The hotel is outside of the nightlife and busy downtown areas. It makes it better for those who want to sleep. There is a public transit station approximately 1 block away so you have easy access to the fun.

Everything was wonderful—the hotel’s location, the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the direct S-Bahn access tunnel and the amazing breakfast. So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues. 1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. 1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food. The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

WELL LOCATED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!

It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.

A lovely hotel situated super close to the train station! Members of staff were very helpful and lovely! Decent size rooms and the breakfast was excellent - handy it is till 11:30 on weekends too! The pool was such a great facility! Only thing to note is the area of the hotel isn’t the safest if you are a solo female traveller.

The rooms are quite nice apart from the bathroom. The paint on the door frame is peeling off and the tap and shower are very difficult to control as too much water comes out. Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.

Clean and modern and most importantly AIR CONDITIONED. Comfortable beds with TWO PILLOWS! It's also very quiet despite being close to a busy area. The hotel is set back off the street which is good because its in a bit of a rough close to the main train station. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend it for visiting Munich.

Was able to check in at 1.30 pm, earlier than the standard 3 pm. Large underground car parking available for a reasonable fee. The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

The hotel went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling with a 1 year old and they upgraded our room which gave him plenty of room to play and walk around. I would say the rooms are pretty baby proof as well. The staff provided us with a diaper pails and offered a crib. Room was updated. A friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible....

I really need to give a bad review. The hotel had soldiers staying because of a football match. They changed my original twin bed to a king-size bed without notifying me, and they didn't tell the agent. Most importantly, when the customer checked in, they gave the customer's room card to open the door and someone was already in the room. This kind of service in a five-star hotel is simply too much

Room is clean and modern designed. There is sauna and swimming pool. Though size of swimming pool is small, only one people can swim, the area is very relaxing. Hotel is not close to the subway station (15min walk, but very close to a tram stop (50meters or so). There are free candies in the lobby. Overall the experience is good.

Fair enough Reception a bit rude

Fantastic place, great location with an underground train station right next to the hotel. Staff is also brilliant especially Mr. Till, parking space is very convenient & safe as well. We had asked whether our car could be left for few extra hours after checking out and the staff was happy enough to ask us to take our own time without charging extra.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is only 100 meters from the subway station. The hotel also has a rich breakfast. There are supermarkets and DM around, as well as restaurants. It is recommended to stay here when you come to Munich. There is a direct train to the airport.

Generally nice place but there should be coffee, tea, hot or normal water on rooms because sometimes we just want to drink hot drink in room. Also Luftung/AC would be good

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)
