Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games. Also a special thanks to Marc at the front desk as well as the rest of his colleagues who work at the front desk who helped me alot with an order I was placing to another hotel where I couldn’t overcome the language barrier
Too far from everything. First room smelled of smoke, front desk person got me a new room same floor. Thank you for that. People just smoke like chimneys in this place. You can smell it constantly. House keeping changed over room daily but twice forgot creamer for coffee. Its literally the only thing that really pisses me off staying in hotels 250 nights a year. Balconies are absolutely gross with...
New and clean rooms, can't ask for anything more for this price point. Smooth check in as well.
1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only.
Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food.
Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location.
Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket. Via tram , train and bus.
The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service and great value for money! The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic. I'm really pleased to have found such a great place to stay within my budget in Munich.
I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. It’s best feature was that it was extremely quiet with quality features, at a very good price. Parking is extra, but if you’re careful you can get on the street if you’re early enough, which I was able to do twice. I would certainly stay here again, the breakfast is very good but way too expensive at €16.
Fantastic hotel! We arrived two hours before check in and our room was ready which was a lovely surprise after an early flight that morning. Clean and spacious rooms with complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Less than a 10 minute walk to Moosfeld metro station. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Best deal in town. Quiet, clean rooms in modern European style. Good hot shower, comfortable beds, reasonably spacious, very inexpensive. Breakfast costs extra. Front desk a bit cold and unwelcoming and the maid opened our door at 8 am after tapping almost inaudibly and not announcing herself, which was a shock.
Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for budget conscious travelers. The neighborhood...
The hotel had nice amenities and the staff were efficient and welcoming, but the only reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there is no air conditioning. We are in southern Germany, not Iceland. There is no excuse for a hotel like the Ramada to have no air conditioning.
Liked · the stay was amazing and it felt like its a relatively new building with everything new. Nice spacious room which are amazing. bathrooms, toilets, are neat and clean. the amenities given were also nice.
beds were good and nice quality
The staffs were friendly and the rooms have a keycard for access
hot water were there and spacious wardrobe were also there
Disliked · the rooms were a bit warm...

The hotel is comfortable and the staff understands my needs. Although I was unfortunately sick these days, I was able to have a good rest in this hotel. I am quite satisfied.
Rooms were big and comfortable but the bedsheets and towels could be cleaner. Service definitely needs improvement, especially at the night shift. Location is okay, it's near to stations so you can reach anywhere.
Nice hotel, well connected to other parts of the city. Cosy, spacious room, comfy bed and perfect breakfast.
Nice room, large bed with good mattress, spacious shower, large entertainment TV, very good breakfast.
We stayed here 3 nights. I'd suggest this place. But only for business travels, not much for touristic reasons.
Liked:
Very clean room.
Quite area.
Adequite sized room.
Superb WiFi.
Modern hotel.
Has a bar in lobby. Prices are OK for a hotel. Guys in the bar were also nice and speak fluent English.
Staff professional and helpful.
Comfy beds. Not comfy pillows.
Good noise insulation.

receptionist were very nice and helpful. If you are staying in one of the offices nearby, the location is great. You are close to public transportation, shuttle to the airport and there is a nearby little shopping mall if you need to buy anything small. I stayed for 4nights including breakfast. Breakfast offered variety of options from sweet to salty, however scrambled eggs were overcooked and Kaiserschmarrn...
Rooms were lovely, staff lovely and whole place is generally clean except for all cigarette butts outside front door which is first thing you see. Parking €29 a night so park out front or on neighbouring streets for free. The restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed for some reason and bar only opens for 5.30 onwards so if you arrive early you can just sit in the lobby. The room we had was a suite and...
Recommended for business travel, good breakfast and attentive service.
This hotel is fine. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but got a smoking one. Thankfully they were able to change it. They said they can't really control whether it's smoking or not. This hotel is linked to a nicer hotel, so if you're seeing pictures and reading reviews it may not be the side your on. This one is the left and is cheaper. There's no AC and the room isn't very big. We used this when we flew...
We stayed in this hotel group in June 2023 (31 persons) for 1 night. The rooms are nice end have airco, The evening meal and breakfast, were excellent quality. The service and reception very friendly
It's not bad. It's quite close to the destination. The service is very good. It's exactly as expected. I'm very satisfied. I really like it. It completely exceeded my expectations. The waiter has a good attitude, very careful and strict. The atmosphere is also good, very quiet and very A satisfactory experience, I hope more friends will trust me.

Modern basic hotel with good central location, close to public transportation. Walking distance to restaurants and city center. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.
Great, quirky hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean and everything required in the rooms. Very comfy beds. Great selection for breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again if back in Munich.
I was really impressed with the art hotel Munich.
It is in an excellent location. Close to the station and old town Munich only 15 minutes walk way.
Our room was ready early and was really nice. Lovely and clean, comfy bed and brilliant shower. Staff on the desk were really helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay, great selection of breakfast items on the buffet and welcoming staff. Easy check in and check out. Our rooms were very comfortable and immaculately clean, nice hot shower. Hotel was a great location for us - very close to the main train station and several tram stops dotted about close by. Also walkable to city centre (Marienplatz, Karlplatz etc). It was also only 10-15 minute...
Very central hotel, the münchen hauptbahnhof is 5 minutes away, while marienplatz is only a 15-minute walk away.
The structure is large, new and well maintained.
The staff is really kind, helpful and smiling, even though we arrived about 3 hours before check-in they still gave us the room.
The breakfast is very extensive and varied.
The cleaning is excellent, with the possibility of changing linen...
Third time staying here for the Munich Bierfest, great hotel. Really clean and friendly, breakfast is good, and it's perfectly placed for access to the central station, the Bierfest and the old town. Can't recommend it highly enough.

The hotel’s accessibility was excellent — just a minute’s walk from tram and metro stations, making it very convenient for getting around the city.
However, it would be great if the rooms included a few more basic amenities such as a laundry bag and body lotion, which are usually standard in similar properties.
Overall, a comfortable stay with room for small improvements
nice location and friendly staff
Very good, standard business room.
It was obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet bowl. We could see some orange stain at the bottom of the bowl. There was also awful pee smell in the bathroom.
The breakfast was nice. Many options, fresh ingredients. However somebody there should adjust the pancake machine. Some parts of my pancakes were uncooked
The hotel is close to a subway station and several bus stops. The room and bathroom are large and clean.
Another stay in this hotel and still well recommended. Location is great since it is next to the U-Bahn.

A decent budget hotel. The only downside is that it only has air conditioning, no heating, and turning it on makes noise and the air is dry.
Good and simple option in Munich
The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The online pics did not reflect the esthetic of the hotel.
We stayed during Oktoberfest and the hotel was clean and quiet.

Budget hotels. Carry your own water bottle and refill from the taps or buy one and refill for the rest of the trip. Very close to railway station. Request for a phone in your room, it should be there by default but sometimes may not be there.
Good for a short stay. Very good location. Rooms clean. No water in the room. Breakfast ok, but the same every day (at least during my 3 nights' stay).
Nice location with beautiful ponds nearby. Good breakfast.
Very good service from the lady at reception who spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel was very pleasant and well located, 2 blocks from the train station. The room was very well equipped. The breakfast was very basic, with few options. There was no hair conditioner in the bathrooms.
Though not on the main city, transpo is walking distance.Breakfast excellent
Very nice and clean place. The breakfast was quite tasty, but not too big of a choice. The parking is a bit expensive - €20, but there is a chance to find a parking spot nearby. Theew was no fridge in the room. In general, a nice, clean place at a good location, at an affordable price.

The hotel room is located directly above a truck delivery warehouse, making it extremely noisy all night and impossible to sleep. The soundproofing of the room windows is also very poor. Doesn't the owner understand the importance of guests' rest? We hope they can improve the soundproofing of the windows!
The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The walls of the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor says. The room decor is uninviting and spare and we weren’t able to control the temperature in our room so we roasted.
The price was a little bit high and the more confusing thing that the checkout is 11:30 AM !! Which is not even 12 as all hotels.
The reception staff were not welcoming. The lobby were tiny.

I had a great stay here as a solo female traveler. Felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is huge. They have a nice little snack area that you can use self checkout to pay for in the lobby. clean and nice, usual Holiday Inn standard.
rooms are spacious.
we stayed two night, so far so good. but no restaurant nearby. have supermarket near by but close on Sundays like most supermarket in Munich. It is close to Munich museum, and the starting point of Munich Venice bike trail.

Room was spacious, clean and a 7 min walk to either the tram or the bus stop. Little fridge added was very convenient and useful. Staff was not particularly friendly but did their job nonetheless. We had to insist about getting the free drink that ******* offered to us for being gold members. Check out time at noon was great and rare to see anymore.
Great hotel with very good breakfast

Very good and the hotel is very user-friendly

Reception a bit rude
Fantastic place, great location with an underground train station right next to the hotel. Staff is also brilliant especially Mr. Till, parking space is very convenient & safe as well. Great location, next to subway. Right below hotel have grocery store.
Hotel lobby is at Level 1, which you need to ring the bell at the entrance for them to open the gate.
Room was clean and bed was comfy. However I found that the room was abit dim, and no kettle is provided (need 20 euro deposit from lobby)
Rooms are actually good, the beds are comfortable. Its also very spacious even we have 3 luggages. Unfortunately I have to leave the room only 3 stars due to the toilet, precisely the shower area. The design of shower area only cover half the area, leaving the other half open to make movement easy and spacious, but the wind that blows to you during your shower is unacceptable. Especially during winter...

Lovely staff, Best room, Good Price but a bit far from city centre
Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. This is a Nice friendly place. We stayed with two families. The rooms are perfect for family’s. And although there are also a lot of young people it felt really relaxed. We ordered dinner and could eat at the bar. The rooms are to hot. You cannot open the window so it feels really locked up. Would definitely do something about that. Even though it was winter it felt airless. München is very accessible...
Its cheap, id say its perfect for someone who doesn't care that much. I spent most of the stay outside and only slept there, the room was warm (visited in February (window in room couldn't be opened (sauna in summer))). i could feel the strings in mattress, but it was manageable. the service was really good. Location is perfect, city centre was really close and accessible by 20/21 tram right in front...
Hi!
The heating is installed only in the bathroom, so I thank the Lord there was not so cold outside otherwise it would have been freezing. Plus, the hairdryer wasn't working. And the wardrobe - what is that? I completely haven't a clue how to open the doors! And there was a very small room to hang my coat!
Best!

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The rooms were OK with decent amenities. Car parking is expensive however, there are free public parking in the vicinity. Use of public transport was seamless. A trip to Marienplatz took us about 30 minutes. There are frequent bus services from Süskindstraße bus stop to berg am laim train station .
Actually it was alright i three starred just because our travel company showed us its 3*. Other than that i was happy with everything. I changed it to 4* now. I didn’t understand german and googled it that you might have found negative my rating. I jus 3 starred jus like that. Thanku
Good place to stay but not so near from the city centre. Yes there is the bus stop but to get to the hotel you need to take also the s bahn... but maybe the lower price has a motivation. But breakfast and rooms are comfortable and of good quality
Mercury Hotel München Ost Messe is side by side to ibis Hotel. Bus station is conveniently located just about 200m near the Hotel. Room provided enough space and was equipped with LCD TV set, small water boiler, safe and a bluetooth speaker. Bathroom had tub with integrated shower. Unfortunately the breakfast didn't satisfy me, especially as I found the bread rolls to be way too dry in my opinion.
Quick and reception. Clean and spacious room with everything properly set for my stay. Crew very helpful.

Not as clean as I remembered it being on previous stay. Breakfast is a joke, skip it and head to one of the nearby bakeries instead.
First of all, the hotel staff were very rude, only a Palestinian lady was very nice when we first arrived, WiFi was Terrible, when ever I got inside my room the signal dropped, and when I asked to change my room, because I was on a business trip and needed to work, the response was we can’t do that while the boss is not here, you can work downstairs in the cafe!
