Very good price. It's not the Hilton but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and the shower is very hot and powerful. The lady at the reception is very kind and very helpful in terms of suggestions. Easy to park nearby the hotel and the parking fees are cheap.
We stayed in a room for 4 people. The size of the room was very good, the beds were comfortable and clean. Everything was new and in good condition. We were received by a nice lady when we arrived. She was polite and shared correct information. During the evening and night there is some other guy at the reception who was rude on 2 occasions. Which is not great for hospitality industry. Would still...
The location is the hotels strongest asset. It’s a 5 minute walk from the train station and that station is 40 minutes ride from the airport. But the real reason I was there was for the 5 minute walk to Oktoberfest. So convenient. The rooms are basic but very clean and the bathroom/toilet were also very clean. A definite good choice for a trip to the Wiese.
Good location, 10 minutes from the train station. Staff were lovely. Room was clean and nice.
Stayed for Octoberfest 2015 easy to find from the train station easy walk to the Fair grounds dont expect a luxury Hotel .. but perfect location and place to sleep ...Staff fun and helpful will stay again
Cosy hotel right in the centre of Munich. Friendly and helpful staff. Only around the corner from Oktoberfest.

I absolutely love staying here! I've stayed twice and loved each time. Everyone is super nice, food is great, and easy to get to city center. Thanks, and hopefully I'll see you again next year!
I can't say one bad thing about this place. From the rooms to the staff to the breakfast it was all amazing. The rooms were amazing. Clean, neat and everything was kept well maintained. Everyone that works there is an absolute delight. Very nice and helpful for newbies in town. The stay was amazing and when we go back we'll be staying here again. Thanks for everything!!!

How wonderful was our stay in this pension Mrs. Sarah was upscale in dealing a luxury breakfast I did not find elsewhere in Munich .. Pension in a quiet neighborhood.
Best Pension I have ever stayed at !!! AMAZING !
Very comfortable B&B that is steps away from the Solln S-Bahn station. Fast & free Wi-Fi. The breakfast Sara prepares is delicious & will keep you going to lunch. Also, she is helpful with the public transit system in Munich.
We arrived to find we didn't have a booking as our travel agent made a mistake and booked us at Hotel Prinz. Sara was lovely and first helped us find alternative place to sleep, then realised that we had the wrong hotel. She then helped us by printing directions to the right hotel and calling us a taxi. We were so impressed we considered returning for the one night she had available. Highly recommended...

Great location, delicious breakfast, and wonderful hostess!
Everything about this hotel was great! The woman in charge, Tanja, was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the location was ideal for sightseeing in Munich. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Munich!
The location is why this place is worth every penny. It’s centrally located inside the city of Munich making it easy to get to all the must see places. The manager Tanja is a sweet heart. We were not able to check in during the time frame but she sent us a detailed set of instructions on how to get to our room without an official check in. The room was clean with very comfy pillows and blankets...
Tanja was such a wonderful host! The hotel is right in the center of town near to u-bahn and trains. The classic elevator adds a lot of charm to the building. Breakfast was fantastic!! Fresh breads, home made jams (by Tanja), fruit, yogurt, and wonderful coffee. We rented scooters right outside and went all over! Munich is a cool temperature town where AC is not needed! Large windows allow a cool breeze...

We were in July. 2 Nights 3 Days. The room was very clean. The first Hotel/guest house, in the carpet dirty not glued yet or anything. He was just clean. The bed was very soft, for my taste too soft, but you could sleep in it. The decor in the rooms is simple. A bed, a wardrobe, a table and a sink. But more you don't need to, if only to Stay in Munich. The front Desk was very nice and accommodating...
Always a delicious experience. Yesterday, the blood sausage baked with Sauerkraut, stewed onions, Apple and mashed potatoes... added to something very special but the attempt was worth it. These old traditional dishes you can try there.... A disappointment has stayed with me until now, spared.
If you want to eat meat, you should make a wide arc around the Sollner Hof. No salad on the menu, and a meat-free dish on the card ( Alibi).

The property is right in the center and very convenient. An answer to my request for transportation to and from the airport would have been appreciated but the girl at the reception was very kind and helpful in the end. This was the most affordable accommodation we could find in Munich during Oktoberfest. It’s a decent basic place. Close to Marienplatz which is good for the subway. Quite a long walk from Theresienweise Bedroom curtain was thin and didn’t block out any light at all. Walls also thin and we could hear noise/music from next door. No bedside lights or bedside tables. Bathroom very small. No lift, 4 flights...
The Pension Seibel is a decent hotel in an old building. The front desk/reception area/ breakfast room is all sort of crammed together on the second floor (1st floor by European standards?). That space was hot, stuffy and crowded but we spent very little time there so it wasn’t a huge problem. The staff was helpful and friendly but the entire place needs some renovation. Everything was clean and the...
It's conveniently located within walking distance to Marienplatz, so it's easy to get around. The Wi-Fi is fast and good, too.
Old structure (a bit vintage inside) but clean and very central! We ended up there during the May Day long weekend, which is why, in my opinion, we paid a bit too much for the category and type of structure but that's fine... I would definitely go back at more reasonable prices (under 100 euros). Good breakfast and decent variety. The location is really very favorable and central!
I forgot cheap in a city means I climb stairs. Room was spartan but clean. Location close to the Marenplaz. Breakfast was varied. Sort of noisy and not dark. Bit budget traveller's know about ear plugs and eye mask. Overall I got my money's worth.

I found this place after browsing Lonely Planet's Munich selections and decided it sounded quirky enough to check out. Lo and behold, my flight was severely delayed leaving LAX and by the time I arrived in Munich, I had only one hour until the cutoff when Cafe Pini would...
Very nice and individually furnished rooms. Everything is decorated with great taste. Great central location. Everything is within easy walking distance. Good breakfast and extremely friendly and informal service of the hostess. You feel welcome.
Good sized and clean rooms at an affordable rate. There is no elevator so beware if you have heavy luggage.
This is a great place in a nice part of Munich. It's pretty easy to get to from the airport because it's right by an U-bahn station, and you can arrive as late as 10pm because the owner has a deal with the cafe on the ground floor to hold room keys. Rooms are simple, but the bed was firm. The shower was pretty big by European standards, and there are a ton of channels on a reasonably-sized LCD TV...

4.5 stars really, almost everything is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, there is a mini fridge, microwave, and TV in the room, hairdryer, towels, and linens are provided, and breakfast is included! Only downside is the bathroom inside the room, it has a dank, unpleasant odor and the shower is pretty small, especially with the cloth curtain enclosing you. Good location but small rooms with shared bathroom and shower.
Great location, near Central Train Station. Room was austere but clean & comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Great base for visiting Munich!
Literally 20 metres from entrance to main train station and easy pedestrian access to pedestrianised areas. Rooms were clean and tidy as was bedding. Plenty of towels for our family room. Central location means some traffic and pedestrian noise when windows open but windows effectively insulate room from noise when closed. Excellent location close to Goethe platz (metro and bus stations there), but still quiet. The host was really kind, the room was spacious and clean, ours had a private bathroom with a bath-tab and small vestibule.
I really enjoyed my time in Munich thanks to my stay at Hotel Haydn. Roxanna was a terrific host and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Stay for the breakfast in the morning as it’s some of the best you can get. It was so nice getting a home cooked breakfast after being out. Roxanna is the best!
Very nice stay. Very clean and very generous and nice breakfast. The host was super friendly and helpful. Also, the free wifi was very fast 😁
Very good place for a few days stay. Great location near town centar and main railway station. Underground station is on 200 m away. Helpfull and kind staff, clean apartmants. They change towel every day and bed sheets every two days. Rich breakfast with good food. It was a litlle bit price, but I prosume it is because Bauma 2019 fear and the almost whole town was booked.
Nera UBahn stop, clean rooms and abundant continental breakfast. Very recommended!
Hotel Pension Haydn is a great budget option if you want to visit the city centre. It is not located next any landmarks, but a ten minute walk will get you to Marianplatz. I was not impressed by the rooms and the quality of the internet, as I am sitting in a stairwell trying to write this. Otherwise it's a decent place.

Modern hotel with good AC next to the Deutsches Museum and also walking distance to Marienplatz and some good restaurants. Close to the Roseinheimer Platz train station with regular access to the airport. Solid choice.
Nice place to stay. Aircon is set at a specific temperature and you can't adjust it so if you've been walking around for a while and want to cool off, you can't drop the temperature in your room. The whole place feels a little bit too warm until after a while you get used to it

Good standard chain hotel that offers very good value for your money.
Really good value for money and good location. We paid less than 100 euros per night (without breakfast, including parking) the room was small but well thought out. Very spacious public spaces.
I stayed for a week and didn’t have any issue with anything. Loved the hotel, room was clean, good space, near metro, tram and bus stops. The price is great considering everything is expensive. Also there is a supermarket really close. I’ll definitely will stay there whenever I get back to Munich.
Very good breakfast (extra). Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff was helpful with a good attitude. Property is well located near public transportation. Good rate as well.

I booked the hotel on Black Friday deal but when we arrived I realized that is then 20 euro cheaper per night than what I booked on *******. Which was disappointing, I am not sure if this was a fault by ******* predictions or the hotel information. The lobby was great for working. The room was very very minimal, from size to equipment. Very well connected from highway to city center. Easy to find. Easy Parking. Check-In/Check-Out fully automized. Clean room with all comforts for a 3-star hotel. Definitely my favorite when I travel to Munich.

A decent hotel; I had a very clean room with a nice view. The Turkish staff (Especially a lady named Tuğçe) I spoke with at the entrance were very friendly. The only thing I disliked was the hotel’s location—but of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. July 2025

Our recent stay at Brera Serviced Apartment was truly a five-star experience. The self-checking and making your own room card was a nice new experience. The room was impeccably clean, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The Serviced Apartment is a true gem, and I highly recommend it...
The room is quite spacious. Although there is no air conditioning, there is heating and electric fans. The location is near the park and the environment is quite quiet. However, there is no subway station, so you need to take the bus to go out. There are also few restaurant options nearby.
Place is ok but overpriced, too far from the town centre.1 hour walk. There are trans right outside but you have to swap off after few stations. Nothing direct. Protperty itself was ok selfserve and checkout so no intraction.
There was no AC and it was very loud with the windows open. There was a fan in the room but it was too loud to use. Check-in is automated so there was never anyone on reception for things like extra toilet paper, etc.
We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is good. There’s a very handy supermarket and bakery next door and bus and tram stops very close by. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with a tiny kitchen area and a small amount of kitchen utensils. But the main negative of our stay was the double bed which was up against the wall at one side which meant one of us had to literally crawl into...
Self check-in works great. Comfortable room and good facilities

I like the location of the hotel the most. The room was very clean and warm. The stuff were very polite and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent. I will be back again if I have a chance
Lovely Clean Hotel, with basic services at reach. Close by many attractions & near major Bus/Tram station. Reception staff are friendly with tips on surrounding area. I've enjoys walks in neighborhood.
We came in late June and really appreciated the service while we were there. Check-in was very helpful sharing additional information and maps of the city. The staff at breakfast the next day were mindful if the line to the buffet area had more than 4 or 5 people. They would check and see if anyone needed a quick item they could get for us, like tea, coffee or sugar so we wouldn't have to wait....
Outstanding breakfast included with the room- this is probably the standout feature for me. Room itself comfortable enough. Like most hotels it doesn't have AC- but there were windows to open and a stand fan available. Location is very convenient for walking, with Sendlinger Tor stop nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful- very good English skills.
I stayed at an apartment for 10 nights. The stay was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room clean and tidy, if a tad too compact. The beds are quite comfortable. The shower stall can use a ledge for a soap bar (I don't prefer the all-in-one liquid ones!). One of the light bulbs at entrance was missing, which the cleaning staff should have...

The hotel is just acceptable. Main reason for it is the service being absolutely disastrous. I only wanted to pay for having breakfast at the reception around 10 am, 04.10.2025, (breakfast closes at 10:30), no one came for 20 minutes. This was on a normal Saturday morning. They should have at least 2 people at the reception, there were other people waiting as well apart of me! Went to grab breakfast...
Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was a stain on the pillowcase.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed our stay in B&B Hotel München city west. The location is great, it's 3 mins walk to the U bahn & grocery stores are also near by. The area is quiet & it was very easy to reach. The staff was friendly & the room was clean. We can definitely come again.
We stayed in a family room for 2 nights - a perfect base to travel in to the city only 15mins by subway. The room was quite compact however we were only there to sleep. All very efficient to check in and out and the staff we friendly. Only downside was the parking charge of EUR15 per night was quite expensive in my opinion and it’s very narrow to drive in. We didn’t have breakfast there but there is...
Staff didn't seems like they cared much about anything. When we walked into the room the shower glass door where not mounted they were just standing inside the shower, it was very dangerous especially for kids. I've reported it but no one came so I've removed myself. Hotel itself is basic but this was expected, the rooms were not clean enough. If the staff were more helpful it would improve out stay...

This is an exceptional hotel in Munich. Great location for Oktoberfest. Wonderful staff that goes above and beyond for their patrons. Will be staying here again for future trips to Munich. Room: Loved the balcony and large fan in the room, comfortable bed. Very clean room. Excellent breakfast in the morning.
This hotel is just about perfect! Location is excellent, close to 'The Wiesn'. Staff were only smiles and helpful in every way, breakfast was included and delicious. Bar for evening drinks? Yes they have one and they have a fine selection of spirits and good bier on tap. The room? Ok, well, the bathroom is a little on the small side, but this is the norm for European hotels. It was still a nice...
The service that is offered at this hotel is on par with that of a 5 star hotel!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! The rooms themselves are lovely and clean and the location is perfect! But what stands out the most is the wonderful staff that works there - they are truly so kind and attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! It was my birthday one of the days i...
Outstanding experience!! We're so glad we booked this boutique hotel for Oktoberfest it was a quick walk to the festival. The hotel is very beautiful with nice attention to detail. Our room was very nice, although I do wish there was a dresser to unpack our clothes. The service was attentive and everyone there was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and a drink in the car each night....
My wife, our 13 month-old daughter, and I stayed here for two nights during Oktoberfest. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the fairgrounds quickly and walk back quickly if our daughter ever got tired. The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived until we left. All of the workers were very well dressed, helpful, and very friendly. The breakfast was always well stocked with...
Loved it! Kudos to this hotel’s management and staff. The hotel is on the West End of the city. It takes 25 minutes to walk to center of town and 10 minutes by tram. The neighborhood is middle class with a mall a block away from hotel and several good coffee shops and restaurants within a radius of 3 blocks. The hotel and rooms are thoughtfully designed and supplied. Bed and pillows are comfortable...

Smart hotel with limited facilities near the Olympic park. Good sleepover for events at the Olympic Stadium.
Great Hotel, all good but room was a bit small
The property is new and well maintained. Everything is clenan. Yet it is very spartan, a few hooks and hangers must do. The double room is miniscule. The place is suited for business travellers but it is not recommendable for leisure stay.
Very nice hotel, great location too. Right next to the tram
Clean and comfortable, pretty good
I am a big fan of this chain because you always know what quality you can expect. The rooms here were also very pleasant and the lobby was nice. The service was fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit salad and croissants. The coffee was also delicious.

Great location, relatively clean – but the air conditioning was broken, the toilet lid was extremely wobbly, the shower head holder was also unsteady, and the shower temperature setting was unavailable because the right outer cover of the knob was apparently broken or missing. I had room 210. Please check for the next person. Otherwise, everything was great!
Not bad, clean and sanitary, in a residential area.
The hotel is quite standard and clean. The water in the shower is too small and there is basically nothing else provided in the room except towels. The biggest attraction is the supermarket downstairs. The elevator was under maintenance from check-in to check-out.
Hotel, very suitable for an overnight stay. Convenient location. Very easy to reach from the motorway and by bus.
All aspects are very good, but there is no kettle, which is very inconvenient. The shower area is a bit inconvenient. Others are very good
Unfortunately no good TV the rest was OK
