The hotel is great and the service staff is very good. Although it is a little far from the city, it is very close to the subway and very convenient
The hotel is located a certain distance from the city, but it is very convenient to take the subway. The service and attitude of the staff are very good, giving people a feeling of home. The appearance and interior decoration of the hotel are very grand, with a strong aura, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room has ample space, good sound insulation, and very good lighting. However, the...
First time in the hotel and it was very pleasant except for the SPA center. The sauna was much too small for the large building. But there was a first-class breakfast and in the evening the room next to the bar was a very good place for business discussions. My customer was impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff, and I agree! I will happily book this hotel again on my next business...
Although the facilities are a bit old, the stay is still good in all aspects.
It was a relaxing night. Great pool. And good variety for breakfast. Good value for the money.
Very nice! Very comfortable and great service! The lobby bar is very convenient for a beer!

Very comfortable stay and very convenient location with direct access to s-bahn
Location is good, no bottle of water supply, room comfortable , breakfast is nice
Very nice stay. It is clean and spacious. And there is parking garage within the same building (but is a public garage, thus no extra discount for guests , and impossible to reserve), 20eur per day.
The Hotel staff karim was the best Hotel staff that I ever met! I forgat my plug to my room after checkout. He found it and aranged everything that I could pick it up at the reception. Thank you very much. I really appriciate it!
Would stay again close, modern clean hotel

Wowie Zowie!! Some unhappy campers at this property! (Previous reviews) This is our second stay here and I can report that we’ve avoided most of the grievances voiced in other reviews. Our room is on the 10th floor this time, which has clearly been updated with new carpet, et al. Our upgraded room is spacious and comfortable. The shower is an awkward configuration, and the toilet if less than efficient...
Good and bad. Service was great, but the hotel itself was a let down. The rooms were not well cleaned, I only found out afterwards that I was supposed to have had a robe in my room. The shower gel and conditioner was empty, had to ask for them to be filled. Only toiletries were a single soap, no creams or anything. The room was covered in a thick layer of dust and the air-conditioning/heater did not...
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the Oktoberfest. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard. Would stay again and would recommend to others
Some of the reviews on here are very harsh. This is a nice hotel. The hallways are a tad outdated and could use a refresh, but you’re only walking through them for 30 seconds. Staff was friendly. Our room was very nice, clean, bathroom was large, 2 sinks, huge tub and a nice stand alone shower. Comfy bed, nice TV, came with bathrobes for the pool, little fridge & safe. Beautiful views of the Alps from...
One of my favorite hotels in Munich. Large rooms, great service and nice food. Stayed here several times and always enjoyed it!
Large hotel close to the city of Munich. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, abeit a little dated in design. The top floor pool area and views are amazing and worth visiting. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. I complained and was not bothered by the sounds again.

The hotel is comfort, new and clean! I recommend it. The location is perfect too, near a subway station. The staff didn’t want to recommend where to park on the street of course forcing us to use the expensive hotel parking lot.
Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful. Rooms are good. However the staff isn't professional at all. Rude, cold and arrogant. Especially the reception. I'm very upset with that.
Nice clean rooms. Great view of Olympic Park. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast with a lot of different options to choose from.

GREAT LOCATION , COMFORTABLE BED AND CLEAN ROOM .RECOMMEND TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
I had a great stay at Hilton Munich City. The location is excellent — very central and conveniently connected to public transport. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Munich.
Clean and spacious room. Location is ok. Breakfast spread (at executive lounge) is very limited in variety- much rooms for improvement.
The facilities are okay, but the service staff are quite indifferent. Starting from 8:30, rooms in the surrounding area are serviced even if you hear knocking on the door, which is not very suitable for tourist accommodation.
Hilton city always my favorite in Munich Usually I stayed either hilton park or Munich city . The staff very friendly and welcoming  Recommend always
Check-in was a breeze as my family and I could check in an hour earlier than the stipulated check in time. However the service agent was not quite the most pleasant, he seems to be on a bad day. Amenities wise, does have a gym and an awesome breakfast. Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much. The room had a little frig which we appreciated. The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary...
We stopped there on our way to Dolomites. We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the park (we drove from UK to Italy we It’s our dog) The location is really good, beautiful park near by with atmospheric outdoor food and drink place to hangout. The hotel it self seems a little bit outdated. The rooms are decent size. We had a room overlooking the river and park. It was ok for a short stay, but...
So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues. 1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. Guests have to manipulate the elevators to get the right ones that will (most likely) take you to your destination floor 2. The executive lounge; it's above capacity both nights - not enough seating, back filling of food & beverages is not...
The hotel is pretty dated, the staff wasn’t friendly, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The location is pretty good though. Breakfast is expensive and the coffee bar doesn’t open until 8 and there no real coffee in the rooms. The gym has a variety of equipment which was great. There are other hotels in the area for better prices, service and comfort.
We stayed here on the inward and outward of our itinerary. Overall it was a pleasant experience over 4 nights in total. But over one quirk, in both occasions the fridge is not working. And when escalated, the reception insists that it is but no one offered to check. In our itinerary, we stayed at Mittenwald, Kastelruth and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Why is it that the family-run that we stayed in have the...
This hotel offers services at a very high level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are huge and nicely decorated, although you can tell that the hotel has been around for a while. Sometimes the balcony doors are difficult to open, but the view of the entire Munich skyline from the balcony makes up for these minor inconveniences. I highly...

I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!
It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.
We spent just one night in the hotel, but it would definitely be our choice for a longer trip, too! Nice location, smooth check-in and out and the breakfast was extraordinary. It had the best bed we experienced in a long time even though it seemed scary with all the pillows and it being so soft. :)
The hotel is lovely and I love the decor in our room but it was so dirty. When we checked in the floor and carpet was full of hair, the surfaces were so dusty, the were poo stains in the toilet. We reported this to the reception and they said they would get housekeeping to clean it up but they never came to clean it. So I wouldn’t recommend it based on the cleanliness. All the staff we met were lovely...
Nice hotel, front desk and hotel management very accommodating. Food /Bar staff gets irritated with you when you order then nice when you tip them well. One big negative, two nights in a row...private functions happening in hotel that take all the parking spaces in the garage. It would be nice if a section could be blocked off for guests staying at the hotel. It is an inconvenience when the garage...
Extremely helpful staff, good price and excellent rooms full of everything you may need (coffee machine included). Comfortable (and big) bed, great desk to work on, and spacious bathroom with everything necessary included. Breakfast and restaurants are great and the wifi works perfectly.

Hotel is great to reach out all the attractions, it had a great breakfast, nice spa zone. The only thing to improve is to clean surfaces, because it looked like the room was cleaned very quickly, without extra attention.
Hotel is very clean and spacious. Outside environment is not as good as the new town area, but is quite convenient to Munich Centre station. The service is nice and staffs are very friendly, good 👍
It was alright though the amenities was not right, box of tissues and soap were always missing or inadequate during the stay
Good hotel and good location. On the expensive side for a stay but enjoyed it nonetheless.
Good breakfast but the pillows are too soft for us. Shower is very good , good warm and strong flow .

Absolutely a good choice for stay at Munich. About only 15mins by tram to city centre/old town. But the hotel condition is very good, new and clean, worth the rice. Will choose again if I come to Munich.
Just stayed in one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever experienced! It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—modern elegance with a cozy vibe. The room was very quiet and comfortable. In a luxury shopping mall. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel The only thing that was really annoying was the old, ugly and unkempt ski gondolas in which guests were served at Christmas time. This made access to the hotel extremely difficult. It is incomprehensible how the management of such a renowned hotel could come up with such an idea.
Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is truly my favorite spot in Munich! This place holds so many memories and never fails to bring me happiness every time I visit. Overall nice but could have better service. They don’t understand a concept of a luxury hotel.
A friendly, unfussy welcome. We asked for two separate duvets for one room. It worked on the third attempt ;). As we'd read in guest reviews, it was confirmed that the attentiveness of the service staff, including management, at breakfast could be improved, even during off-peak times. We were quickly assigned a table, but we weren't able to order drinks. Eye contact with the staff wasn't possible....

Soo…the service was terrible. During check-in, the receptionist offered drinks and forgot about them casually. In the evening we wanted to call the room service and nobody asked on phone. The same thing was on the next morning: we wanted to have a toothbrush, and my fiancée went to the reception by himself because nobody asked on phone. Then we wanted to have breakfast at lobby and fun situation:...
The rooms are cute with fancy designs. It's a spacious room with a seating sofa, table and chairs. I don't appreciate the tub in the middle of the bedroom. Although it has all these amenities the space is not comfy. The bed is ok. There is a spa with a pool, sauna and a bar. It's nice to have. Very clean hotel with modern decorations. Helpful staff Amazing Breakfast Buffet
Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.
Located in a quiet shady neighborhood only a short walk from the large park with the English Garden. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Modern hotel, solid breakfast buffet, decent sized room (for European standards). The location is convenient for North Munich - about a 7 minute walk to the subway, easy access to the highway, and close by the Lufthansa airport bus stop.
Excellent! Nice and spacious rooms with all the amenities we needed for a short stop over with the family. Had two rooms with connecting doors. Located about 20 min from city center, but just outside of station of subway line U2. Reception isn’t the most warm and friendly, but ok. Room is spacious, generous coffee and tea supplied in room. No hair condition and body lotion provided, just shower gel and shampoo. Love the huge shopping mall next to hotel. Overall I would come back again for very affordably priced accommodation in Munich.

In messe area. Far from the main train station but there is a shopping mall next to the hotel, with everything you need.
Location a little bit far from city centre. Offer early check-in if there is room available.

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.
The only one hotel provided the disposable slippers and toothbrush in Germany I ever lived. Nearby the Siemens blocks. Very good and warming Christmas vibe.
After reading a lot of bad reviews we weren’t expecting much from the hotel, but it had everything needed for our stay. Clean spacious rooms, only a 15 minute underground ride from the middle of Munich
