Showers had incredible water pressure. Pro tip: just pull that drain plug right out or the tub fills faster than it drains. The water temperature was not consistent, you could tell whenever a toilet flushed and the water got hot. Why are there no self-serve laundry machines here? Would have been 5 stars if I could just do my laundry here instead of down the road. Check out Mullers laundromat, the...
The hotel is outside of the nightlife and busy downtown areas. It makes it better for those who want to sleep. There is a public transit station approximately 1 block away so you have easy access to the fun.
I have been here for a few days so far. The rooms are okay but a little run down. There are no snacks or drinks in the rooms. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, they are not fully trained in checking procedures so be prepared to spend some time if it is not a straight forward procedure. The lobby bar is called "The drop" and the service is excellent. Great staff! I guess having...
I have had a bad experience with very bad matress, too much aged and uncomfortable. I complained the first night, I have been said it was not possible to change room and the roomservice will check...they did not care and staying 5 nights in this same condition was a torture. The breakfast and sauna are great, hopefully.
I stay there with my husband and we love it. Very beautiful hotel with wonderful view. Located close to subway. Hotel lounge have fresh food and beer. The best place in hotel is the spa. Big pool, saunas an romantic backyard. Very friendly staff and maneger solving any issues.
Not the first time lodging in this hotel. Employees are as nice and helpful as always. Room is clean, bathroom could be bigger but no complains. Breakfast has a lot of varieties, I went late for breakfast, there were tons of choices and no empty pots at all.

Good city centre hotel - you can access Roseheimer Ptz S Bhan station directly from the hotel via the shopping centre below. It's big and busy used by air crew and coach tours. We didn't dine or have breakfast during our 3 day stay. Check in was busy but efficient and the room (10th floor) looked nice and modern with the bed facing the window looking out over the city. It was quite well equipped but...
Great staff! The bar is very nice. Well stocked, and with a good food menu to accompany. The breakfast area is extremely well equipped, you won't walk away hungry. As far as location goes, the metro station is located under the hotel! It is the perfect place in Munich to start your travels from. In addition, there are many local restaurants right around the block that are amazing. 10/10 would recommend...
A lesson on how a hotel should be run...great, friendly welcome. Efficient, clean, vibrant and rooms are nicely laid out and have very comfortable beds and pillows!! Breakfast busy but a real treat, worth staying here for that alone. Nice bar area where you can relax or have a drink, like I said a proper hotel. Location good directly on the S Bahn stop so transport good into city 10 mins max. ...
The hotel is a great location. It is close to public transportation and many bars/ restaurants. However, the beds are not the most comfortable. The pillows could use some improvement, as well. The staff was very accommodating and kind. I highly suggest this as a stay. The facilities include a gym and a sauna. Overall, a mostly positive experience with room for improvement.
More than 6 weeks travelling in Germany & I have never encountered price gouging like this for a glass of white wine. A 0.2cl of white wine is normally €6 approx. €8 in somewhere fancy. In the Holiday Inn, Hochstrasse I just got charged €14.50 for a glass of white. Daylight robbery. Nice staff though. Rooms good if small, excellent hair dryer. I would recommend this hotel but only if you do NOT...
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the hotel was well-managed, as the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the delightful front desk agent named Citra. She was not only polite and friendly but also ensured that every detail of my stay...

It’s located central, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed on 31 afternoon , they installed tables around for dinner . Next morning at breakfast on 1 January, they had not friendly blond woman at bar, serving „ early bird“ breakfast . We arrived 20 min before 10. it was difficult to get hold of anyone to get breakfast or at least coffee. Other guests came too and were frustrated...
Lovely hotel with a nice vibe and lovely staff, but a few minor things to note. My room was very nice and cosy, but there are significant variances between rooms even of the same type. Another group in my party had an older room in which they couldn't function the AC system and had a rock hard mattress. The building is fairly old so it does come with many of the standard problems of an old building...
This was my second time staying at the Bayerischer and I highly recommend it if you are coming to Munich!! The location is central to everything and they have so many amenities. The staff provided excellent service right from the first Hello. The rooms and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I will definitely be going back.
Excellent and iconic hotel with poor coffee. We decided to get a feel for this renowned hotel and went into the lounge-bar. The setting is wonderfully classic adapted to 21st century with very spacious seating arrangements. After waiting for app. 10 minutes for service, I went to the bar to order 2 cappucino. The bartenders declared themselves not responsible but would notify the staff who was. We...
We didn't spend the night only used their bar for some drinks. I can definitely recommend this place for a after shopping drinks. Great service and nice bar room. We will be back even maybe give the hotel a chance next time.
Remarkable experience in every way. One of the great hotels of the world with prices to match. But if you’re to splurge in Munich this is the place.

Wowie Zowie!! Some unhappy campers at this property! (Previous reviews) This is our second stay here and I can report that we’ve avoided most of the grievances voiced in other reviews. Our room is on the 10th floor this time, which has clearly been updated with new carpet, et al. Our upgraded room is spacious and comfortable. The shower is an awkward configuration, and the toilet if less than efficient...
Good and bad. Service was great, but the hotel itself was a let down. The rooms were not well cleaned, I only found out afterwards that I was supposed to have had a robe in my room. The shower gel and conditioner was empty, had to ask for them to be filled. Only toiletries were a single soap, no creams or anything. The room was covered in a thick layer of dust and the air-conditioning/heater did not...
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights during the Oktoberfest. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job at servicing the room each day. Walking distance to the UBahn and Tram lines. Many restaurants and wonderful bakery share the rear courtyard. Would stay again and would recommend to others
Some of the reviews on here are very harsh. This is a nice hotel. The hallways are a tad outdated and could use a refresh, but you’re only walking through them for 30 seconds. Staff was friendly. Our room was very nice, clean, bathroom was large, 2 sinks, huge tub and a nice stand alone shower. Comfy bed, nice TV, came with bathrobes for the pool, little fridge & safe. Beautiful views of the Alps from...
One of my favorite hotels in Munich. Large rooms, great service and nice food. Stayed here several times and always enjoyed it!
Large hotel close to the city of Munich. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, abeit a little dated in design. The top floor pool area and views are amazing and worth visiting. My room was on the floor below and the sound of gym equipment banging on the roof kept me awake even though the gym was supposed to be closed between 10pm-6am. I complained and was not bothered by the sounds again.

The hotel is comfort, new and clean! I recommend it. The location is perfect too, near a subway station. The staff didn’t want to recommend where to park on the street of course forcing us to use the expensive hotel parking lot.
Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful. Rooms are good. However the staff isn't professional at all. Rude, cold and arrogant. Especially the reception. I'm very upset with that.
Nice clean rooms. Great view of Olympic Park. Friendly staff. Really good breakfast with a lot of different options to choose from.

Here’s the updated review including your experience at the restaurant: I recently spent two nights at the Hilton Munich City, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, being close to the old town, which made it super easy to explore the city's rich history and attractions. Plus, it’s right above the S-Bahn line, so getting to the airport was a breeze! The rooms have been...
Staying at Hilton Munich City was the best decision I made for my very first visit to Munich. I wanted a location that was near by all the museums and churches, not realizing how wonderful my experience at the hotel was. Perikli helped me with check-in, and he became my best resource for restaurants and transportation needs. I am sure he treats all hotel guests the same way he helped me. I truly hope...
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us. It was outside of the very touristy areas and only about a 20 minute walk to Marienplatz. I like that there was a kettle in the room with a variety of teas, which were all good, and instant coffees. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the mattress. We would still stay at this hotel...
Best airport hotel I have ever stayed. Beautiful, extremely clean, neat & tidy and very friendly and helpful staff. Machine shoe polish is available on the walkway. Room is spacious and fully equipped with amenities. Breakfast is nice and not crowded. Executive lounge is available unlike many airport hotels. Lounge is beautifully set and very well maintained including the restroom. I'll stay here again
Stayed here for a night. On check in, Yuri helped us and is a great staff member. We got a good impression right away. The room was well laid out. We were granted access to the lounge which was a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. Vishwajeet in the lounge brought us what we needed. A great hotel in the heart of Munich. The accommodations and location are great at this hotel, but what makes it really stand out are their staff. Very lovely hotel just next to the English Garden. Found everything very comfortable except the A/C. We visited in early August when daily temps were in the mid- to upper 80s F, and the A/C did not cool our room much. The room had a little frig which we appreciated. The service was very good and friendly. The gym was ample with lots of weights and weight machines, three treadmills and some stationary...
We stopped there on our way to Dolomites. We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the park (we drove from UK to Italy we It’s our dog) The location is really good, beautiful park near by with atmospheric outdoor food and drink place to hangout. The hotel it self seems a little bit outdated. The rooms are decent size. We had a room overlooking the river and park. It was ok for a short stay, but...
So we have this hotel. It is not new. The staff is amazing. But there are some issues. 1. The key. You can't have keys that don't work with all eligible elevators. Guests have to manipulate the elevators to get the right ones that will (most likely) take you to your destination floor 2. The executive lounge; it's above capacity both nights - not enough seating, back filling of food & beverages is not...
The hotel is pretty dated, the staff wasn’t friendly, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The location is pretty good though. Breakfast is expensive and the coffee bar doesn’t open until 8 and there no real coffee in the rooms. The gym has a variety of equipment which was great. There are other hotels in the area for better prices, service and comfort.
We stayed here on the inward and outward of our itinerary. Overall it was a pleasant experience over 4 nights in total. But over one quirk, in both occasions the fridge is not working. And when escalated, the reception insists that it is but no one offered to check. In our itinerary, we stayed at Mittenwald, Kastelruth and Cortina d’Ampezzo. Why is it that the family-run that we stayed in have the...
This hotel offers services at a very high level. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Love the breakfast selection and was very impressed with the bar staff. In fact from reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Leonardo. My only negative was that I was not able to stay longer!
It's a nice hotel for a family with a kid (it's not so easy to find reasonably priced rooms with 2 beds in Munich) with great public transport connection to both airport and the city center. Breakfast selection was amazing. I'd gladly come back again.
We spent just one night in the hotel, but it would definitely be our choice for a longer trip, too! Nice location, smooth check-in and out and the breakfast was extraordinary. It had the best bed we experienced in a long time even though it seemed scary with all the pillows and it being so soft. :)
The hotel is lovely and I love the decor in our room but it was so dirty. When we checked in the floor and carpet was full of hair, the surfaces were so dusty, the were poo stains in the toilet. We reported this to the reception and they said they would get housekeeping to clean it up but they never came to clean it. So I wouldn’t recommend it based on the cleanliness. All the staff we met were lovely...
Nice hotel, front desk and hotel management very accommodating. Food /Bar staff gets irritated with you when you order then nice when you tip them well. Stayed a few days with family (2 adults + 1 child). Good: Location is right across from Hbf and walkable to Munich Old Town. A little noisy at night. I really wanted to love this hotel, but in the end it was simply average. Our check in experience was great. Early room access, thoughtful service. Breakfast is good to very good. The space is just ok, but the food mix was good. Our room was located on the top level of the hotel (a standard “deluxe” room). Perhaps for this reason, we had issues with hotel WiFi and some issues with temp control...
This definitely does not feel like a 5 star hotel at all and I would not recommend it. The room was spacious but no division so all sleeping in a big space. When we arrive the pull out bed looked broken and we had to attempt to fix it ourselves. There are no channels in English, no way to watch movies- which seems ridiculous for a 5 star international hotel chain. The sound proofing isn’t great and...
Rooms were great. Location is good and breakfast was delicious. The reason for 3 stars is that I slept in on my last day but housekeeping ignored my do not disturb sign.
Very centrally located with solid breakfast. Staff is friendly. Large pool and also a good sauna available. The only thing I did not like: The doors/walls are not good isolated - so a lot of noise you can hear.
Clean rooms, great service, and overall good location. It's right across the street from the main train station, which was really convenient with our luggage. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and clean however this hotel clearly needs an urgent refurbishment everything looks very dated. Stayed a couple of times for business. Good location with easy access to S and U Bahn. Breakfast was good but staff seem to be annoyed or bored. Room was OK. Dirty dishes were left in front of room which didn’t make a good first impression. Lighting in shower didn’t work. Overall, not quite the standard to expect from a 5 star hotel.
Very relaxing and serene place to come to after a busy day in the city. Super convenient location - 1 min walking distance from the main train station. A bit out from the heart of Munich but easy access to trains, trams, and buses. It rained alot while we were there and they have umbrellas for us to borrow. They charge 16 euro for the breakfast, which was surprising given the cost of the room.
You absolutely can find better accomodation at a lower price. For what you pay, the rooms are small and basic (a squeeze for 2 people, no fridge, basic amenities). Breakfast is basic (Continental only). However, the location provides good public transport connections.
Perfect place for exploring the city, as it's within walking distance from the U1 metro line. The bar and terrace on premise are excellent for chilled sit down. There is a supermarket and post office right next to the hotel too for any other needs.
Great location, very friendly staff. The design very appealing, modern and comfortable. The rooms were super clean and well isolated from street noise. I would only add a small fridge and change the pillows which gave me some pain in the neck. But overall, I'd really recommend it, well worth the money.
Towels were not changed. We had same breakfast for 8 days. Their coffee was warm and we did not have tea or water in our rooms. The reception staff was very friendly though
Good experience. Thehotel isn't super fancy, but it is convenient for short stays and has all the basic requirements needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable, and the room is air-conditioned. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating.

This is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in! This hotel is so modern and has so many amenities you didn't know you needed. There's even a little robot that brings drinks to your room! There is a good gym and everything is very clean. 4 stars because I would love to see them get rid of the single use plastic bottles in the rooms. Perhaps, they can offer a refillable soap dispenser.
I stayed here for a weekend. Room and furnishings are nice, lounge was okay. Overall very pleasant stay. Cons: I couldn't get wifi working at the table, it only worked near the door but it was pretty weak. Housekeeping staff never seem to wear masks.

Great location with a cafe, supermarket, and pharmacy just 2 minutes walk. There are plenty of electric scooters parked outside which could get you to places a little further down. We stayed at this location last year in December. we really like this location because it is not far away from the areas we wanted to visit . No A/C in the room but we just cracked a window ,easy fix. We were surprised we had to pay for parking since the majority of hotels in the U.S have parking included so when in Rome. And free lemonadeeee Complimentary water and tea everyday, including your own mugs, anddd a whole kettle in your room! Now, the service on the other hand... Staff were a bit untrained. I contacted them twice AND called before hand...
The hotel is clean and with all the facilities you need. The reception team looks a bit overwhelmed or still green… checking in was not the smoothest (but perhaps there was just too much people!) Parking is big , safe and nice! EV charging available at a fee.
Good solid holiday inn - nothing special. We had a good stay - friendly staff at reception. The beds were comfy and there was no noise in the rooms so I got a good sleep. Being a IHG member my welcome drink wasn’t as generous as I’ve had in other holiday inns - just a small beer and no snacks. Room was expensive for the size / location but it was a busy weekend when Adele was playing. Guests were...
The hotel is generally very good, has a great location, good and varied breakfasts, and comfortable and quiet rooms. Unfortunately, the reception at the hotel spoils the experience. Some unfriendly people can spoil your enjoyment of the place, and this is what we encountered unfortunately with somebody at the reception on Saturday around 4:00 PM. When checking in,By avoiding dealing with us and delaying...
Excellent breakfast, people raved about it. The rooms were a little too hot, even with AC put on a low temp on cooling. But a great stay.
Very helpful employees, beginning from Reception Alexandra to the very kind person at breakfast ( I don’t know his name but he is around 55-56 years old) Very convenient location easy to access to the train station. Also consider having the fresh and clean/tasteful breakfast.

This was our last stop for two nights after over 3 weeks of travelling. We were hoping for a comfy bed in a spacious room that was quiet. And we got all of that. Forgot to take a video but it was very spacious. Mostly clean except the window sill (had a bird poo on it). With the window closed it was very quiet. Opposite train station so location was perfect and a short walk into the old town. Advised...
I had a wonderful stay at Eden hotel Wolf in Munich. The bed is super comfortable. The blankets are nice and fluffy. Lots of fluffy pillows. The AC works well. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast is expensive but it’s a great spread. The pre-cooked eggs are not so hot for the price, but you can ask for eggs made to order. I will definitely stay here again. Did I say...
My partner and I had a lovely 2 night stay at Eden Hotel. One of the reasons we chose it was because of its convenient location right next to the train station. The hotel is modern with a nice restaurant and comfortable, well sized rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a large selection of hot food, in addition to fruit, cereals, cold meats and cheese many different types...
We arrived before the check in time and could already get into the room. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated but clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had plenty of choice. We also ate lunch at their restaurant and the burger, schnitzel and pork were good. The bar looked very classy as well but we didn't have time to visit it. Located close to the central station but not much to do close to the...
Great location close to Railway station. Good restaurant with calm atmosphere. Nice food at dinner and breakfast.
We've visited this hotel a few times, and it's one of the best we've stayed at. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The breakfast buffet is incredible, and the staff is always very friendly.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service and great value for money! The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic. I'm really pleased to have found such a great place to stay within my budget in Munich.
I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. It’s best feature was that it was extremely quiet with quality features, at a very good price. Parking is extra, but if you’re careful you can get on the street if you’re early enough, which I was able to do twice. I would certainly stay here again, the breakfast is very good but way too expensive at €16.
Fantastic hotel! We arrived two hours before check in and our room was ready which was a lovely surprise after an early flight that morning. Clean and spacious rooms with complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Less than a 10 minute walk to Moosfeld metro station. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Best deal in town. Quiet, clean rooms in modern European style. Good hot shower, comfortable beds, reasonably spacious, very inexpensive. Breakfast costs extra. Front desk a bit cold and unwelcoming and the maid opened our door at 8 am after tapping almost inaudibly and not announcing herself, which was a shock. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel for budget conscious travelers. The neighborhood...
The hotel had nice amenities and the staff were efficient and welcoming, but the only reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there is no air conditioning. We are in southern Germany, not Iceland. There is no excuse for a hotel like the Ramada to have no air conditioning.
Liked · the stay was amazing and it felt like its a relatively new building with everything new.
