling squeezed and hectic
OK if for me you are on a budget, with a car and the (tiny!!) swimming pool is important for a medical reason for example

Spilled drinks in the fridge are ignored and fridge shelves left sticky and smelly. Room service basically empties the trash bins, makes the beds and replenishes the dirty towels. Serious attention is needed here
Great location, only a 15 min walk or 3 min by S Bahn from the train station. We opted out of the €20 breakfast and got a delicious cup of coffee and a croissant 2 houses down the street
Clean, beautiful, abdolutely quiet. The only minus: TV was defective, and they weren't able to fix it
Very good hotel close to the Munich center. It's only 5-10 minutes away from the center by tram and very close to the coach station. The room is big, very comfortable and modern
Room: Clean and spacious, with huge toilets (that had see through glass wall). The hotel staff assisted us to cover the glass with towels (great fix) as we stayed as a family
It has all the necessary for short and long stays. The service and reception staff is very kind and helpful. It is also very recommended for Spanish people as most of the employees were Spanish

I have nothing but pleasant things to say about this hotel. The staff is amazing and very pleasant to deal with. Me and my fiancé took our first trip to Europe and staying in Bavaria this was a gold mine
Polite staff. Delicious food, sauna and pool and most importantly there is Parking))) the rooms are clean. One minus is bad smell in the corridors, probably, carpeted absorbed...
You can always request the shuttle to the local Moosfeld station. Thank you Hotel Am Moosfeld for making our first trip to Bavaria a real pleasure! Also the breakfast and restaurant are very delicious
We stayed during the Easter break and since the night were cool so was the room. We left the terrace door and window open. The transportation is not far to the city center
Perfect location for Munich Exhibition Grounds visitors. Getting in by public transport is not easy, as you need to walk some 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.

Quite a good hotel for its class. Delicious Breakfast. Great bed. The purity level.Convenient location. The staff is ready to help. For affordable Italian option.
Very nice hotel, everything what’s needed is there. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast with a good coffee. Will definitely come back here again.
Nice hotel close to station. Friendly staff and a great base for your exploration of Munich. Highly recommend
Very reasonable accommodation in what I felt was a perfect location for Oktoberfest, the city centre and central station. All within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptional and helpful
The private room is simply two single beds pushed together for one (they were comfortable but difficult to share as a couple). The staff were very helpful and the bar was always busy

Very nice hotel and just 4 exits via train from the center of town. They serve a great breakfast included with your room. There is plenty of variety for everyone in your party
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Next to the metro do it is easy to get to the city centre 10 minutes. Easy to get to the airport as well on the S8 or S1.
The room has ice cold a/c, and in many other hotels on our trip, they did not have any a/c. Friendly front desk staff, and they spoke both English and German
Rooms are standard hotel rooms, service was good, reception were helpful. Location for the backstage music venue was ideal as well as hirschgarten and the botanical gardens a pleasant walk away
The bathroom instructions and general practice suggest that towels hanging on hooks should not be replaced, while those on the floor should be. Despite this, all our towels were replaced during every cleaning
It's a bit out of the centre, but with trains and trams and buses, it's at most, a 40 minute ride into marienplatz/city centre. Also, a 45 minute train journey from the airport

away from downtown Munich by subway which is around the corner. Rooms were very modern and loved the towel heater in the bathroom!
Grand Hotel Palladium Munich has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable
We stayed here for a night and have not used any of the offered services (sauna, breakfast), due to the lack of time on our side. Anyways, we would like to complement the hotel and room we stayed in
The rooms are comfortable and clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, minibar and strongbox. In the wellness area there are 3 saunas and a gym. I will definitely come back to this wonderful place!
Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather was quite hot, and this made the rooms a bit uncomfortable at times. However, they did provide a water fan in the room, which helped somewhat
Enjoyed our stay at Palladium very much. The family room was very spacious, the service excellent, and the food in the restaurant was really good
