Room was small but clean, from the other hand bed and pillows wasn't comfortable! There is free parking around the hotel. Hotel is away from the city so if you don't have a car may be difficult to go there especially at night

Very good price. It's not the Hilton but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and the shower is very hot and powerful. The lady at the reception is very kind and very helpful in terms of suggestions. Easy to park nearby the hotel and the parking fees are cheap.

We stayed in a room for 4 people. The size of the room was very good, the beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was new and in good condition. We were received by a nice lady when we arrived. She was polite and shared correct information. During the evening and night there is some other guy at the reception who was rude on 2 occasions. Which is not great for hospitality industry. The location is the hotels strongest asset. It’s a 5 minute walk from the train station and that station is 40 minutes ride from the airport. But the real reason I was there was for the 5 minute walk to Oktoberfest. So convenient. The rooms are basic but very clean and the bathroom/toilet were also very clean. A definite good choice for a trip to the Wiese.

This is a very charming quiet guest house just outside the bustle of Munich. We chose it Due to its proximity to friends who live in this neighborhood. We booked this place at a short notice (1 day before) and I am glad we stayed here. We took the Double Room with Panorama and it was very beautiful, we had our own garden, and everything was well taken care of. We loved the stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Lady at the reception was amazing, super helpful and very kind. Gave us plenty of maps and information about the area. Very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are lovely and very clean, better than a three star hotel!

I wanted to give 5* for the excellent service + good breakfast + a very nice lady at the reception. But I was disappointed they didn’t allow me to leave my small bag there for just a few hours when my bus was leaving at 16.00 and I wanted to just walk around the city and pick it up before leaving the city. Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t available in the 2nd floor, they said it will be working in 2 weeks.

The people are friendly. Location is good. The street is not very family friendly at night (exotic dancers). But for the price it is just fine.

I was here in May 2017 and I liked the place. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is tasty and rich with food. All workers were kind. The only problem is the district, pension is in.

Low prices, comfortable rooms, the baths and toilets needs more cleaning. The receptionist lady is a very communicative and very kind person. Free WiFi available everywhere in the hotel. You can get key for your room, you can go what ever you want with it.

Very comfortable B&B that is steps away from the Solln S-Bahn station. Fast & free Wi-Fi. The breakfast Sara prepares is delicious & will keep you going to lunch. Also, she is helpful with the public transit system in Munich.

We arrived to find we didn't have a booking as our travel agent made a mistake and booked us at Hotel Prinz. Sara was lovely and first helped us find alternative place to sleep, then realised that we had the wrong hotel. She then helped us by printing directions to the right hotel and calling us a taxi. The stay was very comfortable. Public transport accessibility is very good. The only problem I had was with WiFi. The connectivity was very unstable.

A pretty bad experience oveall but mostly because of the lack of soundproofing of the doors. The rooms are ok, with decent space, and a TV; also there is a car parking just outside. Literally 20 metres from entrance to main train station and easy pedestrian access to pedestrianised areas. Rooms were clean and tidy as was bedding. Plenty of towels for our family room. Central location means some traffic and pedestrian noise when windows open but windows effectively insulate room from noise when closed. It's pretty easy to get to from the airport because it's right by an U-bahn station, and you can arrive as late as 10pm because the owner has a deal with the cafe on the ground floor to hold room keys. We were in July. 2 Nights 3 Days. The room was very clean. The first Hotel/guest house, in the carpet dirty not glued yet or anything. He was just clean. The bed was very soft, for my taste too soft, but you could sleep in it. The decor in the rooms is simple. A bed, a wardrobe, a table and a sink. Always a delicious experience. Yesterday, the blood sausage baked with Sauerkraut, stewed onions, Apple and mashed potatoes... added to something very special but the attempt was worth it. These old traditional dishes you can try there.... A disappointment has stayed with me until now, spared.

If you want to eat meat, you should make a wide arc around the Sollner Hof. No salad on the menu, and a meat-free dish on the card ( Alibi).

Everything about this hotel was great! The woman in charge, Tanja, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was ideal for sightseeing in Munich. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich!

The location is why this place is worth every penny. It’s centrally located inside the city of Munich making it easy to get to all the must see places. The manager Tanja is a sweet heart. We were not able to check in during the time frame but she sent us a detailed set of instructions on how to get to our room without an official check in. Tanja was such a wonderful host! The hotel is right in the center of town near to u-bahn and trains. The classic elevator adds a lot of charm to the building. Breakfast was fantastic!! Fresh breads, home made jams (by Tanja), fruit, yogurt, and wonderful coffee. We rented scooters right outside and went all over! Munich is a cool temperature town where AC is not needed! Good wide bed, toilet and bathroom very clean. But the highway next to it, it's hard to open the window because of the exhaust fumes.
