They were exceedingly patient with members of my group who spoke only English and have never traveled to Germany and I’m appreciative of their staff for their patience! Our housekeeper was especially pleasant and friendly, making sure not to disturb us with my daughter’s strange sleep schedule after having difficulty adjusting to the time change

The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! We come every year here and we will come back next year!

Very luxurious hotel. Make sure you get a suite, that gives you all the little extras. Restaurants are spectacular, with a lot of traditional dishes on the next level. Amazing bar, service is great. We loved all of it.

I lost my sneakers in the fitness room and the receptionist liva bognar kept the sneakers for me several days until I have time to visit the fitness room again

From shrimp to salmon, escargots, quiche lorraine, warm chocolate cake, creme brulee, warm apple strudel w/vanilla sauce to fine tea, champagne, smoothies, tasty croissants, pasta with truffles-we felt in heaven! All was so beautifully arranged with a bouquet of flowers and silver cutlery

The most important thing however was the personal touch you received the minute you enter the hotel as a guest! Thank you for making our weekend a memorable and exquisite one to remember! Sue & Family

The bathroom was huge and beautiful and had a luxurious shower and amenities. The sheets were crisp, the towels were fluffy and the robes were so comfy

In some minor details you can notice that the hotel is already existing for 20 years, but the staff makes up for it in every possible way: super friendly, attentive, very caring, I always feel welcome when staying here

Throughout our 3 day stay whenever we saw Jana she always checked on our stay and remembered our names. The room was large and very clean. We loved the stylish decor, desk and seating area

The buffet breakfast was extensive with foods for every eating style. loved the cooked-to-order omelettes and the huge block of honeycomb. Every kind of coffee order was available

The staff was extremely attentive to refreshening the buffet and bringing us fresh drinks. We traveled throughout Europe for 5 weeks and this was by far my favorite hotel

Positives: The hotel is located close to old city which is a plus. The rooms and the overall hotel has a pleasing old-fashioned interior which is unique. The breakfast service staff is very helpful

This is where you'll find true Bavarian hospitality, where the staff genuinely cares about you and does their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from the chocolate bars left daily on your pillow to a bottle of water that you can grab whenever you're heading out

Negatives: the neighborhood can *feel* a bit unsafe at night. The rooms need soundproof windows to block out the noise of late night parties. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted by drunk people screaming outside

Very nice room with super window glass, although the Hotel is located directly on the road, you stop at geschlossenm window, no noise! Air conditioning in the room can also be turned off, friendly staff, car can be parked with extra charges and even dangers in the Garage, large selection at Breakfast

Good sized rooms, fancy bathroom, comfortable big bed. Great breakfast with vegan options and coffeeshop quality coffee. Staff is cool and friendly. Walking distance to city center, and the main train station.

Great service, lovely rooms, free Wi-Fi, no stupidly priced peanuts in the mini bar. Close to the station and the famous Augustiner-Keller beer garden.

The rooms are very clean and quite. Even in they are not very lange you don't miss anything as they are efficiently furnished. Convenient position near main railway station. Excellent price quality ratio

Two pair of hotel slippers, one big and one small towel and towel for the floor were provided. Room was clean, shower hot and working, shampoo, soap - provided. Comfortable bed with two separate mattresses

Grand Hotel Palladium Munich has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable

Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather was quite hot, and this made the rooms a bit uncomfortable at times. However, they did provide a water fan in the room, which helped somewhat

It was a room for two, spacious and had enough place for storage, bedside tables had bed lamps, there were thick curtains, jalousie, air conditioner

Big renovations and expansion planned here in the coming years! There is a good bar in the did with a little/middle pool with a great view over Munich, particularly the Altstadt and Downtown area

Since arriving the entrance, can already feel their amazing service. Been there so many times and still in love with. From the Bar, restaurant, meeting rooms and it’s roof top, never get disappointed

My only small disappointment was that our view was of the parking garage demolition project. But the room was otherwise amazing and we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway. This was our second time in this hotel

I was really happy with my stay in MO Munich. Brand new room, stylish, modern, perfectly functioning aircon, top cleanliness. In addition, the breakfast was exceptional

- The continental breakfast was really great, huge selection of foods and very tasty. The bad: - The shower would not drain properly and would be nearly flooding after just a few mins of the water being on

The hotel is nice, but not overly nice. The rooms were adequate. The towels were terrible; there were no toiletries. The breakfast was ok. The coffee machine was very good.

also it's about a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest u-bahn to go to city center, so even though the area is not particularly interesting, it's easy to get to wherever you need

Stayed here for 4 nights in September 2024. The good: - Excellent location - The suite we were in was well laid out and spacious, the balcony was handy for drying clothes

- The fridge might as well have not existed, the coldest it would get was about 15deg C , making the leftovers stored there inedible and the drinks would never get cold

Due to the length I had asked in advance for a quieter room knowing it was right across from the train station, and without having to remind them they placed me on the backside of the building to where it wasn't as loud when I opened my window

This was our last stop for two nights after over 3 weeks of travelling. We were hoping for a comfy bed in a spacious room that was quiet. Forgot to take a video but it was very spacious

Mostly clean except the window sill (had a bird poo on it). With the window closed it was very quiet. Opposite train station so location was perfect and a short walk into the old town

We also had dinner at the restaurant attached and it was lovely and reasonable priced. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and lots of choices. I also found the history of the hotel very interesting

The pre-cooked eggs are not so hot for the price, but you can ask for eggs made to order. I will definitely stay here again. Did I say the AC works well? That made Munich in summer much more enjoyable

I had a wonderful stay at Eden hotel Wolf in Munich. The blankets are nice and fluffy. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is expensive but it’s a great spread

That’s not a problem usually but all of the cheese and meat were stuck together like it had been refrigerated but not wrapped. We ate there the first morning and stopped by McDonald’s on the way out the next morning

Very close to the city center without having to be in the middle of the madness. In one direction you have the bus and in the other the tram. Not a lot of options for food unfortunately

The beds were super comfortable, with one king-size bed and the couch that folds out in queen-size. A cleverly designed bathroom completed the suite with double sinks and a very efficient shower enclosure

I spent 7nights in a double en suite room. The hotel is located not far from the main stain but in a safe area. The is a tram stop just outisede the hotel which makes reaching the city Centre very easy

Everything about the room was great. Good location within walking distance from the train station. The room was very comfortable equipped with air conditioning which was useful during the hot days

I spent three weeks in Munich this June, and my stay at this Derag hotel was great. The small kitchenette was very useful in making most of my own meals

This is a cozy hotel, with hospitable polite helpful staff. I have stayed here very often in the past 10 years and prefer this over anyother hotel

Great place to stay outside of the more touristy zone. Modern and chic in a very fun district. The host / bartender was so helpful and friendly, plus wonderful drinks!

This was the third time I've stayed in this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. It is really conveniently located, my room was very quiet, housekeeping was great as was all of the staff

A few minutes walk from the train station, basic hotel, rooms were ok but no air conditioning so was quite hot in the warm temperature. The breakfast though a small selection was better than expected.

First of all this hotel is five minutes from the main Munich train station. It makes it easy to get to the airport. The rooms were quiet and great views of trees and the beds were excellent

There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find anything you need. The hotel itself is impressive, with very clean facilities and friendly staff

Despite being near a busy hub, I felt safe walking around at night, which is a stark contrast from the area around Frankfurt's central station
