Room was small but clean, from the other hand bed and pillows wasn't comfortable! There is free parking around the hotel. Hotel is away from the city so if you don't have a car may be difficult to go there especially at night
Very clean, friendly stuff, good price and calm location with parking. Would recommend and come back for sure.
Nice little hotel close to the highway. You need a car for visiting town. Nice quite area with free parking. Great breakfast. No elevator and no airconditioning in the rooms. Hotel is clean and newly redocarated. Fast check in. Good value for money.
This is really a great stop over hotel. Rooms are clean and stylishly furnished, beds are comfi! Flexible check in and check out, great breakfast. Does not deserve this rating!!!
So there were 2 parts or the hotel, the old fashioned, well decorated, homely style part and across the court yard the modern ish basic rooms. I stayed in a relativly new room at the hotel. So new that the bed side light fixtures were just cables hanging out of the wall and no proper curtain had been put, just a see through net looking out over the construction site outside. Construction work started...
Cheap place. In plus - warmińsko-mazurskie and comfortable rooms, but a bit dirty. Cheap place just for a sleep

Very good price. It's not the Hilton but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and the shower is very hot and powerful. The lady at the reception is very kind and very helpful in terms of suggestions. Easy to park nearby the hotel and the parking fees are cheap.
We stayed in a room for 4 people. The size of the room was very good, the beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was new and in good condition. We were received by a nice lady when we arrived. She was polite and shared correct information. During the evening and night there is some other guy at the reception who was rude on 2 occasions. Which is not great for hospitality industry. Would still...
The location is the hotels strongest asset. It’s a 5 minute walk from the train station and that station is 40 minutes ride from the airport. But the real reason I was there was for the 5 minute walk to Oktoberfest. So convenient. The rooms are basic but very clean and the bathroom/toilet were also very clean. A definite good choice for a trip to the Wiese.
Stayed for Octoberfest 2015 easy to find from the train station easy walk to the Fair grounds dont expect a luxury Hotel .. but perfect location and place to sleep ...Staff fun and helpful will stay again
Cosy hotel right in the centre of Munich. Friendly and helpful staff. Only around the corner from Oktoberfest.
Room was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Only downside is that the room isn't very soundproof and you can hear outside noises quite clearly, like cars, sirens and trams. But overall a very pleasant stay.

This is a very charming quiet guest house just outside the bustle of Munich. We chose it Due to its proximity to friends who live in this neighborhood. Our room was bright with comfortable beds and lovely big doors that opened on to a small private balcony. This special thing of note here is the amazing breakfast. Eggs to order if you choose, buns, pretzels, & other things homemade daily Plus all the...
We booked this place at a short notice (1 day before) and I am glad we stayed here. We took the Double Room with Panorama and it was very beautiful, we had our own garden, and everything was well taken care of. We loved the stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Please go ahead and book without any hesitation.
What a good experience. A lovely hotel with friendly people and perfect service. What would you want more? ... he?... Oh a good price, YES they have that as-well. Thank you for a lovely stay. I will surely be back
Very Nice and cozy B&B. Super hostess Fatima prepared a very good breakfast and is very helpfull. The room was clean and has very good beds. Good place to stay when you visit Munich
Located outside the downtown area of Munich in a quiet neighborhood, the hotel ("Villa") is a great bargain with a super breakfast and free parking. Modern, clean, with a staff that speaks not just English but other languages too. Jutta, the owner, makes sure that you are happy! Right around the corner and less than 1/4 mile away is a large biergarten; next door is a Greek Restaurant. Easy transportation...

‘Excellent location, great breakfast, decent rooms, cheapest you could find in Munich’ ➖ WiFi is awful! Only works good near reception and periodically totally disappears. Every room on one floor have the same key, so better don't leave valuable things in your room. Guesthouse is in bad neighborhood of the town... There are many shady people around and there are 3 or 4 striptease bars across the...
Lady at the reception was amazing, super helpful and very kind. Gave us plenty of maps and information about the area. Very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are lovely and very clean, better than a three star hotel!
I wanted to give 5* for the excellent service + good breakfast + a very nice lady at the reception. But I was disappointed they didn’t allow me to leave my small bag there for just a few hours when my bus was leaving at 16.00 and I wanted to just walk around the city and pick it up before leaving the city. Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t available in the 2nd floor, they said it will be working in 2 weeks.
The people are friendly. Location is good. The street is not very family friendly at night (exotic dancers). But for the price it is just fine.
I was here in May 2017 and I liked the place. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is tasty and rich with food. All workers were kind. The only problem is the district, pension is in.
Low prices, comfortable rooms, the baths and toilets needs more cleaning. The receptionist lady is a very communicative and very kind person. Free WiFi available everywhere in the hotel. You can get key for your room, you can go what ever you want with it.

How wonderful was our stay in this pension Mrs. Sarah was upscale in dealing a luxury breakfast I did not find elsewhere in Munich .. Pension in a quiet neighborhood.
Very comfortable B&B that is steps away from the Solln S-Bahn station. Fast & free Wi-Fi. The breakfast Sara prepares is delicious & will keep you going to lunch. Also, she is helpful with the public transit system in Munich.
We arrived to find we didn't have a booking as our travel agent made a mistake and booked us at Hotel Prinz. Sara was lovely and first helped us find alternative place to sleep, then realised that we had the wrong hotel. She then helped us by printing directions to the right hotel and calling us a taxi. We were so impressed we considered returning for the one night she had available. Highly recommended...
Perfect place for our one night stopover en route to skiing. Clean, comfortable, friendly welcome, mountainous breakfast, lovely host. Highly recommend.

The stay was very comfortable. Public transport accessibility is very good. The only problem I had was with WiFi. The connectivity was very unstable.
A pretty bad experience oveall but mostly because of the lack of soundproofing of the doors. The rooms are ok, with decent space, and a TV; also there is a car parking just outside. The "hotel" is about 10 minutes of walking from the subway and you can also use the bus station across the street to move around Munich. Great location, near Central Train Station. Room was austere but clean & comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Great base for visiting Munich!
Literally 20 metres from entrance to main train station and easy pedestrian access to pedestrianised areas. Rooms were clean and tidy as was bedding. Plenty of towels for our family room. Central location means some traffic and pedestrian noise when windows open but windows effectively insulate room from noise when closed. Toilets and showers separate from bedrooms, at least from our family room, but...
Nicely located its a budget; share shower n wc which are in the hall. Little noisy with the street traffic at night.
Fabulous location right beside the train station! Lovely and warm in winter, perfect for a cosy get away. Nice rooms, they are cleaned and towels changed daily. Their is an elevator up to the 4th floor so convenient when you have luggage. The bathroom is shared but only between three rooms so was totally fine. Will definitely stay here again!!
This place is great! It was super affordable, warm, and clean. Centrally located! When I visit Munich I will certainly stay again.
Very good location, walking distance to the city center, room was smaller but nice, with two separate beds and a sink. Shower and WC are shared with other rooms but clean. For the price it was great place to stay for 1 night

We arrived from the airport to the hotel and found no one to open the entrance to the hotel. They do not have a reception. We stood for half an hour outside until someone came out. But the rest is all right, breakfast included and comfortable and clean room.
Good traditional German restaurant with typical German food to fair prices. It is also possible to sit outside.
Delightful! Very welcoming hosts willing to deal with a traveler that doesn't speak German. Nice rooms + good food and beers!
Stopped in for a German meal and a beer. The staff was friendly and were able to help us non German speaking Americans. The portions we're ample and tasty. I'd recommend for a group looking for a local experience.
Typical Bavarian cuisine is traditional and hearty cooked. Completely surprisingly, it is one of the best burgers in the city. The weekly menu is always provided alternately with fresh products from the Region and otherwise is placed on the Fresh value. The Service is friendly. A bit of the tavern-character, because you meet a lot of nice Allacher.
The staff is polite and friendly, my double room was really nice and super clean, the food in the restaurant is a commentary! A very good Hotel. (Recommendation: The Slyrs Whisky as well as the Breakfast coffee from the house of cutting!)

I found this place after browsing Lonely Planet's Munich selections and decided it sounded quirky enough to check out. Lo and behold, my flight was severely delayed leaving LAX and by the time I arrived in Munich, I had only one hour until the cutoff when Cafe Pini would...
Very nice and individually furnished rooms. Everything is decorated with great taste. Great central location. Everything is within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and extremely friendly and informal service of the hostess. You feel welcome.
Good sized and clean rooms at an affordable rate. There is no elevator so beware if you have heavy luggage.
This is a great place in a nice part of Munich. It's pretty easy to get to from the airport because it's right by an U-bahn station, and you can arrive as late as 10pm because the owner has a deal with the cafe on the ground floor to hold room keys. Rooms are simple, but the bed was firm. The shower was pretty big by European standards, and there are a ton of channels on a reasonably-sized LCD TV...

We were in July. 2 Nights 3 Days. The room was very clean. The first Hotel/guest house, in the carpet dirty not glued yet or anything. He was just clean. The bed was very soft, for my taste too soft, but you could sleep in it. The decor in the rooms is simple. A bed, a wardrobe, a table and a sink. But more you don't need to, if only to Stay in Munich. The front Desk was very nice and accommodating...
Always a delicious experience. Yesterday, the blood sausage baked with Sauerkraut, stewed onions, Apple and mashed potatoes... added to something very special but the attempt was worth it. These old traditional dishes you can try there.... A disappointment has stayed with me until now, spared.
If you want to eat meat, you should make a wide arc around the Sollner Hof. No salad on the menu, and a meat-free dish on the card ( Alibi).

Very nice building and super close to the city center, the room was clean and quiet, the toilets were also spacious and clean. Super nice staff, and good breakfast available (additional 10 euros).
Everything about this hotel was great! The woman in charge, Tanja, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was ideal for sightseeing in Munich. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich!
The location is why this place is worth every penny. It’s centrally located inside the city of Munich making it easy to get to all the must see places. The manager Tanja is a sweet heart. We were not able to check in during the time frame but she sent us a detailed set of instructions on how to get to our room without an official check in. The room was clean with very comfy pillows and blankets...
Tanja was such a wonderful host! The hotel is right in the center of town near to u-bahn and trains. The classic elevator adds a lot of charm to the building. Breakfast was fantastic!! 4.5 stars really, almost everything is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there is a mini fridge, microwave, and TV in the room, hairdryer, towels, and linens are provided, and breakfast is included! Only downside is the bathroom inside the room, it has a dank, unpleasant odor and the shower is pretty small, especially with the cloth curtain enclosing you. That can be overlooked though since everything...
The hotel is very close to the subway which we appreciated. Our room had a large flat screen TV (all the stations were in German), a bathroom with a shower, and comfortable beds. Excellent location close to Goethe platz (metro and bus stations there), but still quiet. The host was really kind, the room was spacious and clean, ours had a private bathroom with a bath-tab and small vestibule.
I really enjoyed my time in Munich thanks to my stay at Hotel Haydn. Roxanna was a terrific host and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Stay for the breakfast in the morning as it’s some of the best you can get. It was so nice getting a home cooked breakfast after being out. Roxanna is the best!
Very nice stay. Very clean and very generous and nice breakfast. The host was super friendly and helpful. Also, the free wifi was very fast 😁
Very good place for a few days stay. Great location near town centar and main railway station. Underground station is on 200 m away. Helpfull and kind staff, clean apartmants. They change towel every day and bed sheets every two days. Rich breakfast with good food. It was a litlle bit price, but I prosume it is because Bauma 2019 fear and the almost whole town was booked.
Hotel Pension Haydn is a great budget option if you want to visit the city centre. It is not located next any landmarks, but a ten minute walk will get you to Marianplatz. I was not impressed by the rooms and the quality of the internet, as I am sitting in a stairwell trying to write this. Otherwise it's a decent place.
Friendly, cosy, well situated, walking distance form centre and with the Metro 2 min away. good price Cozy, friendly, well located, you can walk to downtown, Metro 2 min, and a good price.
