Munchen, Hofmannstraße 1 🧭 Map
The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. And there isn’t a laundromat anywhere near. The staff, cleanliness of the facility, breakfast buffet is exemplary.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in on short notice. The staff's hospitality made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a delightful experience. The spread was impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh fruits, eggs, and various cold cuts. We particularly enjoyed sampling the local mustards and sausages. The croissants were simply...
Room could be a little bigger. We liked complimentary infused water , pastry and apples near reception that were available on the daily basis. Coffee maker in the room was very helpful. Staff was really friendly. Good location. Close to Ubahn 3 line that goes to Marienplatz.
Stayed in the hotel on the 21 June and 30 June again. I arrived in morning and had to wait until three to check in. Rooms were still occupied and cleaned before I could go in. The location of the hotel is not that bad. It’s walking distance from nearby shops. Visitors can walk to these shops that’s offer all the basic necessities. Rooms were comfortable and neat during our stay in the hotel. The hotel...
Modern, clean hotel in a good location. Staff is efficient, helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, particularly for two people with luggage. The interior is modern and colorful, and the mini fridge is an added benefit. Breakfast is very good, with a large selection of hot and cold items. Excellent price/value relationship.
Lovely staff at reception, very clean and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Location is convenient if you're visiting by car because they offer free indoor parking and it's very easy to get to from the highway. However, if travelling by public transport it's relatively far away from main station and you need to switch trains on your way.

Small well designed room (two beds room) for comfortable staying over day and night. Very good location reguarding transports on the west of the city, and it has a lot of shops nearby.
Best value for money you will find. Excellent in every way. Now obviously, they don’t have all the amenities of a four-star hotel….but clean and comfortable in every way.
Hotel is on great location near to all kinds of transportation. Market is also very near the hotel. It is great location with great guy on reception who welcomed us. I would only loved one more "chair" as we were traveling as a couple and one big blanket instead of two smaller ones. Munich is great city and this is without a doubt the best hotel to stay in during journey! We will come back again!
Great location for Oktoberfest. Right next to the train station for two types of trains. Easy to check in and access. Would recommend! Loved the seperate toilet and shower. Only thing we’d love to see is a small bar fridge.
I would like to praise the hotel staff for excellent personal treatment above and beyond my expectations The rooms are clean, you get fresh towels and you get a code to open your room (no key is needed) The location is the best. It's near the S and U trains and it gets you anywhere you need inside the city. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Good stay in essential but confortable room. Personnel professional and gentle.

Àmazing, quiet, good food.
Nice, but no English translation and no air conditioning in rooms. Pleasant and well maintained. Restaurant didn't take credit cards though (hotel did)
Good location, far but quiet. Nearest train station is 10-15 min walk.
Stayed in a single room. It was small but had a nice light wooden interior. The bathroom was quite big with underfloor heating. No problems in finding the right shower temperature. Rooms are quiet, either there weren't many guests or it's just silent. Breakfast was pretty standard, some boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, bread rolls, bread and several toppings, two juices, water, some cereal...
Very reasonable prices for Munich. Cosy rooms and good bavarian food in the restaurant accompanied by proper beer. A very nice place that can be wholeheartedly recommended.

I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. I complained the first night, I have been said it was not possible to change room and the roomservice will check...they did not care and staying 5 nights in this same condition was a torture. The breakfast and sauna are great, hopefully.
I stay there with my husband and we love it. Very beautiful hotel with wonderful view. Located close to subway. Hotel lounge have fresh food and beer. The best place in hotel is the spa. Big pool, saunas an romantic backyard. Very friendly staff and maneger solving any issues.
Not the first time lodging in this hotel. Employees are as nice and helpful as always. Room is clean, bathroom could be bigger but no complains. Breakfast has a lot of varieties, I went late for breakfast, there were tons of choices and no empty pots at all.
A really nice hotel in Munich. However there were some quirks. As a Canadian used to being able to adjust room temperature, I'll say this room was pretty hot throughout our stay, without a way to cool it down. We were near elevators, and it was a bit noisy and the shower would randomly drip a decent amount of water. Other than that the beds were comfy and the rooms were nice. The hotel isn't super...
I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything was working well. I normally do not like hotels of this size, but this one did not bother me at all. All the staff that I have encountered were pleasant and helpful. There is a huge supermarket very close by, and the restaurant downstairs serves really good Bavarian food! It was only one night...
Clean and spacious rooms. Very good shower with great pressure. I did have an issue with the aircon not working and was offered a fan which they had ran out of. So they offered to unlock the window. So while there was an issue it was handled really well. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Check-in took longer than it should have. There was a line with a manager standing around, not helping. The room is delightful and well-appointed. The bed is very comfortable, as are the blankets. It is worth noting that the pillows disappear under your head once you lay on them. Even if you stack three together, you get the same result. I had room service while there, and the food came within five...
Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is stunning. My only regret about our stay at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is that we did not stay longer. I will definitely be back to Munich and to this hotel.
Have stayed in Munich 4 times. By far, this was the best hotel in Munich I have had the pleasure of visiting. The room, employees, and location was beyond expectations. Within a short walking distance to all the shops and popular beer houses. Just outstanding.
I didn't stay at that hotel. But I seek help and they did a great deal in helping me. Early this year 9 Jan, I parked my rental car opposite the hotel. Came back and found my car was lost. Being a tourist and new to Germany, I had no idea what to do next. Went to the hotel to seek help and the lobby receptionist (a lady) went all the way calling local police and town council. Finally it was discovered...
I love Kempinski because it's a classic brand representing a high quality which gives the same feeling everywhere in the world. Kempinski Munich absolutely fits into the Kempinski group, it' luxorius, staff is very kind, the lobby bar is amazing and breakfast is a dream.
A very good place to stay at the center of the city. Service is perfect and very helpful, Anga was so helpful booking for us places, finding a service for our damaged glasses and overall - great service even in Japanese standards. Breakfast is great - huge variety of food for everyone, high quality and the chef would take special requests like in a fine dining restaurant. The room was specious and...

the staff is super helpful and friendly, also the location is great, close to the train station, tram or you can walk to the sights.
Excellent hotel, tram runs just outside the hotel to downtown and the main train station. Quaint typical German decor. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast is hearty with a choice of fruit, cereals, breads, cold cuts and cheeses. Also served fresh is your choice of eggs and bacon. This hotel is far enough away from the busy city centre and yet a 10 min tram ride will get you to the city.
This own a great little hotel convenient to all of the public transit. There are plenty of restaurants around for dinner but the hotel has a great breakfast. The staff was very friendly especially Martin and Sophie. We had a great stay.
Great family owned hotel. Rooms are nothing special but clean and adequate. The price is right, the staff excellent and helpful. The hotel is about 5 mimutes from the public transportation
Super
Fantastic hotel, very clean, great rooms and it has it's own character. Lovely bar at the entrance with beautiful local beer. Best thing about the hotel though is the staff, which in my experience ranged from superb to exceptional. I will be going back and have already recommended Hotel Hahn to others.

Rooms were great. Location is good and breakfast was delicious. The reason for 3 stars is that I slept in on my last day but housekeeping ignored my do not disturb sign.
Very centrally located with solid breakfast. Staff is friendly. Large pool and also a good sauna available. The only thing I did not like: The doors/walls are not good isolated - so a lot of noise you can hear.
Clean rooms, great service, and overall good location. It's right across the street from the main train station, which was really convenient with our luggage. The city center and popular restaurants are only a 20 min walk and there's plenty of public transportation. Only issue we had was the AC in our room. We had a top floor room that was awkwardly big, making it difficult to get the room cold enough...
The hotel itself was quite nice and renovated, even has a spa on property which I utilized. The front desk staff was very nice at check in however, the manager was rude when trying to help us hail a taxi. When we changed our mind and called an Uber (because the taxi’s refused to take card payments) he got mad and made sure we knew it. The hotel itself was not in the best location, being in front of...
We got a pretty good, affordable deal at the hotel so experience was good. However, there are a few issues. For example, aircon is not very effective but luckily room service unlocked our balcony window / door so we got more natural air that way. The big issue was the water. Hard to believe they would have this problem, but only one of us could have any water on at any given moment. When my partner...
I stayed here for 1 night, and everything was great! Perfect spot if you want to be close to the train station. It was only a 5-10 min walk to the heart of everything else. Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much. The room had a little frig which we appreciated. The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary...
We stopped there on our way to Dolomites. We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the park (we drove from UK to Italy we It’s our dog) The location is really good, beautiful park near by with atmospheric outdoor food and drink place to hangout. The hotel it self seems a little bit outdated. The rooms are decent size. We had a room overlooking the river and park. It was ok for a short stay, but...
So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues. 1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. Guests have to manipulate the elevators to get the right ones that will (most likely) take you to your destination floor 2. The executive lounge; it's above capacity both nights - not enough seating, back filling of food & beverages is not...
The hotel is pretty dated, the staff wasn’t friendly, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The location is pretty good though. Breakfast is expensive and the coffee bar doesn’t open until 8 and there no real coffee in the rooms. The gym has a variety of equipment which was great. There are other hotels in the area for better prices, service and comfort.
We stayed here on the inward and outward of our itinerary. Overall it was a pleasant experience over 4 nights in total. But over one quirk, in both occasions the fridge is not working. And when escalated, the reception insists that it is but no one offered to check. In our itinerary, we stayed at Mittenwald, Kastelruth and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Why is it that the family-run that we stayed in have the...
This hotel offers services at a very high level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Excellent hotel. It is right next to the tram stop for the train station and the center, the place is very peaceful. The rooms are quite spacious, with large bathrooms, and some have a terrace. Soo…the service was terrible. During check-in, the receptionist offered drinks and forgot about them casually. In the evening we wanted to call the room service and nobody asked on phone. The same thing was on the next morning: we wanted to have a toothbrush, and my fiancée went to the reception by himself because nobody asked on phone. Then we wanted to have breakfast at lobby and fun situation:...
The rooms are cute with fancy designs. It's a spacious room with a seating sofa, table and chairs. I don't appreciate the tub in the middle of the bedroom. Although it has all these amenities the space is not comfy. The bed is ok. There is a spa with a pool, sauna and a bar. It's nice to have. Breakfast, if not included in your room fee, is 42€ per person. Way too expensive. It's a buffet breakfast...
Charming stay at Roomers Hotel in Munich! The cute design and helpful staff added to the experience. Only downside: rooms were quite hot, necessitating open windows for air. One of my favorite hotels in Munich. Large rooms, great service and nice food. Stayed here several times and always enjoyed it!
Large hotel close to the city of Munich. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, abeit a little dated in design. The top floor pool area and views are amazing and worth visiting. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. I complained and was not bothered by the sounds again.
Good hotel for good pricing. Huge building and rooms were clean and comfortable. Building and rooms are outdated some and could need a refurb. Staffing was nice and friendly Overall I would come back.
Lovely view from the rooftop pool and spa area. Rooms are a bit dated and old. Not many good restaurant options in the vicinity.
Every thing perfect neat and clean. Freundlische Reception
Very pleasant hotel, clean rooms with all of the amenities one might need. The rooms are properly sanitized and the staff follows the latest Covid-19 safety rules to the letter, so it improves the safe feeling.
