First time in the hotel and it was very pleasant except for the SPA center. The sauna was much too small for the large building. But there was a first-class breakfast and in the evening the room next to the bar was a very good place for business discussions. My customer was impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff, and I agree! I will happily book this hotel again on my next business...

Good and bad. Service was great, but the hotel itself was a let down. The rooms were not well cleaned, I only found out afterwards that I was supposed to have had a robe in my room. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the Oktoberfest. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard. Would stay again and would recommend to others

Some of the reviews on here are very harsh. This is a nice hotel. The hallways are a tad outdated and could use a refresh, but you’re only walking through them for 30 seconds. Staff was friendly. Large hotel close to the city of Munich. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, abeit a little dated in design. The top floor pool area and views are amazing and worth visiting. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. I complained and was not bothered by the sounds again.

The hotel is comfort, new and clean! I recommend it. The location is perfect too, near a subway station. The staff didn’t want to recommend where to park on the street of course forcing us to use the expensive hotel parking lot.

I had a great stay at Hilton Munich City. The location is excellent — very central and conveniently connected to public transport. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Munich.

The facilities are okay, but the service staff are quite indifferent. Starting from 8:30, rooms in the surrounding area are serviced even if you hear knocking on the door, which is not very suitable for tourist accommodation.

So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues. 1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. This hotel offers services at a very high level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!

It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

The hotel is lovely and I love the decor in our room but it was so dirty. When we checked in the floor and carpet was full of hair, the surfaces were so dusty, the were poo stains in the toilet. We reported this to the reception and they said they would get housekeeping to clean it up but they never came to clean it. So I wouldn’t recommend it based on the cleanliness. Extremely helpful staff, good price and excellent rooms full of everything you may need (coffee machine included). Comfortable (and big) bed, great desk to work on, and spacious bathroom with everything necessary included. Breakfast and restaurants are great and the wifi works perfectly.

Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

The hotel went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling with a 1 year old and they upgraded our room which gave him plenty of room to play and walk around. I would say the rooms are pretty baby proof as well. The staff provided us with a diaper pails and offered a crib. Room was updated. We stayed from 12/14-12/7 (2024) with our two sons, ages 11 and 14…. cannot remember which suite it was, but big enough for everyone to fit comfortably and have their own private space. A friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible....

Excellent hotel. It is right next to the tram stop for the train station and the center, the place is very peaceful. The rooms are quite spacious, with large bathrooms, and some have a terrace. The rooms are cute with fancy designs. It's a spacious room with a seating sofa, table and chairs. I don't appreciate the tub in the middle of the bedroom. Although it has all these amenities the space is not comfy. The bed is ok. There is a spa with a pool, sauna and a bar. It's nice to have. Breakfast, if not included in your room fee, is 42€ per person. Way too expensive. It's a buffet breakfast...

Charming stay at Roomers Hotel in Munich! The cute design and helpful staff added to the experience. Only downside: rooms were quite hot, necessitating open windows for air. On the bright side, the high-quality bar and restaurant impressed, with servers being remarkably polite and professional. Overall, a delightful stay!

Location was great, the room was ok but I didn’t like that the toilet is separate from the washing area you have to go through your room to the washing and showering area! They have car parking but again you have to pay for it separately at cost of 22€ daily. If you need to iron you need to go to one room in the second floor to iron your cloths there. Was able to check in at 1.30 pm, earlier than the standard 3 pm. Large underground car parking available for a reasonable fee. The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.

Very good location. The public transportation are directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and quite, very good noise cancellation. The fitness room is really nice and we were lucky to have a room at the 7th floor with a nice view. Also pricewise I find it fair.

This hotel was the first one I stayed in with my recently born daughter. The made us feel very welcome and I found the "my first journey" kit for her really sweet. We got a nice room and even tough I had some problems with my food allergies, I must say that the choice was good in the lounge. I was not happy, that there was no elevator from the garage to the lobby and I had to carry all the luggage...

Generally nice place but there should be coffee, tea, hot or normal water on rooms because sometimes we just want to drink hot drink in room. Also Luftung/AC would be good

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)
