The hotel is comfort, new and clean! I recommend it. The location is perfect too, near a subway station. The staff didn’t want to recommend where to park on the street of course forcing us to use the expensive hotel parking lot.
Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful. Rooms are good. However the staff isn't professional at all. Rude, cold and arrogant. Especially the reception. I'm very upset with that.
Nice clean rooms. Great view of Olympic Park. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast with a lot of different options to choose from.

A bit out from the heart of Munich but easy access to trains, trams, and buses. It rained alot while we were there and they have umbrellas for us to borrow. They charge 16 euro for the breakfast, which was surprising given the cost of the room.
You absolutely can find better accomodation at a lower price. For what you pay, the rooms are small and basic (a squeeze for 2 people, no fridge, basic amenities). Breakfast is basic (Continental only). However, the location provides good public transport connections.
Perfect place for exploring the city, as it's within walking distance from the U1 metro line. The bar and terrace on premise are excellent for chilled sit down. There is a supermarket and post office right next to the hotel too for any other needs.
Great location, very friendly staff. The design very appealing, modern and comfortable. The rooms were super clean and well isolated from street noise. I would only add a small fridge and change the pillows which gave me some pain in the neck. But overall, I'd really recommend it, well worth the money.
Towels were not changed. We had same breakfast for 8 days. Their coffee was warm and we did not have tea or water in our rooms. The reception staff was very friendly though
Good experience. Thehotel isn't super fancy, but it is convenient for short stays and has all the basic requirements needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable, and the room is air-conditioned. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating.

This is a good value for money choice in Munique. Rooms are small, but have enough for a stay. It is clean and well located. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast is good, but doesn't have a lot of options.
Excellent hotel , very comfortable, great location and good breakfast. The rooms are slightly small but very comfortable. Highly recommended.
If anyone is looking for great deals for hotel rooms check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and they had the lowest rates any where! I have a super great experience in this motel. Suoer clean rooms、great service and awesome corona management. AND: Considering interior design、 so far the best Motel One I know. (So many Spaceships!)
Very clean. Lovely bar. Nice staff. Great location. Small rooms. But hey? Who goes to Munich to stay in their room?
Motel one offers good accommodation at excellent prices. The rooms are compact but perfectly adequate. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service and great value for money! The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic. I'm really pleased to have found such a great place to stay within my budget in Munich.
I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. It’s best feature was that it was extremely quiet with quality features, at a very good price. Parking is extra, but if you’re careful you can get on the street if you’re early enough, which I was able to do twice. I would certainly stay here again, the breakfast is very good but way too expensive at €16.
Fantastic hotel! We arrived two hours before check in and our room was ready which was a lovely surprise after an early flight that morning. Clean and spacious rooms with complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Less than a 10 minute walk to Moosfeld metro station. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Best deal in town. Quiet, clean rooms in modern European style. Good hot shower, comfortable beds, reasonably spacious, very inexpensive. Breakfast costs extra. Front desk a bit cold and unwelcoming and the maid opened our door at 8 am after tapping almost inaudibly and not announcing herself, which was a shock. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for budget conscious travelers. The neighborhood...
The hotel had nice amenities and the staff were efficient and welcoming, but the only reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there is no air conditioning. We are in southern Germany, not Iceland. There is no excuse for a hotel like the Ramada to have no air conditioning.
Liked · the stay was amazing and it felt like its a relatively new building with everything new. Great hotel in a very quiet location. My room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel has a rooftop terrace and nice backyard. Availability of laundry makes your life easier. Although it is pretty far away from the city center, it provides a good value for money if you rent it for >10 days as they have special offers.
Extremely good value considering what you get. Stayed one month in a room with balcony and kitchen. Well equipped. (Beds are hard though, and noisy mid-night delivery to the bakery across the street is a thing. Not that bad if you close the window, but then you cook as there is no fan.)
It is perfectly splendid place. Very clean room with minimal design. There is a small kitchen with essential equipment. There isn’t AC. However we didn’t have any issues room temperature. They have very kindly staff. Our experience was absolutely enjoyable.
I found this hotel on HotelTonight and booked it on my arrival to Munich at 10am. By 12 I had arrived and they let me leave my luggage until check-in at 3pm. This hotel was fantastic and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place. They have baby cribs if you ask. We came from USA and this was a huge help for our 9month old baby. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures of the room. The room...
Very bad place with cleaning only after three days kitchen equipment not taken and cleaned at all. New towels full of yellow marks. No idea why it has a good rating on online web pages.
More of a small apartment than a room. Wad only here one night but a modern hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are clean and modern but this does mean they lack character, however for a business trip they are ideal. Plenty of plugs in good places to recharge your electronics, large blackout blinds and comfortable beds. There is a small kitchen area with utensils and crockery should you wish to...

It was for a weekend escape with my wife. We had really good time at the hotel. Everything was great!
Pros: Nice and clean Cons: No AC in the room. No service on a Sunday Shower head attachment broken Shower has pink water marks on the walls Hotel very dated
The stay, service and quality standards were awesome. The cleaning was quite very well done, however, it would be great if you could offer it twice a week, instead of once a week. The apartment has enough facilities and tools to live comfortably and cook food when required, I will choose Derag again if I get a chance to visit Munich again. Thank you for the service.
If you are searching for budget hotel for a longer period of time then this is your place. They offer a small kitchenette as well in the room which is really helpful for you to cook. Very professional and friendly staff. Also the kitchenette in the rooms are extremely functional. Stayed for a month here, the value for price provided alongside the hotel’s location were perfect

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Next to the metro do it is easy to get to the city centre 10 minutes. Easy to get to the airport as well on the S8 or S1.
It's a bit out of the centre, but with trains and trams and buses, it's at most, a 40 minute ride into marienplatz/city centre. Also, a 45 minute train journey from the airport. Rooms are standard hotel rooms, service was good, reception were helpful. Location for the backstage music venue was ideal as well as hirschgarten and the botanical gardens a pleasant walk away.
Excellent location next to S-Bahn station. 5 stops from Marienplatz. Clean rooms with toiletries, fluffy white towels, clean bedding, A/C and TV. Kettle and coffee. Quiet rooms. Efficient reception staff. Self service store in lobby with drinks, sandwiches, ice creams, beer wine and toiletries which is very handy. Would recommend most certainly.
Overall, this hotel is decent. It's located just about 100 meters from the train station, with frequent trains to the city center and other areas. The breakfast was simple (bread, yogurt, boiled eggs, coffee, juice) but of good quality. The room with two beds was small but functional. The air conditioning in the room was excellent; you could easily adjust the fan speed and temperature. Despite the...
Very nice hotel and just 4 exits via train from the center of town. They serve a great breakfast included with your room. There is plenty of variety for everyone in your party. The room has ice cold a/c, and in many other hotels on our trip, they did not have any a/c. Friendly front desk staff, and they spoke both English and German. Would go back again.
Excellent and clean rooms. The free breakfast was superb! So much to choose from…and for the gluten free community, they have lots to enjoy. The service was wonderful!

This is a cozy hotel, with hospitable polite helpful staff. I have stayed here very often in the past 10 years and prefer this over anyother hotel
Cool Munich Olympia 70's games feeling. Great interior feeling from the time, well original decorated of course Corean sink, sliding doors, Japanese windows, dark wooden wardrobe, golden switcher and creme white walls etc. etc. Absolute Vintage you feel well designed 70's space you beam back in the time but with WiFi ;-) I had a corner apartment with balcony, absolutely vintage 70's boutique.
My experience in Derag Living hotel is a good one, the hotel staff is 100% professional, kind and in one word amazing! Also the rooms are clean, warm and it feels like home. One remark even though, it would be nice if you add a bread toaster in the breakfast room.
Large room, not recently renovated though. The whole building has an atmosphere of 30 years ago. Breakfast was decent, if you except the fact that it was impossible to make tea because the hot water was at best just lukewarm. Had to dial the code given for the free wifi every couple of hours, but when connected, it was fast.
All was good apart from having a room above a smoker. I couldn't open my balcony door until half past one in the morning as I had heavy smokers beneath me and all the smoke went right in my room when I tried to let in some air. An idea would be to place all smokers on the top floor. Just a thought.
It fits my taste. Very classic. Very quiet and home like. Good restaurant and very close to Olympia park.

The team placed us on the top floor with a great roof balcony & view. The location is excellent with connections to the S-Bahn/U-Bahn/regional trains. I would stay here again.
Ordinary room, helpful staff for the parking space arrangement (EUR5/night in underground garage, limited spaces better reserve in advance), next to U-bahn & S-bahn station pretty accessible to the city centre, sizeable shopping mall nearby can get most of the daily needs
Small well designed room (two beds room) for comfortable staying over day and night. Very good location reguarding transports on the west of the city, and it has a lot of shops nearby.
Best value for money you will find. Excellent in every way. Now obviously, they don’t have all the amenities of a four-star hotel….but clean and comfortable in every way.
Hotel is on great location near to all kinds of transportation. Market is also very near the hotel. It is great location with great guy on reception who welcomed us. I would only loved one more "chair" as we were traveling as a couple and one big blanket instead of two smaller ones. Munich is great city and this is without a doubt the best hotel to stay in during journey! We will come back again!
Great location for Oktoberfest. Right next to the train station for two types of trains. Easy to check in and access. Would recommend! Loved the seperate toilet and shower. Only thing we’d love to see is a small bar fridge.

We have stayed at AMANO hotel in London and now in Munich. Trendy, new, and clean rooms. Rooms are small, but all you would need when you are visiting a city. What made this location special was the service and its friendly staff. In particular, wanted to thank both Patrick and David that have been absolutely great.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good service and great location. Walkable to everything with tons of restaurants. Wifi is poor and no coffee is offered in the room. There is a 2 euro charge for coffee in the lobby. Rooms are small with no chairs to sit in. Breakfast is expensive. Not sure I would recommend for more than a few days.
Central location, 10 mins walking to literally everything you could ever need. Very quiet, clean. Staff is friendly and worked diligently to get us an early check in at 10am even though check in is at 3. Rooms are small so be prepared. Otherwise clean, modern, rain shower head, comfy pillows. There's a bar and breakfast area but the bar was never open and breakfast was too pricey for the limited options
Can’t believe this is only a 3-star hotel! The interior and rooms are beautifully decorated and perfectly clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a good breakfast buffet and amenities. In general, I was satisfied with this hotel, friendly and helpful staff, quiet rooms, breakfast was perfect, BUT This hotel is spiders friendly 😄 and also, they need to respect their guests more and put new towels in the rooms. Pillows also need to upgrade.

I recently stayed at H2 Hotel Messe Munchen, for Adele in Munich, excellent location just a stone’s throw from the Trade Fair. Good, simple, clean, close to Ubahn and straight connection to Main railway station. Breakfast is quite diverse: Warm: boiled eggs, tasty hash browns, sausages, poor scrambled eggs; 3 types of cheese (tasted like plastic), 3 types of salami; 4-5 types of cereals, fruit salad, yogurt, spreads; Awful coffee, cheep juice, decent croissant . Rooms quite, mattress ok, pillows too flat.
This hotel is a perfect fit for those going to the Messe. if you want to do anything downtown or need access to the airport, it will be a lengthy train ride. My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant – the room was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, on our last night, we had an issue with parking. After spending over an hour trying to find a spot, we approached the receptionist for help, but he was rude and refused...
the hotel was decent, was excpensive for what is had, the garage is really annoying as you need to ask for a ticket every time you need to get a ticket from reception. Fantastic place, great location with an underground train station right next to the hotel. Staff is also brilliant especially Mr. Till, parking space is very convenient & safe as well. We had asked whether our car could be left for few extra hours after checking out and the staff was happy enough to ask us to take our own time without charging extra.
Very cozy hotel with comfortable rooms. Right across the U2 line metro entrance. Just a couple of stops to Hauptbannof. This is the 2nd time we rest there; there will be more.
